Missouri drivers are going green, and we ain't talking Teslas -- it's whole lotta ganja scattered all over an interstate, making for a very slow and chill commute ... on 4/20, no less!

Ya heard that right! State troopers found quite the scene when they responded to a 3-car crash Wednesday. No one was seriously injured, and the only passenger we can clearly identify is ... Mary Jane.

500 pounds of marijuana, to be precise, in plastic bags that were strewn about the highway during the wreck.

Ya gotta imagine someone was on scene yelling "smoke 'em if ya got 'em" ... but we can't confirm that. The coincidental date of the accident wasn't lost on the responding officers, as the Missouri State Highway Patrol tweeted, "You definitely don’t see this every day, but it is 4/20".

Turns out the pickup truck allegedly carrying all the weed was making its way across the state, where only medicinal weed is legal. Two men in the truck were arrested for drug trafficking, and reportedly suffered moderate injuries.

Cheech & Chong are celebrating 4/20 in the only way they know how -- smoking a fat blunt -- while puff, puff, passing with cops in a new music video.

The iconic comedy stoner duo is teaming up with Doggface, the viral Fleetwood Mac skateboarder from 2020, for his first rapping debut in "Low Rider" ... blazing up a fatty in the video, and prompting a visit from police.

The video's release date is April 20, the unofficial marijuana holiday, so naturally, the police actors start sharing the blunt with Cheech, Chong and Doggface, some real reefer madness.

Doggface's first song -- titled "Low Rider" -- is Klypso's and it features War and another well-known stoner, Snoop Dogg, who doesn't shy away from smoking on camera either.

George Lopez even makes a cameo ... parking it up too!!!

As we first told you ... the music vid was filmed over 4 days at Snoop's compound and a Burbank studio and cost around $300k to produce, with Snoop getting nearly $100k, and a big chunk going to production.

The song is a stoner's spin-off of the original (by War) and the celeb cast makes sense ... remember, Cheech and Chong played the OG "Low Rider" in their iconic movie, "Up in Smoke" ... and the tune doubles as the theme song for George's self-titled sitcom, "George Lopez."

Danielle Bregoli, aka Bhad Bhabie, wants to lose another aka -- the "Cash me Outside" chick from Dr. Phil -- because she says she's been more than successful on her own.

Bhad Bhabie says she wants everyone to forget about her 2016 TV interview with the good Doc, the one that's amassed 14 million views. In the video she says she's become a massive success post-Phil, and those are the accomplishments that matter.

For e.g., she points to her OnlyFans triumph of snagging a million bucks in 6 hours. And, there's more -- she says all tolled, she's raked in $50 million. Not bad for a 19-year-old.

It's Easter again, and New Yorkers were itching to get out and be festive after a couple years of pandemic fatigue -- an occasion for which they did not disappoint at all.

Scores of people poured into the streets of NYC Sunday to celebrate the holiday as part of the annual Easter Parade/Bonnet Festival ... extra emphasis on that last part. The hats worn were big and wild ... as were a lot of their getups, which reflected the Spring season.

One lady was rockin' a huge teacup bonnet, and another had one on that cradled a bird nest up top with some colored eggs. Others wore masks -- both bird and bunny themed -- and there wasn't left to the imagination in costumes and designs.

Even the pets were getting in on the fun ... with dogs dressed from ear to tail in Easter wear.

BTW, normie NYC dwellers weren't the only ones in the spirit to celebrate Easter -- Hollywood's rich and famous were also in the mood to get decked out on Sunday.

Some of the stars who were in their Easter Sunday best included ... Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Reese Witherspoon, Robert Downey Jr., Kris Jenner, John Travolta, Ashley Tisdale -- just to name a few.

Easter's usually seen as something you really get into for the kids -- among the non-religious, that is --  but even the adults can have fun ... as we clearly see in New York and beyond.

Keisha Lance Bottoms claims a restaurant refused to let her dine when they felt she wasn't dressed up enough -- and it sounds like she thinks something nefarious might be afoot.

The former mayor of Atlanta tweeted out her alleged experience Friday, writing ... "I was just turned away at @CapitalGrille at Perimeter Mall because I have on leggings. 🤷🏽‍♀️" While she didn't suggest a racial element in her initial remarks, she later followed up with more info.

