Cam Newton Spittin' Bars With 2 Chainz!! ... Lookin' Like Mad Hatter
Cam Newton's off-season is LITTTT!!!! ... 'cause the Carolina Panthers QB celebrated his new sneaker release by spittin' bars with 2 Chainz!!
Cam grabbed the mic and put his rap skills to the test while goin' bar-for-bar with Tity Boi to perform "Riverdale Road" at the Under Armour event Thursday ... and we gotta admit, the dude's pretty impressive.
It shouldn't come as a surprise that the Pro Bowler decided to rock a Mad Hatter-esque look for the event ... 'cause Cam's known for makin' fashion statements. But the rapping's a pleasant surprise.
Maybe we'll get a 2 Chainz x Cam Newton collab soon??

'The Walking Dead' Stuntman Hospitalized After 20-foot Fall On Set
A 'Walking Dead' stuntman fell more than 20 feet onto a concrete floor ... suffering a serious head injury that sent him to the hospital.
John Bernecker was reportedly on set Wednesday in Georgia when the accident happened. It's unclear how he fell or if he was in the middle of shooting a scene -- but he had to be airlifted to Atlanta Medical Center where he's in ICU.
His girlfriend posted a Facebook message, saying ... "John deserves to be seen by every neorusurgeon and doctor there is until one of them sees the life we all know he has in him and bring him back to us... THIS ISNT FAIR."
John -- who specializes in high falls -- has also worked on "24: Legacy" and 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay.'

Jon Jones: Bigger Athletes Than Me Do Coke 'You'd Be Surprised'
Jon Jones says he's not the only superstar with a taste for cocaine -- saying he knows for a fact that "some of the greatest athletes in the country" like to ride the blow train to snooter town.
The UFC superstar opened up about his well-documented coke use to Bleacher Report ... saying, "As far as me doing coke before a fight, that's not me trying to be a bad guy. That's me frickin' doing a bump -- you know, at a party."
"The truth of the matter is, you'd be surprised how many people have done coke. I've been around some of the greatest athletes in the country. Athletes with a lot bigger names than me do coke. But people don't talk about it."
Jones says the drug helps him have a good time -- saying, "If you can afford to smoke a little weed, and do a little coke, and still win world titles, who's to tell you you can't?"
"I understand these things are illegal. And once you get caught doing it, it's humiliating. But at the same time, I'm not an addict or anything like that. You don't see me walking around weighing fucking 100 pounds with my teeth rotting out and scabs all over my face."
It's not the first time Jon's been open about how much he likes coke -- he said the weekend he did blow and then beat Daniel Cormier was one of the best times of his life.

Conor wasn't the first person to accuse Floyd of not being able to read -- 50 Cent blasted him for it a few years ago.

St. Maarten Airport Beachgoer Dies from Jet Blast

10:00 AM PT -- Sint Maarten police tell us government and airport officials will be meeting to discuss new safety measures. Currently it's not illegal to stand at that fence at the end of the runway, but with this fatality -- the first ever -- we're told officials will consider making changes.
A New Zealand tourist in Sint Maarten died during a thrill-seeking escapade as she tried to withstand the blast of a jet engine.
The scene was horrifying ... people in Sint Maarten tell TMZ, the woman was hanging on to a fence at the edge of the runway, while an airliner revved its engines before rolling down the runway for takeoff.
We're told she couldn't hold on to the fence and was catapulted backward into a concrete barrier on the edge of the beach.
People on scene tried in vain to resuscitate her but it appears she died on impact.
2012
A similar incident occurred in 2012 when a woman was blown into the same barrier, but she survived.
There are signs warning people not to stand in the pathway of the jet, but it has become one of the most popular things to do in Sint Maarten.

Conor McGregor Doubles Down on Racist Taunt ... Mocks Rob Kardashian
For the second day in a row, Conor McGregor has told Floyd Mayweather to "Dance for me, boy."
Conor was met with outrage when he first hurled the taunt at Floyd in L.A. on Tuesday -- since referring to a black man as "boy" in America is an insult that dates back to slavery. Same with telling a black man to "dance for me."
But despite scorn from black leaders across the country, Conor took the mic at the media event in Toronto on Wednesday and said it AGAIN.
Floyd just sat back and smiled.
Conor continued to rail against Floyd -- saying he's illiterate and stupidly blows his money on boatloads of strippers.
That's when he dragged Rob Kardashian into the mix ... saying Rob only bankrolled ONE, referring to Blac Chyna.
It's only day 2 ...

Shia LaBeouf just apologized for the events leading to his arrest and the racist rant at the police station, saying he believes he's hit bottom and is taking steps to get his addiction under control.
Shia says, "I am deeply ashamed of my behavior and make no excuses for it," adding, "My outright disrespect for authority is problematic to say the least, and completely destructive to say the worst."
Shia goes on ... "It is a new low. A low I hope is a bottom."
And then the actor says what has become obvious ... "I have been struggling with addiction publicly for too long, and I am actively taking steps toward securing my sobriety and hope I can be forgiven for my mistakes."
Sources connected to the production of the movie he's shooting in Savannah tell us, Shia was back on the set Monday and has been shooting ever since. It's unclear if this statement will affect production ... in other words, whether he's going to rehab.

