Robin Williams' death had been reported for just minutes, when "Diff'rent Strokes" star Todd Bridges bashed Williams for committing suicide ... calling it "a very selfish act."

Bridges moaned he's had a hard time too but didn't take what he implies is the easy way out: "You don't think that my life has been hell and I've had so many ups and downs now. If I did that what am i showing my children that when it gets tough that's the way out No you gotta buckle down ask God to help you. That's when prayer really comes into effect."

Bridges did give him this, "Rest in peace Robin Williams I hope you found what you were looking for."

A few hours later Bridges apologized for the timing of his comments, saying ... "My best friend committed suicide a few months ago, and I was devastated to discover that he did not solicit my help. I am sure that my attitude toward Williams's death was a delayed reaction of my best friend's death. Again, I apologize for my negative comment, and I ask forgiveness for any pain that I have caused anyone."

Webbie's concert in Odessa, TX had to be shut down after the rapper's fans went nuts and started attacking each other with bar stools ... and TMZ has the INSANE video.

Odessa police tell us Webbie was well into his set at Club 20/20 when a fight between fans turned into a violent free-for-all ... with some people using metal stools as weapons.

Police eventually broke up the brawl and cleared the room. We're told at least 5 people were arrested -- some for drugs and alcohol. Unclear exactly how many were injured, but you can see people laid out cold in the video.

The 20/20 manager tells TMZ ... he doesn't like that kind of "ghetto stuff" at his club ... so he's banning any future rap and hip hop shows at the venue.

Casey Kasem's body is about to top James Brown's on the mileage front ... because we've learned it's being moved again ... this time thousands of miles away.

Casey's body is currently in a Montreal funeral home -- nearly 2 months after he died in Washington.

Sources tell us ... Jean Kasem is making arrangements to have the body flown to Europe ... possibly Oslo, Norway.

The move is significant. TMZ broke the story ... the Santa Monica Police Dept. is investigating Jean for elder abuse ... after one of Casey's daughters filed a complaint alleging Casey developed a fatal infection as a result of Jean taking him on a multi-state car ride to evade the family.

The Santa Monica PD wants a full autopsy ... which so far has not been performed. Casey's kids believe Jean is on the run because she knows if the family finds the body and gets a court order it could be incriminating for her.

Kylie Jenner celebrated her 17th birthday this weekend with all sorts of friends, including 34-year-old rapper The Game ... everyone holding full bottles of liquor.

TMZ posted video Sunday of Kylie grabbing a bottle of tequila from 24-year-old Tyga. You don't see Kylie actually drink it ... but what 17-year-old turns down good booze?

Then there's the photo Wackstar posted on Instagram ... showing him, Justin Bieber (who's 20), The Game and Kylie all posing ... with Game and Bieber holding a bottle of liquor.

Bruce Jenner was busted by both the cops and his son Sunday night.

Bruce was driving on PCH in Malibu and doing a little quien es mas macho ... squealing his tires, and cops noticed. The squad cars lit up and Bruce was pulled over.

Turns out Brody Jenner was right behind and aimed his cell phone camera right at dad.

Cops told Bruce he had committed the crime of "Exhibition of Speed" -- aka showing off. They gave him a warning and let him go.

Fugitive from justice Columbus Short lied when he claimed the guy he knocked out in an L.A. bar had it coming because he slapped his wife ... fact is, Columbus confessed to the guy IN WRITING.

You'll recall ... Columbus was arrested in March after sucker punching a guy during an engagement party at a West L.A. sports bar. The guy ended up in the hospital with a concussion and broken nose.

Columbus spoke out last month ... claiming he punched the guy in defense of his wife, because the man was taunting the "Scandal" star's wife, slapping her in the face with $20 bills.

But we've obtained a text message Columbus sent to the guy he hit ... sent the very same night of the incident. Columbus wrote, "I know im texting and incriminating myself but I have to own what I did wrong in that situation."

Columbus goes on, "Im so sorry and completely disappointed in myself," adding, "Whether I go to jail or not that will be the worst punishment of all. Losing you guys."

Ray J had a bizarre encounter with cops Wednesday ... one minute being ordered out of his car and the next taking pics with them ... and the pics have triggered an LAPD investigation.

Ray was tooling around in his new Bentley in the San Fernando Valley when the 2 officers noticed he was holding his cell phone ... appearing to text.

Ray J tells TMZ ... the 2 cops pulled him over and told him it was illegal to text and drive. They were also suspicious about the car because it had no license plate but a customized "RJ" frame.

Ray tells us ... he explained he was not texting but simply struggling to connect his blue tooth. The cops then ran his license and registration, came back to the car and warned him if he was texting he shouldn't do it anymore. They also asked if he was in the music business.