WSBTV anchor Kristen Holloway pointed out that Capital Grille does, indeed, have a dress code ... something they note on their website. Among the articles of clothing they apparently don't allow -- gym attire, sweat pants, tank tops, hats, exposed undergarments, etc.

But, KLB begged to differ ... suggesting somebody came right after her that she seems to have felt wasn't up to snuff either, but was allowed access regardless.

She wrote, "Odd that a restaurant in a mall parking lot turns away customers in 'mall' attire. Asked if I could sit in the bar area and was told, 'No.'"

Keisha adds, "Rules are the rules, just  wonder if the woman who came in immediately after me, who I did not see come back out, was also denied service." The ex-mayor didn't elaborate further, so it's unclear what exactly the other lady might've been wearing.

While Keisha herself didn't explicitly allege racism, people were quick to make that leap ... digging up photos purportedly showing white folks at the same restaurant in very caj getups, including the same types of gear CG bans on their site. So, some see a double standard.

KLB hasn't chimed in further, and Capital Grille itself has been mum ... having yet to comment publicly on her accusation. No word on what more, if anything, may come of this.

FWIW, this is far from the first time in recent memory that a person of color has accused a fancy restaurant of discrimination through the veil of a dress code ... it happened back in 2020, when a mom alleged exactly that in Baltimore -- and even took the issue to court.

It's Easter weekend, but one group of airplane passengers got an early dose of JC juice while 30,000 feet up in the air and halfway around the world ... with no way to escape.

Check out this video that's making the rounds right now -- it shows a packed flight with a good handful of passengers singing what appear to be Christian songs to the rest of the cabin ... jamming out on a guitar and walking up and down the aisle in high spirits.

Sounds perfectly innocent, but when you get a glimpse at how others (besides the churchgoers) react ... you can tell some aren't too thrilled about the impromptu performance.

There might be some missing context here to fully explain this ... namely, whether this was a plane full of folks from the same church/denomination, or whether these Christ-followers hijacked things and projected their faith onto everyone else without asking. It's unclear.

What we do know ... this video was shot/posted by Jack Jensz Jr. -- who seems to be a pastor of some sort, and who founded an org called Kingdom Realm Ministries.

Him and his congregation have been in Europe lately helping out the refugees fleeing Ukraine, and according to his FB timeline -- this might've been shot on a flight to Germany around April 9, so a full week ago at this point. It just seems to be getting picked up now.

A man jumped overboard on a Carnival cruise headed for Florida ... and so far no sign of him.

A passenger on the boat tells TMZ ... she was on deck 7 early Saturday morning when 2 teens came running past her in a panic. She told them to slow down so they wouldn't hurt themselves, and that's when they screamed someone had gone overboard.

There was pandemonium on the ship by some ... others thought it was a joke, until security jumped to the ready and began a frantic search.

We're told the Coast Guard was called in and they blasted bright lights onto the dark sea and went on the hunt. The cruise line stayed to help in the search, but nothing turned up.

The ship then headed for its destination -- Port Canaveral, Florida and the Coast Guard continued searching.

A Carnival spokesperson tells TMZ the man jumped off the ship. We do know he's an adult who was on the ship with his family.

Guest services thought they were joking at first -- but then sent security to the area where the man had fallen overboard.

Security confirmed he had gone overboard and the coast guard was called in.

Lil Durk is arguably the hottest rapper out -- his "7220" album topped the Billboard 200 chart last month -- so, it's not surprising fans would literally lose their minds, or even bodily fluids, over him.

New footage just surfaced of Durk's recent Phoenix tour stop, and it shows the Chicago rap superstar's candid reactions to a fan who was in some kinda trouble. He actually stopped the show, and seemed genuinely concerned about her.

But, then he found out the apparent emergency was that she'd peed herself!

Lil Durk fans know his repertoire involves a bit of kink and had to clarify if it was fandom ... or simply the inability to get the bathroom inside the Arizona Federal Theater last Friday that spurned her urination.

