XXXTentacion's murder happened in plain view of surveillance cameras, and the haunting video was played in public for the first time Thursday during a Broward County court hearing.

The video shows X walking into the motorcycle dealership in Pompano Beach, FL ... and you see two of the suspects follow him into the building. Later, his BMW is stopped on the street by the gun-wielding suspects.

Surveillance cameras recorded what we'd already known -- that X struggled with his assailants before they opened fire at point-blank range. One of them actually walked around to the passenger side and got into X's car before fleeing the scene.

As we reported, the suspects made off with a Louis Vuitton bag and $50k in cash.

WPLG was in court as prosecutors played the video during a discovery and bail hearing for Robert Allen -- one of 4 suspects charged with the June murder of the rapper.

3:40 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us Ruiz was arrested for a felony -- supplying narcotics to someone who dies.

3:15 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us the person arrested 23-year-old Donovan Ruiz. Our sources say Ruiz was taken into custody in connection with the overdose death of a Ventura County resident in mid-September. Ruiz lives at Cher's home.

Cher's mansion is the scene of what looks like an emergency -- there's been a massive response from cops, firefighters and paramedics -- but it's not a life or death situation ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources ... the Ventura County Sheriff's Dept. executed a search warrant Thursday at the Malibu home, and arrested someone for a drug-related offense. We're told the suspect is the son of one of Cher's assistants.

Witnesses tell us several patrol cars are on the scene, along with a fire truck and an ambulance. We're told the paramedics were there because cops were concerned violence might erupt during the arrest.

We know Cher is NOT at home ... she's on tour and has a show scheduled in Australia.

Elon Musk just got hit again with a lawsuit from Uncle Sam, who's pissed about the tweet he fired off about Tesla last month ... and if the government gets its way it could cost Musk his job.

The Securities Exchange Commission is suing Tesla's CEO, claiming he misled investors after he tweeted in August ... "Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured." The SEC's lawsuit includes several other tweets, such as ... "My hope is *all* current investors remain with Tesla even if we're private. Would create special purpose fund enabling anyone to stay with Tesla."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Musk recklessly posted the tweets because he'd only had preliminary conversations about the possibility of going public, and did not consult with his board of directors about tweeting it. As a result, the SEC contends the information was misleading to investors who may have reacted.

The federal agency says his tweets caused significant confusion and disruption in the market for Tesla's stock, and ended up hurting investors' wallets.

The SEC's going for Elon's throat ... because they want to "prohibit him from acting as an officer or director" of any public company. The agency also wants a court to prevent him from further misleading tweets and to force him to pay back any profits he might've made as a result.

Bill Cosby's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame isn't going away despite his sexual assault conviction ... but that doesn't mean it's safe from vandals.

Somebody took what looks like a permanent marker to add their own branding to the disgraced comedian's star -- adding the words "SERIAL RAPIST." and "#METOO."

As we reported ... the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce says Cosby's star will stay put on the famous Walk of Fame ... even after he was sentenced to 3 to 10 years in prison and deemed a "sexually violent predator."

His star had already been defaced once earlier this week with the words "SERIAL RAPIST" ... but it was quickly removed. It's unclear how long the latest graffiti will remain.

One of the stars of 'Real Housewives of Potomac' has been criminally charged with sexual assault for grabbing the butt of a crew member.

Michael Darby -- the husband of Ashley Darby -- allegedly grabbed and groped the butt of a cameraman who was filming an episode of the show.

The cameraman -- Orville Palmer -- claims after the grope he turned around and Darby gave him "a flirtatious look." Orville says he instructed Darby to stop, and then told his supervisor.

Darby has been charged with felony assault as well as misdemeanor improper sexual contact.

Palmer says the incident occurred Sept. 1.

The maximum punishment is 11 years in prison.

Sorry, Val Kilmer ... this town ain't big enough for 2 tumbleweed sculptors ... according to the artist who's suing the actor for copycatting his artwork.

The artist, Bale Creek Allen, thinks Val is smoking some serious tumbleweed if he believes he came up with the inspiration for his $150,000 "Tumbleweed" piece by himself. In his lawsuit, Bale says Val is passing off the high-priced art as his own idea, when it's clearly Bale's inspiration and idea.

