Drake Fans Vandalize Ye's Childhood Home ... W/ Signs Fueling Beef

Published | Updated

Kanye West and Drake's beef has trickled into real life harassment -- some fan(s) of the latter took it upon themselves to hit up Ye's childhood home with some hateful words in tow.

Photos surfaced this weekend of three different signs that appear to have been left on the front steps of the South Shore Chicago house that Kanye grew up in ... and which he bought in recent years and is reportedly in the process of renovating.

It also served as the centerpiece of his latest listening event there in town -- with Ye creating a replica version of the crib to help tell the story of his "Donda" album. Now, it's tainted.

Somebody left signage touching on Drake's lyrical shots that he fired last weekend ... in which he called Kanye "burnt out," among other things. One sign echoes those words exactly, while another warns that Drizzy's album, "Certified Lover Boy," is coming soon.

And, the middle sign randomly takes a swipe at Justin Laboy -- a social media influencer who's been relaying a lot of Kanye "Donda" news lately ... seemingly on his behalf.

Luckily, no real damage to the home was done ... but it still feels like crossing the line into a space that's obviously sacred to Ye. Unfortunately for him, the address is widely public ... and doesn't seem to have any barricades or security around to keep nosy prowlers out.

The fact someone had the gall to go to Kanye's actual house to do this perhaps speaks to the stunt he pulled on Drake this week ... posting the dude's Toronto address publicly.

If that is, in fact, the motivation, it's pretty diabolical -- and also suggests this feud is far from over ... as it's now fallen into the hands of what is a clearly overzealous fanbase.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Chrissy says she has the best hearing on the planet, and her senses led her to a wall in her Beverly Hills home where Peanut Butter was trapped.

She busted open part of the wall to free her pet, and Chrissy tells us she was ready to do even more home damage with her hammer.

Chrissy's able to laugh about what she calls a "debacle" now ... because the wall's repaired and Peanut Butter is out of harm's way.

While her pet got out from a dark place, Chrissy is still in the "cancel club" ... and she tells us why it's a journey and sheds light on what it's going to take to get her out.

'Cobra Kai' Mansion Selling for $2.4 Million ... Will Become Airbnb!!!

Published

"Cobra Kai" fans may soon be able to stay in the famous mansion featured on the show, because the new buyer's got plans to make it happen ... via Airbnb.

Our real estate sources tell us ... the 9,214-square-foot home -- which is actually located in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta, GA and not Encino, CA -- just went under contract for $2.4 million ... though it's still in the process of closing.

When it does, we're told the anonymous buyer will turn the 6-bed, 6.5-bath Villa Flora mansion into a luxury Airbnb where devoted "Cobra Kai" fans can stay ... with plenty of room on the 1.1-acre lot to practice their karate moves.

It's interesting -- a few months ago Jamie Foxx showed interest in purchasing the property, but he didn't pull the trigger. Whoever did got a good deal ... more than $200k below asking price.

The listing agent for the pending deal is Chad Carrodus with Ansley Real Estate, and by the way ... "Cobra Kai" season 4 premieres in December.

Khloe Kardashian & Kris Jenner Side-by-Side Mansions Under Construction ... Still a Long Way to Go

Published | Updated

Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner are inching closer to the move-in date that will make them next-door neighbors, as construction crews work to finish their custom mansions.

We've obtained pics showing the progress that's been made in and around the modern farmhouses Khloe and Kris are building a stone's throw from each other in Los Angeles.

There's still a lot of work to be done, but the massive estates are taking shape. Both structures now have roofs that will include solar panels ... and both places will have massive pools.

The lot is essentially being subdivided in 2. It once had a single family home on the entire property, but when a developer bought it in 2012, he razed the house. It sat vacant for years ... that is until Khloe and Kris each plunked down north of $10 million for the properties and began construction.

When all is said and done ... Khloe's home -- the darker of the two -- will have 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and 18,000 square feet. Kris' palace is similar at 17,000 square feet.

You'll recall Kris was PISSED after claiming on 'KUWTK' a shady contractor stole the deeds to the houses and while the legal mess got sorted out, construction came to a screeching halt.

Seems like the problem's been resolved, because construction crews are buzzing around on the property.

