Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson are dunzo as a couple, and their engagement has officially been called off ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell us AG and PD split this weekend, with both parties acknowledging that it simply was not the right time for their relationship to take off. We're told the two still have love for each other, but things are over romantically.

Ariana and Pete announced their surprise engagement earlier this year in June -- just a few weeks after they were reported to be just casually dating. TMZ broke the story ... Grande's engagement ring cost right around $100k.

Grande's recently expressed she was going through a rough patch, tweeting a lot of personal messages and saying she needs a break from the public spotlight and asking "can i pls have one okay day. just one. pls."

As for Davidson, he's continued to appear on SNL, even mentioning his former fiancee in a couple sketches. The last time we saw them together was just last week.

Our source says while things may be done for the couple for now, the two aren't ruling out the possibility of anything in the future.

Steve Levitan's bitter divorce has come to an end, and his ex-wife is walking away with a huge amount of money ... but so is he.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Krista Levitan will get at least $4 MILLION a year in income from various projects -- including "Modern Family" -- but as long as that cash keeps flowing in ... he won't have to pay any spousal support.

But, that's not all -- Krista and Steve are also splitting several bank accounts worth tens of millions of dollars ... along with going 50/50 on various properties and cars.

Specifically, the docs say the 2 are to split the profits from the sale of their Santa Monica home ... which is worth about $40 million.

We broke the story ... Krista filed for divorce from Steve in 2016 after 23 years of marriage, and it appeared there was no prenup.

Things later took a nasty turn when Krista made claims of assault against Steve and tried to get a restraining order. A judge shot it down, but the divorce battle raged on.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reached a custody agreement, but it is vague for an obvious reason ... Ben's issue with alcohol.

As we have already reported, the couple long ago agreed to joint custody of their 3 kids. There are 2 elements to the agreement -- legal and physical custody.

Legal custody is simple ... they will jointly agree on decisions that affect the kids, such as education and various activities.

As for physical custody, that's where it gets tricky. As we reported, the divorce was held up for a long time because Ben was on and off the bottle, and Jennifer didn't want to strike any custody arrangement until he was sober and stable.

We're told the physical custody agreement is vague ... it doesn't outline any specific division of time with the kids. But, we're told, at least at the beginning, Jen will get the lion's share of custodial time, and when Ben has the kids he will have a monitor to ensure he's sober and the kids are safe.

There's another factor -- their kids are older now -- 12, 9 and 6 -- and they may be conscious of Ben's problem with alcohol and how it's affected their family, and they will have a voice as well.

Zac Brown is separating from his wife, Shelly, after a dozen years of marriage.

The Zac Brown Band lead singer and Shelly made the announcement in a joint statement to People.

Zac and Shelly got hitched in 2006. They have 5 kids together: son Alexander, 4, and daughters Joni, 7, Georgia, 8, Lucy, 10, and Justice, 11.

Jennifer Garner wants her never-ending divorce case over and done with ... so she's now filed legal docs to supercharge the process so she's a single woman by the end of the year ... TMZ has learned.

Garner is asking the judge in her divorce to have the case yanked from the court system and put in the hands of a private judge. The reason -- the courts often move at a glacial pace and Jen is out of patience. A private judge can accelerate the process and handle the final details quickly.

Our sources say Jen's goal is to have a final divorce decree by year's end. She filed for divorce in April of last year and the couple has been separated since June 2015.

We're told the major reason for the delay ... Ben's drinking. TMZ broke the story ... Jen did not want to set a custody agreement in stone until she knew Ben was sober, and he's been up and down for years, and that was the primary reason for the delay.

Now that Ben's out of rehab and sober again, we're told Jen thinks the time is right to formalize the divorce.

Kourtney Kardashian's juices are flowing ... with a dude who looks almost exactly like her ex.

Kourtney was spotted grabbing a matcha latte Tuesday at Alfred Tea in WeHo. There's no mistake about it ... the guy looks EXACTLY like Younes Bendjima, Kourt's ex. The resemblance is uncanny. It's unclear who the guy is, but what's clear is they're VERY thirsty ... judging from the 3 drinks at hand.

As we've reported ... Kourtney dumped Younes back in July amid rumors he cheated on her. The 25-year-old model has been adjusting back to a normal way of living, though he and Kourtney have been spotted together once since their split. But, that meeting was all about closure.

2:30 PM PT -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Leah says they split on July 10. She cites irreconcilable differences.

She's asking for spousal support and says she wants to share custody of their child.

Brandon Jenner and Leah Felder have officially filed for divorce after 6 years of marriage.

Felder filed Tuesday to make the couple's split official. The pair dated for 8 years before tying the knot in 2012. They had one child together, a daughter named Eva.

