NBA YoungBoy and his crew allegedly beat the crap out of a man in the garage of a studio ... this according to law enforcement.
A spokesperson for the Harris County Sheriff's Office in Texas tells TMZ ... a sheriff's task force investigated the rapper and several of his cohorts for allegedly assaulting a man at a studio in Katy, Texas.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man and his girlfriend headed to a studio to work with YoungBoy on October 5. We're told when the couple arrived, security told them no women were allowed in the studio. The GF left, and that's when things allegedly went south.
Our sources say the man went into the garage at the studio and that's when he claims YoungBoy and his crew pounced on him, put a bag over his head and proceeded to beat the crap out of him ... allegedly kicking and punching him before pistol-whipping him.
According to our sources, the guy said he caught a glimpse of YoungBoy when the bag was removed. Then there's this ... the man claims he saw a body bag in the room and when he asked why it was there ... he told officers they responded they were going to put him in it.
At this point, our sources say NBA YoungBoy then FaceTimed his manager and said, "I got him here." We're told the man claimed the manager told NBA to release him because he just beat a case and didn’t need more legal trouble.
Our sources say someone was then ordered to drop off the alleged victim in front of his house. Once there, the alleged victim was driven to the hospital by his mom and GF.
We're told the man suffered cuts and abrasions to his face plus bruises to his legs but no life-threatening injuries. Law enforcement is still looking into a possible motive for the alleged beatdown. So far there have been no arrests.
We've also reached out to NBA YoungBoy, so far no word back.

Offset Cuffed, Released After Bev Hills Run-In with Trump Crowd
-
Breaking News

6:56 PM PT -- Bev Hills PD says they've arrested Marcelo Almanzar, Cardi's cousin, for possession of a concealed loaded weapon. Offset was only detained, but has been released. His camp says he's on his way home now.
Meanwhile, we're told Cardi is, understandably, concerned about her cousin.
Offset was just put into handcuffs in Los Angeles, this after apparently having some sort of run-in with Trump supporters, who were out and about in force.
The Migos rapper was detained by cops Saturday in Beverly Hills, where he actually live streamed a good majority of the encounter on Instagram. The video starts with Offset having a conversation with some officers who pulled him over. He tells them he's not getting out of the car, and he's not removing his hands from his steering wheel either.

— . (@teker_atakan) October 25, 2020 @teker_atakan
According to him, it sounds like officers might've had their guns drawn ... because somebody claimed Offset had actually waved firearms at people from his own vehicle. Offset disputes that on camera, and says somebody was following him on the street.
Eventually, he's pulled out of the car and put in handcuffs. It's unclear if he was arrested -- we're being told by people directly in his camp that he was NOT, but was detained. Another twist to this ... we're told Offset's car was actually attacked by Trump supporters, which seems to be backed up in video Cardi B posted.
here’s an unseen angle of offset being arrested lol pic.twitter.com/yUABR3weSf
— Alex(flop era) (@FromKihd) October 25, 2020 @FromKihd
In her video, she and Offset were cruising together in L.A., when they came upon some sort of a caravan going on in support of the President. Cardi captured tons of pick-up trucks with Trump flags and American flags flying ... which she said was freaking her the hell out.
Cardi also recorded what appeared to be a few Trump supporters near their car in some sort of alleyway, covering their faces and flaunting water guns. We're working on getting more details now from the police.

10:58 AM PT -- Zachery just went before a judge and his lawyer waived his formal arraignment.
The judge set future court dates for Nov. 20 and Nov. 30, telling Zachery he can appear remotely on the latter.
In the video, Zachery starts to ask the judge about the remote court hearings but the judge cuts him off and tells him to talk to his lawyer.
Seems Zachery's looking forward to the World Series matchup tonight, he came to court with his Los Angeles Dodgers cap.
Zachery Ty Bryan beat the hell out of his girlfriend over missing phone charging cables ... at least according to her, and prosecutors heard enough to charge him with felonies.
The 'Home Improvement' star was charged with strangulation and coercion -- both felonies -- plus 6 misdemeanors, for the alleged violence that went down last weekend in Eugene, Oregon. We now know her version of events and it is harrowing.
Zachery's girlfriend told cops he woke her up, pulled her out of bed by her hair and started beating her, all while shouting obscenities about missing cell phone chargers ... according to police documents.
She told cops Zachery had become physically abusive toward her in the last month, and it reached a head last Friday when he allegedly punched and slapped her in the head and face multiple times. She also claims he choked her to the point she thought she was going to suffocate, and put his knee into the back of her neck.
According to cops, the woman said she broke free and dialed 911, but he disconnected the line. She claims he was standing next to her when dispatchers called back.
When police arrived, an officer said he noticed blood, swelling and bruising on the alleged victim ... and the cop claims Zachery was evasive about what happened, other than accusing her of trying to take him down because he was breaking up with her.
As we reported ... Zachery's been released on bail, and he's barred from all contact with the alleged victim.