Michael Thomas Claims L.A. Mansion Owner Ruined His Offseason Training ... NFL Star Suing For Over $1 Million

Published | Updated

NFL star Michael Thomas says his offseason training program was severely disrupted by some nightmare landlords in L.A. ... and now, he's suing, looking for more than $1 MILLION in damages.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, the New Orleans Saints wide receiver says he agreed to rent a mansion in the Bel-Air area from Feb. 4 to April 5.

The place was awesome -- it had six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and an incredible gym, media room and pool.

Thomas claims the deal with the owner was simple ... he says he agreed to pay $60,000 a month in rent, as well as a $60,000 deposit.

Thomas says the owner promised to leave the NFL player alone too ... allowing him to train for the 2021 season without any interruptions.

Thomas claims he paid $120k for the two-month rental term, and also paid the $60k security deposit in full just before moving in.

But, Thomas says after he moved in, there was nothing but drama with the place.

The 28-year-old says there were issues with the pad's pool, garage doors and kitchen appliances. Thomas also says reps from the place "repeatedly" showed up to the home unannounced, interrupting Thomas' workouts.

To make matters worse, Thomas says the mansion's owner refused to give back any portion of his $60k security deposit after he moved out in April.

Thomas is now suing for breach of lease and more, and is asking for more than $1,000,000 in damages.

It's all VERY interesting ... considering the drama currently going down with Thomas and his Saints team.

Reportedly, New Orleans wanted Thomas to have surgery on his injured ankle following the 2020 season ... right around the time the receiver began renting the Bel-Air mansion.

But, Michael opted to try to heal the injury on his own ... and allegedly didn't communicate much -- if at all -- with the Saints during that process.

Thomas eventually realized he had to have the surgery -- following all of the drama with his mansion rental he's claiming in the lawsuit -- and he's now expected to be sidelined for at least the first few weeks of the season.

Matt Damon Someone Buy My Mansion Already I'll Even Take $3 Mill Off!!!

Published

Matt Damon is tired of playing hardball - the dude wants out of California ... and is offering his house at a significant discount toward that end.

Matt slashed the asking price of his massive Pacific Palisades mansion -- which sat on the market since January at $21 million. Now, he’s taken $3.1 mil off the top ... and is listing it for $17.9 mil.

Here’s hoping the reduction helps, ‘cause the dude and his fam seem to wanna get a move on with their lives in NYC -- where they recently snapped up a luxury duplex ... and where they seem to be restarting.

The house itself is a beaut -- and at $17.9M ($3 million more than what MD paid in 2013) ... it's a gotta have, right?

The house has 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and all the special touches you can imagine. There’s a climate-controlled wine cellar, a wine-tasting room, a massage room, a private gym, a pool and even a children’s den.

The market's super hot, so fingers crossed.

Kanye West I'm Recreating Childhood Home ... For 'Donda' Listening Party

Published | Updated
UPDATE

12:56 PM PT -- WGN out of Chicago just got some updated images ... looks like the home is close to completion.

UPDATE

Kanye West is doing some home cooking for his next "Donda" event ... because it looks like he's recreating his Chicago childhood home on a big stage.

Check out this image from inside Soldier Field, home of the Chicago Bears, where Kanye is getting set to host his 3rd listening party for his upcoming album.

As you can see, construction is in full swing on a structure that looks a lot like the home where Ye grew up on the South Side of Chicago ... and it seems the house is smack in the middle of the football field.

Remember ... the album name is "Donda," an homage to his late mother, so it seems fitting Kanye would represent their old home for his listening party in the city where he was born and raised.

Kanye's also been all about this era of life ... he recently scrubbed his entire Instagram page except for a lone image of the old Chicago crib, which he bought last year for a cool $225,000.

Yeezy's known for getting super creative with his stages, and it looks like he's feeling right at home back in the Chi.

Erika Jayne's Ex Moves From Mega-Mansion to Old Folks Home

Published

Erika Jayne's elderly estranged husband, Tom Girardi, has moved out of his multi-million dollar mansion and into a senior living facility.

The 82-year-old -- who's currently going through a divorce from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star along with a lawsuit for allegedly embezzling funds from families of plane crash victims -- was spotted by Daily Mail entering the Burbank nursing home Sunday.