WWE's Paige: I Threw a Drink at Alberto ... He Never Touched Me
WWE superstar Paige says her fiance, Alberto Del Rio, never laid a hand on her during an altercation in Florida ... and says SHE'S the one who attacked him by throwing a beer in his face.
It's the second time Paige has changed her story -- but now she claims she was arguing with Alberto in the Orlando Airport terminal on Sunday after getting bad news about a sick family member. She claims she was upset and threw a drink at ADR's face "because I was so angry."
Paige admits, she "Shouldn't have done it."
She also claims, "It was ME who was being held for battery charges because I threw a drink on him."
The problem with that ... cops say it's Alberto who was being investigated for domestic violence, NOT Paige.
Earlier this week, Paige claimed it was a 3rd party -- a female fan -- who threw a drink at ADR because he refused to take a pic with her. She's now admitting she lied about that part.
Paige also addressed the audio recording of the argument in which she can be heard telling Alberto, "Stay the f*ck away from me."
"If you listen to that stupid audio," Paige says ... "You will hear him saying he's pressing charges on ME. We all say stuff when we are mad."
Paige added, "No one got arrested. There’s no mug shots. There’s no charges. Nothing."
She's right about that part -- but cops say the incident is still under investigation.

Peyton Manning: People Told Me Not to Golf with Trump
Peyton Manning says he was pressured to REJECT President Donald Trump's invitation to golf with him last month ... but #18 didn't listen ... saying turning down the POTUS would be "un-American."
The NFL legend appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and said he happened to be in D.C. back in June when he got a call from the White House asking him to join Trump for golf.
"I gotta tell ya Jimmy, I had a lot of people telling me not to do it," Manning said.
"I think it would have been almost un-American to have said 'No.'"
Manning said Trump was a gracious host and they had fun golfing together.
When asked if Trump cheated -- as Samuel L. Jackson has previously alleged -- Peyton shot that down too and said he counted Donald's strokes.

Conor to Floyd: 'Dance for Me, Boy'
Two things you don't say to black men in America ...
1) "Dance for Me"
2) "Boy"
Conor McGregor said BOTH of those things to Floyd Mayweather at the big fight news conference in L.A. and people are pissed.
The reaction on social media was swift with FS1's Chris Broussard tweeting, "'Dance for me, boy!' Ohh, ohh. Does he know what he just said?"
Not the first time Conor's gone racial to hype a fight -- he famously called Nate Diaz a "cholo gangster" before UFC 196.
"Dance for me, boy!" Ohh, ohh. Does he know what he just said?

Miguel Cabrera My Family's In Grave Danger In Venezuela
MLB superstar Miguel Cabrera says his family has been targeted in Venezuela -- and he's been forced to pay protection bribes to keep them safe.
It's unclear exactly why Cabrera believes his family is in danger -- possibly because he's worth a fortune. Cabrera signed a $248 MILLION contract extension in 2014.
In a series of videos posted to social media, Cabrera says Venezuela can be a very dangerous place if you cross the wrong people ... and he's frustrated.
Cabrera says he's a proud Venezuelan -- but the constant fear that someone will kidnap a family member is weighing on him. He admits to paying "vacunas" -- or protection money -- but doesn't say how much he's paid or to whom the money has gone.
Cabrera says he's suspicious of everyone from police officers to street thugs -- and doesn't know where the real danger lurks.
Cabrera does seem to voice support for the opposition to the current government -- but you can tell he's being careful with his words to not piss anyone off too much.

Floyd Mayweather: I Paid $26 Mil to IRS What Else Could They Want?!
Floyd Mayweather is adamant he's not in a huge hole when it comes to income taxes -- claiming he paid the IRS $26 million in 2015 ... saying, "What else could they possibly want?!"
TBE is firing back at reports he can't pay off his tax liability from that year and has asked Uncle Sam to cut him a break until after he gets his check from the McGregor fight.
FYI, 2015 is the year he fought Manny Pacquiao -- for which he reportedly hauled in roughly $220 million. He also made $32 mil for fighting Andre Berto later that year.
But late Monday night, Mayweather issued a statement essentially saying he's still super rich with no real tax issues.
"While everyone is counting my money and assuming the worst, these are the facts... Uncle Sam, received $26,000,000.00 from me in 2015! What else could they possibly want?"
"I'm sure I would have been notified much sooner if there were any real discrepancies right?"
"Bottom line, everybody just wants to be a part of the 'Money May' show, including the IRS! That's fine, you can crunch numbers all day but in the end, my empire is rock solid and intact! Now Calculate That!"
He also played Donald Trump's "fake news" card -- saying, "Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear, especially when it comes to media in this country."
The issue with Mayweather's check is this ... it doesn't seem remotely close to the federal tax rate obligation he would owe.
If he made $250 mil -- and let's generously say he wrote off $50 mil -- he still owes taxes on $200 mil. And the going federal tax rate for people with high income is 39.6%.
So, he would owe closer to $80 MILLION -- not $26 mil.
Since we don't have access to Floyd's books or the IRS tax filings it's hard to say for sure. But something definitely seems off.
