Eli Roth and his wife are calling it quits on their marriage ... the "Hostel" director just filed for divorce.

Roth submitted docs in L.A. Monday -- obtained by TMZ -- to end things with Lorenza Izzo. The two got hitched back in 2014 and never had any children together. Izzo is a Chilean model and horror film actress, best known for co-starring with Keanu Reeves in "Knock Knock."

She's also in the upcoming, "The House with a Clock in Its Walls" ... which Eli directed. Of course, he's also known for his horror flicks and co-starring in Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds."

It's unclear exactly what led to Roth's filing.

KAREEM TALKS TO COPS

TMZ Sports has obtained the police body cam video from the night of the Kareem Hunt hotel assault investigation -- where cops interviewed the accuser AND Kareem's friends.

Both sides tell a compelling and believable story ... clearly, someone's lying.

THE ACCUSER'S ACCOUNT

The accuser says the Kansas City Chiefs running back pushed and shoved her outside of his room at The Metropolitan at the 9 (a hotel and apartment complex in Cleveland) on Feb 10, 2018.

She also claims Kareem's GF verbally accosted her. When she complained to the front desk, the accuser claims the receptionist refused to call 911 and instead told her, "That's what you get for being a slut."

Cops also spoke with Kareem's friends -- who said the accuser was LYING through her teeth because she was bitter they didn't let her inside their room. The friends claim the woman was acting crazy and made up a lie in an attempt to set up a lawsuit against the NFL star.

KAREEM'S FRIENDS TELL THEIR SIDE

Cops tried to speak with Kareem -- but, when they went to his room, he wasn't wearing a shirt and they turned off their body cams while going inside.

Ultimately, cops were unable to determine if anyone had been assaulted -- so, nobody was arrested.

We're now told the case is officially closed.

The NFL also launched its own investigation. As we learned from Ezekiel Elliott, the league does not need a conviction to meet out punishment ... so, Hunt could still be fined or suspended if the NFL determines he did anything that night that would violate the league's personal conduct policy.

LeSean McCoy Ex-GF Moves Out of Georgia Home ... After Violent Robbery

Published | Updated

LeSean McCoy's girlfriend wants no part of the NFL star's home anymore -- she's already moved out ... less than a week after she was pistol whipped in a violent robbery.

TMZ Sports has obtained photos showing moving trucks in front of the home in Alpharetta, Georgia ... where Delicia Cordon says she was attacked by a masked man on July 10.

Sources connected to Cordon tell us she's moved to a home she considers safer -- complete with private security.

As we previously reported, Cordon has lawyered up and strongly insinuated McCoy sent the assailant to her home to recover jewelry the NFL star had previously gifted to her.

For his part, McCoy has not been charged with a crime -- and has denied any involvement in the incident. He has also called the allegations against him "baseless and offensive."

Floyd Mayweather Gets Butt Kicked In Court ... Over Katie Couric Interview

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather just got ripped a new one in appeals court -- with a panel of judges saying there's a ton of evidence showing the boxer lied to Katie Couric in a '15 interview about his domestic violence case.

Remember, Floyd's ex, Josie Harris, is suing Floyd for defamation ... claiming the boxer fudged the facts and lied about her to Couric when discussing his 2010 domestic violence arrest.

In the interview, Floyd told Couric he did NOT "kick, stomp and beat someone" ... and explained, "Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did."

THE KATIE COURIC INTERVIEW

Floyd was convicted in that case ... after her son told cops he saw Mayweather "hitting and kicking her." An emergency room doctor also noted Harris had multiple contusions to the head, face and left forearm.

Floyd had filed court docs to get Josie's lawsuit thrown out -- but, a California appeals court just ruled her defamation case CAN move forward because the evidence appears to be in her favor. Here's the opinion from one of the judges on the panel ...

"Since this evidence is unequivocally at odds with the assertion that Mayweather was simply restraining a drug-addled Harris by only twisting her arm, it may reasonably be inferred that Mayweather acted with malice or reckless disregard of the truth during the Couric interview."

Long story short ... Josie now has the green light to move forward with her case -- and it could cost Floyd a LOT of money.