Terrence Howard Sues 20th Century Fox Pimped 'Empire' With My 'Hustle & Flow'

Terrence Howard claims he's getting hustled because 20th Century Fox is using his likeness from "Hustle & Flow" to promote "Empire" ... so now he's suing the studio.
Terrence -- who played Lucious Lyon on all 6 seasons of "Empire" -- just filed a lawsuit claiming 20th Century Fox gave him the runaround when asked how it came up with the "Empire" logo ... since he never sat down for a photoshoot.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Terrence says he ultimately determined the image was taken from the "Hustle & Flow" scene where "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" is being recorded in a studio.
According to the docs ... Terrence says "the still frame was selected, reversed (face looking left, not right), and subjected to CGI that simply distilled the cinematographer’s skilled capture of the head with vibrant light and shadow” to make the 'Empire' logo.
Terrence is upset because he says he would have gotten paid by Paramount -- the studio behind "Hustle & Flow" -- if 20th Century Fox got a proper license to use his image from the movie. He's suing for damages and wants an accounting of all the Empire merch using the logo.
We've reached out to 20th Century Fox for comment, so far no word back.

Felicity Huffman can see the light at the end of the tunnel in the college admissions scandal, and the first right she wants back ... the ability to leave the U.S.
The 'Desperate Housewives' actress' legal team filed new docs, asking a judge to order the return of her passport -- which her lawyers say is currently in the possession of the probation department.
She had to give it up as part of her punishment, but now that she'll be wrapping up her supervised release in the next few days ... she's looking to get that puppy back in her hands.
Felicity's attorneys say she's completed all other aspects of her sentence -- including 250 hours of community service and her 2-week prison stint in the Bay Area.
The docs say federal prosecutors do not object to Felicity getting her passport ---- so, it's just a matter of time before she gets it. Once she does, though, she'll be just like most of us ... wondering where the hell she can realistically travel during the pandemic!
Felicity's finishing her sentence right before Lori Loughlin's is set to begin. She has to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons by Nov. 19, but she's expected to turn herself in and begin her 2-month sentence behind bars sometime before then.

Michael Jackson Accuser James Safechuck Has Revived Abuse Lawsuit Dismissed
10:09 AM PT -- Safechuck's attorney, Vince Finaldi, tells TMZ, "Young Jimmy Safechuck was employed by this company and was entertaining with Michael Jackson. The notion that this company and its employees would not have duty to protect him and keep him safe is ludicrous."
Finaldi continues, "His ruling turns California law on its face. We are going back to court of appeal and we are going to win this thing."
One of Michael Jackson's "Leaving Neverland" accusers just suffered a huge defeat in court ... the judge threw out his revived lawsuit over alleged abuse.
James Safechuck's 2014 lawsuit against MJ's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures Inc. -- was brought back to life by the State of California earlier this year ... when Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law extending the statute of limitations for alleged victims.
The upshot of the judge's opinion is that Safechuck and his legal team presented no facts to support their key argument -- namely, that honchos at MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures Inc. had a legal obligation to supervise MJ's behavior in the '90s ... when he allegedly abused James as a child back then.
The judge wasn't buying it, concluding MJ was the owner and sole shareholder of both of these companies, so how could his employees rein in their own boss?
The court found that since Mike was essentially the top dog, there was no evidence his subordinates had the power to supervise him. Safechuck had also argued ... while he was hanging out with MJ, the companies served a quasi-parental role -- meaning they would have had a duty to protect him.
The judge didn't bite on that either, finding James' side didn't lay out enough facts to support that claim.
James can appeal the ruling if he wants -- as it stands, however, he's lost this case against MJ's companies.

