Travis Scott got swindled out of $70k on a Lambo that never actually existed ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The rapper's suing Richard Martinez, VIP Services and Jorge Maldonado ... claiming they were all in cahoots to swindle him out of the cash. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Travis says he wanted to buy a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan from Maldonado, who then hired Martinez and his VIP Services to broker a deal.

Travis said he trusted Martinez because he claimed to have brokered dozens of deals for high-profile figures ... including the Kardashians. But to close the deal, Travis claims Martinez told him to wire a $70k deposit. Travis did, but months went by and there was no Lambo to show for it.

Kendall Jenner hates her time and money being wasted, so she's trying to make the guy who sued her pay a hefty price -- but he's fighting back with a brand new lawsuit.

Kendall's company filed docs asking a judge to make photographer Al Pereira fork over $22k to cover her cost for needlessly defending what she calls a "frivolous" lawsuit. TMZ broke the story ... Pereira sued Kendall's co., alleging she jacked his Tupac and Biggie images and slapped them on a shirt with her face superimposed.

She apologized and removed all the shirts from her online store, and claimed although only 1 shirt was sold, Pereira got greedy and wanted $25k to "put this matter to rest."

Here's the weird part -- he later dropped the lawsuit against Kendall, only to refile it on Friday ... but now he's going after Canada Inc., the company KJ says makes the shirts.

Team Kendall calls Pereira's lawyer a "troll" who's filed more than 450 copyright infringement lawsuits since 2015 to make a quick buck.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino got burned for not paying taxes, but now it might be tax season that buys him more time as a free man.

Mike's facing up to 5 years in prison for tax evasion charges after pleading guilty in January. Sentencing's set for April 25, but his lawyer, Henry Klingeman, is asking the judge to push that back because Mike's accountant is buried in tax returns through the middle of the month. 'Tis the season.

As part of Mike's plea deal, he had to resubmit his 2010 to 2012 returns, and his accountant has to review 1,500 pages of financial info to finish them up.

Tyga's living his truth, and the truth is -- no matter how many lawsuits he faces or money he allegedly owes people ... he's still going to find a way to cruise around in a luxury whip.

And let everybody know about it, too.

The rapper was spotted driving down the 101 freeway in L.A. Friday in a new orange Bugatti, and appears to be making the poor and dangerous decision to text, too.

Speaking of poor choices, we broke the story ... Tyga got himself and his 5-year-old son, King Cairo, sued by Simon Cowell's ex-fiancee Thursday, for allegedly failing to pay rent for her $40k/month Bev Hills home since January. Tyga put King Cairo on the lease ... yes he did.

No rent, no problem though apparently ... because Tyga's also been flossing a new Mercedes-Maybach on Instagram.

Perhaps he's on his way to deliver the rent checks ... but not likely.

6:19 AM PT -- We've learned the father of the student who made the threat later met with police and turned over a black handgun, a magazine, 6 bullets and an airsoft pistol.

A student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School made threats with a gun and ammunition against another student, and parents want to know if more danger lurks on campus ... yet the school has gone radio silent.

A student at the school posted these ominous pics with a clear target ... a fellow student he accused of stealing his Gucci sandals. The student in question posted this ominous warning, "Catch me out here n****," along with, "Anyone know josh at Stoneman Douglas he's light skin where's Gucci glasses and jeans that look like a 4 year old drew on em hmu."

Cops came to the school last week and arrested the student for making criminal threats. He told cops the bullets were his dad's and the gun was real ... it was a BB gun. And there's this ... according to the police report, his Fortnite gamer tag name is NickCruz ... the same name as the notorious shooter.

The parent of the student who was targeted went to the school to find out if the student who was arrested would be back on campus. According to the parent's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, the school refuses to give an answer, which has freaked out a number of students and parents.

Cohen tells TMZ this is not about suing the school ... it's purely about safety.

5:02 PM PT -- Corey's rep tells us while initial tests seem to be clear, they're still waiting on final results for long-term tests like HIV and certain poisons.

