YG had his goons beat up a fan, before the rapper himself snatched some jewelry off the guy ... at least that's what the fan claims in a new lawsuit.

The fan says he spotted YG last month at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and asked him for a pic. He says the rapper refused and started cursing at him -- and, as he was walking away, he claims YG told his crew to "get him."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the guy says the next thing he knew ... he was surrounded by YG's pals, who punched him in the face and held him down. He says he was totally out of it when YG stepped up and grabbed his gold chain and diamond-laced pendant.

Jim Jones is facing a handful of charges after he and friends led Georgia cops on a chase that ended with him getting busted for possession of drugs and a handgun ... TMZ has learned.

The NYC rapper was a backseat passenger in a car cops pulled over Wednesday night in Coweta County. According to the Sheriff's Dept., instead of stopping, the car accelerated and cops gave chase. During the chase, the car struck a deputy's vehicle ... and finally stopped.

We're told Jones and three others were in the car. After a search, deputies found marijuana, oxycodone, Percocet, vape cartridges, THC oil, 2 loaded pistols and cash ... which Jones called "just petty cash."

One of the pistols was stolen, according to cops. Neither Jones nor his friends admitted possession of any of the items ... but Jones said he had a prescription for the Oxy and Percocet pills. Jones also told cops he told the driver to pull over, but she was acting "incoherent."

Since no one claimed the paraphernalia ... everyone was busted. Jones was charged for possession of the stolen gun, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime and possession of narcotics ... all felonies. He also got a misdemeanor for the prescription pills not being in their original container.

Jones was released on $7,000 bail.

Baker Mayfield just gave the play-by-play on his infamous 2017 arrest -- where he was chased down and tackled by police in Arkansas -- and said, "There's so much regret about that."

The #1 pick in the NFL Draft appeared on FS1's 'The Herd' with Colin Cowherd -- who played the arrest video for Baker and asked him straight-up what the hell he was thinking.

As previously reported, Baker was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after trying to run from cops who wanted to question him about a fight from earlier that evening.

Baker was adamant to Cowherd that he was not in trouble for anything when cops approached him -- but he freaked out due to his "state of mind."

"For some reason, I thought I was in trouble," Mayfield said ... so he decided to try and run away.

Cops then tackled him down to the ground and the video went viral.

"That was very eye-opening to me," Mayfield said ... explaining that the incident was a "rude awakening to responsibility and accountability."

9:24 AM PT -- According to police docs -- obtained by TMZ -- cops pulled Williams over Wednesday night for driving without a license. The docs say he was then placed into custody for an active felony warrant ... seemingly for the murder. The warrant was signed Tuesday night, just a day after the murder.

7:39 AM PT -- Interestingly enough, Williams followed XXX on Instagram.

6:00 AM PT -- Williams has previous arrests for cocaine possession, weapons possession, domestic violence and aggravated assault with a firearm. We previously reported he was also arrested for grand theft auto.

During an incident in 2014, Williams allegedly held a gun to his girlfriend's head. According to arrest records, he has at least 11 felonies.

XXXTentacion's alleged murderer is in custody ... TMZ has confirmed.

The suspect's name is Dedrick D. Williams, and Broward County Sheriff's Dept. took the 22-year-old into custody Wednesday evening and booked him for first-degree murder.

During a vigil Wednesday night in South Florida ... X's mother told family and friends she'd just gotten notice from police that they'd made the arrest.

Someone at the gathering mentioned there was a chase on the nearby highway I-95 ... which may have ended with cops nabbing Williams for the murder of X.

Williams was also hit with a probation violation for a previous grand theft auto charge. We're told he is being held without bail.

TMZ broke the story .... the 20-year-old rapper was gunned down Monday afternoon as he sat in his car outside a motorcycle dealer. The murder happened in broad daylight, and there were several witnesses -- some of whom reported seeing 2 masked men flee the scene.

Rich the Kid is under investigation for battery after allegedly beating up a photographer outside Bev Hills hot spot, Mastro's Steakhouse ... TMZ has learned.

Rich was leaving Mastro's last week with a female friend, and jogged out the front door to a waiting car. Our sources tell us a photog asked Rich if that's how he ran from Lil Uzi -- with whom Rich has had beef.