Dr. Dre Wife Nicole Demands ... Show Me This 'Ironclad Prenup!!!'
-
Exclusive
Dr. Dre's wife wants the rap mogul to put up or shut up about his so-called "ironclad prenup" as their divorce war rages on.
Nicole Young filed legal docs demanding Dre turn over the original version of the "ironclad prenup" upon which he's basing his whole divorce case. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Dre's failed to produce the prenup even though the law is clear he must turn over all relevant financial, business and personal documents.
She says because Dre hasn't produced it ... she doesn't know which version of the alleged prenup he's referring to, and calls his refusal to share the info an "intentional abuse" of the divorce process.
Nicole says they got married long before they amassed the billion-dollar fortune that's now at stake -- and claims they stayed together for more than 24 years, despite Dre's "rampant and repeated marital misconduct." She doesn't offer any detail about the alleged "misconduct."
As we reported ... Nicole's already claimed she was pressured into signing the prenup back in 1996. Not to mention, she claims he tore up the prenup 2 years into the marriage, and said "he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing." Nicole insists they've both said it was "null and void" ever since then.
Her new filing seems to be a challenge of sorts to Dre. Basically, since you acted like you tore it up 22 years ago, let me see what you're talking about now. For the record, Dre denies ever tearing it up.
Still, her request for the prenup does seem like a bit of gamesmanship ... because whoever her lawyer was when she signed the prenup should have copies.
She's asking the judge to impose a $50k sanction against him for dragging his heels on coughing up the OG prenup, and, of course, she wants him to finally fork it over.

Breonna Taylor Case Grand Juror Says Homicide Charges Not an Option ... Family Slams AG Cameron
-
Breaking News
- 23.2K shares
Cameron's standing by his work as Special Prosecutor, saying he made the decision to present charges to the grand jury "that could be proven under Kentucky law."
He also says he disagrees with the judge's decision to allow the anonymous grand juror to speak publicly about the proceedings, but he's not going to appeal.
Breonna's family attorney, Ben Crump, is sounding off on AG Cameron, calling his handling of the grand jury a "despicable miscarriage of justice" ... and accusing him of white-washing what was presented in her case.
Crump claims Cameron did not allow the grand jury to do what it has the legal right to do, and he's calling for a new independent prosecutor to take over.
An anonymous grand juror in the Breonna Taylor case has just revealed the grand jury never deliberated homicide charges against the police officers involved in the raid because the Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron never presented them.
Anonymous grand juror #1 released an explosive statement Tuesday after a judge granted the juror's request to come forward and speak publicly about the court proceedings and offered the option to other grand jurors, as well.
This juror said, "The grand jury was not presented any charges other than the three Wanton Endangerment charges against [ex-cop Brett] Hankison."
The grand juror added, "The grand jury did not have homicide offenses explained to them. The grand jury never heard anything about those laws. Self defense or justification was never explained either."
As for why the grand jury was never presented with the option to weigh bringing homicide charges against the police officers who raided Breonna's apartment and shot her? The grand juror said, "Questions were asked about additional charges and the grand jury was told there would be none because the prosecutor didn’t feel they could make them stick. The grand jury didn’t agree that certain actions were justified, nor did it decide the indictment should be the only charges in the Breonna Taylor case."
As we reported ... the anonymous grand juror filed a motion with the Jefferson County Circuit Court asking a judge to lift the gag order for grand jurors who want to go public -- because the juror felt like Cameron hung them out to dry when he announced Hankison's indictment.
As you know Hankison and the 2 other cops involved were not charged with shooting and killing Breonna. Instead, Hankison was only indicted for firing his weapon into an apartment neighboring Breonna's.
Remember ... there's also grand jury audio that recently revealed important information about the central issue in the case -- whether the Grand Jurors were adequately informed about whether cops identified themselves before breaching the door to Breonna's apartment.
According to the audio, a police lieutenant testified one of the neighbors claimed to have not heard police identify themselves. It's unclear why the neighbor didn't testify in person before the grand jury. We know there were 12 neighbors in all who said they did NOT hear the cops ID themselves.

12:11 PM PT -- 6ix9ine's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ ... the rapper will "defend the lawsuit vigorously" once he's properly served. Lazzaro adds that it's been 5 years ... and she's now deciding to sue.
Tekashi 6ix9ine's old criminal case -- in which he pled guilty to use of a child in a sexual performance -- has come back to haunt him ... because he is now being sued by the person who claims she's the one in the video.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the woman, identified as Jane Doe, is suing the rapper for allegedly sexually abusing her at a party in 2015 ... when she was just 13 years old.
Jane Doe claims, on top of being underage at the time, she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was unable to consent as 6ix9ine and another adult, Tay Milly, made 3 sexually explicit videos which she says they later posted online.
According to the docs ... the first video featured Doe performing oral sex on Tay Milly while Tekashi did pelvic thrusts behind her -- without engaging in sex -- and he slapped her butt. The second vid allegedly featured the girl sitting on 6ix9ine's lap in a bra and underwear, and in the third ... she claims she was laying naked across their laps while Milly groped her.
Jane Doe is suing 6ix9ine and Tay Milly for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse and infliction of emotional distress.
As you may recall ... Tekashi took a plea deal in the criminal case in October 2018 -- in which he admitted to partaking in the making and disseminating of a music video featuring a sexual video of a 13-year-old -- and was sentenced to 4 years probation.
In a recent interview with the NY Times, the rapper said he atoned for his actions, but also claimed he was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
He seemed to downplay his crime as well, adding ... "I was 18 at the time. Am I this 40-year-old Jeffrey Epstein type?"
We reached out to 6ix9ine about the lawsuit ... no word back so far.