Corey Feldman has gotten a clean bill of health after saying he was stabbed with what he believes to be a syringe or a knife.

Corey's bodyguard, Jeff V. -- who was with the actor at the time of the attack -- tells us that tests the hospital ran after Corey came in claiming he'd been stabbed Tuesday night have come back clean and clear of any hard drugs or infectious diseases.

We're told doctors drew blood from Corey and even took a urine sample -- all came back negative. Law enforcement sources also tell us doctors didn't find anything unusual from the scratch around Corey's abdomen. Corey told us he felt a sharp object slightly penetrate his skin, drawing a tiny bit of blood.

We're told doctors didn't find any evidence of a puncture from a needle or blade.

It may take a while to get to the bottom of things .... our sources say police weren't able to track down any surveillance video of the incident ... and swabs they've taken from Corey's car for potential DNA have yielded zero leads.

The star of "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" has repeatedly shown he's a violent freak of nature ... so claims his ex-gf Jennifer Williams, who says she's got a witness who can prove it.

Sources close to the 'Basketball Wives' star tell TMZ ... Jennifer's legal team has added Horace Hodges to her witness list in her quest to get a permanent restraining order against James "Tim" Norman. Remember, she already got a temporary order against Tim after claiming he's violent and threatening. He calls BS.

Jennifer's witness -- a former pastry chef who worked with Tim -- has allegedly come face-to-face with Tim's violent ways. He sued Tim back in June of 2017 ... claiming Tim damaged his left eye after punching him with his fist.

Ariana Grande's sexy reggae-pop tune featuring Nicki Minaj is a blatant rip-off of another song, just with their vocals added in ... according to a new suit.

Texan man Christopher R. O'Connor claims "Side To Side" -- Grande's smash hit from her 2016 "Dangerous Woman" album -- is essentially his track called "J5 (T6)" ... but someone from UMG Recordings discovered it and got Ariana and Nicki to copy it.

O'Connor tells us he reached out to UMG about the alleged copyright violation and was instructed to send in a demo ... but the company didn't address his accusation of song stealing.

Here's "J5 (T6)" -- which O'Connor claims was written before "Side To Side." Have a listen and decide for yourself if there's a resemblance.

O'Connor also tells us he believes UMG has found some more of his songs online and used them to produce other copies ... by artists like Mike Shinoda and Taylor Swift.

He's suing UMG -- not Grande or Minaj -- asking for royalties from "Side To Side" (which currently has over a billion views on YouTube) and a song-writing credit.

Tyga is nothing if not predictable, because he's being sued again where he lives ... and he also got his poor little son sued in the process.

Mezhgan Hussainy, Simon Cowell's makeup artist who he was once set on marrying, has a super cool house in Bev Hills that she rented to him for $40k a month. Tyga moved in in March 2017 and paid rent for awhile .. until he didn't.

Hussainy claims the rent check stopped in January and he's made no effort to catch up.

Aldon Smith just missed his day in court for violating a protective order stemming from an alleged domestic violence incident with his fiancee ... and there's a bench warrant out for his arrest.

We broke the story ... the troubled NFL star was arrested and charged with 4 misdemeanors -- including domestic violence -- after allegedly beating up his fiancee on March 3.

At the time of the incident, a protective order was issued to prevent Smith from having any contact with his accuser ... which he allegedly violated before turning himself in last Friday.

Smith was scheduled to be in a San Francisco courtroom today ... but he didn't show.

His attorney argues that Aldon never missed a court date before ... and told him he planned to be present.

Abby Lee Miller is halfway back to normal on the heels of her prison release -- 'cause she just got her nails done on the outside for the first time in almost a year.

Abby was spotted Thursday hitting up Pampered Hands -- a nail salon in WeHo -- just a couple days after being transferred to an L.A.-area halfway house to finish her sentence.

The star of "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" is firing back at ex-gf "Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams, calling BS on her claims she was abusive to her.