Nevertheless, Durk was a good watersport about the situation and told the fan to go clean up, so she could enjoy the rest of the show.

Artists have been extra cautious with fans since November 2021's Astroworld Festival tragedy that left 10 people dead.

We've seen several shows temporarily stopped down so security and paramedics can tend to fans in distress.

That being said, the biggest safety precaution Lil Durk might need for the remainder of his tour is having mops on standby.

Olivia Culpo's dad expressed some concern over her latest outfit choice ... causing a full-blown debate amongst the family!

The piece in question is Olivia's denim skirt ... something Pops isn't on board with, even offering up some suggestions as to how to make it more PC. She posted a clip of her dad's comments Wednesday, showing other family members jumping in to support the fashion statement.

She put a poll online after the discussion, asking if the fit was inappropriate ... her fans made it clear -- no way!!!

You'll recall, Olivia's outfit choices got her in trouble back in January ... an American Airlines worker told her she needed to put a blouse on over her outfit in order to board her flight.

After Olivia was forced to wear BF Christian McCaffrey's hoodie, her sister Aurora pointed out another passenger who was wearing a similar top, but wasn't asked to cover up.

Miya Ponsetto, AKA "SoHo Karen," got off easy and it would be much different if she were a Black person ... so says, Ben Crump and Keyon Harrold.

Keyon Harrold and his attorney, Ben Crump, tell TMZ ... they believe if the roles were reversed and Miya was a Black woman, who assaulted a white teen, then her punishment would've been harsher.

As we've previously reported, Miya Ponsetto was charged with a hate crime ... after she attacked Keyon Harrold's 14-year-old son, Keyon Harrold Jr., and falsely accused him of stealing her phone at a SoHo hotel in 2020.

Miya ended up copping a plea deal Monday ... pleading guilty to a felony hate crime charge but avoiding any jail time. Instead, she's agreed to stay out of trouble for 2 years and continue with counseling.

Keyon says to make matters worse, "she's never gone on the record to apologize to my son, not once. It's traumatic to even think about, there's trauma every time this is brought up and triggering to my entire family."

Ben says it all boils down to Black people getting much harsher punishments than White folks ... "The institutions produce the same outcomes: Black people get the most of injustice and the least of justice. No matter who is in the office."

Khloe Kardashian knows she told on herself when she mistakenly revealed she's guilty of photoshopping her daughter into Disneyland photos -- something the Internet dragged her for months ago.

That's right. Khloe had to cop to deceiving folks about True being at Disneyland with her cousin Chicago back in January. She wrote, "Welllppp I f**ked this one up. Anyways….. let’s focus on something else 😂 ".

Of course, she had no choice but to come clean after posting a video Tuesday, saying True was at Disneyland for the first time to celebrate her 4th birthday.

Fans quickly recalled Kim Kardashian posting a pic of her daughter, Chi and True at Disneyland back in December 2021. So, it wouldn't have been True's first time if that December shot was real.

The pic looked fishy from the jump ... fans called out the pretty obvious photoshopping.

Turns out, the photo was taken in December, but it was actually Kylie's daughter, Stormi with Chi.

President Biden's having a crappy day -- just as he was trying to make a very serious point about inflation and the economy ... a bird decided to drop a deuce right on his fancy suit.

JB was delivering a speech Tuesday in Menlo, Iowa -- within what he described as a barn of some sort -- where POTUS was talking about infrastructure, inflation and figuring out a way to lower costs for Americans ... all in the framework of the farming industry.

While he was talking about seeing the work they do there and giving these folks praise, something fell down from above -- and it wasn't a little miracle ... it was fowl poo.

Indeed ... a little white thing splashes onto his left shoulder and leaves its splattered mark, but the Prez didn't seem to notice -- and in the moment, it didn't appear too many others did either. Unfortunately, eagle-eyed viewers watching at home definitely saw it clear as day.

Bummer that Joe was in the line of fire here ... you'd think they'd clear the place out of any feathered critters fluttering around up in the rafters -- because Mother Nature doesn't discriminate when it comes to defecation.

A teenage go-karting champ says a salute he made after winning a race this weekend was not intended to be an homage to Nazis -- and now, he's issuing an apology for the misunderstanding.

