Lil Pump Lawyer Calls Miami Bust Classic Profiling

Published | Updated

Lil Pump was pulled over by cops in Miami because he was a young, hispanic man driving an expensive car -- in other words, he was profiled ... so says the rapper's attorney.

LP's lawyer, Brian Bieber (no relation to Justin), tells TMZ that his client's arrest Wednesday appears to be yet another classic case of profiling -- as Pump was doing nothing wrong on the road ... other than allegedly driving without a driver's license, of course.

Bieber says cops initially told his client they pulled him over for an illegal turn but later changed their story and said they pulled him over because he had expired tags.

Bieber says cops simply saw a young, successful hip-hop artist driving a very expensive Rolls-Royce in broad daylight ... and decided to initiate a traffic stop in search of something wrong -- even though he says Pump hadn't done a thing to warrant such action.

We broke the story ... Lil Pump was cuffed and hauled off to jail after Miami PD says it discovered the license plate on his Rolls-Royce actually belonged to a Mini Cooper. When they asked for a license, cops say Pump told them he'd never obtained one.

He was later released and issued a ticket -- but he won't have to appear in court, as his legal team will handle the proceedings.

T.I. Arrest Officer on Body Cam ... Rapper 'Thinks His S**t Don't Stink'

Published | Updated

The cop who arrested T.I. outside the guard shack of his gated community talked major trash about the rapper and his level of fame ... and it was all captured on the officer's body cam.

TMZ obtained the footage from the Henry County officer who busted T.I. for public drunkenness and simple assault of the security guard back in May. The video shows the officer talking to the guard, who had refused to let T.I. enter when he didn't have his key.

The guard's supervisor tells the cop, "That's T.I., the rapper." The cop repsonds, "He thinks his s**t don't stink" and then laughs. The supervisor agreed with the officer.

TMZ broke the story, T.I. says the guard -- who was eventually fired over the incident -- had also cursed out Tiny when she called to say it was okay to let her husband enter their gated community.

The 26-year-old pled guilty in April and admitted he'd posed as a member of Apple's online security to access usernames and passwords.

The other hackers have already been sentenced, with terms ranging from 9-18 months in prison.

CLE Browns Players Deny Involvement In Rape at Their Apartment

Published | Updated

A 22-year-old woman claims she was raped in an apartment where 2 Cleveland Browns players live -- telling police a friend of tight end David Njoku had sex with her after she fell asleep at their pad.

Njoku is NOT accused of any wrongdoing but has been interviewed by police over the incident.

According to the police report, the woman claims she went to the upscale downtown Cleveland apartment complex where Njoku lives with WR Rashard Higgins early Saturday morning after a night of drinking with her friends.

The woman claims she fell asleep in Higgins' bed, but when she woke up a 3rd man -- Kashwayne Nelson -- was having sex with her. She immediately tried to call 911 but Nelson allegedly pulled the phone away and grabbed her by the hair.

The woman says she managed to leave the apartment and later got in touch with police.

When cops arrived, they spoke with Higgins -- who said he had hooked up with the accuser earlier that night but had left the apartment because he couldn't sleep.

While Higgins was out of the apt., Nelson allegedly snuck in and raped the woman.

Cops also spoke with Njoku -- who acknowledged Nelson is his friend who also lives in the apartment -- but Njoku says he was in his bedroom the entire evening and didn't know anything about the incident.

Ultimately, cops arrested Nelson on suspicion of rape. Cops also say he gave them a fake ID when asked for identification -- so he was also booked for obstruction of justice.

The Browns issued a statement to Ohio.com saying, "Rashard immediately notified us of the situation and he and David fully cooperated with the police while being interviewed."

"While our players were not the target of any allegations involving illegal activity, they understand the seriousness of the situation and we have expressed our concerns regarding the matter. They will continue to cooperate with the authorities as needed."

Fat Joe Sued Ex-Biz Partner Wants Sneaker Cash

Published | Updated

Fat Joe's sneaker biz partner screwed over their customers -- even went to prison for it -- but now the guy's claiming Joe screwed him out of a ton of cash ... TMZ has learned.

Scott Spina is suing the Bronx rapper over a shoe store, UP NYC, which they opened together in November 2016. In the suit, Spina says he sunk a bunch of his own dough -- $150k -- plus he wrangled more than $300k more from investors and loans.

Spina claims it was all good when they opened their doors. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, they hauled in $175k on their first day -- but he says 20 days later, Joe kicked him out of the biz.

The part Spina is leaving out is the fact ... he was eventually busted for stealing credit card info from his customers. Seems like Joe cut him off once he caught wind of Spina's sketchy dealings. Earlier this month, Spina was sentenced to 35 months in a federal prison.

Still, Spina says Joe owes him -- he's suing for his $150k personal investment, plus his fair share of UP NYC. We've reached out to Joe's camp, but no word back yet.

IF Spina wins, it'll mean big money ... for his prison commissary account.

