Gigi Hadid will NOT be walking the runway for Victoria's Secret in China -- despite saying she would this summer -- and folks think it's got something to do with her mocking Asians.

Gigi announced Thursday she "won't be able to make it to China this year," adding she'd be there in spirit with her VS family, and couldn't "wait for next year!"

The model didn't elaborate as to why she was bailing, but people online couldn't help but point to the backlash she caught earlier this year when she imitated a Buddha face online ... which many people called racist and insensitive.

Again, Gigi hasn't explained the reason behind her cancellation ... but either way, it looks like she's walking this one all the way back ... not on the runway, though.

Quick side note ... it appears her sister, Bella, is still planning to appear in Shanghai.

Weinstein's camp tells us the women came to the meeting to deliver info about an anger management program they're urging him to enter. We're told the trio was waiting to meet with Weinstein's rehab sponsor.

TMZ obtained the photo, taken last Saturday night at a restaurant in Carefree, AZ ... just outside Phoenix. A witness says Weinstein was at the table waiting for the ladies when they arrived, and he'd pre-ordered 2 glasses of white wine for them. He drank what appeared to be water.

The women appeared captivated by Weinstein's conversation -- but we're told both of them arrived with small portfolios, and it seemed more business-like. They all left together, exiting off the patio instead of walking through the restaurant.

The leather jacket, fedora and shades are, arguably, an upgrade over the wigged out getup he was rocking earlier this month at a different Phoenix-area eatery.

10:54 AM PT -- Leeann says she accepts Franken's apology.

Sen. Al Franken may face an Ethics Committee review in the wake of claims he groped and sexually harassed radio host and former model Leeann Tweeden.

Tweeden released a 2006 photo of Franken -- who was not then elected -- groping, or at least pretending to grope her as she slept during a USO trip they both made. Tweeden says Franken, an 'SNL' vet and comedian at the time, had written a skit for their USO show in the Middle East, which required him to kiss her.

She claims during rehearsals he repeatedly tried to kiss her even though she told him it was not necessary. As she put it, "Relax Al, this isn't SNL ... we don't need to rehearse the kiss." She claims he persisted and eventually put his hand on the back of her head, and jammed his tongue in her mouth.

She says the alleged groping photo was taken on the plane ride home, after the 2-week tour, and as she slept.

Franken released a lengthy statement, apologizing directly to Tweeden. He also said, "I respect women. I don't respect men who don't. And the fact that my own actions have given people a good reason to doubt that makes me feel ashamed."

UFC star Fabricio Werdum attacked another UFC fighter with a boomerang in Australia.

Seriously -- we're not making this up.

It all went down at the UFC fighters' hotel in Sydney ... when rising welterweight star Colby Covington allegedly called Werdum a "filthy Brazilian" in the lobby.

FYI, Covington hurled a similar insult at a Brazilian crowd after his last fight in Sao Paulo ... and Fabricio's one of the UFC's biggest Brazilian stars.

So, Werdum did what any angry Australian tourist would do -- he took it outside and UNCORKED HIS DAMN BOOMERANG!!!

Later on, Covington recorded himself going on a racist and homophobic rant against the former heavyweight champ ... where he claimed Fabricio also punched him in the face.

"Look at you, f**king f**got," Colby said. "F**k Brazil. F**k Fabricio Werdum ... and they wonder why they get talked to like that -- 'cause they’re a bunch of animals."

But Werdum says he didn't punch Covington ... claiming Colby got physical first by throwing a kick.

Harvey Weinstein's one bad hombre, but the things he's accused of doing shouldn't tarnish the brilliant work his company accomplished ... so says "Pulp Fiction" producer Lawrence Bender.

We got the renowned producer leaving The Highlight Room in Hollywood Wednesday night, and asked him if it's awkward to see his cult classic with the Miramax logo all over it. Remember, Weinstein's former company distributed 'Pulp' and it's one of the films that made the company a Hollywood juggernaut.

As Lawrence sees it -- ya gotta be able to compartmentalize when it comes to Weinstein the man, and Weinstein the producer.

Justin Bieber must've felt holier than thou hugging it out with his pastor for 18 seconds ... but it didn't last, 'cause he became a sinful L.A. driver soon after.

We got Bieber leaving a church service at the Saban Theatre in Bev Hills Wednesday, where he gave one of his pastors, Judah Smith, a big bro hug on the way out. And by big, we actually mean long as hell ... like 18 seconds long ... ALLIGATOR seconds at that.

Seems like Justin got a lot out of the embrace, but whatever Godliness he felt quickly faded as he drove off ... 'cause the Biebs did a super illegal U-turn getting outta there.

R. Kelly royally screwed up his apology for making fun of an autistic fan and that's why the family's planning to sue his rude ass.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelly bullied 27-year-old Lenny Felix into singing "I Believe I Can Fly" and then mocked him endlessly after a chance encounter outside a Hollywood nightclub. Kelly's since taken down the video in which he ridicules Lenny and replaced it with an apology video.

But the family's spokesman, Lenny's uncle Scott Lettieri, tells TMZ ... the apology was insulting because Kelly "would not take responsibility for disrespecting and getting a laugh at the expense of a sensitive young man who suffers from autism."

Lettieri went on to say Kelly used "Trumpian rationalization for shaming and bullying a sweet autistic young man ... [and] we feel there is no recourse but to pursue legal action."

We've reached out to Kelly, he had no comment.

Here's Ben Simmons trying to level the playing field for the Lakers -- hitting a Hollywood nightclub hours before taking the court at Staples ... and TMZ Sports has video.

