Megan Thee Stallion My Makeup Artist Has Loose Lips ... I Might Have to Sue!!!

Published | Updated

Megan Thee Stallion's taking the beef with her makeup artist to the next level -- she's threatening a lawsuit if the guy doesn't shut the hell up on social media!!!

The "Hot Girl Summer" rapper's lawyer, Dina LaPolt, fired off a cease and desist letter -- obtained by TMZ -- to Megan's makeup artist, Akil McCoy ... claiming he's violating his nondisclosure agreement by talking about his work with her.

The beef started when Akil called BS on Megan telling Vogue she did her own makeup. Akil blasted MTS on social media, commenting on her IG page. Her lawyers say that's a big no-no and he knows it.

In the letter/legal threat, Megan's team demands Akil delete his IG comment and stop blabbing about their professional relationship -- even if he's saying something positive.

Megan means business ... she says the next step is taking Akil to court, if he doesn't zip it.

21 Savage Career Being Derailed By ICE ... No End Date, Can't Leave

Published | Updated

21 Savage is a prisoner of America's immigration system -- he's facing deportation, he can't leave the country, his ability to make a living is severely impaired and he doesn't even have a court date.

As TMZ reported ... Savage was arrested in Atlanta back in February and placed in ICE custody. Turns out he entered the U.S. legally from the UK back in 2005, but his visa expired and he's been here illegally for years.

The rapper wasn't even able to get a work permit for 8 months, which meant he couldn't work domestically. He finally got one last month, so at least now he can work in the U.S. ... but traveling out of the country is out of the question until he gets things cleared up with immigration.

As you know, selling records doesn't cut it anymore, so artists make their money by doing concerts, and every country out of the U.S. is off-limits to him.

Here's the underlying problem ... we're told immigration courts in the ATL are ridiculously overcrowded with hundreds of backlogged cases. There are people who have gotten court dates for 2022. Savage hasn't even gotten a court date, so it could take years to resolve his case.

Little did we know the slow-turning wheels of American bureaucracy have been screwing him over behind the scenes. Kinda opens your eyes, huh?

Alec Baldwin Sues Man in Parking Space Dispute ... I Didn't Punch You!!!

Published | Updated

Alec Baldwin says he never punched a man during a heated parking space dispute -- despite what the guy claimed -- so now Alec's suing the guy for defamation.

According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- the "SNL" star claims Wojciech Cieszkowski repeatedly lied about what went down during the 2018 spat.

Baldwin says, "When two New Yorkers get into an argument over a parking space, typically what happens is they exchange a few sharp words and then move on with their lives. But that is not what happened here. Cieszkowski has instead made up a false story about the encounter and refused to move on unless Baldwin succumbs to his extortionate demands."

ARRESTED AND TAKEN WAY

As we reported ... Baldwin says the whole thing started when Cieszkowski pulled into a parking spot and came way too close to his wife and child waiting on the curb.

Baldwin does fess up to "lightly" pushing Cieszkowski during the dispute but says his opponent then lied to cops, claiming he was badly assaulted. Baldwin points to hospital records and video surveillance footage to back up his side of things. The video seems to back up his story.

Baldwin cut a deal with prosecutors earlier this year and was only charged with harassment in the 2nd degree. He was sentenced to just a few anger management courses ... but now he wants a jury to decide if he's the victim ... of defamation.

Kim Kardashian Speaks to Rodney Reed on Death Row ... Working to Stop His Execution

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian is doing more than just tweeting about an upcoming prison execution -- we've learned she's actually spoken with death row inmate Rodney Reed ... and is lobbying to set him free.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kim spoke with Reed from death row just last week to discuss his scheduled killing on November 20. We're told Kim believes there are new witnesses and evidence to exonerate Reed, and implicate the real killer.

Reed' brother, Rodrick, posted a thank you note to Kim Monday, saying, "I want you to know you are a major God-send to my family - more than you may ever fully realize in this lifetime. You are a blessing to all the families you advocate for. We're so glad you have publicly voiced that you also believe he is innocent."

Our sources say Kim's been working tirelessly behind the scenes to provide legal resources to Reed as he tries to get a stay of execution.

