'RHOBH' Star Dorit Kemsley & Hubby Sued for Stiffing Bathing Suit Partner
2:40 PM PT -- Sources close to Dorit say that, while she and Paul know Ryan Horne, he never fronted them a dime ... and they'll respond appropriately to his claims in court.
'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley and her hubby have just been slapped with a lawsuit alleging the couple royally screwed a business partner.
Ryan Horne filed new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming he struck a deal back in August 2017 to partner up with Dorit and her husband, Paul Kemsley, to make bathing suits. In docs, Ryan claims they each owned a third of the biz and he says he fronted them nearly $130k in merch plus $75k for other expenses.
But, Ryan says he never saw a dime after Dorit and PK sold the bathing suits for a huge profit and lined their pockets without paying him back. He's now suing to get the money he fronted Dorit and PK, plus a cut of the profits from the bathing suit sales.
We've reached out to Dorit and PK, so far no word back.

Nikolas Cruz Confession Tapes Aims Fake Gun at Head ... 'Kill Me'
Police interrogation video of Nikolas Cruz -- the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High mass shooter -- was just released ... and it's disturbing.
In the video, you see 19-year-old Cruz being interviewed by an investigator shortly after police apprehended him, and Cruz tells himself he deserves to die because he's "nothing but worthless s**t."
One of the most harrowing parts of the nearly 12 hours of footage shows Cruz sitting by himself and staring into the overheard camera ... pointing his fingers at his head -- like a handgun -- and saying, "Kill me." He also starts sobbing.
Cruz explains to the investigator that he hears voices in his head that tell him to "burn, kill, destroy" -- and he blames the voices for instructing him to pick out the gun used in the Feb. 14 shooting.
Cruz has been indicted on 34 counts -- 17 of premeditated murder, and 17 of attempted murder. Florida prosecutors are seeking the death penalty in his case.

Stormy Daniels' Divorce Since She's the Breadwinner ... Pay Child Support!!
Stormy Daniels is quickly finding out divorce will prove costly ... she's been ordered to pay a bunch of bills because she's clearly the money earner.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Stormy must pay her estranged hubby, Glendon Crain, $1,000 per month in child support. That's just for starters -- she'll also pay the mortgage (doesn't say how much) on their house and make payments on their BMW and Cadillac. She's also on the hook for cell phone bills, boarding expenses for their horses and riding lessons for their 7-year-old daughter.
And, get this ... the house Stormy's paying for? Glendon gets exclusive access while the divorce winds through the legal system. He also gets to drive the Beamer. She gets the Cadi.
There's also this ... the court's ordered that any money Stormy makes from any upcoming book deals or on the UK's "Celebrity Big Brother" has to be placed in registry of the court ... meaning it's put aside and will probably be divided up when their divorce is final.
According to the docs, they have joint custody of their daughter.

Brad Pitt Calls BS on Angelina I've Coughed Up More than $9 Million!!!
Brad Pitt's lawyers aren't mincing words ... they say Angelina Jolie is a master manipulator and a liar by essentially claiming he's a deadbeat dad, because they say he's forked over more than $9 MILLION over the last 2 years.
Brad's lawyers have responded to Angelina's latest attack where she claimed in legal docs he hasn't paid "meaningful child support" since their split in September 2016.
In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Brad fires back ... he loaned her $8 million so she could buy the home in which she currently lives, and shelled out more than $1.3 million in child support.
Brad's lawyers say Angelina and her lawyers have engaged in dirty tricks, calling them out for "a thinly-veiled effort to manipulate media coverage." Brad's lawyers point to Angelina's legal docs that were filed earlier this week, in which she asks the judge to grant the divorce quickly so she can be a single woman again ... leaving child support and other issues for a later date.
The attorneys for Brad are calling BS, saying THEY were the ones who called Angelina's lawyers last week asking for exactly that ... to grant the divorce decree quickly and then later deal with child support and property settlement issues. They say her lawyers said they'd discuss the matter with their client, and then Angelina made it look like it was SHE who wanted the quickie divorce.
The docs accuse Angelina of filing papers with the court that are "calculated to increase the conflict." They say her gripe over child support is bogus and she knows it.
Shots fired back.

Angelina Jolie is continuing her campaign to smear Brad Pitt by alleging he stiffed her on child support ... so claim sources who say Brad has coughed up millions of dollars for the kids since the couple split.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, he and Angelina did have an informal agreement -- as she claimed in the docs she filed Tuesday -- but he has given her "way, way more" than the amount he agreed to pay ... we're told the total is in the millions of dollars.
Angelina claims in her legal docs, since their split nearly 2 years ago, Brad has not paid "meaningful child support." Our sources call that "a joke," and the proof will surface.
TMZ broke the story ... Angelina's lawyer, Laura Wasser, is quitting the case because Angelina has become so vengeful it's been impossible to represent her. Two new lawyers have joined the case ... presumably so Wasser can make an easy exit.