Girardi -- who up until recently lived in an incredible $13 million mansion in Pasadena -- has been forced to give up his luxurious lifestyle due to his embezzlement scandal, his law firm filing for bankruptcy ... and health issues.

Safe to say it's not been a very good year for Tom, who once had an estimated net worth of more than $260 million. Along with the divorce, he's been disbarred, forced to auction off a lot of stuff from his law offices to cover legal costs ... and has been spotted out in public looking worse for wear.

Earlier this year ... he filed legal docs claiming he's been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's, as he had his assets frozen as he's potentially been facing federal charges for months.

Meanwhile, as we reported ... on a recent 'RHOBH' episode, Erika tearfully denied that she filed for divorce as a "sham" way to hide assets, something she was sued for herself.

Drake Laughs Off Kanye Posting His Address ... As Beef Ramps Up

Published | Updated

Kanye West appeared to dox Drake as their long-standing feud reignites, but Drake doesn't seem to give an f.

Ye took to Instagram to share the location of Drake's Toronto, Ontario property, but later deleted it. This came shortly after Kanye wiped his IG clean, leaving a lone photo of his childhood home ... but he's now posted a few more pics.

Drake's response was telling ... he laughed it off on his own IG Story ... with a video of him on a joyride.

Of course, all of this weekend drama is the result of Drake's diss at Kanye on a song he just dropped with Trippie Redd ... in which he acknowledges their beef and calls Ye "burned out."

Kanye fired back by posting a group chat -- in which he added another old nemesis, Pusha T, to the mix -- which included an ominous 'Joker' text, along with the message ... "I live for this. I've been f***ed with by nerd ass jock n***** like you my whole life. You will never recover. I promise you."

Ye also deleted this post as well, but the bell can't be unrung ... and the feud is undeniably escalating.

Kanye West I'll Take You Down Memory Lane ... Here's My Childhood House!!!

Published | Updated

Kanye West is sending smoke signals that he's zeroing in on his album release, by posting a pic of the house he grew up in.

Ye displayed a photo of his childhood home on the South Side of Chicago. You'll recall, it's the house he bought last year for $225,000.

As for the clue -- well, the album is titled "Donda," an homage to his late mother, so it would seem he's telegraphing the album is, at the very least, top of mind.

The album was supposed to be released last month, but that date was moved to early August but still, no album. Fact is ... that's SOP for Kanye.

For whatever reason, Kanye scrubbed his entire Instagram page ... so all you get is the house photo. It's unclear why he did this ... maybe to really profile the pic and send some sort of message that the album is near.

He's been tinkering with the album ever since the first unveiling at the listening party in Atlanta for friends and fam back in July.

The first listening party broke the Apple Music Global Livestream record with 3.3 million viewers.

SHOWIN' UP FOR YE

Kim has been really supportive ... showing up at both listening parties and wearing the same color outfit as her estranged husband.

They also had lunch together this week, so it seems the divorce is super amicable.

No word on when the divorce will become final and whether they've worked out all the property and custody issues, but so far, it looks like things are friendly and calm.

'Selling Sunset' Star Christine Chrishell Has No Leg Up on Listings ... Just 'Cause She Sleeps w/ The Boss!!!!

Published | Updated

Christine Quinn says Chrishell Stause hasn't gotten any favoritism just because her boss/BF Jason Oppenheim ... at least not yet.

We got the "Selling Sunset" star Friday leaving Starbucks on Sunset Blvd. and our photog wondered what all the fans of the show are thinking ... is Chrishell being served hot listings by her boss/BF on a silver platter?

The question's fair ... considering "Selling Sunset" fans know once upon a time Jason dated/hooked up with Mary Fitzgerald ... one of the agents at The Oppenheim Group.

It was quickly revealed in season 2 the women had serious gripes with Jason and took him to task ... accusing him of giving Mary coveted listings.

Well, fast forward to now ... Jason's dating another one of his agents ... and while Christine says she hasn't seen Jason show Chrishell any favoritism ... it's easy to see why people are skeptical.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

So far so good ... says Christine, who went on to make some jokes at Mary's expense.

As we reported ... Chrishelle and Jason went Instagram official during a group trip to Italy. That trip, btw, also included Mary and her new/young hubby. Awk?

Katharine Graham Waterfront Pad in Martha's Vineyard Yours for $39.5 Million!!!

