Hulk Hogan is vowing to drop the legal hammer on a "nephew" who's pushing a reality show about finding the perfect 3-some ... telling TMZ Sports he's a DISGRACE to the Hogan name.

The man behind the reality show is David Bollea -- who calls himself King David Hogan ... a pro-MMA fighter who last stepped in the ring back in 2012 and claims to be Hogan's "nephew."

King David is trying to shop a reality show called, "My Girlfriend Wants a Girlfriend" ... in which he sorts through 16 different ladies to find the perfect addition to their freaky sexual lifestyle.

But Hulk is PISSED -- telling TMZ Sports he barely knows the guy and can't believe he would try to cash in on the Hogan name without permission.

"I've only met him twice in my entire life ... he knows nothing about the Hogan family, the Hogan name and has no right to use it," Hulk says.

And now for the threat ... "I will pursue legal action against him for diminishing the Hogan brand."

Rapper Too Short just got away with a crime that lands most people in jail ... taking a loaded gun to an airport ... then fleeing in his socks.

The rapper was at Burbank Airport Thursday when he put his bag on the conveyor belt, and as it rolled he realized there was a loaded gun inside. We're told his reaction was immediately -- GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE.

Problem is ... Short's wallet and shoes were also on the conveyor, so he left in his socks and without cash.

We're told Too Short got in his car, drove off and called his lawyer and asked what to do. We're told the lawyer told him to go on his merry way and that he'd clean up the mess.

So according to our sources ... Short's lawyer, Keith Davidson, went to Burbank Airport and convinced authorities to merely ticket his client for misdemeanor firearms possession and not arrest him.

Meanwhile ... we're told Too Short went to nearby Van Nuys Airport and took a private jet to SFO.

Handguns ... leave home without them.

"Shameless" star Steve Howey can forget about any future White House invitations ... because he blasted President Barack Obama with an Ebola joke that ended up backfiring.

Howey tweeted on Thursday ... "People shouldn't be so scared about this virus from Africa. He only has two more years of his presidency."

Too soon? Howey, or his publicist ... must've thought so after the fact, since he eventually deleted the tweet, but the damage was done. Several of his followers retweeted it, and most of them found it offensive.

Colin Kaepernick is coming out swingin' against allegations he knocked up self-proclaimed fitness model Brittany Renner ... and he's using a rap song to shoot down the claims.

The pregnancy talk started when Brittany went to her Instagram page and wrote that she was "preggers" by the SF 49ers quarterback.

Brittany and Colin reportedly hooked up back in July -- and she even posted pics to her Instagram appearing to show Colin hanging out at her place.

So when she posted the "preggers" thing -- people thought there could be some truth to it.

But clearly, Colin ain't buyin' it ... 'cause moments ago, he went to Instagram and posted the album cover for a rap song called "STOP LYIN'" ... and included the caption, "We just goin call this my anthem now! Keep trying."

He made no specific mention of Brittany -- but, c'mon ... doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand what he's talking about.

Scott Schwimer, Sparks' entertainment lawyer, tells TMZ, “As a gay, Jewish man who has represented Nick for almost 20 years I find these allegations completely ludicrous and offensive.” Sparks' lawyer for this case, Theresa Sprain, adds, "We deny these allegations."

Nicholas Sparks is a homophobic, anti-Semitic racist who ironically also disrespects Alzheimer's patients ... according to the Jewish ex-headmaster of Sparks' Christian school.

Saul Hillel Benjamin claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was hired to run the Epiphany School for Global Studies founded by Sparks in 2006.

Benjamin says he began complaining to the author of "The Notebook" and others ... the school had virtually no African Americans -- 2 out of 514 students. Benjamin claims Sparks responded, "Black students are too poor and can't do the academic work."

Benjamin also says Sparks got incensed when he [Benjamin] met with the NAACP North Carolina chapter, telling the headmaster to "engage only in private and less visible contact with African Americans."

