Lil Wayne wants someone to show him the money -- and not in a fun "Jerry Maguire" way -- he wants to know how Birdman tore through $70 mil ... dough he says they were supposed to share.

Lil Wayne says Universal Music Group advanced Birdman $100 million for a distribution deal, but not nearly enough of that money fell into Weezy's pockets ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

He's clearly pissed because, on paper anyway, he and Birdman are partners on Cash Money/Young Money. He claims Birdman's admitted spending approximately $70 mil of the advance on royalties, marketing and recording expenses -- but now Wayne wants to see receipts to back that up.

Translation: Time to open the books, Birdman.

And here's all you need to know about why Wayne's $51 million lawsuit is dragging ass. Birdman's camp says it's already handed over 22,015 pages of docs to Wayne's lawyers!

Team Weezy says none of those pages included details on how the $70 mil was spent.

Paul Johansson is gonna have to keep his distance from his baby mama and their kid after she claims he went ballistic over a food allergy scare.

Mercedes Connor, the "One Tree Hill" star's mother to Paul's 5-year-old son, claims she and Paul got into a blowout in August when their boy started coughing after eating a cookie. She says their son suffers from a severe peanut allergy.

Mercedes claims in legal docs Paul snatched the kid and attempted to leave her house with him ... accusing her of not giving him his medicine, and even putting hands on her before taking her phone and bolting.

Mercedes says Paul returned their kid after a neighbor stepped in -- but adds she was left shaken from the incident ... just one example of abuse she says was building for years.

Cali Swag District says it hasn't seen a dime from a company that's supposed to pay 'em every time their smash hit gets played ... which is why they're now suing.

The guys behind "Teach Me How To Dougie" just filed suit against BMI ... claiming they were supposed to get half the royalty money when their hit dropped, but the music giant sent all the checks to the group's agent instead ... and the guys never got paid.

The guys have no idea how much they're owed, but they know it's north of $187,000.

Joy Bounds is terrified R&B singer Lyfe Jennings wants to hurt her and take their boys.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Lyfe's ex and mother of their two sons claims he's tried brainwashing their boys against her and threatened her with violence.

Lyfe was arrested in 2008 and reportedly sentenced to prison for 3 years for kicking down the door of Joy's residence, firing shots, and leading police on a high-speed chase.

Joy says Lyfe's still very scary, claiming he made veiled threats like "I'm gunna remember this" and telling her she was "not that hard to find."

She says he's continued a campaign of brainwashing the kids, recently taking them to a park and feeding them lies about her.

Lyfe tells us he never threatened Joy or the kids in any way. He claims she's throwing a tantrum because he cussed her out about being a bad mother. He also says he's a good dad ... and everyone knows that.

A Ballet Bodies student plummeted to the ground when her instructor fell asleep on the job ... according to the woman, who also happened to be 65 years old at the time!

The senior citizen is suing the popular Hollywood workout joint for the incident, and in the suit she says the instructor made her attempt an advanced Pilates exercise called an inverted hanging pike. As you might imagine ... it didn't end well.

The woman says her instructor failed to spot her and she ended up falling more than 6 feet onto the hardwood floor -- directly on her head.

She says she suffered whiplash, a concussion and a cervical strain and continues to battle numerous nagging pains and headaches.

The inverted hanging pike is no joke, btw. Imagine your grandma in this position.

NFL safety Chris Clemons has been charged with assault after he allegedly knocked out a woman outside a Scottsdale club in May ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Clemons -- who last played for the Arizona Cardinals -- was accused of punching a woman in the face after she got into an altercation with one of his female companions.

Cops spoke to Clemons at the scene -- but didn't realize he was the guy they were looking for, so they let him go. The strange interaction was captured on a body camera.

According to court records, Clemons was charged with assault causing physical injury -- a misdemeanor that could land him in county jail for up to 6 months.

Security guards at a Kelly Clarkson show dragged a female fan from her front row seat and roughed her up because of her race ... according to the woman, who's filed a lawsuit.

Andrea Ugalde says Staples Center security accused her of being in the wrong section, and asked her to leave. She says she showed them her ticket for the seat, refused to go and then things got physical.

Security footage from the Aug. 2015 concert shows a woman -- Andrea says it's her -- getting dragged and carried by her hands and feet. Eventually, she's handed off to LAPD officers who handcuffed her.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Andrea says the guards punched and kicked her. She says the police hit her in the neck, back and shoulders.

Andrea tells TMZ she thinks she was targeted because she's Latina. She claims the first security guard appeared Middle Eastern and the rest of them were white. She's suing Staples Center, the City of L.A. and some individual officers.

Law enforcement tells us Andrea was arrested for misdemeanor battery that night, for allegedly fighting back ... however, the case was dropped for lack of evidence.

President Obama, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton may not all be square politically, but they're all in the same boat, because they're now part of an LAPD death threat investigation.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops have been on the case since September. According to docs -- obtained by TMZ -- a woman sent a message on the Church of Scientology website saying, "I hate the United States Because I never get anything I want 100%. I hate President Obama, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, all Gerontologists ..."

She goes on ... "This is why I will gladly serve you to the satan ..."

Cops are not saying how serious it is, but they're calling it a death threat investigation. They've served a search warrant and believe they know the identity of the suspect, but she hasn't been arrested.

A Benihana waiter says he got screwed out of his tips by having to cut in the cooks behind the counter -- and far from woking it back, he's suing.

The server who filed the class action suit claims he was forced to fork over tons of his hard-earned tips to sushi chefs at his NY restaurant ... for 8 years!

