Cardi B's not coming back to work unless someone's ready to break the bank ... it's the only way she'll entertain the idea of leaving her kid.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ ... Cardi wants $300k to get back onstage, and it's gonna be on her terms -- no discounts. Fact is ... we're told she's getting offers in the $500k range, so she won't be hurting for work.

We're told not only does the moola have to be right, the location can't be in Timbuktu. She wants the shows to be close to home. Reason's simple ... she's obsessed with her baby girl, Kulture Kiari Cephus.

Cardi's made it crystal clear ... no small club gigs 'cause the "Bodak Yellow" rapper is all grown up -- and the market agrees. She commanded $100k a show at Coachella in April while she was pregnant ... and with her popularity rising, so has her paycheck. She's recently fielded multiple offers but it's unclear if and when she'll pull the trigger on any of them.

Cardi shocked the world last weekend when she performed at the Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour in NYC. It's unclear if the promoter dropped Cardi's commanding fee for that show. Her camp ain't saying.

But, what's clear is that fans were left salivating after she dropped her bars from "Motorsport" ... as she rocked a sultry leather getup with heels and long pink hair.

Cardi's return to the stage has turned into highly anticipated news. Remember, Cardi had to bail on Bruno Mars' upcoming tour, saying she needed more time to recover mentally and physically after giving birth to Kulture. As she put it, she "underestimated this whole mommy thing." For Bruno's part, he was cool ... signing a bunch of other stars to his 24K Magic Tour.

Cardi opened the VMAs earlier this month, and came away huge with 3 awards. She celebrated with a little Mickey D's, and then put Nicki Minaj on notice ... dissing her as she rapped onstage during an NYC after-party.

Eddie Murphy is about to have enough kids to play a regulation basketball game at family gatherings -- his gf is pregnant with his TENTH child!

There's nothing good going on with Jenelle Evans and her exes.

Nathan Griffith -- Jenelle's 2nd baby daddy -- says the "Teen Mom 2" star is purposely keeping their son away from him ... and it's driving Dad crazy.

Nathan just wants to spend time with their 4-year-old son, Kaiser, but he claims Jenelle is using phony excuses to stop Nathan from seeing his boy.

He says Jenelle has been giving him the runaround ever since she was cleared of criminal wrongdoing in a child abuse investigation -- which was triggered by Nathan going to police.

Nathan says he doesn't even know where Kaiser is on any given day, 'cause Jenelle doesn't keep him informed ... and he's just about had it with her antics.

Talk about baby mama drama.

As for Jenelle's other ex ... Courtland Keith Rogers was busted over the weekend in North Carolina and accused of assaulting a woman.

12:45 PM PT -- The arrest warrant issued for Courtland Rogers breaks down a disturbing alleged narrative. The court magistrate says they found probable cause to believe that Rogers had brutally attacked a woman named Lindsey Frazier on Sunday by allegedly slapping her, dragging her by the hair and pulling her hair out. The magistrate also says Frazier credibly alleged Rogers had threatened her and her family's lives ... and threw her phone against a wall to prevent her from calling 911.

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans got busted again in North Carolina -- this time he's accused of assaulting a woman.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Courtland Keith Rogers was arrested Sunday in Leland, NC and booked into the Brunswick County Jail for one count of misdemeanor assault on a woman. We're told there was an open warrant for Rogers' arrest, and Leland PD executed it.

It's unclear when the alleged assault happened. We've got calls in to law enforcement.

It's been a tough year for Jenelle's ex -- he was arrested earlier this year on drug-related charges -- delivering substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute. He had to drop $15k to bond out after that bust.

This assault arrest will cost him a lot more -- bail's been set at $100k.

Cardi B and Offset just gave us a first glimpse of their newborn after keeping her under wraps for a little more than a month -- keep in mind though ... it's literally just a glimpse.

The new parents posted a sliver of a photo of baby Kulture Wednesday -- the first time we're seeing her in any capacity -- with Cardi captioning the pic "KultureK."

It's definitely more of Kulture than we saw Monday night when Cardi pretended to be holding the kid in her arms as she opened the VMAs ... only to reveal it was a Moonman statue. We already knew she wasn't bringing Kulture though ... so no big surprises there.

Gotta say -- Cardi and Offset are definitely keeping their cards close to the vest. If Cardi holds out long enough ... she might beat all the newest Kardashian kids' debuts. Khloe's baby, True, currently holds the title at 2 months and change.

Nicki Minaj can't top Travis Scott on the charts ... but she's got him beat when it comes to hosting a radio show.

Nicki WENT OFF on Travis during her Tuesday "Queen Radio" show ... giving the rapper the "Hoe N**** Of The Week" award and continuing to bash Travis and baby mama Kylie Jenner for what she says are unethical practices in promoting his new album.