The lawsuit goes on ... claiming Sparks ignored bullying claims by gay students and even lent support to a student group that wanted to enact a "homo-caust."

Benjamin also claims Sparks publicly humiliated him by forcing him to get up in front of the entire school and justify his Jewish heritage. He says the parents of the students hurled insults at him while the board applauded.

Benjamin says he was fired and Sparks -- who famously wrote "The Notebook" about a couple's love transcending Alzheimer's -- telling others in the school to ignore Benjamin's claims because he was suffering from Alzheimer's.

Benjamin's lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, tells TMZ ... "Apparently, despite the efforts our society has made, Mr. Sparks wants to travel back in time and vilify those who promote diversity and tolerance of all people regardless of their sexual orientation and race."

Charlie's lawyer Marty Singer calls the allegations "completely fabricated." He adds, "No bodyguard made the absurd statement to the dentist. Charlie had a bad reaction to the noxious gas put in his mouth and nose."

Charlie Sheen clearly doesn't like going to the dentist, because he's under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly going nuts in a dental chair in a rock cocaine-fueled rage ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Charlie was at an L.A. dental office last Thursday for an abscess. He sat in the chair as the dental technician placed a mask over his face to administer nitrous oxide, when she says Charlie went insane ... flailing his arms and striking her.

The technician told cops she walked out of the room as Charlie's security guard entered. Charlie's personal dentist was there along with the oral surgeon. There was a lot of commotion and the technician says when Charlie's dentist finally came out he told her Charlie pulled a knife and went after him. The dentist wasn't hurt.

The technician also told cops the bodyguard told the dentist Charlie was high on rock cocaine.

We're told there's an active LAPD investigation and cops are looking at a possible battery against the technician and felony assault with a deadly weapon for the alleged knife attack on the dentist.

We're told cops want to interview Charlie and the dentist before sending the case over to the L.A. County D.A., who will decide whether to prosecute.

We reached out to Charlie ... so far, nothing back.

Donald Sterling and V. Stiviano reunited at his Beverly Hills mansion today -- and when Donald's wife found out ... she called police, trying to get V. arrested ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Shelly Sterling got wind of Donald and V.'s tryst ... and believed Stiviano must have broken into the house. Our Sterling sources tell us Shelly called Bev Hills PD immediately and reported a break-in.

We're told police officers responded ... and spoke to Donald and Stiviano. One source tells us V. was an "invited" guest, so ... no break-in, and no arrests.

Shelly has beef with V. ... She sued the alleged mistress, claiming she embezzled $1.8 mil from Donald ... and Shelly says half of that was hers. Shelly claims V. swindled an old man who wasn't with it.

Cops tell us V. wasn't scared off ... she stayed after they left.

The Orlando Bloom/Justin Bieber/Miranda Kerr/Selena Gomez love square united in significant fashion during Paris Fashion Week and it was nothing but uncomfortable.

Miranda and Selena posed for this pic at the Louis Vuitton show and looked like they'd both rather be in a dentist's chair.

Their common bond is of course Justin Bieber, who is currently banging Selena and was famously and allegedly banging Miranda after a NY fashion show.

As TMZ reported ... earlier in the day Justin was at another show when Miranda suddenly appeared and Justin literally hid behind Kim Kardashian's butt.

Meanwhile ... back at the ranch in L.A. -- our photog got Orlando Bloom out, who famously took a swing at the Biebs in Ibiza, and asked about Justin possibly stepping out on Selena for Kendall Jenner.

A$AP Rocky claims he never laid a finger on the ex-fan who's accusing him of smacking her up at a concert -- instead, he's hinting she might have been roughed up by other fans ... and should have expected it.

As we reported ... Lisamarie Wade sued Rocky for $75K ... saying he smacked her in a brutal, unprovoked attack while making his way through the crowd at a Philly music festival last year.