Reed was convicted for the murder of Stacey Stites in Bastrop, TX -- where cops initially said he'd raped, assaulted and strangled her to death. He's maintained his innocence for over 20 years now, and just recently ... a former inmate claimed to know the real murderer.

A guy named Arthur Snow filed a statement with the court alleging Stites' own fiance -- who served time for a different crime -- confessed to him while behind bars that he killed her for sleeping around. Snow says they were both part of the Aryan Brotherhood in prison. Stites' fiance has denied this.

There are other folks who've come forward in recent weeks on Reed's behalf, and there's been a rallying cry to get the case reopened -- which Kim has joined with time running out.

Lil Rel Howery My Baby Mama's a Liar!!! Asks Judge to Let Son Live with Him

Published | Updated

Lil Rel Howery claims he was hustled, scammed and bamboozled by his baby mama, who he alleges led a double life -- so he's filed docs requesting sole custody of their kid.

Now, buckle up, because this is one of the more mind-blowing child custody cases. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Lil Rel claims his baby mama, LeChez Davis, told him he fathered their son, and also that she had divorced her husband. Rel also claims she told him the child had his last name.

Things got twisted though -- according to the "Get Out" star, Davis allegedly told her husband the same story -- that HE was the daddy. Rel claims Davis even put her hubby's last name on the baby's birth certificate, instead of Rel's.

In docs, Lil Rel says Davis kept playing him and her husband ... while he was flying her and the baby from Illinois to Cali for visits -- and voluntarily providing financial support for the child.

He says everything went south, though, when he posted a picture on Instagram calling the kid his son. Rel says someone contacted him and told him the real father is Davis' husband.

As a result, Rel claims he took a paternity test in October which revealed -- drumroll, please -- Rel IS the biological father!!!

Rel says Davis used their kid as a pawn in a "nefarious scheme replete with concealment, misrepresentations and deception in an attempt to defraud."

He now wants full custody and the legal authority to make all parental decisions for their now 2-year-old son -- including, moving him to California.

A judge has yet to rule on his request.

Felicity Huffman When Life Gives You Lemons Hop in a Porsche!!!

Published | Updated

Felicity Huffman ain't letting probation life slow her down ... especially when she's got a classic Porsche.

The "Desperate Housewives" star and her hubby William H. Macy were spotted riding around town Friday in his classic Porsche. He was behind the wheel while she enjoyed the comfort of riding shotgun.

If nothing else ... Felicity seems content with putting jail life behind her as she moves on to the next phase -- probation. As we previously reported ... Felicity and William were spotted last week heading into a downtown L.A. building to meet with her probation officer.

The visit, of course, came on the heels of her getting outta jail after serving 11 days behind bars at FCI Dublin in Northern California for her role in the college bribery scandal.

As part of her probation ... Felicity will have to log 250 hours of community service.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Pleads Not Guilty to New Sexual Abuse Charges

THE ALLEGED GROPING AT MAGIC HOUR
UPDATE

4:23 PM PT -- The D.A.'s office now tells us it was referring to a version of our video that had been edited by another outlet when it said the video was incomplete. Prosecutors have now clarified ... our video shows the complete physical encounter.

UPDATE

12:58 PM PT -- The D.A.'s office released a statement saying, "We’ve provided defense counsel a short clip from one of the incidents and, within 24 hours, that video had been released to the media."

UPDATE

It continues, "We feel that the release is inappropriate and an effort to taint the jury pool. The video released was also incomplete and only shows conduct from immediately after the charged incident."

UPDATE

We've asked the D.A. to specify the incident, as the only other incident mentioned in the indictment is a sexual remark Gooding allegedly made ... but we have not gotten clarification.

UPDATE

11:51 AM PT -- Cuba's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, just spoke to reporters and went off on prosecutors ... calling them out for "maliciously prosecuting" Cuba. Heller said he's confident this case will not result in any conviction.

UPDATE

As for the TAO video ... Heller describes it this say: "At roughly 4:30 AM at the end of the day, Cuba is exiting the facility and, with the back of his hand -- his fingernail -- he taps the lady in the back and turns around to give her a high-five just as a salutation of goodbye. It's not criminal conduct whatsoever."