We're told Rich beelined it to the photog and got into a heated argument -- then things got physical, with Rich allegedly punching the photog and hitting his camera. His female friend allegedly grabbed the camera when they bolted ... and law enforcement sources tell us the friend is under investigation ... for theft.

Actor Ray Diaz -- who starred alongside George Lopez for one season on "Lopez" -- allegedly assaulted his GF and repeatedly prevented her from calling for help.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Diaz and his GF got into an argument that turned physical earlier this month at his Hollywood apartment. Diaz allegedly grabbed and pulled her so violently, she suffered neck scratches and bruising on her leg.

Our sources say Ray's gf tried to call 911, but he stopped her by grabbing the phone. That's when she made a last ditch effort -- and a pretty smart one -- by commanding Alexa to dial 911 for her. Unfortunately, we're told Ray unplugged the device.

The woman filed a police report 2 days later, and cops photographed her alleged injuries. Ray -- who appeared on "Celebrity Family Feud" with George and Oscar De La Hoya -- was arrested for domestic violence. He's out now on $50k bail.

We've reached out to Ray's camp but, so far, no word back.

'Sugar' Shane Mosley went in for a quick surgery to fix his elbow pain, but ended up getting cut up and burned ... according to a new suit.

The 4-time world champion boxer claims he was training for a fight in March 2017, when he went to Dr. Gary Brazina about pain and clicking in his right elbow. He says the doc suggested arthroscopic surgery to fix it, and explained it would be relatively quick and painless, with plenty of time to recover for his fight.

According to the docs ... it didn't go as planned at all. Mosley says the surgery took hours longer than he was told, and Brazina revealed he had to "detach some ligaments and reattach them with screws."

Mosley claims he developed a fever and rash the next day, and Brazina failed to tell him he also suffered a severe burn during his surgery ... which became infected.

What's worse -- the boxer claims his doc altered some pre-op paperwork to make it look like Mosley consented to a more invasive surgery than he did.

He's suing Brazina and the hospital where his surgery was performed for damages. We reached out to Dr. Brazina ... so far, no word back.

Tyga pulled a double-cross in Dubai ... according to the agent who forked out good dough to get the rapper to appear there.

In the suit, the agent says he booked Tyga to perform at Club White back in April and a couple other venues in United Arab Emirates. The agent says Tyga got $120k plus $21k in airline tickets for him and his entourage.

According to the suit, however, Tyga was working with a rival club. The agent says Tyga didn't even try to hide it and, in fact, told them ... "White should give me an offer I can't refuse." The club nor the agent made any new offer, and Tyga ended up bailing ... but promised to refund the $141k the club paid him.

Stop us if you've heard this before ... the agent says Tyga never paid his debt.

Bill Cosby's ex-lawyer will break his silence for the first time since the disgraced comedian's aggravated indecent assault conviction ... and he's dishing deets with his private investigator who now has his own radio show.

Scott Ross -- a renowned P.I. who has worked on high-profile cases of Michael Jackson, Robert Blake and Chris Brown/Rihanna -- debuts his new radio show, "All Things P.I." Thursday at 9 AM PT on KCAA Radio.

Scott's first guest is a doozy -- celebrity attorney Thomas Mesereau, who repped Cosby early on, but was just recently replaced. It's the first interview Masereau will give since Bill was found guilty in April.

Meek Mill's lawyers got into a contentious exchange with Judge Genece Brinkley after they claimed she straight-up LOL'd in open court.

As we reported ... Meek marched into court Monday for a hearing to decide if he'll get a new trial. But his team left bewildered at Brinkley's demeanor ... describing it as "an asylum." TMZ's now obtained a transcript of the exchange and the conflict stems mostly from Meek's side insisting Brinkley ridiculed a witness.

According to the docs ... Meek's lawyers, Joe Tacopina, Brian McMonagle and Peter Goldberg believe Brinkley laughed while one of their key witnesses, Bradley Bridge, was on the stand. Bridge is a public defender who's worked on more than 1,000 cases similar to Meek's.

The exchange went down like this after McMonagle brought up the issue:

Judge: Do you believe I have been ridiculing you?

Bridge: There were a couple moments where I sensed that was true.

Judge: And that I was laughing at you? He used the word laughing.