He claims he lost around $80 every week from '08-'16 -- which comes out to a little over $33k. He also says his restaurant's alleged practice of splitting front of house tips with back of house employees violates labor laws.

The suit claims there's a helluva lot more employees who might have been stiffed too, and invites 'em to hop on for a payout.

L.A. Rams safety T.J. McDonald just took a hit ... the L.A. City Attorney's Office is charging him with non-alcohol related DUI ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the 25-year-old was arrested on May 10th after crashing into a parked car. Law enforcement sources tell us they believe medication was involved.

The City Attorney charged McDonald with one count of driving under the influence of drugs. Still no word on what the drug or drugs.

He's facing up to 6 months jail time if convicted -- but it's extremely rare for a first-time DUI offender, like McDonald, to get locked up.

Neither the NFL nor the Rams have disciplined him yet.

12:30 PM PST -- Meek just responded and he's accusing Game of making up crap to push records. His IG post says ..."U wanna fight? Next morning a diss raps ... Then the pre-order links! THE JIG IS UP YALL GUYS REAL RAPPERS! Make sure y'all go support them industry cats!"

The Game is accusing Meek Mill of snitching because of the investigation into the robbery of Sean Kingston in an L.A. nightclub.

Game ripped into Meek onstage Thursday night, but it was unclear why he was calling him a snitch. Sources close to both rappers tell us this goes back to a June incident at Penthouse Nightclub & Dayclub.

TMZ broke the story ... Kingston got smashed in the head with a bottle and then the attackers snatched a $300k chain off his neck. Both Game and Meek were in the club that evening.

We're told Game believes Meek dropped a dime on him to Kingston's people, and told them Game or someone in his crew was involved in the heist.

Onstage in Miami, Game strongly hinted investigators questioned him about the crime.

12:40 PM PST -- We've learned the new warrant Katt was arrested for was from an incident in February where Williams allegedly threw a man's phone. Katt has been released from jail on a promise to appear.

Katt Williams got arrested again -- only this time it happened when he tried doing right by the law.

Law enforcement sources tell us Katt got booked by cops Thursday when he showed up to court in East Point, GA to squash a bench warrant against him from July. Unfortunately for him, there was a completely different warrant out for his arrest in Fulton County ... so they cuffed him on the spot.

According to court docs, Katt now faces a new charge of 2nd degree criminal property damage -- a felony -- from an incident back in February. It's unclear what exactly happened ... but we're told Katt is still locked up since he hasn't posted a bond.

Katt's been in and out of jails and courthouses a lot lately ... and it doesn't look like he plans to leave 'em anytime soon.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend has been found responsible for her death after failing to show up in court for the wrongful death lawsuit her family filed against him.

Nick Gordon repeatedly failed to meet court deadlines in the case, and his no-show Friday in an Atlanta court was the final straw. The judge entered a judgment against him, giving the estate the win by default ... according to Bobby Brown's attorney.

You'll recall Bobbi's estate filed the suit against Gordon, alleging he gave her the toxic mix of drugs, which the medical examiner said played the key role in her drowning death.

Bobby's attorney tells us the judge's ruling confirms what the family believed all along ... that "Nick Gordon was responsible for her death." Any damages Nick will be ordered to pay will be determined in a future hearing.

No criminal charges were ever filed against Gordon.

The Game's crew was the target of a shooting outside a famous Miami Beach hotel ... according to cops.

Police tell us around 7:30 AM a Mustang convertible drove past the valet outside the Fontainebleau Hotel and fired multiple shots into a white Mercedes-Benz G Wagon ... which cops are saying is associated with Game. The SUV was empty.

The Game was hosting and performing with DJ Stevie J the song "Heard Ah That" produced by LooseCannon S.L.I.M. and XpMuzik Thursday night at STORY Nightclub presented by Headliner MG ... a few miles down the street from the hotel. Cops say no other vehicles were hit and there were no injuries.

The rapper's manager, Wack 100, tells TMZ the vehicle that actually belongs to their crew is the black Chevy SUV next to the G Wagon and inside the police tape. He says their vehicle was not hit. Game also had a white Range Rover parked about 15 feet away from where the shots were fired.

During his gig at STORY ... Game took some verbal shots at Meek Mill, calling him a snitch. It's unclear if that's in any way related to the shooting.

Marvin Gaye's son is ready to go to war again in court ... this time to shut down the release of a biopic about his father, which he calls pure trash.

Marvin Gaye III tells TMZ ... no one in his family is backing "Sexual Healing" -- the film music mogul Vassal Benford is producing.

Gaye III's got a lot of problems with what he's seen of the film. He says it's untrue, exploitative, with a ton of holes and worst of all ... doesn't "hold the vibe of my father."

He adds the family's attorney has already been contacted, and -- perhaps buoyed by their success in the "Blurred Lines" case -- they're confident the movie won't see the light of day.

As for Benford, he tells us it's full steam ahead, and several superstars will be involved in recording the soundtrack. He even bought a baller ring as a gift for himself ... to celebrate making the movie.

Dominic Monaghan's alleged stalker is behind bars after cops say she sent threatening messages to the actor, even after he got a restraining order against her.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Meredith McLarty's been harassing Monaghan since 2014. The actor was granted a restraining order against her last year, but cops say she kept trying to get in touch with him. She eventually referenced John Lennon's assassin ... tweeting, "Three words ...Mark David Chapman."

Cops got an arrest warrant and nabbed McLarty last week at LAX.