Tekashi69 Didn't Squeeze Cop's Hand Too Bad ... Felony Charge Reduced

Published | Updated

Tekashi69 must not have gotten a good grip on that cop's hand back in May -- allegedly, of course -- 'cause his felony assault on a police officer charge didn't stick ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Tekashi's felony assault on an officer charge was reduced to a basic misdemeanor assault charge. Tekashi was facing up to 7 years in prison before. Now, he's just facing up to a year in jail.

As we reported ... Tekashi was booked for assaulting a police officer earlier this year after a traffic stop quickly escalated. Cops say he was being taken into custody when he allegedly squeezed a lieutenant's hand very hard, causing it to swell.

We're told the alleged injuries were not severe enough to warrant a felony charge, so prosecutors decided to reduce it.

It's good news for 6ix9ine, if you ask us ... he's already got his hands full in Texas. Last thing he needs is another reason for NYC authorities to be breathing down his neck.

Tekashi69 Surrenders in Texas ... Posts Bail

Published | Updated

Tekashi69 is a free man -- for now -- after posting bail.

69 was behind bars in New York after NYPD hooked him up over a misdemeanor battery charge for allegedly roughing up a kid in Harris County, Texas.

He was taken to Rikers where he was awaiting extradition, but the judge allowed him to post $150k bail with the promise he'd fly back to Harris County and surrender himself.

Tekashi was true to his word, flying to TX over the weekend and showing up just after midnight Monday with his attorney Carl Moore where he surrendered, posted $5k bail and walked out. The rapper was dressed in a white dress shirt and pink tie.

His arraignment is set for Friday but we're hearing he may be in court Monday morning ... it's unclear why he'd have to show up before the arraignment.

The misdemeanor carries a maximum of 1 year in jail.

T.I. Charged for Assaulting Security Guard ... Likely Faces No Jail Time

Published | Updated

T.I.'s argument with a security guard in his gated community has amped up ... he's been charged with 3 misdemeanors.

Prosecutors in Henry County charged the rapper with simple assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct stemming from his arrest back in May, when a security guard refused to let him into the premises. T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, tells TMZ the charges are "baseless, ill-founded and unjustified."

A source with direct knowledge of the case tells us ... T.I. likely faces no jail time.

Sadow also says the security guard, Euwan James, "was fired for the way he handled the situation with T.I.," in a statement that was first reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

As we first reported ... the security guard called 911 and said Tip was threatening him and asking him to step outside of the guard shack. T.I. was adamant he did not deserve to get arrested ... saying as much to cops.

CBS Fires Off Warning to 'Survivor' Star!! But, a Really Nice Warning

Published | Updated

CBS didn't unleash the big legal guns after 'Survivor' star Jonny Fairplay allegedly jacked its show's logo ... but the network does wanna have a chat with the former show villain.

TMZ's obtained a legal letter CBS fired off to Jonny warning him about using the "Survivor" logo for his podcast, formerly known as "Survival of the Fairest" ... which has since been renamed 'Survivor NSFW.'

CBS says it owns the logo, but what's interesting is the friendly language with which it approaches Jonny about using its logo.

Most warning shots are more threatening ... some examples here, here and here. But, not with Jonny.

In fact, CBS goes out of its way to play nice ... even saying they "appreciate interest in the Series, including a podcast about the Series."

But it's not all sweet talk. According to the letter, the studio has also noticed the season 7 third place finisher is selling apparel with the show's logo. CBS is worried Jonny's logo will cause fans to think the network endorses the podcast.

CBS ends the letter with, "We would like to set up a time to discuss the above with you. Please give me a call or send me an email with your availability."

As for Jonny, he tells TMZ in part ... "The fact that they are threatened and looking to punish those who are adding value to their content shows how behind the times CBS is. Targeting ME, and ME only considering my legacy, value, and positive life change is frankly illogical."

Stormy Daniels No Longer Married According to Arrest Report

Published | Updated

Stormy Daniels didn't file for divorce, as far as we can tell ... which makes it all the more intriguing as to why she told Columbus, Ohio vice cops who arrested her she was no longer married.