Rocky just fired back in legal docs ... denying he ever touched or attempted to hit Wade. He says a pack of fans "aggressively moved towards" -- insinuating Wade may have been part of that mob scene. But he adds neither he nor his entourage smacked her.

He says Wade knew there could be trouble in such a crowded setting. In other words ... expect some heat when you walk in the kitchen.

Jagged Edge got bounced from Jermaine Dupri's birthday bash at a swanky Atlanta club ... because the guys refused to ditch their ball caps at the door.

Gold Room host Kenny Burns tells TMZ ... the R&B group showed up under-dressed -- hoodies and caps -- for the exclusive event. Owner Alex Gidewon tried to compromise -- since it was Jermaine's party ... agreeing to let the guys in IF they lost the hats.

We're told when Jagged Edge refused, they got the boot -- which pissed off Jermaine BIG time ... and the guys started cussing out security. Eventually they all got the heave ho.

JD tells us he and his crew, including Jagged Edge, were in the club for 35 minutes -- without any problems -- before management ever complained. He feels the club was very disrespectful.

The club seems willing to forgive and forget with Jermaine ... but we're told Jagged Edge has been banned from the Gold Room.

The guy who attacked Kim Kardashian in Paris last week has struck again -- this time Ciara was his victim -- and Paris cops still think it's a stupid, nothing offense and they aren't taking action.

Vitalii Sediuk was standing outside the Valentino fashion show wearing a trench coat, and as Ciara passed him he lost the coat and hugged her hard, wearing a thong.

Sediuk had something written on his leg referencing a USA ban ... he's been barred from red carpets in the States following his attack on Brad Pitt.

We reached out to Paris cops to see if they'd now take action against Sediuk, but they said they have no plans ... they say it's not important enough to warrant their attention.

Gene Simmons believes in the five-second rule a little too much, because Monday he ate a piece of his hamburger -- AFTER IT FELL ON THE GROUND! AT LAX!!!!!

Simmons was chatting up a photog while eating a burger -- most likely from his restaurant, Rock & Brews, at LAX. Not only did Simmons snarf down the floor meat ... he flaunted it before throwing it down.

No burger can be THAT good.

The woman who grabbed Chris Brown in a nightclub and got checked by the singer says she was just trying to show him some love ... even though she looks pretty damn ominous in the video.

The woman -- Mandee -- admits to us ... she was wasted after Chris' performance at the Houston club. She claims 5 drinks and some shots, which definitely qualifies as wasted.

She also admits it's understandable that Chris -- who was turned the other way when she grabbed him -- was simply reacting to her unwanted face grab when he pushed her ... but feels he went too far.

Mandee says she's considering legal action, telling us, "I wasn’t trying to hurt him, I was just a drunk fan."

One of LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian's ex-housekeepers doesn't take kindly to being called a fat old lady, or being fired just for being from El Salvador ... so she's suing the couple.

Gloria Cevallos says things started to go South in the Rimes-Cibrian household when 2 other female employees started beefing with her. According to Gloria's lawsuit, the women called her a vieja gorda (fat old lady) ... and a pinche vieja salvadorena (old Salvadoran bitch).

Gloria cops to being Salvadoran ... not the other stuff.

Cevallos says she overheard Eddie's mom bitching about problems around the house ... and demanding he fire someone over it. She says Eddie's madre eventually showed her la puerta.

We've called Eddie and LeAnn's camp for comment ... so far no word back.

Chris Brown got physical with a woman who jumped in front of him during a nightclub appearance in Houston -- and even though she initiated the contact ... it was a questionable reaction from Chris.

Chris performed at Limelight Houston over the weekend, and while he and Karreuche Tran were walking through the crowd ... a woman stepped in front of him and reached out ... apparently trying to kiss him. CB gave her a pretty hard shove with his right forearm to move her out of the way.

It doesn't look like the fan was hurt. Obviously, not a smart move for someone with Chris' track record to mix it up with fans -- especially women -- even when they start it.

Suggestion, Chris: let security handle it.
