G-Eazy is newly enjoying the single life -- we think -- 'cause he crashed Drake's shindig shortly after news broke that he'd split with Halsey again ... but walked out empty-handed.

Our photog ran into the Bay Area rapper Tuesday night as he was leaving Goya Studios in L.A. ... where Drake was hosting a party, and he was looking pretty lonely strolling to his car with one other dude by his side. No chicks in sight here.

We tried asking him about Halsey after reports came out saying that they'd broken up again after rekindling their romance earlier this year, but G was tight-lipped.

If you ask us, the clip sorta speaks for itself on how he's doing. Just got done hanging with Hollywood's most notorious bachelor and nothing to show for it ... not so hot, huh bud?

G-Eazy and Halsey are calling it quits on their relationship ... again.

The on-again, off-again couple are breaking up for the second time in just over 3 months. The breakup is social media official ... they stopped following eachother on IG.

G-Eazy and Halsey were totally inseparable after getting back together during the rapper's August tour stop in Columbus, Ohio ... and their rekindling came only weeks after officially calling it quits for the first time this year.

But it looks like the good vibes were more of just a summer fling.

It's funny ... Halsey told us after their first breakup, getting back with your ex is not a good idea.

Nick Jonas might have been looking ahead when he dropped millions on a pad before popping the question to Priyanka Chopra.

Nick's the new owner of the swanky $6.5 million crib in Beverly Hills Post Office -- for all you out-of-towners, it's adjacent to Bev Hills and shares the same zip code -- who popped the question to Priyanka 3 months later.

The house is pretty incredible -- 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms sit on 4,129 square feet. The pad's an architectural masterpiece ... featuring expansive canyon views, a floating guest wing and an extended wood terrace that wraps around the swimming pool.

Fun fact -- there are lots of homes on L.A. mountainsides where the backyards are cantilevered and seem to be floating. They're super reinforced to withstand earthquakes ... hopefully.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry won't set foot on U.S. soil anytime soon, as previously scheduled, and it's all because of the royal bun in the oven ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pushing back their U.S. tour from Spring 2019 until Fall 2019, in light of Meg's pregnancy. We're told she's due sometime in the Spring, and they want to give her time to adjust to motherhood before hitting the road again.

Makes sense ... Meghan's already had to pump the brakes on some appearances this month, amid their 16-day tour through Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Fiji.

There's a silver lining here for those dying to see the American princess. We're told when they do arrive stateside ... Meghan and Harry plan to bring their baby with them. He or she would be roughly 6 months old by then.

One more fun fact ... Meghan will still be an American citizen when she does visit -- she's still going through the process of becoming a British citizen. So, she'll be a true American princess in her homeland.

As for their baby? We broke the story ... there's a way the kid, a potential British monarch, could also become U.S. Prez. Think that'll draw a crowd?

Jada Pinkett Smith says she doesn't try one-upping her husband, Will Smith, and vice versa ... and that, and other stuff, is why their marriage has lasted.

Jada had a super interesting chit chat with TMZ's Raquel Harper for her new show, "Raq Rants" on BET and shot down the idea that she and Will ever feel like they're competing with one another.

It's a good thing Jada doesn't keep tallies on that kind of stuff either, 'cause Will is all over the map in undertaking spectacular feats. He just bungee jumped out of a helicopter into the Grand Canyon earlier last month for his 50th birthday.

That isn't to say Jada doesn't try keeping up -- she just jumped out of a plane herself this month after getting inspiration from Will. Let's just call it even, guys.

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson both seemed to know marriage wasn't in the cards, even after they got engaged, because they never lifted a finger to seal the deal.

They got engaged in June, and our sources say an entire summer passed without locking down a venue, buying a wedding dress, or even picking a date. We are told Ariana talked about a wedding with her mom, but that's all it was ... talk.

The months of inaction predate the death of Ariana's ex, Mac Miller, last month. As we reported, Mac's death was the beginning of the end of Ariana and Pete's relationship, because she was emotionally paralyzed.

The only real signs of happily ever after were a $100,000 engagement ring -- which she's already given back -- and a pet pig which she's kept.

Ariana was in the Bronx on Saturday spending time with her mother and a male friend ... getting away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, where she spent a lot of time with Pete before calling off their engagement.

The singer was in Riverdale, keeping it casual in sneakers and an oversize sweatshirt.

Hailey Baldwin is taking getting "wifed up" to a whole new level ... filing legal docs to possibly cash in on her hubby's famous last name.

Baldwin submitted an application -- obtained by TMZ -- to register the trademark for the name Hailey Bieber. The application doesn't say much, but she's made one thing clear ... the trademark is meant to cover a possible clothing project in the future.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin and Hailey headed to an NYC courthouse early last month to obtain their marriage license. We later learned the two actually got legally hitched that day in a courthouse ceremony.

The new couple hasn't had a big wedding yet, but we're told that'll likely happen in the next few months in upstate New York or Bieber's native Canada.

Model Karlie Kloss is officially off the market ... she tied the knot with Jared Kushner's baby brother, Joshua.

The face of Estée Lauder and Adidas married Joshua on Thursday, less than 3 months after announcing their engagement ... and they had a small, Jewish ceremony in upstate New York. The 26-year-old model and 33-year-old entrepreneur started dating way back in 2012.

Although Karlie was vocal about voting for Hillary Clinton -- Ivanka gushed on social media about Karlie joining the family after the engagement news .

Aaron Rodgers dropping L-bombs!!

The Green Bay Packers QB opened up on his relationship with Danica Patrick -- telling Michele Tafoya he already feels comfortable saying he loves her.

"We're just two people who enjoy being around each other and love each other," Rodgers said in the interview for Artful Living.

"We're really into each other ... We're really attracted to each other."

Aaron and Danica went public with their relationship back in January -- and things have gotten pretty serious ever since.

"We really enjoy traveling. She went on the trip to India and Africa [back in the spring], and we had a blast. And we’ve taken some trips domestically that have been fun."

He added, "She’s a good travel partner because she’s so laid-back and low-maintenance. And she’s a hell of a cook, so we love just staying in, too. She eats really healthy. She’s inspired me in that way."

The only real issue in their relationship -- Danica's family cheers for the Chicago Bears.

Aaron joked to Tafoya, "They can’t come to the games if they’re doing that."

Pete Davidson looks like a man down on his luck since his split with Ariana Grande ... and you can't blame him.

Davidson arrived to his mom's house Wednesday with a hood over his head and phone in hand. It's the first time we've seen Pete since the breakup, and you can't do anything but feel sorry for the guy.

TMZ broke the story -- Ariana was seen for the first time Tuesday night since calling off their engagement -- she performed at a pre-taping for the NBC "Wicked" special. Davidson was set to headline a comedy gig at Temple University but has since pulled out.

Hard to tell from the pic ... but Pete's still got his Ariana tattoo on his hand.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin appear ready to become L.A. homeowners -- but one of the houses they're checking out has some ominous vibes ... 'cause it's the one in which Demi Lovato nearly died.

The newlyweds were seen leaving Demi's old Hollywood Hills home Wednesday in a black SUV, with Hailey behind the wheel and JB riding shotgun.

This is the property where Demi overdosed earlier this year -- which she put on the market last month. You'll recall, she's currently in rehab and we've seen her out and about.

The home is listed right around $10 million with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5,546 square feet. Pricey, but considering JB is plunking down $100k/month on a new rental he just snapped up in the valley, it ain't so bad.
