Ne-Yo says he feels blessed to be welcoming a new kid into the world -- and for anyone who's not on the happy train with him ... the next stop's yours.

We got Ne-Yo Wednesday at LAX and asked how he felt with baby #4 on the way with his current wife, Crystal Smith, and he says he's on cloud 9 ... especially since they apparently had complications with their first pregnancy.

As for the folks hating on him for expanding his brood after allegedly having his ex's tubes tied and then bailing on their engagement ... he's got a message for them too.

Nancy Pelosi has a few choice words for President Trump after he blamed Chuck Schumer and the Dems for the recent terrorist attack in NYC ... and he's not going to like them.

We got the House Minority Leader on Capitol Hill Wednesday ... she calls Trump's political blame-game actions the day after a tragedy inappropriate. She also claims Trump's got his facts wrong about the program he says let a terrorist into our country.

Yes, O.J. actually greeted trick-or-treaters at the Las Vegas home where he's been living since getting out of prison -- and he even dressed up for the occasion. Sorta. Simpson grabbed one of his old Buffalo Bills jerseys -- maybe one he's planning to hawk online.

He did cut through more NFL defenses than Freddy Krueger in that #32.

Doesn't look like O.J. handed out candy, but he did take selfies and sign autographs. More evidence of what we reported ... neighbors are welcoming him with open arms, and apparently their kids are too.

Teresa Giudice thinks Sofia Vergara acted like a "bitch" during a photo-op, which is totally out of line because -- according to Teresa -- Sofia's an immigrant and oughta act nice.

The 'RHONJ' star spilled the beans last week during a panel discussion -- "Gettin Real With The Housewives" -- where the audience asked about her best and worst celeb encounters. Teresa tore Sofia apart.

Here's what happened, according to Teresa. She and Sofia took a pic last week together while at a media event and Sofia supposedly stepped in front of her to steal the spotlight. Then she griped about posing with Teresa.

Teresa straight-up calls Sofia a bitch. She then gets xenophobic ... saying immigrants should be good-natured.

On a positive note ... at least Jennifer Lopez is all good in Teresa's book.

The Chief of the University of Nevada, Reno Police Dept. -- where Colin Kaepernick went to school -- is apologizing for an officer who mocked the QB at a Halloween party.

The officer in hot water is Antonio Gutierrez -- who wore a Kaepernick jersey with a "Will stand for food" sign ... while sporting an afro wig and a fake nose in an effort to make fun of the QB.

But the UNR PD ain't laughing ... Chief Adam Garcia issued a statement condemning Gutierrez saying, "For those who have seen the Halloween costume of one of our officers apparently mocking a citizen who has chosen to take advantage of his constitutional right to protest, I offer my sincere apologies."

"Members of our profession are held to a higher standard and denigrating another -- on or off duty -- is insensitive for its lack of respect and lack of understanding on how others may negatively view their actions and may be impacted."

When asked if the officer was punished, we were told, "We have no policy that would dictate any disciplinary action."

FYI, Kaepernick was a standout QB at UNR from 2007 to 2010 -- before being drafted by the 49ers.

2:30 PM PT -- Warner Bros. tells us, "We take all allegations of workplace harassment very seriously. These allegations were brought to our attention and were thoroughly investigated earlier this year. Our findings did not support the plaintiff’s characterization of the events claimed to have taken place, which is why we are disappointed by the filing of this lawsuit."

The company that produces the 'Bachelor' franchise, along with several of its producers, has a sexual harassment case on its hands -- a former employee now claims producers repeatedly asked her sexually invasive questions that she says had nothing to do with the show.

Becky Steenhoek is suing Warner Bros. Entertainment and several producers from the show claiming they asked her gratuitous questions, including:

-- How often do you masturbate?

-- Do you own sex toys/dildos?

-- Have you ever had anal sex?

-- Do you enjoy giving hand jobs?

-- Is your vagina shaved? Do you have a landing strip?

-- Has a man ever got your "taco" talking?

Steenhoek says these questions were designed to embarrass her because of her "sexual inexperience and conservative views about sex."

She claims a week after complaining about the comments she was fired.

Ex-NFL star Antrel Rolle knew damn well he wasn't screwing the IRS out of millions of dollars -- he was being set up ... and officials say he helped catch the scumbag at the heart of the scheme.

Long story short ... Rolle's former tax attorney was arrested by federal agents Monday morning after prosecutors say he filed tons of fake documents to score huge tax refunds in Rolle's name, only to pocket the money for himself.

Officials say Hiram Martin -- who Rolle hired as a rookie in 2006 -- stole at least $1.2 MILLION over the years but Rolle had no clue since Martin hid all the tax documents from him.

By the way, Rolle reportedly made more than $60 mil during his NFL career -- guessing Martin figured he wouldn't notice if he skimmed a couple mil.

Rolle finally realized something was up when he got hit with a $2 million tax bill in 2011 despite the fact he thought he made all his payments to Uncle Sam.

Rolle smartly hired another lawyer who was able to get the $2 mil tax judgment thrown out because of Martin's alleged fraud. That seemingly alerted the feds who cracked down on Martin and arrested him.

