Lady Gaga 'Bad Romance' Star Busted in Pantyhose Raid
Lady Gaga's gold-chinned male muse in her "Bad Romance" video allegedly tried to jack a bunch of women's underthings, but got caught ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us Slovenian actor Yuri Bradac was arrested for shoplifting earlier this month in the San Fernando Valley after mall employees told cops they caught him trying to walk out with pantyhose and other underwear items.
We're told he was detained by Macy's personnel, who told cops they saw Bradac try to steal 3 items worth $29.50 each -- and when they nabbed him they also found stolen perfume from Victoria's Secret.
Bradac tells us he'd merely stepped outside with the lingerie to look for his wife. He says if he were going to steal, he wouldn't have the items in his hand ... out in the open. He claims it's all a misunderstanding.
BTW ... Yuri was arrested for DUI twice in a month just a couple years back. He's come a long way since 2009.

Winsor Harmon's gotta learn how to booze and head the hell home -- the soap star got arrested again for being drunk in public ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the ex-'Bold and the Beautiful' stud was busted earlier this month after cops were called to check on a man sleeping in his car in a burb of the San Fernando Valley. Upon arrival, we're told cops discovered Winsor sleeping in his SUV.
Sources say Winsor was passed out in the back seat, and that beer cans were all over the floorboard. One of the SUV's tires was also flat, apparently. Winsor eventually woke up, and appeared disoriented and inebriated after exiting the vehicle, according to police.
Cops determined he was too drunk to care for himself, so they cuffed him and took him to jail. He was eventually released and issued a citation.
Not much different from a few months ago when Winsor was initially arrested for drunk in public -- except this time there didn't appear to be any alleged public peeing. Dun-dun!

Marlon Wayans Outraged Over Houston's Arrests ... 'One Day it Will Be Your Ass'
Marlon Wayans is outraged over the arrest of 3 women at a Houston's restaurant in Atlanta, saying you don't have to be black to rise up, because if you don't it's only a matter of time before it happens to you.
We got Marlon Tuesday leaving Equinox in WeHo ... and he delivered a fiery parking lot sermon ... saying just because the curly fries and steaks are delicious is no excuse to turn a blind eye to what he believes is a human rights violation.
As we reported, the 3 women were arrested after a security guard dragged them out of the women's restroom.
Marlon doesn't think this is a black issue ... it's an issue of human decency and if people don't rise up and be counted they will eventually find themselves on the chopping block.

T.I.'s Wife Tiny Disagrees with Hubby Don't Shut Down Houston's
T.I.'s wife, Tiny, doesn't carry the same outrage over the latest incident at Houston's restaurant ... it seems she doesn't want the chain shut down, and not just because the food is delicious.
We got Tiny Tuesday at The Grove in WeHo and she definitely feels the security guard at the restaurant crossed the line when he allegedly dragged the women out of the bathroom, but she doesn't think it was racially motivated since the guard appeared to be African-American.
She believes the security guard should be reprimanded for getting so physical with the ladies and nothing more. She clearly doesn't believe that Malcolm X tactics are appropriate under these circumstances -- something her hubby has clearly embraced.
Agree to disagree.

3 Doors Down Matt Roberts' Doctor Acquitted In Overdose Death
The doctor who prescribed drugs to 3 Doors Down guitarist Matt Roberts -- before his apparent overdose -- is not guilty in his death.
The jury returned the verdict on Dr. Richard Snellgrove, who'd been indicted back in 2016. Prosecutors claimed he improperly prescribed controlled substances to Matt leading up to his death in August 2016.
Snellgrove's attorney presented text messages that showed Matt had been dabbling in street drugs in addition to his Rx meds, and argued his death couldn't be pinned strictly to Snellgrove. Prosecutors claimed Snellgrove had been prescribing meds under multiple aliases ... even though he knew they were for Roberts.
The jury bought the defense's version ... Snellgrove's off the hook, criminally. He is still fighting the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Matt's estate.

