The man who cops say went swimming naked in Kendall Jenner's pool and then showed up at Kylie's house is back in jail ... he's been busted on more charges related to his alleged skinny dip.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD arrested 27-year-old Shaquan King Friday on a warrant related to the Kendall incident, just as he was being released from jail following his felony stalking arrest for the Kylie incident.

We're told the District Attorney sent the Kylie case back for more investigation, paving the way for King's release, but LAPD was waiting for him and arrested him again.

This time, our sources say King was arrested on 2 trespassing charges, plus a count of disorderly conduct.

TMZ broke the story ... Kendall got a temporary restraining order Thursday against King, claiming he made it onto her Beverly Hills property Sunday morning, banged on her windows, took off his clothes and tried to get into her pool before her security detained him. Police eventually showed up and arrested him for trespassing -- which turned out to be the first of what is now THREE arrests this week.

The old adage is true -- no good deed goes unpunished ... and Kylie Jenner is learning that first-hand this week after trying to do something nice for somebody she cares about.

Get a load of this ... Kylie promoted a GoFundMe a few days ago for a celeb makeup artist named Samuel Rauda, who's worked with tons of famous people like Bella Thorne, Bebe Rexha, Olivia Culpo, Doja Cat and many more. Kylie knows him too, apparently.

Sam was recently in a bad car accident that left him with major brain injuries and in need of surgeries. He's in the hospital now -- and, of course, his medical bills are certain to be immense ... so his family started a fundraiser, and his celeb clients have been plugging it.

Kylie wanted to get the word out as well, so she posted something on her IG story that led folks to the GFM, asking anyone who wanted or could to donate ... while also sending kind words to Sam and his loved ones. She also donated herself -- $5,000.

The OG target amount was supposedly around $60k -- but it has since been bumped because of the flood of donations that have poured in. The fund has raised north of $97k as of now.

Innocent enough, right? WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least that's what Twitter justice warriors are saying a whole three to four days later ... giving her s*** for having the audacity to ask her followers to chip in, even though she's incredibly wealthy and could technically cover his fees on her own. That's the outrage -- with the main criticism being ... "she's out of touch."

For starters, anyone who follows Kylie and saw this wasn't forced/obligated to do anything. Second ... the logic that rich people/celebs are heartless heathens for trying to raise money when they could just as easily fund the whole damn thing is absurd. Hardly any celeb does that -- even the richest among them -- and it's unreasonable to expect them to anyway.

By that rationale ... every issue in the world should be remedied with celebrities' bank accounts, which is silly. Point is, Kylie donated ... and so did a bunch of others. It's possible she also kicked in even more anonymously or offered help elsewhere -- WE DON'T KNOW.

Kylie, specifically, is dealing with this horse crap is because she's pegged a billionaire. So with that in mind -- she should probably consider keeping these sorts of things on the DL ...  because people are downright ridiculous. And if she DGAF, even better. Do you, boo boo.

Kendall Jenner's got a wild side when she gets drunk ... and tequila will make her destroy everything in sight!!!

Kendall and Kylie got wasted together on KJ's new tequila line and tried to do each other's makeup ... and Kendall's destructive side came out to play when she was several shots deep.

Ya gotta see the video ... Kylie foreshadows what's about to happen, then Kendall almost breaks their shot glasses before smashing through the video backdrop with her fists of fury.

It's pretty funny seeing the sisters get drunk together on-camera ... it's kinda Kylie's thing. She did a similar drunken makeup video with Khloe Kardashian, but Kendall takes it to a whole new level.

Drunken antics aside, it's pretty impressive to see Kendall and Kylie going shot for shot ... the final tally sees Kendall and Kylie tied up with 8 shots each. It ain't Irish whiskey, but no one's complaining.

Kim K is flexing hard as she re-enters single life ... flexing her glutes, that is.

The middle Kardashian sister -- who's in the middle of a divorce with Kanye West -- just posted footage of her breaking a sweat with fitness guru Melissa Alcantara ... who was showing her some exercises to really get the blood pumping -- and the booty popping.