It seems like that should be the end of the story ... but it was just beginning. Ray tells us the 2 cops ordered him out of the car and he was panicked things would go downhill. He got out, and Ray says the cops then asked if they could take a few pics with him.

The cops took cell phone photos and then Ray asked if they would return the favor and take a few pics on his cell phone -- they obliged, and we have the pics.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... the LAPD has now launched an internal affairs investigation. An LAPD big wig tells TMZ ... it's against policy for cops to take a pic with a driver after letting him off the hook because it creates an appearance of impropriety.

Rapper Tyga jumped the gun by 4 years Saturday night ... offering Kylie Jenner a shot of tequila for her 17th birthday.

You clearly hear Tyga offering booze to the teen. You can also see Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner.

They're not in the video ... but The Game and Chris Brown were also on hand.

For what it's worth ... you don't see Kylie drinking. But c'moooon!

Ariana Grande's brother revealed who he REALLY IS to his "Big Brother" castmates ... in the most bizarre and Grande-ose way possible.

Frankie Grande made the confession on the live feed -- that he's not only Ariana Grande's bro but also a BIG STAR in his own right and head ... and it wasn't received well.

The 3 maids spoke with the New York Post, but did not want their names revealed. They tell scatological stories that paint a shocking tale of uncleanliness. One maid says when the urge hit, MJ would just unzip his pants and pee in the grand entry of Neverland.

The maids were shocked, because when guests like Oprah or Elizabeth Taylor would visit the floors would be waxed but all they could think of is ... they're stepping where Michael took a wiz.

Another maid says Jackson would track in animal poop from his mini-farm on the property and then threaten to throw poop snowballs at the help.

The maids say Jackson lived like a pig ... his bedroom was littered with half-eaten chicken, potato chips, empty wine and whiskey bottles. One maid said it was so bad, the place was infested with bedbugs.

"Wire" star Idris Elba actually had a wire in his pants this week ... but sadly it was a real wire.

Attention, friends of Drake Bell ... the former Nickelodeon star may be shacking up inside of Sleeping Beauty's castle at Disneyland in Anaheim -- or at least that's how it seems.

The evidence is pretty crystal ... Bell was spotted inside The Magic Kingdom on SIXTEEN DAYS last month. We got a bunch of pics he took with fans during his many visits.

A man some say is the Steve Jobs of the music industry is being sued by a woman who claims she moved half way around the world on his promise to take care of her for the rest of her life ... then screwed her over.

Ted Cohen -- a music industry icon who has worked with the likes of Alice Cooper, Fleetwood Mac, The Who, Van Halen and Prince and has been a leader in the digital revolution of music -- allegedly had an affair with Deborah Sass, who at the time was living in London.

According to Sass' lawsuit -- the 2 met in London in 2006 while Cohen was married. Sass claims they fell in love and he told her if she moved to L.A. to be with him he would divorce his wife and take care of her (Sass) for the rest of her life.

Cohen was true to his word and filed for divorce. He also bought a house for Sass in Hollywood and even got her a Mercedes-Benz.

Sass claims Cohen had Sass run his company -- TAG Strategic, a digital entertainment consulting firm -- and she says she slaved away, working 70 hours a week and she didn't get a salary most of the time ... he simply said he was taking care of her.

You know how this ends. Sass says in 2012, Cohen's divorce still was not final and they argued bitterly, splitting up in December of that year.

She says she never got a real salary and he also is refusing to support her for the rest of her life.

She's suing for 50% of his income.

Sass tells TMZ .. "I am not looking for a handout, but for justice. I generated more than $1.4 million in revenues for TAG, and I have not been fairly compensated for my contributions."

Someone in the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee has just learned Photoshop ... mocking up a pic of Kim Kardashian as a meth head in a "scared straight" gallery.

The Drug Enforcement page on the Sheriff's website features a photo gallery showing the effects of meth use. Most of the "after" photos look like "Walking Dead" extras.

We rang up the good folks in Bradley County and they claim they had no idea Kim was part of the gallery. They say it was the brainchild of a volunteer who's no longer with them.

12:35 PM PT -- The sheriff's site has now been taken down and replaced with, "Under Construction."

Madonna's two eldest children, Lourdes and Rocco, hung out Wednesday with her boyfriend, Timor Steffens, in the South of France.

A quick check of the math ... Lourdes is 17, Rocco is 13 and Timor is 26 ... which adds up to 56.

Madonna turns 56 later this month. Let that sink in for a moment ...

Lindsay Lohan may be genetically predisposed to bad parenting ... so she took baby steps by borrowing the child of a local vendor and wandering around on the beach in Mykonos, Greece.

The kid clearly looks worried.
