Ray J is deep in the car game, so deep he's having trouble keeping track of all his whips ... and now a car company's suing to get back a Rolls-Royce.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Midway Rent A Car sued the singer after he allegedly stopped making payments on his 2010 Rolls Ghost back in October. By the way, Midway says the car's worth $202k, and it wants to repo the ride.

Sources close to Ray J tell us he's already working out a deal to become current on the payments. We're told Ray J lost track because he subleased the Ghost, but understands he's legally responsible and will pay ... to avoid a visit from the repo man.

How does one lose track of a car payment? One gets too many cars! Ray says he's made deals for 20 cars this year -- including 3 Ferraris, 8 Range Rovers and 3 Benzes.

1:45 PM PT -- Debby just took to Twitter about her arrest, saying, "Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgement. I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone."

Debby Ryan, one of Disney's biggest stars, was arrested for felony drunk driving ... TMZ has learned.

The star of "Jessie" was driving in L.A. last week at around 11 PM when she made a left in her 2016 Audi and slammed into a Mercedes. Our law enforcement sources say the driver claimed injury.

Cops came, gave the 22-year-old actress a field sobriety test and promptly arrested her for felony DUI. It's standard operating procedure for cops to arrest for a felony when there's injury.

Debby got a break ... authorities decided to bump it down to a misdemeanor because the injury was minor and she blew a .11 ... not that much over the .08 legal limit.

Debby -- who's out on $100k bail -- has been charged with 2 criminal offenses ... driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.

We reached out to her reps ... so far no word back.

Future's firing back at Ciara's $15 million defamation lawsuit ... saying he couldn't possibly have damaged her rep, since she's currently lacking one.

In his counter lawsuit ... Future flat out says his ex-fiancee's career has been expired for a few years. He does call her fan base "reasonably large" -- but also refers to her last album as a "flop" ... and says she hasn't won many awards since 2013.

You'll remember, Ciara sued Future over a series of rants -- on Twitter and in his music -- where he bitched about her and their child custody battle. She also claimed he was just trying to hype up his music career.

Future wants the court to force Ciara to stop bad mouthing him, and he wants her to cover the legal fees he's incurred fighting her lawsuit.

An arrest warrant has been issued for L.A. Rams running back Tre Mason -- after the 22-year-old blew off a date with the judge in his reckless driving case ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A rep for the Broward County Courts confirms ... Mason was due to appear in court on Monday to be arraigned for his March 5th arrest -- when he was popped for weed possession, reckless driving and resisting arrest.

The incident made national headlines -- with cops saying they were forced to use a taser take him into custody.

Now, the judge has issued a warrant for his arrest -- and when he is taken into custody, his bond will be set at $1,500 ... court officials tell us.

Nigel Barker was sexually assaulted when he was 8 years old, and kept the secret ... until now.

The "America's Next Top Model" judge went on SirusXM's show, "Gentleman's Code," to reveal a terrifying experience when he was a child.

Vince Neil has an uphill battle to clear his name after his Las Vegas battery citation, since cops say security cameras caught him red-handed ... with a fistful of the victim's hair.

Neil claimed he only "pushed past" a female autograph seeker at the Aria last week ... but according to police records, obtained by TMZ, officers reviewed surveillance footage which showed the Motley Crue frontman pulling the woman down to the ground by her hair.

Neil has denied it got that physical. She says she was left stunned, and suffered a sore neck ... as well as pain in her lower back and hip.

Cameras also captured the woman taking pics with Carrot Top before she saw Nic Cage. She claims she said, "Nicolas, I love you" and followed the actor before being pulled down.

As for the scene outside -- cops say Neil was actually trying to fight another individual, while Nic tried to play peacemaker.

Adrien Broner is behind bars in Ohio -- and will be there for the next 10 days -- to serve his punishment stemming from a previous reckless driving conviction.

Here's what we know ... Broner was sentenced to 6 months probation back in July 2015 stemming from a drunk driving arrest in which he told the officer he was super rich and famous.

He later pled no contest to reckless driving.

But according to court documents, Broner violated his probation in November 2015 -- and was sentenced to 10 days behind bars.

Broner appeared in court this morning -- and pled guilty to probation violation and formally began his 10 day sentence.

He's currently behind bars at a jail in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Jessica Chastain is shooting down Kurt Busch's conspiracy theory about his ex-girlfriend -- claiming her character in "Zero Dark Thirty" was ABSOLUTELY NOT based on Patricia Driscoll.

Remember, during their 2015 domestic violence case ... Busch testified that he believed Driscoll was a trained assassin for the U.S. government ... and that she had claimed Maya from "ZD30" was partially based on her.

So, when we got Jessica Chastain out at Baltaire restaurant in L.A. Monday night -- we had to ask her to set the record straight once and for all.

"It's not true," Chastain told us ... "On my life, no."

So, there you have it -- unless that's what the government WANTS you to think!!

For her part, Driscoll has denied being a super assassin.

Abigail Ratchford's milkshake dripping, booby bouncing homage to In-N-Out ain't bringing the burger joint's execs to the yard -- they're demanding she take down her viral video ... or else.

In-N-Out lawyers fired off a letter sent to the model's producer, Liverichmedia ... saying they've been flooded with complaints over a video posted last month showing Abby in "various sexually suggestive acts with In-N-Out Burger food."