Kevin Spacey picked the worst time and way possible to come out as gay ... according to Billy Eichner, who calls the actor's statement "disgusting."

Spacey said he is now choosing "to live as a gay man" ... in an apology to actor Anthony Rapp, who claims when he was 14, Spacey tried to molest him. Shortly after that, Eichner -- who's openly gay -- said, "That Kevin Spacey statement. Nope. Absolutely not. Nope."

The "Billy on the Street" host went on to blast Spacey in a Twitter rant that included him saying Spacey "invented something that has never existed before: a bad time to come out."

His beef is clearly with Spacey connecting his alleged molesting of a teenager to his being gay. Billy, and many others, say Spacey's doing serious damage to the LGBT community ... and they're letting him know it.

The Houston Texans had a mixed response to their owner's comment comparing kneeling players to prison inmates ... but the majority took a knee.

About 25 Texans players knelt during the National Anthem ahead of Sunday's game against the Seahawks -- which looked kinda awkward since some other players chose to stand.

The kneeling appears to be a direct response to Bob McNair's comment last week when he said "You can't have the inmates running the prison" in reference to players who kneel in protest.

The backlash was swift, and McNair apologized for his phrasing ... but not before one of his players, DeAndre Hopkins, left Friday's practice in reaction to the news.

Houston Texans superstar WR DeAndre Hopkins walked out of Texans practice Friday because he was so pissed off at team owner Bob McNair for comparing kneeling players to prison inmates.

Hopkins is the 2nd biggest star on the team behind J.J. Watt -- and according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, he was extremely offended by the comments McNair made at a recent NFL owner's meeting.

The comments: "Can't have the inmates running the prison." McNair has apologized but it's clearly not sitting well with Texans players.

Schefter says Hopkins did not practice and left the facility. ESPN is also reporting other Texans players wanted to boycott practice and needed to be convinced to stay.

One of Usher's herpes accusers is reconsidering going forward with her $20 million lawsuit after suddenly ditching her attorney in the case ... TMZ has learned.

Laura Helm's attorney, Lisa West, filed a motion Thursday to withdraw from the case, saying she could no longer "effectively represent" her client. However, sources connected to Helm tell us what really happened, in plain terms, is Helm fired her lawyer.

And the bigger news -- we're told Helm is now uncertain about continuing the legal battle with Usher at all. His attorney has already filed a motion to dismiss the case and for now, Helm has until November 5 to respond.

The World Series hasn't just been a slugfest on the field ... Houston Astros manager A.J. Hinch was involved in a heated altercation after Game 1 and cops were called ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Here's what we know ... Hinch was hanging out at the bar at the team hotel in Pasadena on Tuesday night after Houston lost Game 1 to the Dodgers.

We're told he was having some drinks -- when some hotel guests came in and started talking trash about the Astros.

Sources say Hinch "snapped" and unleashed on the other patrons -- cursing and yelling in the middle of the bar. One witness tells us the incident turned physical and cops were called to separate the two parties.

We spoke with Pasadena PD and we were told they responded to the hotel at 10:30 PM to help security "keep the peace" during an incident involving Houston Astros "team management."

We're told no arrests were made and no report was taken -- both sides ended up walking away.

Hinch clearly had some fight left in him the next day -- when he led the Astros to a come-from-behind victory over the Dodgers.

You can't say models don't eat ... because Samantha Hoopes just put her foot in her mouth, saying she can't get on S.I.'s Swimsuit Issue cover due to her weight -- or lack thereof.

Samantha was at LAX signing tons of her swimsuit modeling shots for fans ... when we asked what's the deal with her NOT scoring a cover. It's clearly a sore subject because she immediately threw shade at bigger models ... suggesting S.I. might give her a look IF she packed on some pounds.

She quickly pled JK, but it feels like her joke's at least partially based on real feelings. Remember, S.I. gave Ashley Graham the cover in 2016.

Samantha did admit the modeling landscape has changed drastically, and, to be fair ... she says that's a good thing.

Marshawn Lynch ain't one for motivational speaking ... so when he visited his old high school, he decided to throw on some pads and straight WRECK fools at team practice.

'Shawn shared a video of himself droppin' sweat with the boys at Oakland Tech -- the place where Beast Mode all began -- and he didn't hold back ... taking on swarms of tacklers and even stiff-arming one kid to hell on his way to the end zone.

No word on when the video was shot -- but we're looking into it.

Some people, like maybe President Trump, might be offended by Stodden's take on Melania's accent -- but c'mon ... Courtney's done worse. Much worse.

Kourtney Kardashian's launch party for her collection at PrettyLittleThing was a who's who of Hollywood -- except for one of "America's Next Top Models" ... who had security saying "who?".

A flock of A-listers arrived to Poppy in WeHo Wednesday night to support Kourt's launch of her PrettyLittleThing collection, and there were lots of familiar faces -- Diddy, Wiz, Christina Milian ... you name it.

No one was down to chat a whole lot -- not even about George H.W. Bush's alleged groping -- except for Don Benjamin ... who says he got the boot from security at the entrance.

Don tells us he apparently wasn't famous enough to attend, even though he got invited. That's too bad ... looks like it was lit inside with Diddy taking the mic.