James "Tim" Norman says Jennifer is being incredibly vindictive after producers of "Sweetie Pie's" pressed him to get engaged to her but he wasn't into it. Jennifer got a restraining order, claiming he was prone to violence and was stalking her to drum up attention for his show.

Tim says she's the vicious one, saying she tried to run him down in her car. He also says she slashed his tires. Tim says Jennifer is also pissed off because he closed the cash register drawer on her, refusing to bankroll her online business, "Classy Girl Wardrobe."

He also says she's just trying to create a storyline on "Basketball Wives" to keep herself relevant.

Mel B is not retaliating against Stephen Belafonte by keeping her daughter, Angel, from him ... she says she wants him out of the picture because she now has a strong relationship with the child's biological father -- Eddie Murphy.

Mel B and Stephen are at war over custody of 10-year-old Angel. Although Eddie's the dad, Stephen raised her with Mel B since birth.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mel B says while she was with Stephen he aggressively tried to drive a wedge between her and Eddie. She says Stephen once took her phone and sent text messages to Eddie's assistant ... and whatever he texted pissed Eddie off enough to cancel a visit with Angel.

She says Stephen's allegation that Eddie has abandoned Angel is BS ... Mel B says Eddie has interacted with Angel numerous times.

Mel B says since Stephen's been out of the picture she's resurrected her relationship with Eddie. He got Angel her first cell phone, Angel named one of her dogs Axel after Eddie's character in "Beverly Hills Cop" and she's plastered pics of the "Shrek" premiere on her bedroom wall.

Mel B says Angel is flourishing now but is terrified of Stephen.

She also says it's laughable that Stephen has bonded with Angel ... she says he confuses Angel for his other daughter, Madison, in his legal docs.

Mary Kay Letourneau's husband slammed into 2 vehicles stopped at a light, and when cops showed up they said he was drunk and high and busted him for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Vili Fualaau was arrested on February 2, according to docs obtained by TMZ, moments after he failed to stop his Mercury Mountaineer in Burien, WA. Cops say he had a dazed expression, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

Vili agreed to take a field sobriety test, but just as he was about to start, cops say Mary Kay drove onto the scene and yelled at her husband to stop because their lawyer was on the way. Vili took her advice, and instead took a blood test at the station ... 2 hours later.

Prosecutors say his BAC was .08 -- the minimum level for DUI -- but he also had THC in his blood. Vili was booked for DUI, and posted bail. He's got a court hearing this week.

Interestingly, he's now 34 ... the same age Mary Kay was when she started having sex with Vili, who was in the 6th grade at the time.

TMZ broke the story, Vili filed for separation from Mary Kay last year, but later withdrew it.

Janice Dickinson is suing Ryan Seacrest's production company, claiming a storyline on "Shahs of Sunset" that she stole a romper from GG was manufactured and just plain false.

Janice's beef is over an episode where Janice was backstage at a runway show when GG eyed the romper Janice was wearing and then turned to Erik Rosette, a fashion designer, and said, "What's going on with that outfit?" The guy responded, "You got jacked."

According to the suit, GG showed feigned outraged and portrayed Janice as "an arrogant, unprofessional and purportedly past-her-prime celebrity."

Janice says the truth is that she was completely unaware the romper had been selected by anyone else. She says Rosette was talking to made-up his story to create controversy.

7:25 AM PT -- Police tell us Fabolous surrendered around 8:30 PM Wednesday, and was booked for 2 felonies ... aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat.

Fabolous was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly assaulting his baby mama, "Love and Hip Hop" star, Emily B ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources, connected to the couple and in law enforcement, tell us Fabolous turned himself in to cops in Englewood, NJ -- where he and Emily live. We're told Emily first contacted police, telling them Fabolous had hit her.

The rapper was accompanied by his attorney when he went to the police precinct. We're told he did not spend time in jail ... instead, he was cited for the alleged incident and given a ticket for his court appearance.