'Mighty Ducks' Goalie Stuck in Downward Spiral ... Friend Pleads For Rehab
-
EXCLUSIVE

Shaun Weiss -- who played Goldberg in "The Mighty Ducks" -- has been in a downward spiral for years, according to a longtime friend who is worried about the former child star's fate.
The friend, Marni Gairhan, has known Shaun for more than 13 years, and she tells us Weiss has battled substance abuse issues and picked the wrong crowd to hang with for way too long.
Following Shaun's public intoxication bust over the weekend, friends of the actor feel it's time to push him towards rehab. They fear for Shaun's life and believe he's hit rock bottom -- as his mug shot clearly shows.
Shaun's downward spiral dates back to the death of his father 3 years ago, Marni says. Since then, Weiss has been arrested for possession of meth and sentenced to 150 days in jail for stealing -- on top of last weekend's trip to the drunk tank.
Shaun found steady work after the 3 'Ducks' movies, but it's been a couple of years since his last acting gig. He would tell friends he was working on different projects, but no one ever saw the finished products.
After finding Shaun sleeping on her porch one night last year, Marni decided it was time to contact his niece. Weiss didn't like that, Marni says, and he began to distance himself from his friends.
Still, Marni wants Shaun to get help and she's started a GoFundMe to pay for his rehab.
We reached out to Shaun's niece, but so far no word back.

'OITNB' Star Brad Henke Ex's Restraining Order Case Tossed
'OITNB' star Brad Henke doesn't legally have to stay away from his ex-girlfriend anymore, 'cause her temporary restraining order against him was thrown out by a judge.
According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- neither Henke nor his ex, Simone Toliver, showed up to a recent hearing regarding the restraining order she got against him this past May ... so the case was dismissed.
We broke the story ... Toliver got the TRO after claiming Henke had repeatedly threatened her after they split last year. She claimed he'd violently grabbed her on at least two occasions, among other things. A judge granted her 100 yards of protection at the time.
Sources close to Henke tell TMZ he didn't show because he never even knew Simone had gotten a restraining order against him ... only finding out when asked about the incident by a reporter.
In the dismissal, the judge agreed, Henke was never served with papers. Henke also denies all allegations she made against him.
All's well that ends well (we think). Brad's character seems to be back for season 6, which just dropped on Netflix. And, he's got a ton of other projects in the works.

Lil Wayne's Agency Sues NBA's Frank Mason Gimme Back My Diamond Chain!
Lil Wayne wants his bling, bling back -- claiming NBA player Frank Mason ditched his Young Money sports agency ... and refuses to give back his YM chain.
Backstory ... Mason signed to Weezy's Young Money APAA Sports Group back in April 2017 ... right before the NBA Draft (he was selected in the 2nd round by the Sacramento Kings).
As part of the deal, YM says it advanced Mason $40,000, agreed to pay his pre-draft expenses (totaling $52k) and hooked him up with an $11,000 diamond Young Money chain. Pretty standard stuff.
The catch, YM says Mason's contract stated that if he ever left the agency, he had to repay the money and give back his jewelry.
Well, in April 2018 -- toward the end of Mason's rookie season -- Mason fired Young Money "at the urging of a former YM employee" but never gave back the stuff, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.
Now, Young Money is asking the judge to force Mason's hand -- demanding $92k in cash plus the chain PLUS damages.
FYI, Mason's NBA contract isn't super rich -- he only made $1.3 mil last season and will make similar money for the next 2 years.
What's interesting, Mason appeared on the "TMZ Sports" TV show right after he signed with Young Money and told the guys why he was pumped to be in business with Lil Wayne.
No word on what changed after the interview ...

Harvey Weinstein D.A. Mum, But Confident On Rape Accuser Emails
Harvey Weinstein's lawyers might think the emails from one of his rape accusers will get his criminal charges dismissed, but the District Attorney seems supremely confident the case is moving forward.
We got Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance Jr. Tuesday and asked him about Weinstein's revelation one of his accusers sent scores of emails that make it seem like they had a longstanding, consensual sexual relationship. TMZ broke the story ... Weinstein's team says the D.A. engaged in misconduct by keeping the emails away from the Grand Jury ... and therefore his indictment should be tossed.
Vance told us he has a "very strong answer" to why his office did NOT present the emails to the Grand Jury -- he's just not ready to reveal it yet.
He did tell us he's expecting the judge to rule soon on Weinstein's motion to dismiss. Vance also seems sure he's gonna come out on top.
