Donald Trump talked to Billy Bush about trying to bang chicks back in 2005, but Trump says the conversation was clearly private, one-on-one locker room banter that was recorded by an "Access Hollywood" crew.

The Washington Post somehow obtained "Access Hollywood" footage from 2005, where Trump talked in graphic terms about how easy it was for celebs like himself to seduce women, even saying, "Grab them by the p***y. You can do anything."

The Post says Trump was recently married to Melania at the time the conversation was recorded on a bus near the "Days of Our Lives" set.

The Toronto Blue Jays fan suspected of throwing a beer can at Baltimore Orioles outfielder Hyun Soo Kim during Tuesday's Wild Card playoff game has been arrested ... cops say.

The Toronto Police Dept. says 41-year-old Ken Pagan has surrendered to authorities after cops released his photo and ID'd him as the lead suspect in the incident.

FYI, Pagan is a sports journalist for Postmedia -- and though he hasn't outright denied the allegations, he issued a statement suggesting police have the wrong guy.

Still, cops have charged him with 1 count of mischief -- and he's scheduled to appear in court in November.

Here are the courtroom sketches from inside the Derrick Rose rape trial -- showing the NBA star's accuser weeping on the stand as she told her side of the story in an L.A. courtroom.

As we previously reported, Rose -- sporting a suit with a blue tie -- showed up the proceedings 2 hours late on Thursday -- entering the courtroom while the accuser was on the stand.

During the trial, Rose didn't appear to make eye contact with accuser at all -- spending most of the proceeding looking down at his hands and staring off.

Rose did not take the stand today and did not talk with reporters on his way out of court.

The accuser is due back on the stand Friday.

JonBenet Ramsey's brother is suing one of the forensic experts featured in the CBS documentary which theorized he killed his kid sister nearly 20 years ago.

Burke Ramsey filed the suit against Dr. Werner Spitz, but not for his comments on the CBS special, "The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey." Instead, Burke is going after the doctor for a radio interview he did with CBS Detroit ... in which Spitz said, "It's the boy who did it [killed JonBenet], whether he was jealous, or mentally unfit or something ... I don't know of the why, I'm not a psychiatrist, but what I am sure about is what I know about him, that is what happened here."

In the docs, Burke says Spitz has a history of making false statements as it applies to the "brutal murder of young girls." He points to a separate case about a 2-year-old where the judge called Spitz' testimony "not useful or credible."

He's suing Spitz for defamation and seeking at least $150 million in damages, and a retraction.

As TMZ first reported, Burke's attorney, L. Lin Wood, promised they would also be suing CBS for the documentary. Wood told Business Insider that one will be filed later this month.

3:27 PM PT -- Green has been arrested in California and will be extradited to Utah to face the charges ... officials confirm.

A former Utah State linebacker -- who was cut by the Atlanta Falcons in the preseason -- was formally charged with raping multiple women back in 2015 ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Torrey Green was hit with 4 counts of rape, 1 count of kidnapping and 1 count of sexual assault -- all felonies.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... cops in Utah were investigating Green for allegedly raping 3 women between January 2015 and November 2015. The details from the investigation can be seen here.

Green had signed a free agent contract with the Falcons earlier this year, but they cut him as soon as they learned about the investigation.

New Zealand All Blacks superstar Aaron Smith -- considered one of the best rugby players in the world -- has apologized after he was caught nailing a chick in an airport bathroom.

Multiple witnesses say they saw Smith (who has a girlfriend) and a mystery woman sneak into a handicap accessible toilet at Christchurch airport in New Zealand last month.

One witness was with his young son and told the media, "It was obvious what was happening."

The team suspended Smith for 1 game and the Prime Minister of New Zealand said he "embarrassed himself."

Now, Smith has issued a public apology -- saying, "I've made a huge mistake. A huge error in judgment."

"I’d personally like to say a huge sorry to my partner (girlfriend) Teagan, her family, my family. I’m also sorry to my teammates and the New Zealand fans."

"My behavior is unacceptable and if you could respect me and my partner in this situation."

Anton Yelchin's death was his own fault because he misused the Jeep that ended up rolling back and killing him ... at least according to his local dealership.

The Valencia, CA Chrysler dealership filed its response to the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Anton's parents ... listing a slew of reasons why it should not be on the hook for anything related to Anton's fatal accident.

Most damningly in the docs -- the dealer says Anton's death was the result of his own "misuse, misapplication, or damage" of the Jeep Grand Cherokee that rolled and crushed him. It's not spelled out, but the dealer seems to be hinting Anton made aftermarket changes that damaged the SUV.

The company also believes his parents didn't preserve the vehicle as it was at the time of the accident ... which would compromise critical evidence in the case.

The dealership is asking the judge to cut them loose from the lawsuit.

Fetty Wap rolled into court Wednesday with $165k in cold hard cash to settle up several driving offenses except the one he says he's really guilty of -- DWB-AR ... driving while black and rich.