We got a copy of the arrest report when Stormy was wrongly busted for motorboating an undercover cop at Sirens strip club in Columbus. Check out question 14 in the biographical info section. Married? The answer -- No.

Stormy married Glendon Miller Crain in January, 2015 ... this according to the marriage certificate obtained by TMZ. There is no official record that Stormy or Glendon tried to end their marriage ... which makes her answer on the arrest report all the more puzzling.

Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tells TMZ his client is indeed married ... but he said he was unaware the arrest report suggests otherwise.

We'll keep ya posted.

The Jacksonville Jags defensive end was hit with a lawsuit by a woman using the alias "Jane Doe" -- who claims he gave her the STD during an April 2018 hookup in Houston.

As part of her case, Doe has filed a "request for production" -- demanding Dareus fork over any info he has connected to the case.

On the list ...

- "The names and contact information of all sexual partners [of Dareus] since [he] became sexually active."

- All receipts for any Rx medications from the last 10 years.

- Receipts for "each and every instance that [Dareus] purchased condoms or other sexual protection in the last 10 years."

Dareus has not been compelled by a judge to hand over the info -- but it could come to that if he refuses to comply.

'The Wire' Star Wood Harris Accused of Beating Up Girlfriend ... D.A. Declines Charges

Published | Updated

Wood Harris -- who starred as Avon Barksdale on the hit HBO series "The Wire" -- won't face any criminal charges after allegedly pummeling his girlfriend, who is now threatening further legal action.

The alleged incident went down back in April in Philly, when Harris' gf of 2 years, Anya Richardson, claimed he flew into a violent rage that landed her in the hospital.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, Richardson claimed he struck her multiple times in the stomach, neck and ribs. Richardson also alleged he spat on her face and choked her.

We reached out to Richardson, who tells TMZ ... Harris invited her to Philly where he was shooting "Creed II." She tells us they were in his hotel room when the unprovoked attack allegedly went down.

She says she went to the hospital the next day and reported the incident to police the day after her hospital visit. We spoke to a rep for the Philadelphia D.A.'s Office who tells us ... they could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt a crime had occurred, so they declined to prosecute.

Richardson's attorney, Alberto Ebanks, tells TMZ ... his client "feels there is little choice but to pursue alternative remedies to help protect other women from the threat of assault."

A rep for Harris tells TMZ ... "The account by this woman is pure fabrication. Wood was never questioned by the authorities and that should speak to the authenticity of the accusation. No further comment."

'Young Sheldon' Star Could Be a Millionaire After Season 2!!!

Published | Updated

The kid who plays the young version of "The Big Bang Theory" character Sheldon Cooper is getting a big boost to his bank account ... thanks to the huge success of the CBS spin-off.

According to Iain Armitage's "Young Sheldon" contract -- obtained by TMZ -- the star of the show got $30,000 for every episode in Season 1 ... which ended up being 22 strong after a stellar ratings debut scored it a full-season order.

Do the math, and that's $660k for Young Sheldon.

It gets better, though -- the show's been renewed for Season 2, which premieres in September, and will likely be another 22 eps. According to his contract, he'll get a pay bump to $31,200 per ep. for the second season ... which comes out to more than a $26k raise.

And if season 3 happens, it's the same deal for Sheldon -- more eps. for more money ... $32,448 a pop.

Grimes Gets Protection from Guy in a Cape ... He's No Superhero!!!

Published | Updated

Grimes had a bizarre, unwanted visitor show up in her backyard -- wearing a cape, no less -- and now the man's been ordered to stay away from her.

According to new legal docs ... the singer and reported girlfriend of Elon Musk had an intruder at her home on July 10 named Raymond Barrajas. He allegedly scaled a hill at the back of her house while wearing a weird costume and carrying 3 computer mice.

The docs say he yelled out that he needed to see Grimes so he could "take her on a ride." She wasn't home, but her brother was and called 911. When cops arrived, Barrajas was still in the backyard and was yelling, "I'm a black man, shoot me."

According to the docs ... he was taken into custody and placed on a psychiatric hold. Grimes is worried the man has a delusional fixation on her and that he believes she is sending him messages through her music ... so she went to court to get protection from him.

He's now been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her, her brother, 2 friends and her pet.