Published

An iconic estate that once belonged to the late Katharine Graham has hit the market for the first time in 50 years ... and it's gonna cost someone a pretty penny.

The Martha's Vineyard property known as "Mohu" sits on 50 acres near the coveted Lambert's Cove. The estate includes a 5-bedroom beach house, 1-bedroom caretaker's cottage, tennis court and also an 860-foot private white sandy beach.

The whole shebang's going for $39,500,000 ... but this is some top-shelf real estate in prime location. The property's surrounded by 3,000 feet of water frontage on James Pond and a network of walking trails that snake through the woods and along the pond.

According to the Vineyard Gazette, which first reported the news, the "Mohu" property was the last piece of land belonging to the Graham family. The estate once spanned across more than 200 acres but, little by little, the family sold off pieces of the land.

Katherine bought the 200-plus acre property in 1972 for -- get this -- a sweet $1.46 mil.

No doubt there's plenty of room to build on the land ... if the new owner needs more living space. There's also tons of privacy. The estate is surrounded by the 186-acre estate that also belonged to the Graham family. That property sold for $32.5 million in 2019.

Katharine, of course, was the Washington Post's primary publisher for more than 2 decades and she played a key role in the Post helping bring down President Nixon in wake of the Watergate scandal. She died in 2001.

Thomas Leclair at LandVest has the listing.

The Weeknd Livin' Large in Bel-Air ... With $70M Estate!!!

Published | Updated

The Weeknd is the proud, new owner of a massive Bel-Air estate, forking over an incredible $70 MILLION to convince the home's prior owners to give it up ... TMZ has confirmed.

Abel was in the market for a new home in the area, and agents Rayni and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates scoped out the 33,000-square-foot home before reaching out on the singer's behalf ... according to The Wall Street Journal.

We've confirmed the home's prior owners -- Reinout Oerlemans, a Dutch media mogul, and his wife, Danielle Oerlemans -- hadn't planned on selling, but the $70M was too nice to pass up ... and the deal was done off-market.

As for what $70M will get you in Bel-Air? The mega-mansion comes with 9 bedrooms, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sports court and a music studio where Abel can keep cranking out hits.

The singer was represented by Angele Salvador in the sale.

In fact the news of the new crib comes just after the singer broke the record for the most consecutive weeks (88) on The Billboard Hot 100 list with his single, "Blinding Lights." "Radio Active" by Imagine Dragons held the previous record.

As you know, Abel has called a $25M Beverly Hills penthouse home for a few years now -- it's unclear what he'll do with that property -- but he's certainly got lots of rooms, and space, to figure out his next real estate move.

Sylvester Stallone Relists L.A. Mansion ... Still Looking for $85 Million

Published | Updated

Sylvester Stallone has just learned the connection between comedy and real estate -- timing is everything.

Sly's 8-bedroom, 9-bath Beverly Hills mansion is back on the market with the same sticker price he slapped on it a few months ago -- he's asking $85 mil for the sweet pad ... one he's long called home since snapping it up in the '90s.

He'd initially listed it in February at $110 mil ... but we're told no one was biting at the time, so he slashed the price by a lot -- some $25 mil or so to get it at its current price. Sly didn't have any takers at the time -- so he yanked it off the market.

But, things have changed. The real estate market in SoCal is hotter than ever, and houses in gated communities are going at a premium. So, this time around ... it's a very good bet someone's gonna scoop it up.

Whoever buys this puppy is gonna have a whole lot of room to spread out -- the house sits on over 3 acres of land. It's quite literally a palace ... a custom one at that which SS himself made to his liking, and which is essentially a shrine to his 'Rocky' legacy.

We don't think any of that stuff is gonna stay, but whatever is studs-in certainly will ... including every awesome thing the property offers. For example, there's an 8-car garage, an art studio, a sauna and steam room, an infinity pool, a private theater, a gym ... and a cigar room, just to name a few of the perks of shelling out. Plus ... Sylvester himself lived there!

Sly, Jennifer and the kids have left La La Land for good. They're now ensconced in Florida -- like a lot of other celebs -- and he's just trying to shed the last of his compounds here. Step right up ... come and take on the champ, if you can afford it.

The massive pad is listed by Tomer Fridman, Kurt Rappaport and Jade Mills.