T.I. Someone Will Pay For Smearing My Image!!
T.I.'s demanding someone pay up and take the fall for what he calls "trumped-up charges" from the arrest at his gated community ... because the case is ruining the image he worked hard to rehabilitate.
We got the rapper leaving Craig's Monday evening in WeHo, and at first we wanted to get his thoughts on Care2's online petition to get his misdemeanor charges dropped. As we reported, T.I. was arrested last week for simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after getting into it with the security guard at his gated community.
Tip later butted heads with cops in jail when he tried to get an explanation from the cop who arrested him.
T.I. told us he appreciates the petition but admitted he's more focused on something else -- PAYBACK ... presumably from police or the security company.

Texas School Shooting Suspect Was Dancing at Church ... Days Before Massacre
The student arrested for gunning down 10 people at his high school appeared to be nothing more than a church-going dancer mere days before the shooting.
TMZ has obtained video of 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis participating in a choreographed dance for his Greek Orthodox church the weekend before he allegedly shot and killed 8 of his peers and 2 teachers.
Sources connected to the event tell us the dance was part of a larger Greek festival in a town about 30 minutes away from Santa Fe, TX where he went to school. The performance was rehearsed well before showtime -- Pagourtzis was involved from the start.
Another harrowing detail ... we're told those who knew or knew of Pagourtzis never saw any signs that would indicate he would go absolutely mad.
Pagourtzis has been charged with multiple counts of capital murder and aggravated assault on a public servant after allegedly opening fire Friday at Santa Fe High School -- killing 10 and injuring many others. Cops say he used a shotgun and a revolver as weapons.
He has not entered a plea.

T.I.'s letting things play out regarding his arrest last week after an incident with the security guard in his gated community ... but doesn't seem too concerned.
We got Tip at Reagan National Airport in D.C. Saturday and asked if he felt like the guard or cops had it out for him ... but he's not willing to say that. He tells us he hasn't received an apology from his homeowner's association ... but he's not tripping either.
The rapper does reiterate some points he made to the arresting officer while he was in jail, though ... telling us he's a taxpaying citizen and resident in the community where he got cuffed -- so the security guard wasn't doing his job.
We broke the story ... the guard called 911 and said he was threatened by T.I., who could be heard getting heated in the background. T.I. tells us the guard cursed at his wife and wouldn't let him in without justification ... and also claims he was asleep on the job.

A$AP Bari, one of the co-founders of A$AP Mob, has been arrested in London for sexual assault ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us, Bari was traveling overseas and made a stop in London Tuesday. Turns out police knew his itinerary and arrested him at Heathrow Airport.
TMZ broke the story ... a woman sued him last November, claiming he attacked her last July at a London hotel, where some members of the Mob were staying. The lawsuit claims Bari burst into the woman's room and yelled, "You f****d my assistant, now you are going to f*** me."
She says she screamed no, but he pulled the sheets off of her. Bari's friend recorded the video and it got posted and went viral.
She says it didn't stop there ... she fled into a bathroom and he yelled, "I'm going to f*** you, you are going to suck my d***." He did not rape her, but she says he did throw her out naked into the hotel hallway.
What's especially interesting ... we're told Bari knew London cops were investigating the incident because they contacted him to come in for an interview. Nevertheless, he stepped into the danger zone by booking a flight with a London connection.
Our sources say Bari bailed out, but his passport was taken away so he can't leave England.

T.I. Arrest That Guard Cursed Out My Wife!!! But I Didn't Try to Fight Him
T.I. says the security guard who called cops on him went off on Tiny over the phone, and escalated an already tense situation by refusing to give up his name.
T.I. tells TMZ ... the guard at his gated community in Henry County, GA left out a lot of details when police arrived -- like the fact he was sleeping at his post, and T.I. had to wake him up Wednesday around 4 AM. Although the police report says T.I. yelled, "Hook me up" to the guard, the rap mogul tells us he actually said, "Look me up."
He says the guard claimed he couldn't find T.I. on the resident directory, so T.I. had his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris, call. He says Tiny asked why the hold-up and said, "Just let him in." T.I. claims the guard barked back at Tiny, "Who the f*** do you think you is talking to me like this?"
T.I. says he was livid about that, and admits yelling obscenities. He says he reminded the guard, "I pay you" ... and then demanded entry again. He says the guard relented, but when T.I. demanded his name in order to report him to a supervisor, he says the guard only stared with a "blank face."
T.I. says he went home, cooled down and then decided to walk back to get the guy's name -- but only got more of the silent treatment. He admits, at this point, saying, "You can step outside the booth into the street, so we can talk."