UPDATE

11:31 AM PT -- Cuba has just pled not guilty to the new charges. He was seen walking into court in handcuffs for his arraignment. As we reported ... he faces 2 more sexual abuse charges after a third NYC accuser emerged.

UPDATE

Cuba Gooding Jr. definitely made contact with the backside of a TAO nightclub server -- that's clear in this surveillance video, but it could still be key in helping the actor beat the charges.

TMZ's obtained security footage of the alleged butt-touching incident that got Gooding indicted on 2 of the 6 counts he's facing. Natasha Ashworth claims he used his right hand to pinch her right buttock as he was walking past her at TAO in NYC ... around 4:20 AM on Oct. 24, 2018.

Two camera angles back up much of Ashworth's account of what went down. After the initial contact, you can see she's agitated and there's a heated convo. She claims she told Gooding not to touch her butt, and he replied, "Aw, that's no fun, and I didn't, I touched your back."

The video shows Cuba attempting to point out where he claims he touched her. However, as prosecutors said in the indictment ... you see Natasha grab his arm and motion him away.

What's NOT clear from the video is what kind of contact Gooding made with Natasha's backside -- a glancing touch, a pat or the "pinch" she and prosecutors allege. That could help the Oscar winner if this goes before a jury, where prosecutors would have to prove the allegation beyond a reasonable doubt.

On the other hand, Gooding is charged with sexual abuse in the third degree and forcible touching -- and a jury could see the contact constituting the latter.

His attorney, Mark Jay Heller tells us, "This is a bogus butt grope claim. The video proves Cuba is innocent beyond a reasonable doubt."

Gooding will be in a Manhattan courtroom Thursday to be arraigned on counts 5 and 6 -- related to a separate accuser.

THE VIDEO EVIDENCE AT TAO

TMZ broke the story, there's also security footage of the rooftop bar incident from this past June which resulted in the initial indictment. You'll recall, that accuser claims Gooding touched her breast.

He's pleading not guilty to all 6 counts.

As we first reported ... Ashworth is also suing Gooding Jr. for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Her attorney, Joshua Kleiman, declined to comment on the surveillance video.

According to the docs, filed by Kylie's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and obtained by TMZ, a guy came her home Tuesday and walked up Kylie's driveway and started pounding the door. He claimed he was there to see her. A security guard escorted him off the property and he was arrested.

Kim Kardashian Sues Makeup App for $10 Mil ... How Dare You Steal My Photo!!!

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian says her image is worth millions -- more than $10 million -- and that's why she's suing a makeup app for allegedly jacking one of her pics.

Kim claims in the new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, iHandy used a 2017 photo of her to promote a makeup and beauty manipulation app. What's especially galling to Kim -- the photo was one she used to promote her own beauty line.

Kim's lawyer scoffed at iHandy's defense ... that it had no idea it was Kim in the pic they used. The lawsuit says, "Defendant claim, absurdly, as its alleged defense ... that they didn't know that the unlicensed, unauthorized photo they knowingly stole and misappropriated was that of [Kim Kardashian West] ... one of the most famous and recognizable women in the world."

According to the lawsuit ... Kim's lawyer claims iHandy "even had the audacity to threaten [Kim Kardashian West] not to bring claims against them for their blatant infringement, or they would go after her."

The app in question offers "perfect selfies with professional beauty and body retouch tools, including face life, smooth, concealer, slim and more."

As for why she's suing for $10 mil plus, the lawsuit says it includes the cost of licensing her photo and using her likeness. She also wants them to cough up any profits they made from using her photo.

Kevin Hart I'm Not Suing Driver of Car Accident ... Covering My Own Bills

Published | Updated

Kevin Hart appears to be sparing the driver of a nasty car wreck that nearly killed him  -- because we've learned he isn't planning to take the guy to court.

Sources close to the comedian tell TMZ ... Kevin does not intend to sue driver Jared Black, whom the CHP determined caused the crash by driving recklessly. In fact, we're told Kevin's not even going to file a claim with Jared's insurance company to cover his medical bills and the cost of the 1970 Plymouth Baraccuda, which was totaled in the single-car crash.