Artem Severiukhin -- a 15-year-old Russian racer -- made the gesture while on the podium following the FIA Karting European Championship in Portugal on Sunday ... and many were appalled, believing it was a Nazi salute.

But, in a video released on social media on Monday afternoon, Severiukhin says he was simply giving thanks to some of his supporters in the crowd with his chest taps and arm wave.

"Standing on the podium, I made a gesture that many perceived as a Nazi salute," Severiukhin said. "It's not true -- I have never supported Nazism and consider it one of the worst crimes against humanity."

Severiukhin added he's sorry for the confusion -- and is ready to accept any punishment that might be headed his way over it all.

"I know that I'm a fool," he said, "and I'm ready to be punished. But please believe that there was no intention in my actions. There was no support for Nazism or fascism."

Two YouTubers have just been sued by USC for busting into classrooms and stopping the instructors so they can film viral videos.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the men of Troy say Ernest Kanevsky and Yuguo Bai -- neither of whom are enrolled at the school -- allegedly performed a series of pranks in various classrooms, with the goal of making "takeover prank videos."

Their most recent disruption went down a few weeks ago, with Ernest and Yuguo pretending to be a Russian Mafia member and Hugo Boss ... interrupting a lecture on the Holocaust. Boss manufactured nazi uniforms during WWII.

The docs claim students were panicked ... some fled the room, leaving their belongings behind. The lawsuit says the YouTubers presented "a credible threat of imminent classroom violence."

Officers arrested them at gunpoint in a parking lot near the classroom. No word on whether prosecutors are going forward with criminal charges, but the school is trying to get cash from the culprits.

Miya Ponsetto, aka "SoHo Karen", is striking a plea deal that will keep her from spending any time behind bars after committing what the D.A. deemed a hate crime.

Ponsetto accepted a deal from prosecutors which will require her to "live a law-abiding life"  for 2 years. She entered a guilty plea and has agreed to continue with therapy and follow the terms of her probation while living in California.

Miya's lawyer, Paul D'Emilia, tells TMZ ... "We are pleased that today’s proceeding brought this unfortunate misunderstanding closer to a final resolution ... We are appreciative of the District Attorney’s thoughtful and empathetic approach to finding an acceptable conclusion."

If she is able to steer clear of trouble for 2 years, she'll be able to withdraw her guilty plea to the felony and re-plead to aggravated harassment in the second degree -- which is only a misdemeanor.

If she gets in trouble again, though, she could face up to 4 years in prison.

Manhattan's DA, Alvin Bragg, says, "Ms. Ponsetto displayed outrageous behavior. As a Black man, I have personally experienced racial profiling countless times in my life and I sympathize with the young man victimized in this incident. This plea ensures appropriate accountability for Ms. Ponsetto by addressing underlying causes for her behavior and ensuring this conduct does not reoccur”.

As we've previously reported, Ponsetto was charged with a hate crime ... after she went viral for attacking a then 14-year-old, Keyon Harrold Jr. as she wrongly accused him of stealing her iPhone.

The ugly 2020 incident was caught on camera as she went after the teenager in the lobby of the Arlo Hotel in SoHo.

That wasn't Posetto's first run-in with the law either. In California, she'd also been busted twice for DUI in 2020 and got arrested for being drunk in public with her mom another time ... and remains on probation for that.

A fan at a minor league baseball game got doused with his own beer ... after a foul ball hit his drink straight into his face -- and the entire, hilarious scene was all captured on camera!

The funny incident went down during Springfield's game against the Northwest Arkansas Nationals on Saturday ... when Cardinals second baseman Chandler Redmond was up to bat against pitcher Anthony Veneziano.

Redmond took a couple pitches -- and then fouled off a ball that somehow ricocheted into a can that was placed near a screen behind home plate.

In video of the incident, you can see the ball hit the drink so hard -- it splashed beer everywhere, including all over the can's owner's face!!

Thankfully, the guy was a great sport about the impromptu booze shower -- laughing hysterically and then giving two thumbs up to the centerfield camera.

"And that is our first beer victim or beverage victim," one of the announcer's said.