Kim had another way to describe it with some clips she threw up of Mel doing squats with a kettlebell ... you can watch for yourself -- another sort of "poppin" workout, it seems.

Then came some HIIT reps of her own ... after showing Mel doing deep squat jumps with the help of some suspension straps, Kim gave it a go herself -- and offered up a very up close and personal shot of the action. She even put part of her video in slow-mo!!!

The caption she added that was superimposed on her extraordinary derrière ... I Got You Back. Yes, yes she does. Not that she'd ever really lost the "back" -- but we get it.

Maybe it's just us, but Kim certainly appears to be embracing the fact she's unattached with gusto -- not shying away from going out and looking fabulous, as she did just a few short weeks ago for a girls' night out, or getting in tip-top shape and showing off for the 'Gram.

As perhaps the most eligible (and coveted) bachelorette in town at the moment, we can't really blame her for getting a move on in her next chapter.

The Kardashians are all about expanding their business empire ... and now it looks like they want to tap into the greeting cards biz.

Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris filed trademark docs to lock up the rights to a name for their potential new revenue stream ... "Kardashian Kards." Ah, it just rolls off the tongue.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the Kardashians are looking to use their famous family name to sell greeting cards, calendars, decals, photo albums and postcards.

The docs make it look like they also might slap "Kardashian Kards" on scrapbooks, stationery, paper, notebooks, stickers, erasers, bookmarks and gift wrap.

Kim Kardashian's got more headaches to deal with ... cops say a man crashed through the gate to her Hidden Hills community and said he was trying to pay her a visit.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the incident happened around 6:30 PM Wednesday, when a 24-year-old man breached the main entrance gate in an effort to track down Kim at her Hidden Hills home.

We're told security managed to stop the guy before he could get anywhere near Kim's place, and the Sheriff was called.

Our sources say the man told law enforcement he was going to see Kim, and at one point even claimed she was his wife. We're told the Sheriff cited the guy for trespassing and he was released.

Nobody's above bending over to pick up after their dog ... just ask Stassie Karanikolaou who says her billionaire pal Kylie Jenner even gets down and dirty.

We got Stassie leaving the trendy eatery Croft Alley Wednesday afternoon in L.A. and wondered if her BFF has handlers to handle all deuces ... especially because KJ's got a new pup, Kevin.

Well, we asked and Stassie gave us the straight poop on ... who's doing Kev clean-up duty. Hehe. Anyway, her answer is a good lesson for dog owners everywhere, and says a lot about Kylie.

As for the mad pooper ... sorry we meant to say Kevin -- his fur mom introduced him to the world a few days ago, and if stupid amounts of cute are your thing, he's got ya covered.

Kris Jenner is taking a page from her daughters' playbooks ... 'cause she's tapping into the beauty business.

The Kardashians matriarch filed trademark docs to lock up rights to a couple different names for beauty and skincare lines she presumably plans to launch ... including "Kris Jenner Beauty," "Kris Jenner Skin" and "Kris Jenner Skincare."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kris is looking to use her name on a wide range of products for hair, skin, nails and eyes, plus cosmetics and fragrances ... pretty much anything folks use to look and smell good.

Kris' daughters have already been down this road ... Kim has a massive beauty empire and makeup made Kylie Jenner a billionaire, while Khloe and Kourtney also have cosmetics lines with Kylie.

The Kardboard King is at it again -- Rob Kardashian is putting his rare Honus Wagner autograph card up for auction ... and we're told it could fetch around $20k!!!

Rob pulled the card out of a 2020 Topps Dynasty pack he purchased for $750 from the folks at the Bullpen card shop in L.A. back in November.

The guys who opened the pack for Rob went absolutely bonkers when they realized what they had ... a 1-of-1 authentic "cut signature" card from MLB legend Honus Wagner, who died in 1955.

What that means is ... the people at Topps procured an authentic Wagner signature and used it as the base for an incredible baseball card.

Since Rob is wealthy is in his own right and loves to collect cards, it was unclear if he was going to keep it ... or sell it.