Our sources say Kevin likes Jared and Jared's fiancee is close to Kevin's wife, Eniko. The fiancee, Rebecca, is Eniko's personal trainer.

We're told Kevin will use his personal health insurance to cover medical costs. It's not like he needs the money. It's unclear whether he's just going to write off the value of the car.

The medical bills are going to be huge. Kevin had surgery for 3 fractures on his back and is undergoing intensive therapy. All of that put the medical bills in the stratosphere.

Here's the kicker... we're told that Jared himself has lawyered up, and could file suit against Kevin for not having the proper safety harnesses in the car. If he does sue, there's a problem, because no one in the car was even wearing their safety belt. So, even if there were harnesses, it wouldn't have done anyone any good if no one strapped in.

The wild card ... there's a long way to go before the statute of limitations runs, so Kevin has plenty of time to change his mind ... if he's so inclined.

Kevin O'Leary Mum on Fatal Boat Crash ... Wife Gets Big Break in Case

Published

Kevin O'Leary arrived in L.A. Monday night, and he has reason to breathe a sigh of relief, because prosecutors have backed off their claim his wife could be jailed over their fatal boat crash.

Kevin arrived at LAX and didn't want to talk about the case much -- where his boat slammed into another boat on a Canadian lake in total darkness. Two people in the other boat were killed. Prosecutors filed a charge against the driver of the other boat for not having its navigation lights on. Kevin's wife, Linda, was also cited for driving too fast.

Prosecutors have now admitted they were flat-out wrong when they told us Linda faced a maximum of 18 months in prison and a $1 million fine if convicted. We contacted prosecutors and said our reading of the law was different and clear ... that she only faced a $10,000 fine and no jail time. Now they've admitted, they were wrong -- the max is indeed a $10k fine.

Linda's in court Thursday. We're told she plans to fight the charge, claiming she was not going too fast.

Felicity Huffman I Mean Business ... When it Comes to Probation

Published | Updated

Felicity Huffman is swapping her prison green jumpsuit for a business casual look ... but she's still serious about settling her debt to society.

The "Desperate Housewives" star and her hubby, William H. Macy, headed into a downtown L.A. building that's homes to the federal probation offices. Unclear exactly who Felicity met with a hearty handshake outside the building, but we do know she was required to check in with her probation officer within 72 hours of being released from prison.

As we reported ... Felicity got outta jail Friday after doing just 11 days behind bars at FCI Dublin in Northern California for her role in the college bribery scandal.

She quickly made her presence felt ... and might have even made a friend or two while in the big house.

Anyway, as part of her sentence, Felicity also has to log 250 hours of community service -- which she might have gotten a jump on last month -- and remain under supervised release for one year.

Certainly looks like she's toeing the line when it comes to sticking to her sentencing guidelines.

David Schwimmer NYC Home Gets Unwelcome Visit ... By Brick-Wielding Man

Published | Updated

David Schwimmer's home became a landing pad for a guy who pivoted in the wrong direction -- and, unfortunately, he got arrested for it ... TMZ has learned.

A spokesperson for the NYPD tells us that a 29-year-old man named Eric Rosa was arrested early Sunday morning around 12:30 AM ET for criminal possession of a weapon and criminal trespass. So ... what's that got to do with our good friend, Ross Geller, you may ask?

As it turns out, the place this guy was nabbed at happened to be Dave's East Village residence -- a luxurious 6-story house, per online records -- but it doesn't appear to be an attempted break-in or targeted on the face of things ... so Dave should be able to rest easy.

Here's what happened, per law enforcement sources with direct knowledge. We're told Rosa somehow made his way to a high up ledge that connected David's building to a separate neighboring property, and the guy literally fell into Dave's back yard.

You might've guessed it by now ... our law enforcement sources say cops believe the guy was pretty wasted and lost his balance trying to walk between buildings.

Anyway, we're told that while the man was in David's yard ... he found a brick and used it to smash David's window, completely shattering it. Our sources also say that responding officers believed the guy was trying to alert someone that he needed help getting out.

Well, it got somebody's attention alright. We're told a person inside heard the commotion and called 911. BTW, David himself was NOT home during the incident. Still ... pretty freaky.