With baby daddy Offset hugging on her, Cardi B busted out some new lyrics ... 'I know how to do it / Get a bag, don't I / I know how to get a b**** mad' ... pretty clear she's referencing Nicki.

The shots didn't stop there.

In another new track, Cardi B raps ... 'I'm the queen of talking sh*t / yeah I'm backing it up / yeah, back, back, backing it up' ... that's another clear swipe at Nicki and her new album, 'Queen.'

Cardi then celebrated winning 3 awards by making a pit stop at McDonalds for a delicious treat.

Cardi pretty clearly shaded Nicki Minaj when she called herself "empress" during her speech. Nicki not only thinks of herself as the queen ... as we showed you, she actually thinks she's Harriet Tubman, something that has outraged non-fans and, frankly, even some of her diehard fans. Between Travis Scott, Kylie and now Cardi, Nicki had no place to safely turn in the venue.

Cardi B just showed up to the VMAs -- her first public event since giving birth last month -- and the rapper looks incredible.

CB arrived to Radio City Music Hall Monday evening in NYC rockin' a beautiful purple gown and a sweet new pixie cut. Oh, and her post-baby body is absolutely on point.

Nicki believes Travis cheated because he's using his baby and baby mama to fuel interest in his album. Specifically, Nicki went ham over Kylie's post 3 days ago where she plastered Travis' tour art with the caption, "me and storm ready for tour. shop.travisscott.com."

Nicki claims Travis sold more than 50,000 units off Kylie's post ... spiking his overall album sales.

Blac Chyna thinks little Dream is a spitting image of her and not baby daddy Rob Kardashian ... but we gotta ask ... really???

We got BC Wednesday night heading into Project LA in Hollywood and she didn't hesitate on the issue of likeness -- Dream's a chip off the old mom block.

Rob's got a ton of recent photos of their almost 2-year-old up on social media, and her features are certainly starting to get much more defined. As for Chyna's claim ... we really can't say. Truthfully, Dream looks a little like both of them -- they each technically contributed half of themselves, after all.

Khloe Kardashian just popped a baby out 4 months ago -- but you would never have known by the way she looks now.

Blake Griffin has reached a truce with baby mama Brynn Cameron in their nasty custody fight -- striking a deal on child support payment and custody right before they were set to go to trial.

Blake and Brynn had 2 children together during their 8-year relationship -- and were supposed to get married back in 2017 ... until he called things off at the last minute and started dating Kendall Jenner.

Brynn went after Blake hard in court docs -- claiming Griffin left her basically homeless and cash-strapped when he bolted.

Our sources tell us a trial was scheduled to begin Wednesday -- but, the two sides were able to privately hammer out an overall custody settlement ... and now the trial is off.

We're told the two have agreed on joint custody on the children. They're both committed to co-parenting in a friendly manner for the sake of the kids.

As for Blake's monthly payments -- there's a report he'll have to fork over $258,000 per month ... but, we're told that number is wrong.

The terms of the settlement are confidential, but we're told the monthly payment is "significant."

Jenelle Evans keeping a loaded gun in her car -- in reach of her children -- proves she's not using sound judgment as a parent and doesn't deserve to have custody ... so says her ex and 2nd baby daddy.

We spoke with Nathan Griffith -- who shares 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- and he tells us he's incredibly concerned for his kid's safety in light of Jenelle's recently aired road rage incident on "Teen Mom 2."

He believes the video shows her kids are being raised in an unstable and hostile environment ... so his fight to get custody of Kaiser is well justified.

There's also this ... Nathan actually sides with Jenelle's husband, David Eason, who berated her for following someone home and confronting them. Nathan says it could've turned into a bloodbath, which is true ... 'cause the other driver told us he was armed.

The next generation of the Big Baller Brand empire has arrived -- Lonzo Ball's girlfriend has given birth to a baby girl, TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story back in February ... the 20-year-old Zo and his high school sweetheart, Denise Garcia, were expecting a baby baller of their own.

A family rep confirms Zoey Christina Ball was born on Sunday. We're told the baby girl is as happy and healthy as can be.

Lonzo and Denise started dating back when they were kids in Chino Hills.

The folks who produce 'Teen Mom' know what sells ... because TMZ has learned Bristol Palin is joining "Teen Mom OG."

Production sources tell us, Sarah Palin's daughter has signed on as a regular on the show. It appears she's helping to fill the void left by another famous cast member -- Farrah Abraham -- who was fired for being way too difficult. She disputes that, and says she got the axe because she was a porn star.

As you know, Bristol -- now 27 -- has 3 kids and was famously engaged to Levi Johnston. She eventually married Dakota Meyer, whom she's in the process of divorcing. She was 17 when her first kid, Tripp, was born.

Bristol will join cast members Amber Portwood, McKenzie McKee, Maci Bookout and Catelynn Lowell.