But ultimately, he hit up the folks at Goldin Auctions and we're told they're expecting it to sell for at least $20k when the bidding ends on March 7.

Shanna Moakler thinks her ex-husband and his new GF are a nice match ... but she's not quite ready to hook up with Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian for a double date.

We got Shanna and her boo, Matt Rondeau, at Il Fornaio in Woodland Hills Friday and asked if they'd be down to break bread with Kourtney and Trav. It's a hard pass for Shanna, but in the kindest way possible, we think ... watch the clip.

As you know ... the Blink-182 drummer and Kourtney recently started dating, and while Shanna's in no rush to make a resy with 'em ... she did want to clear the air about some rumored beef.

It all surrounds an Instagram comment she liked which had fans thinking Shanna was shading Kourtney. Ahh, the pitfalls of social media!

Anyway, she says people got the whole thing twisted.

Shanna's been divorced from Travis since 2008, and she's had a couple of run-ins with his former flames ... but she insists there's no ill will towards Kourtney.

Kim Kardashian has filed to divorce Kanye West after almost 7 years of marriage, but our sources say it's as amicable as a divorce can be.

Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 4 kids. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ Kanye is fine with the joint custody arrangement, and we're told both Kim and Ye are committed to co-parenting together.

There's a prenup and we're told neither party is contesting it. In fact, our sources say they are already far along in reaching a property settlement agreement.

The docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, don't list a date of separation ... it's listed as to be determined. The date is almost irrelevant because their split has been so well-chronicled in the news and social media.

It was during the last half of 2020 when things got super rocky for Kimye ... West launched his Presidential campaign on July 4 and weeks later held a bizarre campaign event in South Carolina. At one point, a sobbing Kanye told a story of a discussion he had with Kim ... talking about abortion when she was pregnant with their first child.

It wasn't long after that when Kanye took a series of shots at the Kardashian/Jenner family on Twitter, at one point referring to the matriarch, Kris Jenner, as "Kris Jong-Un."

Multiple sources with direct knowledge told us Kim was ready to call it quits after Kanye's outbursts, if not for Kanye going through a serious bipolar episode. She had felt it would be cruel to end the marriage when he wasn't doing well.

Things got so rocky, the couple had been living separately for a few months. He was spending a lot of his time in Wyoming while she was in Calabasas with the kids. The issue? We were told it wasn't contentious or ugly ... but their differences in lifestyle and politics were chief, among others.

You'll recall they took a family vacation late last year, to see if they could repair things ... before that, Kim flew out to Wyoming for an emotional face-to-face with Kanye for the first time since Kanye's off-the-rails campaign rally.

Kim and Kanye met in the early 2000s and he first made an appearance on "Keeping up with the Kardashians" in a 2010 episode when he visited her and Kourtney's DASH store in NYC. Kim, at the time, was dating Kris Humphries. Kanye would later profess his love for Kim in 2012 with his "Cold" track. They started dating soon thereafter.

Kim gave birth to North West in June 2013 before Kim and Kanye tied the knot at a lavish wedding in Italy in May 2014. Kim and Kanye have 4 kids together ... North, Chicago, Psalm and Saint.

Kendall Jenner is blazing a new trail within her famous family -- diving headfirst into tequila ... and is finally ready to introduce what she's been working on.

KJ announced her new tequila line Tuesday -- which she's dubbed "818," the area code in Calabasas -- while going on to explain the years-long journey she's been on to get to make what she considers the best spirit.

She writes, "after dozens of blind taste tests, trips to our distillery, entering into world tasting competitions anonymously and WINNING (🥳) ..3.5 years later i think we’ve done it!"

Kendall added this too ... "this is all we’ve been drinking for the last year and i can’t wait for everyone else to get their hands on this to enjoy it as much as we do! @drink818 coming soon 🥃🤤"

She attached a video of herself doing a taste test, which appears to have led to a final approval of her new product. There are also photos of her and friends downing her concoction, plus photos of a bunch of harvested agave plants.