Our guess is that this fella might've been trying to make his way to the ugly naked guy's place across the way ... and mistakenly dropped in on Ross' crib instead. Doesn't sound like anyone was there for him either until it was too late. Bummer ...

'Supernatural' Star Sam Arrested at His Austin Haunt ... Drunk in Public & Assault

Published | Updated

"Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki was arrested at a club he tends to frequent quite often -- which makes this story all the more ghastly.

Jared -- who plays Sam Winchester on the show, opposite Jensen Ackles -- was busted by cops early Sunday morning in Austin, TX outside of a lounge called Stereotype. Per his booking sheet, he's facing two counts of assault and one count of public intoxication.

Based on video TMZ obtained in the moments leading up to Jared's arrest ... you can see why. The guy was getting physical on the sidewalk, and cops had to get involved.

Eyewitnesses on the scene tell us that at first, Jared allegedly struck a bartender in the face from inside the establishment ... and that a friend tried calming him down outside, but got put into a headlock after a standoff, which you can see here in the footage.

We're also told he got into it with the general manager of the place, and allegedly struck him in the face as well. Eventually, Jared was restrained by police ... but not before pulling out what we're told was a wad of cash, and allegedly flashing it to the officers.

As for Jared's connection to Stereotype -- it's a bit hazy, but he's definitely a regular and might even be an investor too. Local reports suggest he straight-up owns the joint -- he and Jensen own respective businesses in Austin aside from this, BTW -- and we could probably buy that, considering he was there opening night last year, and drops in a lot.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Jared's bond is set at  $15k -- $5,000 per charge -- but it's unclear for now if he's bailed out yet. We've reached out to his rep ... so far, no official word back.

Myles Garrett Cool, Calm & Collected ... While Explaining Fan Attack to Cops

Published | Updated

Myles Garrett was one cool hombre after getting sucker punched in the face by a fan in the street -- which you can clearly see here in the body cam footage and 911 call on the day of.

TMZ Sports obtained the footage from the scene after the Browns defensive end had been socked by a dude in the streets of Cleveland, and it's clear he wasn't rattled or even all that injured. Myles just wanted it taken care of, so he filed the necessary report.

In the body cam footage from the responding officers, you see Myles explain what exactly happened. From his words, it sounds like a dude -- whom cops later ID'd as a suspect named Richard Perez based on license plate info -- tricked Myles into a street side photo-op.

Myles tells the officers that he was in the middle lane on the phone with someone, when he noticed somebody in another vehicle next to him waving their phone at him in what he took as wanting to take a pic with him.

He eventually obliged once he was done with his own phone convo. Myles says he cracked his window just enough so the man could get a clear shot, but as soon as he did the man snapped away

We also got a hold of the 911 call Myles placed right afterward, and again ... the guy sounds stoic and matter-of-factly. A testament to his toughness for sure ... we doubt most folks in that sitch would be nearly as collected as Myles is here in both scenarios.

Cops were on the lookout for this Perez fella last week, but it's unclear if any arrests have been made at this point. If they do nab him, he'll have an assault charge waiting.

Felicity Huffman Anderson, Gayle, George and Savannah Scramble for Interview

Published | Updated

Felicity Huffman is one of the most sought after actresses in Hollywood now that she's out of prison ... but the people seeking her out are major TV anchors angling for the first interview.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... before Felicity went to FCI Dublin to serve her 11-day sentence, she was approached by CNN's Anderson Cooper, CBS's Gayle King, NBC's Savannah Guthrie, and ABC's George Stephanopoulos ... all of whom pitched why they were the best choice.

We're told the CBS pitch was that their morning show is less "salacious" than ABC or NBC.

We're told Felicity took it all in but hasn't decided who, if anyone, she feels comfortable with to sit down and talk. In fact, we're told there's a very good chance she won't do any interview.

As we reported ... Felicity got out of prison Friday, enjoying an early release after serving only 11 days behind bars despite her 14-day sentence. She's not finished with her sentence entirely since she still has to log 250 hours of community service.

One thing's for certain ... Felicity has A LOT to say ... the question, will she say it???
