Demi Lovato is still in rehab -- nearly 2 months after her overdose -- and one person has put his life on hold to be a constant presence -- Wilmer Valderrama.

TMZ has learned Demi quietly transferred from a rehab center on the East Coast to another facility that is world-renowned for its addiction programs. She's been at that facility for more than a month, and Wilmer has flown there several times during visiting days to be with her.

Several people in a nearby town tell TMZ, they've seen Demi and Wilmer at a local Starbucks several times, and it appeared to people in the shop they were boyfriend/girlfriend.

We don't know if they're back together ... what we do know is that Wilmer put everything on hold when Demi almost died from an opioid OD on July 24 and was a constant presence at the hospital, where she spent nearly 2 weeks.

Demi and Wilmer were together for 6 years and split back in 2016.

As for rehab, the facility offers intensive, long-term treatment for drugs and alcohol and is very much a group program. In fact, Demi was also seen several times at the Starbucks with other patients from the rehab facility.

Kylie Jenner passing on milk in her cereal makes total sense to Sean Patrick Thomas and Aonika Laurent, but they have a new, healthier, recommendation for her next bowl.

We got the "Save the Last Dance" star and his wife Wednesday night leaving Craig's in WeHo, and asked if Kylie's no-milk rule -- until this week, she claims -- is unique, or just a thing among millennials. They say it's not uncommon ... their own kids aren't down with the moo juice either.

Julie Chen's sign-off last week on 'Big Brother' wasn't a one-time stunt -- 'cause she did it again for Wednesday night's episode, and got major love.

Sources at Tuesday night's taping tell TMZ ... Julie opened the show by saying ... "Good evening, I'm Julie Chen Moonves. Welcome to 'Big Brother.'" Her words were met with a thunderous show of support from the audience.

Julie signed off with the Moonves surname during last week's episode -- and now it seems she is taking her husband's name full-time, on the heels of his hasty exit from CBS amid sexual misconduct allegations.

TMZ broke the story ... Julie wants to stay on as the host of 'Big Brother,' and CBS won't ask her to go. Assuming they renew the hit show for another season, she's likely to stay put.

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have reached can't-be-apart-for-too-long status as a couple -- she flew out to Atlanta to meet him while he films there.

Jamie and Katie busted a sweat Tuesday during a gym sesh in the ATL where Jamie's shooting "Just Mercy" alongside Michael B. Jordan. Katie's been in town for a few days now ... no doubt subscribing to the mantra "couples that work out together, stay together."

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are currently in the eye of the marriage rumor storm, but they're also in the eye of London.

The soon-to-be-married couple was spotted on a date Tuesday. They got in line for the London Eye ferris wheel -- like everyone else -- and eventually took it all the way to the top. Once they were alone, the Biebs and Hailey locked lips like there's no tomorrow.

After the smooch fest, Justin busted out a guitar and got in his element to serenade Hailey outside Buckingham Palace. She looked doe-eyed and smitten by her guy's romantic gesture.

Justin professed his love for Hailey as he sang in front of the crowd that naturally gathered around them.

It's kinda been their thing lately -- make out in public here, there ... and just about everywhere else.

The international trip takes place on the heels of Bieber and Hailey hitting a courthouse in NYC last week to get a marriage license. A lot of people -- including Hailey's uncle, Alec Baldwin -- think they already got hitched, but we're being told that just isn't so.

They may be heading to the altar soon enough though, especially since they now have their marriage license. Sources told us they'd be tying the knot outside the country ... and they're definitely not in the U.S. of A. right now.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are not married, according to multiple sources directly connected to both, despite what Hailey's uncle, Alec Baldwin, said.

Alec told "Access Hollywood" Monday night, "They just went off and got married. They went ahead and did it without listening to anyone."

Our Justin and Hailey sources say it's just not so ... they have not tied the knot.

As we reported, Justin and Hailey got a marriage license last week at a New York City courthouse, but did not seal the deal.

After reports incorrectly stated the couple tied the knot, Hailey tweeted, "I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I'm not married yet!"

9/18 -- According to the divorce judgment -- obtained by TMZ -- the couple is officially kaput November 9. Jessica will keep her 2015 Chrysler and the couple's two dogs. Logic will get their home in Tarzana and will not have to pay spousal support.

The docs also indicate Logic paid Jessica a sum of cash ... but it's unclear how much.

Logic is a single man again, at the ripe old age of 28.

The rapper just got a sign-off from a judge in his divorce case. He was the one who filed, citing "irreconcilable differences" in his marriage to Jessica Andrea. They tied the knot in Oct 2015, when Logic was just 25.

As we reported, Logic became "very distant" from Jessica after the success of his track, "1-800-273-8255," which dropped late last year.

Shortly after the 2 appeared at the Grammys together in January, he dropped the news to her he wanted a divorce. He told her he wanted to be single again ... news that was not received well by her.

We got video of Logic boarding a private jet with another woman shortly after he told Jessica he wanted out.

Our sources say the couple had a prenup, so there weren't many assets to split.

Logic and Jessica had no children.

Julie Chen will be leaving her daytime gig at "The Talk" ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Tuesday's show will include a videotape of Julie saying she's leaving the show immediately.

It seemed inevitable Julie would take a final bow from the show, where discussions frequently involve issues like sexual misdeeds. Although her husband, Les Moonves, has denied any improper conduct, the fact that 12 women have come forward and that he was forced out ... it would put Julie in a tough spot.

Julie did appear on "Big Brother" last week and it seems she'll stick that one out ... at least in the short term. She made it clear she's standing by her husband at the end of last week's show, when she signed off as "Julie Chen Moonves."

No word on who will replace Julie.

