Nelly's fully off the hook now in that alleged rape in Washington State -- prosecutors say they can't proceed ... TMZ has learned.

The King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office tells us the alleged victim's refusal to cooperate made it impossible for them to go forward with charging Nelly with any crime.

Stephen Belafonte will haul in six figures annually from Mel B in their divorce settlement.

According to new docs filed in the case, Mel B is paying her ex-husband $15,000 per month ... and that's over the next 3 years. That works out to $180k per year, and a total of $540k.

As we reported, they struck a settlement deal in November where they share joint legal custody of their daughter, Madison. What we didn't know was how much Mel would have to pay.

She's also paying an additional $200k for Stephen's attorneys' fees. That payment is due Dec. 20. Chances she sends the check in a Christmas card?

Zero point zero.

Kylie Jenner needs to get on the horn to her IT guys to update her website ASAP because, as it stands, her blind customers are getting screwed ... according to a new lawsuit.

Antoinette Suchenko says she's been legally blind for more than 20 years, and uses screen reader software to navigate the Internet -- but in the suit she says Kylie's cosmetics site isn't compatible. As a result, she's having a hard time bagging any of Kylie's uber-popular makeup products.

She's not looking for any cash -- Antoinette says she just wants Kylie's site to get up to standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. She says doing so will be a major W for Kylie's bottom line ... sales. She's suing Kylie Inc., not KJ herself.

Future is gonna be forking over dough to his ex-pal and producer, Rocko, to settle their nearly 18-month long legal battle ... TMZ has learned.

Court docs, obtained by TMZ and filed by both sides, request a dismissal of the case. Rocko's lawyers tell TMZ ... he's happy with the "very successful result." The legal team wouldn't give up an exact number. Rocko was originally seeking $10 million.

Our sources say the payout is 7 figures. Future's camp had no comment.

Warren Sapp is firing back against allegations of sexual misconduct -- claiming he NEVER urinated in front of an NFL Network wardrobe lady ... but there WAS a conflict over the bathroom.

Sapp appeared on "The Andy Slater Show" on 940 AM in Miami and told his version of what went down during a bathroom incident with Jami Cantor while he was working at the network.

Long story short ... Sapp says he DID open the bathroom door and saw Cantor working in there -- but instructed her to get out ... and didn't begin to pee until she was gone.

"I walked in [and] asked her to leave," Sapp said ... "She left. She yelled what she yelled through the door, talkin' about that's her office."

Sapp explained, "This sh*tter can't be your office."

Cantor tells a different story in her lawsuit against the NFL Network ... claiming Sapp barged in, whipped it out and began to pee while telling the woman, "Sorry mama, but your office shouldn't be our sh*tter."

"I walked in that bathroom but there's no way I peed in front of her. I put that on my 6 kids. My 3 little girls and my 3 big boys -- no way, no how."

Sapp also addressed Cantor's allegations that he gave her sex toys as Christmas presents -- saying he DID give them to some makeup artists after they requested them ... but never gave one to Cantor.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Golnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi believes her estranged husband is out to get her -- literally and figuratively -- and is asking a judge to keep him away ... from her cats too.

GG filed docs alleging Shalom Yeroushalmi has been harassing her and her family for months with calls, emails and texts ... and has repeatedly gone to the press trying to sell stories about her. GG claims as recently as this month, Shalom contacted TMZ and E! News in an attempt to defame her.

According to the docs ... GG has also caught her ex lurking around her house about 5 times, including back in February when he prevented a food delivery guy from delivering her order by posing as security.

GG's asking for an order to keep Shalom 50 yards away from her, Romeo and Malaika (her 2 cats). She also wants Shalom prohibited from contacting press or any social media outlets to offer info on her or her family. A judge denied the request, but set a hearing for her to bring evidence showing a restraining order is necessary.

As we reported ... GG filed for divorce from Shalom after just 2 months of marriage, but he's putting up a legal fight over it.

Artie Lange is sitting in a NJ jail again, but it's not for drugs this time -- it's for missing a court date ... about a drug arrest.

Cops busted the comedian Tuesday evening at his home in Hoboken, NJ for failing to appear in Essex County court. He was supposed to face charges of heroin possession and drug paraphernalia from his arrest in May.

Artie took quite the mug shot this time around -- still rocking what looks like a busted, or infected, nose. He'd posted a pic over the weekend where it looked like he'd been punched in the face, with a cryptic message about fearing nothing.

He's still sitting in jail, waiting to see the judge.

6:15 PM PT -- A FOX News spokesperson tells TMZ ... “We informed Mr. McKesson's counsel that our commentary was fully protected under the First Amendment and the privilege for reports of judicial proceedings. We will defend this case vigorously.”

DeRay McKesson -- one of the leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement -- is suing FOX News personality Jeanine Pirro for saying he directed protesters to attack a police officer.

McKesson says Pirro was on "FOX & Friends" on September 28, discussing a lawsuit filed by the cop against BLM. According to the suit, Pirro made a series of outrageous and false statements about him.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, DeRay says Pirro blamed him for directing the violence, and added, "You've got a police officer who was injured, he was injured at the direction of DeRay McKesson."

DeRay believes Pirro made her statements knowing they were false -- and it's damaged his rep and endangered him as a civil rights activist. As we reported, a federal judge ruled McKesson was expressing his right to free speech at the demonstration, and it wasn't his fault the officer got hurt.

DeRay's suing both Pirro and FOX News for defamation.