Bale says he's been creating and selling golden tumbleweed sculptures for years ... and Val cut in on his action AFTER visiting Bale's New Mexico gallery and asking loads of questions about his methods.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Val was super interested in Bale's 3-D tumbleweeds ... until it was time to buy, and that's when Val told him he couldn't afford one!

Bale claims he has a copyright for the tumbleweed sculptures, and he never gave Val permission to make replicas. He's suing for damages and wants Val to be barred from whipping up anymore tumbleweeds.

Nelly has mutually settled with the woman who claimed he raped her on a tour bus ... TMZ has learned.

The woman, Monique Greene, claimed last October she was at a club in Seattle where Nelly had performed. She says after the show she was drinking and hanging out with Nelly, who invited her on his tour bus.

She claims once on the bus he assaulted her and had both oral and vaginal sex against her will.

Afterward, Greene says she screamed she wanted off the bus and she was thrown off as Nelly threw a $100 bill at her and said, "Bye Bye."

Nelly countersued, claiming the sex was consensual and she defamed him.

We broke the story ... Nelly was arrested for rape while on tour with Florida Georgia Line. Prosecutors dropped the case after Greene refused to cooperate.

A lawyer for Nelly says both parties agreed to dismiss their cases and no money changed hands.

Bill Cosby won't ever have a welcome home party in Philadelphia ... not if one Congressman has anything to say about it.

We got Rep. Robert Brady on Capitol Hill Wednesday and asked how he felt about the disgraced Philly legend being sent away to prison for sexual assault. The Congressman says justice was served.

Brady says it's a shame, but all the good Cosby did has been greatly overshadowed by the mistakes he made ... and there's not going to be a redemption tour. Translation -- the only star treatment he'll get will have to be in prison.

Things are finally looking up for Kim Richards, because we've learned she's off probation after the seemingly endless saga that started with her Beverly Hills Hotel bust ... back in April 2015!

Sources close to the situation tell us Kim recently ended her probation in the case. As we reported, she had completed her required 450 hours of community service and 52 AA meetings as of December 2017 ... but she was waiting out the clock for probation to end.

You'll recall, Kim got a 2-for-1 sentence for the drunken rampage at the hotel, and for shoplifting $600 worth of Target merch.

Now that the legal nightmare's in her rearview, it looks like Kim is in a good place -- she's repairing relationships and having some fun at the same time.

Kim went out in Los Angeles Monday night to celebrate her 54th birthday, and we were shocked to see her hanging with sisters Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards.

The sisters have famously been hot and cold for years, so this was clearly a big step for them.

Kevin Hart's not going to make the call on whether Bill Cosby should do stand-up comedy in prison or not ... and he's happy keeping it that way.

We got the "Night School" star out in NYC Wednesday afternoon and asked if the recently sentenced Cosby should be allowed to do stand-up while he's locked up ... Kevin didn't want to touch the subject with a ten-foot pole.

Hart says it doesn't really matter to him if the disgraced comedian grabs the mic to entertain some prisoners, though ... because he'll never be in his audience.

Bill Cosby didn't stroll down an actual red carpet into prison, but he might as well have ... based on the treatment his team says he's getting in the maximum security prison he now calls home.

As we reported, Cosby is now at the Pennsylvania State pen at Schwenksville and in good spirits ... according to publicist Andrew Wyatt. The disgraced comedian was almost immediately transferred behind bars after Tuesday's sentencing, and Wyatt tells us staffers and guards were amazed to meet Cosby.

He described Cosby's Wednesday morning phone call to his wife, Camille, and how guards were hesitant to interrupt inmate NN7687.

9/27 6:36 PM PT -- The full list of items taken after the search of Dillinger's home include "5 cigarillo packets containing suspected marijuana, 2 grinders, mason jar with suspected marijuana, 10 THC vaporizer capsules, the container with the suspected THC honey, and the THC grape drink" ... according to the Cobb County Police report.

Daz Dillinger got busted for allegedly having a bunch of weed in his Georgia home ... and now he's facing multiple felony charges.

Tha Dogg Pound rapper was arrested Tuesday just before midnight at his place in Powder Springs -- about 20 miles outside the ATL. Cops say they found a total of 117 grams of marijuana in his residence ... including in several cigarillo packets and a green mason jar.

Daz allegedly also had 10 THC pods, THC oil, a THC vaporizer ... and a container in his home studio labeled "Cannabis Lean." Cops say the label on the bottle described it as a grape drink laced with cannabis.