This isn't a total shocker, BTW -- there've been subtle hints ... especially based on photos she posted from a recent getaway down to Mexico.

It also looks like 818's been in a bunch of tequila competitions recently (winning several) ... but has yet to hit the market widely. Up until now, there was a ton of buzz over 818 -- but no one knew how to get it, when it would officially launch or who was behind it.

North West's oil painting -- which some call Bob Ross-esque -- actually caught the eyes of the folks keeping his legacy alive, and they wanna work with the young artiste.

Sarah Strohl from Bob Ross Inc. tells TMZ ... they were thrilled to discover North's painting -- despite all the online haters it drew -- and they're looking to nurture her talent by inviting her to visit the Bob Ross Experience in Muncie, Indiana.

Sarah says everyone at the late and iconic American painter's company is thrilled about Bob's apparent influence on a new generation ... represented by North.

If North accepts the invitation, we're told she'll get to check out Bob's paintings, up close and in-person. She'll also get a class in Bob's wet-on-wet technique with a certified Ross instructor -- that is, if she hasn't mastered it already.

The venue itself is pretty legendary ... it's the refurbished studio where Bob filmed his beloved series "The Joy of Painting" from 1983 to 1994.

The visit would be pretty cool for any young artist, but especially for North ... after all the bitter reaction to Kim Kardashian posting North's work of art.

As we reported ... Kim was pissed when haters came after North and questioned the authenticity of a piece she said North painted herself.

Khloe Kardashian isn't shocked Lamar Odom's ex-fiancée is on Tristan Thompson's hook up list ... she knew already, and Tristan's tryst with Sabrina Parr happened way before they even met.

Lamar spilled the beans on Tristan's hook up with Sabrina to Wendy Williams Thursday, but he wouldn't give a timeline. The announcement had many believing it was one of the factors that led to Lamar and Sabrina's split ... and the first time that Khloe was made aware of the situation.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Tristan and Sabrina hooked up nearly a decade ago, during Tristan's rookie season in the NBA. TT was 20 years old at the time and was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Sabrina's hometown team.

Our sources say when Lamar and Sabrina first went public with their relationship in 2019, Tristan told Khloe about his past with Sabrina ... so Lamar's bombshell is nothing new to Khloe.

While Lamar hinted Sabrina's fling with Tristan was recent, we're told Lamar actually knew about it before Nov. 2019, when he proposed.

Kim Kardashian sent a flowery token of appreciation to hospital staff who've been on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic for nearly a year now.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Kim had a photoshoot earlier this week for an upcoming project, with an abundance of gorgeous flowers on a set designed by celeb florist Jeff Leatham.

Instead of just tossing the flowers out after the shoot was over, we're told they whipped up dozens of bouquets and delivered them to frontline workers at the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital ... along with a thank-you note.

Hospital CEO Keith Hobbs presented the early Valentine's Day gifts to his staff, including RN Catherine Pradt and several others.

Kim Kardashian is FUMING at folks questioning the authenticity of a painting she says her daughter made herself ... insisting it's the real deal, and people doubting it have way too much time on their hands.

KK is blasting critics of North's oil painting -- depicting a mountain, a river and a surrounding valley ... which drew comparisons of Bob Ross' artwork (and lots of jokes). But, there were also those who straight-up said North couldn't have done it on her own.

You can tell Kim's pissed from the get-go ... "DON’T PLAY WITH ME WHEN IT COMES TO MY CHILDREN!!!" Kim goes on to say North and her BFF have been taking high-skill oil painting classes lately, and just wrapped their art projects after weeks of hard work.

North's pal is Ryan Romulus, the daughter of Kim's good friend, Tracy Romulus. Tracy posted a photo of Ryan with her own oil painting of a wolf. Fans had zeroed in on Ryan's painting as well ... she also completed a nature landscape in the same class.

Anyway, Kim goes on to say this about "grown adults" who are taking shots at her daughter's ability ... "How dare you see children doing awesome things and then try to accuse them of NOT being awesome!?!?! Please stop embarrassing yourselves with the negativity and allow every child to be GREAT!!!"