Roman Polanski is sharing information with LAPD detectives who've opened a new investigation into an allegation he sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl back in 1975.

LAPD just announced the investigation into claims made by Marianne Barnard. She recently filed a police report about the alleged assault during a photo shoot. Barnard claims Polanski was directing the shoot, which initially involved her mother, but claims she was eventually left alone with him -- and that's when he allegedly attacked her.

Marianne hinted her mother might have been paid off to leave.

Polanski says Barnard's claim is bogus, and his attorney Harlan Braun tells TMZ ... they hired their own private investigators to look into the allegation. Braun says Marianne's mother refused to talk to their investigators, and they've turned over their findings to LAPD.

Pierce Brosnan isn't leaving any loose ends burning -- just 14 days after he was sued over a house fire ... the lawsuit's been dismissed.

TMZ broke the story ... Pierce was sued by Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. claiming in 2015 it was forced to pay for damages to Pierce's neighbor's house. It caught fire after flames spread from a blaze at Pierce's pad. In the suit, the insurance company said the whole thing started because 007 failed to throw out rags susceptible to spontaneous combustion.

What a difference 2 weeks makes? On Monday, the Fireman's Fund Ins. Co. filed new docs to have the case dismissed, the court signed off and that's it. Case closed.

The former Arizona cop who was acquitted for the murder of Daniel Shaver had previously been investigated for body slamming a teenager during an arrest captured on video.

The footage shows Mesa police officer Philip Brailsford and other cops arresting 2 men at a gas station in 2015. While attempting to apprehend a group of teens for criminal damage to a store ... Brailsford put one of them in a headlock, spun him around and slammed him to the ground.

While the suspect was pinned down, Brailsford put him in cuffs. Two other officers used a similar tactic to take down another suspect who appeared to be resisting. The suspects were booked for criminal damage, aggravated assault, and resisting arrest.

According to police docs, obtained by TMZ, Brailsford and 3 other cops on the scene were investigated by Internal Affairs for using an "inappropriate amount of force." They were eventually cleared.

Brailsford was found not guilty of 2nd degree murder in the death of Shaver. Attorneys for Shaver's family called it an "execution" upon seeing the dramatic body cam footage of the shooting.

Bethenny Frankel is taking her ex-husband back to court for custody of their daughter ... and she might be using his stalking and harassment case as leverage.

Bethenny reopened her divorce case against Jason Hoppy, according to docs filed December 6. She's most likely seeking full custody of their 7-year-old daughter, Bryn ... since they'd previously reached a custody agreement in 2014.

Since then, Hoppy was ordered to stay away from Bethenny after he allegedly told her, "I will destroy you." He was charged with stalking and aggravated harassment, and struck a plea deal in the case.

The guy who bum-rushed Britney Spears on her Las Vegas stage now has 2 charges hanging over his head, and he's one step closer to a trial ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Jesse Webb's trial is scheduled to begin January 18. He's been charged with one count of battery and one count of disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.

As we reported, Webb was arrested in August after he jumped on stage, and briefly walked around before Brit's security guards and dancers took him down. Cops say Webb kicked one of the guards during the incident ... which would be the battery charge.

Webb's set to go to trial, but the reality is he's charged with misdemeanors, and the whole thing's on video -- so, all signs point to a plea deal.

Charles Manson died of acute cardiac arrest and complication of a battle with colon cancer.

TMZ just obtained Manson's death certificate -- released by Kern County -- and it lists cardiac arrest as the immediate cause of death. Respiratory failure and metastatic colon cancer are the underlying causes.

TMZ broke the story ... Manson died November 19 at a hospital in Bakersfield, CA. He'd been transferred there from Corcoran State Prison when his condition worsened.

The document is short on details about the mass murderer. His mother and father's names are listed as unknown. Ditto for his occupation, but we kinda know that already -- failed songwriter, turned weirdo murderous cult leader.

Brittany Snow's allegedly heavy foot just got her sued.

Jose Erazo Gomez is suing the 'Pitch Perfect' star after he says he was rear-ended at a high rate of speed back in July 2016. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Gomez says the other driver's failure to stop caused him catastrophic injuries.

We're told Brittany was the one behind the wheel, but Jose is also suing her mom, Cindy. In docs, Gomez says he suffered shock and injury to his nervous system. We're told that includes a disc tear in his neck.

He's suing for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Brittany, so far no word back.

12/11/2017 -- Rich Swann was released from jail on Sunday and his case has been assigned to a judge, PWInsider reports.

The WWE superstar faces up to 5 years in jail for false imprisonment.

Former WWE cruiserweight champ Rich Swann was arrested this weekend for allegedly battering and falsely imprisoning his wife -- who's also a pro wrestler -- and now he's suspended.

According to cops, Swann was driving his newlywed wife, Vannarah Riggs, back home after a match of hers in Florida when they got into an argument in the car, which got heated.

She reportedly exited the vehicle and Swann stopped the car in the middle of traffic to go get her, allegedly grabbing her by the arm and then putting her in a headlock to drag her back as she screamed for help.

Witnesses told police the car was not in park during all this and continued to roll until it hit a telephone pole. Swann denied touching his wife, telling cops she got back in the car on her own.

He was booked for simple battery and false imprisonment, and is reportedly set to be released on his own recognizance Sunday. ProWrestlingSheet broke the story of Swann's arrest.

WWE issued a statement saying they had a zero tolerance policy regarding domestic violence, and that Swann is suspended indefinitely.