He was hauled off to jail in Cobb Country, where he was booked on 12 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and 1 count of possession of more than one ounce of marijuana.

Daz's bond's set at $15k. We're told he's still in jail, waiting to see the judge.

You may recall ... Dillinger had some different issues with police back in early May, after he put a call out to the Crips to "f**k Kanye up" over his favorable comments about President Trump.

Daz claimed cops hassled him over the Kanye threat and we were told they were looking into it ... but it was eventually deemed no big deal.

It's interesting ... last week Daz posted a video where he basically danced on Suge Knight's grave, hours after the ex-rap mogul was sentenced to 28 years in prison.

O.J. Simpson is concerned Bill Cosby will be attacked by some "nut" in prison -- and he would know, right?

Juice spent 9 years behind bars in Nevada for kidnapping and armed robbery and warns that people like Cosby -- convicted sex offenders -- don't do well behind bars.

"The problem is the nature of the crime," O.J. said while golfing out in Nevada ... "Rapists are frowned upon in prison."

"I'm sure there will be guys protecting him but they're gonna have to put him in protective custody ... because it takes one nut, ya know?"

81-year-old Cosby was convicted of 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault -- stemming from a 2004 incident in which officials say he drugged Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home and molested her.

He's been sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison.

But, Simpson thinks the punishment is too severe -- and he's calling for mercy.

Brett Kavanaugh is facing new allegations of sexual misconduct from a woman claiming he and his friends spiked punch at parties in order to assault women -- and says she was gang raped at one of them.

Julie Swetnick claims she attended high school parties in the early '80s where Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge, were present and engaged in highly inappropriate conduct -- including fondling and grabbing girls without their consent.

In a sworn affidavit she says she witnessed their efforts to "cause girls to become inebriated" at these parties by spiking the punch with drugs or grain alcohol so they would lose their inhibitions and their ability to say, "No" ... so the girls could be "gang raped."

She says -- in the doc released by her attorney, Michael Avenatti -- she has a "firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh."

Swetnick claims she too was drugged and became the “victim of one of these ‘gang’ or ‘train’ rapes" at a 1982 party in the D.C. area ... where both Kavanaugh and Judge were present.

Avenatti is demanding an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations.

Swetnick's claims come on the heels of allegations made by Deborah Ramirez earlier this week. She claims Kavanaugh put his exposed penis in her face at a dorm party during their freshman year at Yale sometime between 1983 and '84.

And of course, both sets of allegations come just before Thursday's scheduled hearing in D.C. in which Kavanaugh's set to face off against Christine Blasey Ford ... who first accused him of sexual assault in high school.

"Wizards of Waverly Place" star David Henrie has been officially charged for bringing a loaded gun to an airport ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney's Office has filed three charges against Henrie -- carrying a loaded firearm, carrying a concealed firearm and possessing a weapon in a sterile area of the airport.

We broke the story ... Henrie was busted earlier this month after TSA agents discovered he had a loaded gun on him. He was taken into custody shortly afterward. The weapon was an M&P Shield 9mm pistol.

Our cameras spoke with David after his release and he told us the whole thing was a mistake, and the gun was totally legal. He also praised cops for their handling of the incident. In a statement, he said, "More than anything I am humiliated and embarrassed that this even happened."

If convicted, he faces a maximum of one year behind bars.

Here's frightening footage from INSIDE Yasiel Puig's bedroom -- capturing the moment two burglars raided the MLB star's L.A. home last week and ripped the place apart searching for his safe.

The footage was shot by a surveillance camera which appears to be hidden from the burglars. You can hear the alarm blaring in the background as the crooks tear through drawers looking for valuables.

After going under the bed and raiding the closet, one of the dirtbags locates Puig's safe on the side of the room and yells for his pal to come over and help him crack it open.

It proved too tough of a job -- and they fled the scene without being able to unlock it or boost it out of the house.

The burglary took place on Tuesday Sept. 18 -- while Puig was at Dodger Stadium taking on the Colorado Rockies. Seems the bad guys knew Puig would be out of the home.

As we reported ... it's the 4th time Puig's home has been hit in the past 2 years.

There's more security footage ... Puig's Ring system at his door captured the guys donkey kicking their way into the home before they made their way to the bedroom.