'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Ex-Husband Arrested For Assaulting a Woman

Published | Updated

12:45 PM PT -- The arrest warrant issued for Courtland Rogers breaks down a disturbing alleged narrative. The court magistrate says they found probable cause to believe that Rogers had brutally attacked a woman named Lindsey Frazier on Sunday by allegedly slapping her, dragging her by the hair and pulling her hair out. The magistrate also says Frazier credibly alleged Rogers had threatened her and her family's lives ... and threw her phone against a wall to prevent her from calling 911.

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans got busted again in North Carolina -- this time he's accused of assaulting a woman.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Courtland Keith Rogers was arrested Sunday in Leland, NC and booked into the Brunswick County Jail for one count of misdemeanor assault on a woman. We're told there was an open warrant for Rogers' arrest, and Leland PD executed it.

It's unclear when the alleged assault happened. We've got calls in to law enforcement.

It's been a tough year for Jenelle's ex -- he was arrested earlier this year on drug-related charges -- delivering substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute. He had to drop $15k to bond out after that bust.

This assault arrest will cost him a lot more -- bail's been set at $100k.

The ex-boyfriend of "Floribama shore" star Kortni Gilson blew off a judge who ordered him to stay clear of her and started sending her creepy messages ... and that just landed him in jail.

Logan Fairbanks has had a hard time letting go ... and that's a ridiculous understatement. He threatened to cut Gilson into pieces and even showed up at a bar she was at with a knife ... this according to the police report.

Gilson already had a restraining order on him, so she could have had police lock him up right then and there, but for some reason she didn't.

Gilson breathed a sigh of relief in April when Fairbanks went radio silent on her, but the silence was broken in June when he reappeared. He started sending her text messages, including ...

"I still love you it's never gonna change, bye for now baby momma." He went on to text he didn't care if he went jail.

That was enough because Gilson gladly obliged, called the cops and informed them he had violated the restraining order. Problem was ... cops couldn't find him.

Fast forward to Wednesday ... police located Fairbanks and arrested him for aggravated stalking, stalking and violating the restraining order.

As of this post he's still in custody.

Country singer Gretchen Wilson was ready to get rowdy on a commercial flight ... and she got BUSTED after fighting with a passenger over an airplane bathroom ... sources tell TMZ.

Wilson was met by State Police when her flight from D.C. landed at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut ... and we're told she threw her hands in the air and demanded to be arrested.

Cops were waiting for Wilson at the gate ... 'cause she continued the bathroom beef throughout the roughly 80-minute flight, sources tell TMZ.

Hey, when you gotta go, you gotta go. Right?!?

Gretchen was arrested for 2nd-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000 and she's scheduled to appear in court Wednesday ... ahead of her private performance at Mohegan Sun casino.

For the rest of the flight, sources say Gretchen kept looking back down the aisle at the passenger and the two exchanged threatening hand gestures. Gretchen was warned by flight attendants to stop.

It's not the first time Wilson has been accused of disturbing a commercial flight.

Tekashi69 Don't Call Me By My Rap Name ... In My Criminal Trial

Published | Updated

7:40 AM PT -- Tekashi's arraignment was pushed to September.

Tekashi69 does not want to be court shamed in his trial for allegedly choking someone at a mall ... so he's asking the judge to bar prosecutors from using his stage name during the trial.

6ix9ine, whose government name is Daniel Hernandez, filed legal docs asking the judge to order prosecutors to refer to him either as "defendant," "accused" or by his legal name.

Tekashi says the use of any other name -- presumably the one for which he's famous -- could only be used for the purpose of attaching "derogatory and satirically unflattering labels" on him.

Tekashi is on trial in Houston for allegedly choking a 16-year-old at the Galleria Mall back in January. The victim claims he was taking cell phone video of the rapper when Tekashi turned around and ordered him to erase it. The kid says Tekashi then grabbed him by the neck.

Richie Incognito Asked Mortuary to Remove Dad's Head ... Witness Said

Published | Updated

Richie Incognito was violent, incoherent and emotional before he was arrested at a funeral home in Arizona -- with one witness saying the NFL lineman asked the staff to "cut his dad's head off for research purposes."

It's all in the police report released by Scottsdale PD in which at least one mortuary staffer told cops he "thought Incognito was going to kill him."

Richie arrived to Messinger Mortuary on Monday after his father passed away. One staffer told police the family had advised him that Richie would not be allowed to attend the funeral because he'd been "acting erratically."

When staff confronted Richie, he began "punching caskets and throwing things

One staffer told cops, Richie told him he had a truck full of guns outside and used his hand to make the shape of a gun. The staffer clearly felt threatened and said he ran into a secure room where he knew he'd be safe.

When cops arrived, they arrested Incognito at gunpoint. Cops say Richie "appeared to lack concentration and was unable to maintain a coherent thought, rather, he appeared to ramble about numerous things that did not correlate."

Cops say his mood would swing from respectful and calm to angry.

When cops searched Richie's truck, they found multiple guns -- including 3 rifles, 2 handguns and a silencer for a handgun.

Incognito was booked for disorderly conduct and threatening/intimidating people.

He spent the night in custody and was later bonded out by his family.

The arrest is eerily similar to a May incident in Florida when Incognito was taken into custody at a gym for threatening another gym patron. The cops at the scene noted Incognito's erratic behavior and "altered paranoid state."

Incognito was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold for that incident but was later released.