McMonagle: You did laugh.

Judge: No, I wasn't laughing at him.

Goldberg: Your honor, I heard you laughing at him.

Judge: Excuse me?

McMonagle: All three lawyers heard you laugh.

Judge: Do you believe that I was laughing at you in the course of this serious case?

Bridge: I wouldn't call it a laugh. I would call it a smirk.

The hearing continued but, before it came to a close, Goldberg brought the issue up again ... for the record.

Judge: OK. I can appreciate that you're saying I laughed out loud, but I did not laugh out loud. I might have had a smile on my face, but I didn't laugh out loud.

12:26 PM PT -- Trump just officially signed the order to keep families together, but says the "zero-tolerance" prosecution policy will continue.

The national outrage has been heard, and President Trump says he will act immediately and stop separating immigrant families at the border.

During a meeting with Republican lawmakers, POTUS said he will be "signing an executive order" that will reverse the policy his administration enacted last month. He added, "We're keeping families together, but we have to keep our borders strong."

Mr. Trump said he would sign the order Wednesday, before he left the White House for a trip to Minnesota.

The Department of Homeland Security is reportedly drawing up the order the President says he'll sign. As we reported, the Sec. of Homeland Security, Kirstjen Nielsen, experienced firsthand how pissed off millions of Americans are about the separation of families.

Robert Herjavec and his ex-gf are finally seeing eye to eye -- they're both walking away from the lawsuits they filed against each other ... his for extortion, and hers for sexual assault.

According to docs, Herjavec and Danielle Vasinova filed to dismiss their lawsuits ... due to a settlement. TMZ broke the stories ... Robert sued Danielle last year, claiming she was demanding $20 million in exchange for her silence about their sex lives.

A few hours later, she sued him, alleging the "Shark Tank" star had sexually assaulted her while at an underground sex club in L.A. ... and also at home.

Both lawsuits have been dismissed with prejudice, meaning they can't be refiled.

Nashville Predators forward Austin Watson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault at a gas station in Tennessee ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Franklin Police Dept. tells us ... 26-year-old Watson -- a 1st-round pick in the 2010 NHL Draft -- was arrested on Saturday at 7:20 PM outside of a Shell gas station.

Officials say Watson was charged with domestic assault. He is free on a $4,500 bond and due in court next week.

Details surrounding the incident are unclear -- but the Predators have already issued a statement saying, "We are still gathering facts and it is not appropriate for us to comment further at this time, but this is a matter that we are taking very seriously and will cooperate fully with the investigation by law enforcement."

"The Nashville Predators have and will continue to stand side by side with AMEND in the fight to end violence against women."

The Denver Broncos WR who allegedly tried to hide weed from the cops -- by shoveling it into his mouth -- is catching a break ... because he's not going to jail for his afternoon snack.

As we previously reported, Carlos Henderson was arrested in January when cops say he tried to conceal the sticky-icky evidence by eating it -- unsuccessfully -- during a routine traffic stop.

Henderson -- who's going into his 2nd NFL season -- was charged with possession of marijuana and was facing up to 6 months in jail.

But, don't worry ... Henderson's not getting locked up.

Nine passengers who survived Southwest flight 1380 -- the one where shrapnel from a failed engine shattered a cabin window -- are suing the airline.

The passengers say they're all suffering severe PTSD after the tragic flight. Some are also coping with physical injuries, though the lawsuit doesn't specify what those are. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the passengers say the in-flight emergency forced them to "confront their greatest fear, the overwhelming horror of being trapped in a plane about to crash."

You'll recall, flight 1380 made an emergency landing in Philadelphia back in April ... after the 737's left engine failed and broke apart. The resulting shrapnel destroyed a cabin window, and Jennifer Riordan was partially sucked out of the cabin. She later died from her injuries.

One of the plaintiffs was not onboard the flight, but his wife was. He's suing for loss of consortium.

Scott Baio is in the clear, because the L.A. County District Attorney has rejected Nicole Eggert's sexual molestation claims against him.

The D.A. cites the statute of limitations as the reason for the rejection. As TMZ reported, Eggert claimed Baio repeatedly molested her between ages 14 and 17. Baio called BS and said he only had sex with Eggert once ... when she was 18.