Bobby Shmurda I Swear I'm a Changed Man ... Parole Board Isn't Buying It

Exclusive Details
- 1.6K shares
Bobby Shmurda has big plans for when he gets out of prison, but he's gotta put 'em on the back burner because the parole board still isn't feeling his whole "I've changed" vibe.
The rapper told the board he wants to resume his career in entertainment, but also wants to do outreach programs with troubled youth who need guidance. According to a transcript of his September parole hearing ... he also told the parole board he thinks of himself now as a "leader" and not a follower.
Shmurda claims he got into a lot of trouble when he was younger because he felt he would look like a punk if he walked away from fights. He added that's all changed now, and said he feels too "grown" to be fighting and arguing.
As we first reported, Bobby was denied parole during the hearing, but the transcript reveals exactly how he made his case to be released. According to the docs, he said he's no longer impulsive, and takes time to think about others and walk away from bad situations when they pop up.
There's a good reason that didn't fly with the board. In denying Shmurda, board members pointed out he's had "multiple" violations while in prison, including allegedly having a shank, fighting and drug possession.
Shmurda says he wants to get a high school G.E.D. when he gets out. Most likely he's got just over a year to study. We're told it's almost certain he'll remain inside until December 11, 2021 ... when his 7-year sentence ends.

Plot to Kidnap Michigan Gov. Included Bizarre PT Cruiser Training ... Feds Allege w/ Vid Evidence
-
Breaking News
Some of the men who planned to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer were apparently gearing up for war from inside the ultimate mom car of the 2000s -- this per federal investigators.
Michigan's FOX 17 put out a report with a treasure trove of material it obtained from the U.S. Attorney's Office, which recently presented evidence against at least 5 dudes thus far, who were allegedly in on the plot. Among the items the FBI collected ... a video of some of these men popping in and out of a Chrysler PT Cruiser with semi-automatic rifles in hand, circus-style.
You have to see it to believe it ... four guys are in the Cruiser with guns drawn, and then they hop out and begin firing at targets in the distance. Somebody in the back filming encourages them to keep going -- according to FOX 17, the feds say this was a tactical exercise.
But, wait ... there's more. Other footage released by investigators reveals two different men practicing their load and re-load times on their weapons ... apparently as a way to show how "ready" they were for the alleged mission. It's pretty intense, but goofy all the same.
One last clip shows one of the men -- who FOX 17 says was one of those indicted -- talking directly into the camera and describing why he and his comrades are doing this ... because they were sick of being "enslaved" by the state of Michigan. It's surreal to hear him say it.
FOX 17 also posted alleged screenshots of convos between the men that investigators say detail their plans in great depth, which encompassed stakeouts, reconnaissance, entry and escape routes and general chatter about their hatred of the Gov. and her COVID policies.
As we reported ... Gov. Whitmer made the bombshell announcement last week about the FBI thwarting the alleged attempted kidnapping. At least 14 men have been arrested in connection to the alleged crime -- investigators claim they're made up of at least two militia groups.
Whitmer blamed President Trump for stoking the flames on this ... going back to his "Liberate Michigan" tweets early on in the pandemic.
Strange times, indeed.

Tim Allen's eldest boy on "Home Improvement" is all grown up ... and sitting in a jail cell for allegedly choking out his girlfriend.
Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested late Friday night in Eugene, OR after neighbors called for help following some sort of scuffle at an apartment complex in town. Eugene PD tells TMZ ... when cops showed up, they found Zach sitting outside his unit with the alleged victim hiding at a friend's place across the way.
We're told after an investigation, cops found 39-year-old Zachery had gotten into some sort of argument with the woman -- with whom he has a relationship -- and it allegedly became physical ... with the victim claiming ZTB put his hands around her throat and squeezed.
We're told cops were also told Zachery tried taking the woman's phone away when she tried calling 911 ... before she was ultimately able to escape and get to a safe place. Zachery was arrested without incident and booked on three charges -- strangulation, fourth-degree assault and interfering with making a report. He posed for this mug shot at Lane County Jail.
It appears Brad Taylor is still in custody -- to which we imagine Tim would say ... AEUHHH???