At first viewing (second, third and fourth too) ... the "Dream Girl" clip might seem like a great plug, but the burger bosses are worried customers will think they're in bed with Ratchford -- which they say doesn't mesh with the company's image.

If it isn't taken down immediately, In-N-Out says it will likely serve up a lawsuit. Fresh.

Twista entered a not guilty plea in his marijuana possession case, and his legal team is looking into the possibility the rapper was profiled the night he got busted.

Twista was in the Porter County courthouse on Monday to face the misdemeanor charge. As we reported ... he and 3 other members of his crew got busted last month when cops pulled him over before his Valparaiso concert ... and found half an ounce of weed.

But Twista's attorney, Lakeisha Murdaugh with the Scott King Group, says the Rolls-Royce Phantom Twista was in might have tipped off cops the headliner was inside -- and she suspects the traffic stop was not random.

Murdaugh tells us she wants to review all police transmissions from that night to see what caught cops' attention.

The studios behind 'Barbershop' -- Warner Bros and MGM -- say the lawsuit "falsely attempts to discredits the gifted writers, producers, and directors" who have worked on the franchise. They also say they intend to go after Lawrence for filing an "exploitative suit.

"Barbershop: The Next Cut" is supposed to hit theaters Friday -- but a playwright wants a judge to shut it down immediately, because it rips off his stage play ... according to the guy's lawsuit.

JD Lawrence says all 3 'Barbershop' flicks, and the Showtime TV series, bear an uncanny resemblance to scenes from "Scissors" ... a play he wrote and toured around the country from 1998 to 2001.

He says his play was set in a barbershop in a black neighborhood, and focused on the shop's importance to the community ... which, of course, is the same as the movies.

Lawrence says the similarities include ... characters, plot lines, and events. He points out "Scissors" has an elderly owner -- just like Cedric the Entertainer's character, Eddie. And both feature similar discussions about the O.J. Simpson murder trial -- and white barbers who get clowned ... for being white.

He's suing Warner Bros and Showtime for at least $20 million, and wants to block the release of 'The Next Cut.' Tick-tock ... Friday's coming up real quick.

The suspect in cuffs ... the car window shot out ... and Will Smith's wife screaming in pain -- all captured in dramatic a video taken moments after the ex-NFL star was gunned down this weekend.

The footage, shot by a reporter for NOLA.com, captures the tragic scene as emergency responders tend to Racquel Smith ... who can be heard screaming, "My leg has been shot."

At one point, you can hear a witness describe the shooting ... saying Smith threatened to get HIS gun before Cardell Hayes started shooting.

For the record, Hayes' attorney has said his client only fired in self defense.

Chris Massey has been arrested for domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

The "Zoey 101" star was in Vegas over the weekend and got into an argument early Sunday with reality star GF Cassalei Jackson at Marquee Club at Cosmo. Law enforcement tells us Massey allegedly pushed her to the ground.

Massey was detained by security until cops arrived. He was arrested and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence.

BTW ... Jackson is the daughter of Shar Jackson, who has 2 kids with Kevin Federline. K-fed is not Cassalei's dad. Cassalei and Shar are featured on this season of "The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition."

Massey was on the receiving end of a beatdown last year, when Lil Twist and others allegedly broke into Kyle Massey's house and attacked Chris.

As for the Vegas case, Massey has been released on bail.

2:15 PM PST -- Massey's telling friends he was indeed in an argument with Cassalei. He says when they were leaving the club she accidentally fell and security jumped to the conclusion he pushed her because they overhead their loud argument. We're told she's not pressing charges.

Dustin "Screech" Diamond just got sprung from jail a month early, due to his handiwork with a mop and bucket ... TMZ has learned.

Officials at Ozaukee County Jail in Wisconsin tell us Screech was released early Monday morning after serving just under 3 months behind bars for carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.

We're told he was able to knock a month off his sentence by cleaning floors in the jail, and doing laundry.

Screech was convicted for stabbing a man during a bar fight back in December 2014.

Jon Jones says he was the victim of RACIAL PROFILING -- claiming the cop who pulled him over for drag racing in New Mexico only targeted him because he's black.

Jones posted part of a local news report to Instagram which claims Officer Brown of the Albuquerque PD has had several complaints filed against him for racial profiling in the past ... and one person even sued him over it.

For the record, the APD has claimed Brown has no pattern of racial profiling.

But Jones says he's convinced the March 24th incident -- in which he was cited for 5 violations including drag racing -- was purely motivated by race.

"Officer Brown all over the news in Albuquerque after reporters dig up how many times he has been in trouble for racial profiling in the past. Being a father of biracial children, I'm definitely not one to pull the race card. At the same time, I'm not necessarily surprised about this discovery after the run in I had with him."

"Having him stand there, look me in the eyes and start accusing me of several things him and I both know I didn't do made me feel let down by the community, made me feel powerless, he made me feel like what was actually true had no power over him."

Jones wasn't exactly a perfect angel during the stop -- calling the officer a pig and a "f**king liar."

Jon says he was emotional and explained, "It's easier for me to understand why so many people hold resentment towards law enforcement. Officer brown almost single-handedly ruined my trust in law-enforcement."

"The sad thing about it is, I actually went to school for criminal justice, I wanted to be an officer myself. Fortunately I know better than to let one person ruin my views of a whole group. Just glad people are finally bringing light to who I was dealing with that night."