The 21-year-old 76ers superstar had dined at Catch LA restaurant late Tuesday evening and left around 1:10 AM on Wednesday morning. He ended up at 1 Oak ... one of the top nightclubs in L.A.

Here's the deal ... Philadelphia takes on the Lakers at 7:30 PM on Wednesday -- so, nightclubbing the morning of the game could be a tricky situation.

But Philly's on fire right now ... playing out of their minds (just ask the Clippers) -- and maybe Ben thinks nothing in L.A. can stop him, not even L.A. thots.

This has happened before ... the Milwaukee Bucks partied at an L.A. strip club before playing the Lakers in 2015 ... but L.A was much more terrible back then. Oh, and Milwaukee lost that game.

XXXTentacion posted surveillance video of the alleged Migos jumping, and immediately had to apologize to them ... 'cause it turns out it wasn't them who attacked him.

X posted the security footage Tuesday, as well as a pic of the 2 guys who actually appeared to jump him. Neither of the guys are Migos members.

As we reported, X initially thought one of the attackers was Takeoff, and blasted him on social media. He also posted a pic of Offset's fiancee, Cardi B.

For the record, the 2 alleged assailants were rockin' "Migo Gang" pendants -- but it's unclear if they have any real connection with the rappers.

Kodak Black's concert came to a screeching halt after a drunken fan scaled a scaffold before trying to run away and getting his ass arrested.

The rapper was performing Tuesday night at College Street Music Hall in Connecticut when about an hour into the show the fan began his ascent. TMZ obtained video of the pandemonium ... showing the fan dancing on a platform while someone in Kodak's crew tries to go after him.

Check it out ... fans got pissed that the concert came to a grinding halt ... you even see someone in Kodak's crew chuck water bottles at the fan.

Law enforcement tells us the fan tried to escape out a back door but cops got to him and arrested him for breach of peace.

Brandi Glanville went into fierce mom mode after running into a fan who brought a little kid with her to score autographs at night ... and her scolding is hilarious.

We got the ex-'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star leaving Catch LA Tuesday around 9:40 pm where she bumped into a lady who had a child with her ... which was not okay with Brandi.

The autograph-seeking fan offers an explanation as to why the tyke's out so late, but Brandi wasn't really having it -- especially as a mom of 2 boys herself.

11:01 AM PT -- In its original story, TMZ incorrectly reported that Charlie Mack had at one time been convicted on felony drug charges. That was not true. TMZ has now confirmed that Charlie Mack has a clean criminal record. He has never been charged with, convicted of, or sentenced for any crime.

The judge in Meek Mill's probation case -- who we're told is under FBI scrutiny for allegedly trying to pressure Meek into leaving Roc Nation for music manager Charlie Mack -- broke protocol by giving Meek a pass to associate with a member of Mack's management team even though he's a convicted felon.

TMZ has obtained a court transcript in which the Assistant D.A. in Meek's case reminded the judge that she made a big exception for Meek associating with someone on Charlie Mack's team ... someone who was convicted of a felony.

As we told you, the FBI is reportedly investigating whether Judge Genece Brinkley has a connection to Mack and whether she tried to steer Meek's business Mack's way.

According to the January 2014 transcript, Meek's attorney at the time, Gary Silver, and the prosecutor, Noel DeSantis, are discussing the terms of Meek's probation. It reads in part:

-- THE COURT: "Okay. The other thing that was raised that I have to address is this issue about him signing parole papers, probation papers that he's not going to be around convicted felons ... and the rules of probation state he can't be around convicted felons."

-- DeSantis: "Your Honor, [Meek]'s not supposed to be around anyone who is under supervision and be around known felons. Your Honor made an exception back in the day with the management to Mr. Mac. That was the only exception that you made."

Mack has denied he has any relationship with the judge, but Meek's high-powered lawyer, Joe Tacopina, doesn't buy it. He thinks the judge crossed the line in a big way -- he believes she tried pressuring him into working with Mack because of their alleged business relationship.

Judge Brinkley violated Meek's probation last week and he's been thrown back in prison for 2 to 4 years. Tacopina thinks the judge's ruling is tainted by her conduct and should be thrown out.

Tacopina tells TMZ, "Another first in my 26 years of practice. Just shocking."

Here it is ... Josh Beckett's mug shot -- taken moments after the ex-World Series MVP was arrested for drunkenly diving onto a country music band.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the former pitcher was arrested in Texas on Oct. 26 for public intoxication after cops say he was boozed out of his mind and tackled the singer of a country music band while he was performing at an open mic night.

The lead singer says he suffered injuries -- and cops tell us they have opened an assault investigation into Beckett.

Beckett's attorney told us the whole thing was simply "horseplay" -- he meant no harm and he's vowed to make things right with the singer.

FYI, Beckett reportedly made more than $124 MILLION during his MLB career. We're sure he can find a way to make things right.

David Hasselhoff claims he's busted his ex-wife lying about being too injured to get a job, and there's video to prove it ... TMZ has learned.

The Hoff filed docs in his spousal support battle with Pamela Bach, and says her claim that a 2003 motorcycle accident is limiting her ability to find work is total BS. According to the docs, Pamela's been posting tons of social media showing herself getting very physical.

For instance, David says a Facebook video Pamela posted in April shows her running around on a basketball court, taking shot after shot. Worth noting ... she's not very good, so it's debatable if this helps or hurts the Hoff's case.

David says there's more video evidence -- a February post shows her smoking hookah and dancing in a nightclub with young men. Another shows her moving boxes of clothing, and maneuvering around mannequins.