Earlier this month, the couple released a joint statement about their split, saying, "Even though we have chosen to separate as a couple, we still love one another very, very much and remain a major part of each other’s lives — as best friends, family and loving parents to our daughter.”

Holly Madison is about to be on the market ... her husband, Pasquale Rotella, has filed for divorce from the former Playboy model.

Holly and Pasquale got hitched in 2013, and they have 2 kids together, daughter Rainbow Aurora and son Forest. The couple decided to end their union after their romance was said to have fizzled out.

According to the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Pasquale filed on August 31 in Vegas.

Rotella posted a statement Tuesday, saying, "It is with love in our hearts and a deep respect for one another that Holly and I have amicably made the decision to separate. First and foremost, we are forever partners and parents to two beautiful children, and are fully committed to raising them in an environment filled with love and positivity."

Holly famously dated Hugh Hefner and was one of the stars of the TV show, "The Girls Next Door."

Holly and Pasquale got married at Disneyland ... but their marriage won't have a storybook ending.

Kylie Jenner's fam has zero beef with her ex-bf, Tyga ... or so it seems after he had a pretty touchy-feely reunion with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

The chance encounter went down Sunday night at Beyoncé and Jay-Z's concert at the Rose Bowl. Kim looked surprised, but happy to see Tyga. Ditto for Kylie's mom.

Noah Cyrus had a funny idea for a joke ... and someone has now turned it into a scam.

Noah and her team thought it would be funny to advertise a bottle of her tears for $12,000 a pop. The idea was that she was super sad when she broke up with Lil Xan so she put an ad on Pizzaslime hawking the fake bottle of tears. It was all in fun ... a promotion for her new album, "Good Cry."

Here's the problem. Someone smelled an opportunity to screw her fans out of cash, so they put the ad on GoFundMe, saying they want to buy a bottle ... when anyone with a brain has to know it's not real.

Well ... 8 brainless folks have already contributed a total of $1,240 in just 15 hours. Mind you ... when someone donates on GoFundMe ... the money is automatically deducted from their bank account.

Noah's team is now hip to the scam, and they tell TMZ they're contacting GoFundMe, asking that the post be 86'd. They also say they will reimburse the folks who donated and will throw in backstage passes to one of Noah's shows.

P.T. Barnum was clearly right.

The first couple who got engaged on ABC's 'Bachelor'-spinoff, "The Proposal," have called it quits just a few months after the show premiered this summer.

Amputee police officer Mike Crowe tells TMZ that his new fiancee, Monica Villalobos, broke things off with him while they were recently on a trip to Costa Rica. The split happened just last week in the middle of their vacation -- Mike says Monica told him she didn't have feelings for him anymore.

Mike's clearly still hurting from the fresh break-up. He says not only did he put himself out there in trying to meet that special someone on TV, but notes that a ton of people have gotten emotionally invested in their journey. Plus, he says the Costa Rica trip was supposed to be in celebration of his 30th birthday ... so this doubly sucks for him.

As to whether he feels like he was set up for failure by the premise of the show -- propose to someone you've never met within an hour-long program -- Mike says no. He tells us he didn't have any expectations and didn't feel any outside pressure on the relationship. It's unclear if Monica felt the same, but he implies she might've not loved the scrutiny.

Tamar Braxton's relationship with her estranged husband is apparently so far gone ... she won't even visit him in the hospital.

We're told Vincent Herbert is hospitalized with gout in his elbow -- SUPER PAINFUL -- and Tamar has no plans to lift his spirits with a visit.

Vincent has been in the hospital since Thursday, but she's been radio silent. We're told he and Tamar aren't talking anymore.

Tamar filed for divorce in 2017 after nearly 9 years of marriage.

The nookie days are apparently over for Fred Durst and his wife -- the 2 are getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

The Limp Bizkit frontman filed for divorce from Kseniya Durst after about 6 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs filed Tuesday in L.A.

The ex-couple don't have any kids together.

We broke the story ... Fred and the Ukrainian makeup artist tied the knot back in 2012, but kept their nuptials secret for years. We got suspicious in June 2015 when we saw them out together and she was rocking a giant ring.

5:30 PM PT -- Jana and Van say, "Though we have decided to end our marriage, we still love each other very much. We will continue raising our kids together, running our businesses together and supporting each other's growth. There is no beef or drama -- just evolution."

CNN political commentator Van Jones and his wife are breaking up ... TMZ has learned.

Jana Carter filed divorce docs Friday in L.A. County Court. They have 2 minor children together, both boys. Van and Jana got married in 2005, and according to the docs, obtained by TMZ, they separated back in May.

She's asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children, and spousal support.

Jana is an entrepreneur and attorney.