Fetty overprepared for his appearance in the NJ courtroom, where he entered many guilty pleas. The judge only hit him with a $360 fine, so he left with most of his stacks ... and flaunted the dough outside.

He was facing charges for driving with a suspended license, overly tinted windows and failure to replace lost or defaced license plates. All of that stemmed from his July arrest, but all's well that ends well.

He's keeping the tinted windows though -- Fetty's lawyer, Navarro Gray, told the judge it's necessary due to the rapper's glaucoma.

Drake is more banged up than he thought and says his injured ankle is forcing him to postpone his tour.

The rapper broke the bad news Wednesday, telling fans he's putting off at least 3 upcoming concerts. He specifically named Toronto, Philly and one of his Newark shows. Drake says he's been toughing it out, but he's now under "doctor's orders" to take a break.

Although Drizzy already made a stop in Meek Mill's hometown earlier in the tour -- you gotta think Meek's crew wanted a second bite of the apple.

Drake used the word "postpone" ... so chances are the shows will be rescheduled, even though he doesn't mention new dates.

A machete-wielding man was shot and killed by police after entering the Champions Center sports facility at the University of Colorado at Boulder campus ... officials confirm.

The situation began around 9:15 AM -- witnesses say two men were involved in an altercation in the parking lot ... with one of the men pulling out a machete.

At one point, the suspect went inside the sports center.

Cops say they confronted the suspect and ordered him to put down his weapon -- but he did not comply ... so police opened fire, killing the man.

People inside the complex -- which houses the football locker room, a weight room and more -- reportedly locked themselves inside various rooms and offices for safety.

8:59 AM PT -- The Broward County Coroner has now confirmed Samman passed away at 7:20 AM on Wednesday.

As for cause of death, the coroner told us, "It would be hard to suggest anything other than drugs" based on the conditions in which Samman and Kirkingburg were found.

An autopsy is scheduled -- but there could be delays due to the hurricane in the region.

UFC middleweight Josh Samman -- who appeared on "The Ultimate Fighter" -- has died after spending several days in a coma ... this according to his 'Ultimate Fighter' castmate Gilbert Jamal Smith.

Samman was found unresponsive early Friday morning at an apartment in South Florida. His roommate, Troy Kirkingburg -- an MMA announcer -- was pronounced dead at the scene.

It's unclear how the two men died.

There were rumblings that heroin played a role -- but Samman's mother came out and said doctors found no traces of the drug in his system. There were also no signs of foul play according to reports.

Samman was 28.

Kid Cudi has checked himself into rehab for depression and suicidal thoughts.

The rapper entered Monday, saying he hasn't felt at peace for years and made the decision to get help for himself, his family, his best friend/daughter and his fans. Cudi continues, "I would've done something to myself. I simply am a damaged human swimming in a pool of emotions everyday of my life."

Cudi says his upcoming music will still be released as planned and he wanted to finish up all business before starting to focus on his recovery.

You'll remember ... Cudi lashed out at mentor Kanye West and Drake last month for not working with him and using others to write songs. 'Ye responded to the rapper at a recent show, telling him to "Respect the God!"

It's interesting -- it was announced in early September Cudi was to be replaced by Romeo on "Empire" -- but it's unclear if his depression played a part in that decision. We spoke with Romeo at LAX who said the move was strictly business and there were no hard feelings between the two.

KC finished his announcement with, "I really am sorry. Ill be back, stronger, better. Reborn. I feel like s***, I feel so ashamed. Im sorry."

The Dallas PD has solved the mysterious Aqib Talib shooting -- determining the NFL star shot himself during an incident back in June ... this according to a local news report.

As we previously reported, Talib was shot in the leg on June 5th -- and told police he was hit while standing in a park.

However, Talib was at V Live strip club earlier in the evening where a gunfight broke out -- and there were reports he shot himself during that incident.

Now, WFAA TV's Rebecca Lopez is citing sources who say "Dallas PD has completed the Aqib Talib case. They've determined the Broncos cornerback was not shot by someone but shot himself."

If it's determined he lied to police, Talib could be charged with a crime.

We reached out to the Dallas PD for comment -- and public information officer Tramese Andrews told us, "I have not been made aware of any new information regarding that incident and cannot confirm any information regarding your request."

Those were questions potential jurors in the Derrick Rose rape case were asked Tuesday -- as lawyers on both sides gear up for the $21 million trial.

Questionnaires were handed out to the jury pool in the L.A. courtroom -- in an effort to flush out any possible hidden biases.

Rose and his friends are accused of gang raping a woman in her L.A. apartment back in 2013 -- though the NBA superstar claims the group sex was consensual.

But it wasn't a smooth start for Team Rose -- with his attorney voicing his frustrations to the judge about the racial composition of the jury pool ... which contained only 2 black people.

Rose's lawyer also groused about the fact 15 of the first 27 potential jurors were Hispanic -- which was concerning for Rose because his accuser is Hispanic.

The judge said there was nothing he could do about it.