Amanda Stanton and her boyfriend put on a united front during a beach outing ... not long after she was arrested for getting into a fight with him.

The 'Bachelor' and "Bachelor in Paradise" fan favorite hit up Laguna Beach Sunday with BF, Bobby Jacobs ... showing plenty of PDA. It's the first time we've seen them out together since Amanda's arrest last week in Vegas after a drunken post-bachelorette party incident with Bobby.

As we first reported ... security at the Encore was responding to a noise complaint when an apparently boozed-up Amanda tried to intervene, shoving Bobby in the process. We're told that was enough for security to call cops, who arrested Amanda for misdemeanor domestic battery.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Bobby also claims Amanda started to hit him while he was in bed, argued for hours and at one point took the room's phone and swung it at him. Bobby also says Amanda tried kicking him and he tried pinning her down but he says she kept scratching and pinching his arms and body. Amanda had apparently been upset with Bobby 'cause he wasn't answering her calls.

A rep for Amanda told us it was all a misunderstanding ... calling the shove "playful."

The Astros superstar struck out 11 in Houston's huge win Sunday ... and celebrated with Kate Upton in some luxury box seats at NRG Stadium for the hottest tour on the planet afterward.

J.V. didn't seem to overexert himself after seven strong innings ... and a very pregnant Kate made sure to let everyone know the only thing she was drunk on was love (with Verlander).

Tamar Braxton's relationship with her estranged husband is apparently so far gone ... she won't even visit him in the hospital.

We're told Vincent Herbert is hospitalized with gout in his elbow -- SUPER PAINFUL -- and Tamar has no plans to lift his spirits with a visit.

Vincent has been in the hospital since Thursday, but she's been radio silent. We're told he and Tamar aren't talking anymore.

Tamar filed for divorce in 2017 after nearly 9 years of marriage.

Florence Nightingale ... clearly not her favorite character.

1:47 PM PT -- Hailey Baldwin has just shot down other media reports claiming she and Justin already got married, saying, "I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I'm not married yet!" The story below that TMZ broke stands.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are getting married as early as next week -- most likely out of the country -- in a super small ceremony ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin and Hailey showed up at the courthouse in NYC Thursday and beelined it for the Marriage Bureau. They were taken to the executive offices for VIP treatment and Justin was seen crying and telling Hailey, "I can't wait to marry you, baby."

Apparently, that's true because sources connected with the couple say they will tie the knot soon -- as early as next week ... and we're hearing it may happen in Canada.

TMZ also broke the story a while back ... Justin and Hailey planned to marry next year but they have had a big change of heart. We're told they will still have a blowout party next year, but they don't want to wait that long to seal the deal.

As for the obvious question ... sources tell us, "100% she's not pregnant."

As for marrying in Canada, we reported they were heard saying at the Marriage Bureau that they were traveling out of the country. You'll recall, Justin just bought a massive estate in Ontario, Canada. One source said that's the likely spot for the "I dos."

Eddie Murphy's had NINE kids, but baby #10 could still be a first, in a way, for him and gf Paige Butcher.

Paige, who's expecting their second child together, was out shopping for baby books Friday in Studio City, CA when she had an impromptu gender reveal party!

Okay, no exploding pink or blue balloons, but still ... the model did reveal she and Eddie are having a boy this time around. They had a little girl 2 years ago.

She says they already have some names in mind and for the first time, they're considering going the junior route. Pretty amazing Ed hasn't gone there before -- he's had 3 cracks at it.

Here's hoping we're roughly 20 short years away from Eddie Murphy ... the sequel!

Ariana Grande is sharing her heartbreak over Mac Miller's death for the first time, and her emotions include anger, sadness ... and deep regret she couldn't get him to stop using drugs.

Ariana posted a video she'd shot of Mac back when they were dating -- it's a touching clip of both of them giggling as he playfully asks her to stop recording. In the caption, she says, "I'm so mad, I'm so sad I don't know what to do. you were my dearest friend."

She adds, "I'm so sorry I couldn't fix or take your pain away. I really wanted to."

Mac and Ariana were a couple for about 18 months, and he was by her side during the Manchester bombing.

She insinuates they had discussed the possibility of him overdosing ... saying, "I really can't wrap my head around it, we talked about this. so many times."

As we reported, Mac's friend Shane says Ariana was extremely supportive when Mac was sobering up, and went to great lengths to keep him on that path.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin took a field trip Thursday to the courthouse where marriage licenses are issued, and Justin had marriage on the brain.

Several eyewitnesses say the 2 were inside the Marriage Bureau in NYC and Justin was emotional. The eyewitnesses say he was crying and at one point said to his fiancee, "I can't wait to marry you, baby."

One person said ... Justin said to a court official, "Thanks for keeping it on the DL." Another claims the court official was a "judge" ... which insinuates they got married, but we can't confirm that.

And yet another person said they heard Justin and Hailey say they were leaving the country.

It's interesting ... because we know they had a clear plan NOT to get married this year.

Young kids in love ... whaddaya gonna do?

John Schneider's bills keep piling up, but that's not his estranged wife's concern ... she's demanding he cut a HUGE check to cover her legal expenses.

Elvira Schneider filed new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- asking the judge to order the 'Dukes of Hazzard' star and new "Dancing with the Stars" cast member to cough up $348,999.50. That staggering amount is how much she says her divorce attorney and accountants are charging her.

According to the docs, Elvira's legal team will walk if they don't get paid ASAP. She claims John earned at least $1 mil last year and has no doubt he can cover the nut.

John has claimed he's not that flush with cash -- as we've reported, he's still on the hook for tons of spousal support, and even went to jail for 3 days for failing to pony up that dough on time. You'll recall ... he recorded and posted his journey to jail.
