Mary Fulginiti -- a former federal prosecutor who also worked as a defense lawyer and covered a number of stories involving domestic abuse for ABC's "20/20" -- is representing Oksana in connection with the domestic violence investigation targeting Mel and the extortion investigation targeting Oksana.

Sources tell us Fulginiti is partnering with attorney James Spertus ... whom we previously reported was hired by Oksana. Turns out ... Oksana first made contact with Fulginiti and she was the one who actually referred Oksana to Spertus.

Both Spertus and Fulginiti worked together in the U.S. Attorney's office in L.A.

Sources also tell TMZ Fulginiti and Spertus will be brought in to help Oksana in the family law case.

In addition to practicing law and working for ABC, Fulginiti was a frequent guest on talk shows, including "Larry King Live."

As we first reported, Spencer is shopping the tape to porn powerhouse Steve Hirsch at Vivid Entertainment. Sources close to the deal tell TMZ they have heard Spencer's asking price and that Vivid doesn't think the figure is "an unreasonable price."

For his part, Spencer tells TMZ that he has an "entire website's" worth of footage, saying, "I will knock Club Jenna out of the water."

Spencer went on to say he thinks releasing the tapes will be good for Heidi, saying, "When I realized how much Kim [Kardashian] was making, my logic is this is the best thing I can do for my ex-wife. Kim is on the cover of Allure right now. Heidi isn’t on the cover of Allure."

Spencer tells TMZ he and Heidi arranged last Sunday to meet at the hotel under the pretext that he would turn over two of their dogs. Spencer brought the dogs to the hotel, turned them over to Heidi, and then made it clear to her that he was not leaving until they settled their issues.

Spencer tells us Heidi knew since they met four years ago that all he wanted was to become famous ... and nothing will stand in his way now. According to Spencer, Heidi is "freaking out because she doesn't want to do reality TV anymore."

Pratt says they have been staying in separate hotel rooms and they have been having ongoing, semi-hysterical discussions -- in which Spencer has demanded that Heidi tear up the divorce papers and do a revealing reality show on why she needs to get away from him.

As Spencer puts it, "You cannot turn off the Speidi machine."

Spencer is very clear ... he will release a flurry of sex tapes if she does not agree. Spencer added, "I am a wild sexual freak and I love sex."

As TMZ first reported, the official line from the Sheriff's Department was that there was a goal -- to turn the case over to the D.A. by Tuesday. Although investigators in the trenches say Tuesday is possible ... they feel "no pressure" to hit that date. As one source said, "It will get there when it gets there."

And, sources connected with the investigation say it really doesn't matter when the case is turned over, because the prosecutor assigned to the case is fully engaged in the process and already knows what's up.

And, as we've already told you, the D.A. won't make any decision on whether to file charges until the investigation into the extortion allegations against Oksana Grigorieva is complete -- and that's a ways off.

Sources close to the deal tell TMZ that the proposed Heidi sex tape would include footage from both before "The Hills" star had extensive work done and after. So in some of the footage she probably makes a lot of different facial expressions and in the rest ... not so much.

As we first reported ... Heidi's soon-to-be ex, Spencer Pratt, is shopping around a Heidi sex tape to Vivid Entertainment that supposedly "makes Kim Kardashian look like an amateur."

Sources close to Lohan tell us the actress has not received permission to use the gym at UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Hospital -- where Lindsay has been since August 2 -- even though she's been craving a workout.

We're told Lindsay has gotten resourceful -- she's working out in her room, doing push-ups and sit-ups every day.

As we previously reported, the babysitter had claimed that she was at Mel's home on January 6th -- and allegedly heard the actor go crazy while Oksana was at her son's basketball game.

The woman -- who died after battling cancer -- claimed to have heard part of the explosive argument between Mel and Oksana later that day, but claims she left before any alleged blows were struck.

We're told Spencer has contacted the Rolls-Royce of porn -- Vivid Entertainment -- and is asking for a meeting.

As we first reported, Heidi has threatened to sue Spencer over a tell-all book -- but she has not made any mention of a sex tape. Unclear if the alleged sex tape with Heidi is pre or post-op.

Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch tells us, "I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag."

He continues, "We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal."

Spencer has told a friend that the alleged tape "makes Kim Kardashian look like an amateur."

As you may remember -- Cummings sent jaws to the floor at The Hoff's Roast when she suggested that Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke, along with Pam Anderson, should both drink a "vat of Magic Johnson's blood."

But last night outside Sam Tripoli's Naughty Night at the Improv on Melrose -- she admitted, "I did say some things about [Hulk's] daughter that weren't necessary ... but I don't think I was the meanest."

Tiger Woods' mistress numero uno recently shot a series of Facebook videos for Cameo Stars -- a la Lindsay Lohan -- in which she canoodles with an adorable (and equally deadly) tiger cub.

During the shoot for the video messages -- which are launching this fall -- Rachel handles the growling, hungry tiger like a pro ... and at one point feeds it milk out of a baby bottle like she's got a B.S. in zoology.

As we first reported, the docs at the UCLA rehab facility believe Lindsay was misdiagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ... and was prescribed Adderall to treat the phantom affliction.

Dr. Joe Haraszti -- a prominent L.A. addiction specialist -- tells TMZ ... people who take Adderall when they don't need it can experience similar effects as people who use cocaine or methamphetamine.

Dr. Haraszti tells us ... people who unnecessarily take Adderall can display manic symptoms ... and often do things like "driving around until all hours of the morning ... smoking heavily ... tweeting ... and texting all night long." The doc adds, "They can become very impulsive."

The doc also notes that people in that situation "might then complain of insomnia and then take Ambien or other sleep aids to help fall asleep ... it's a vicious cycle"

Dr. Marc Kern -- another addiction expert -- tells us alcohol abuse is also very common among patients who take Adderall.

Dr. Kern tells us, "The Adderall counteracts the sedative side effects of alcohol use … making these people often drink more than someone who does not take the drug."

Sources familiar with Lindsay's treatment at UCLA tell TMZ ... there's a feeling among doctors that Judge Marsha Revel "overreacted" when she ordered Lindsay to stay at the facility for 90 days.

We're told Lindsay has been "weaned off" all of her meds -- Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium -- and has had no adverse reaction. Likewise, she has had no withdrawal issues in the alcohol department. Bottom line -- the docs don't think Lindsay is an addict.

And, we're told Lindsay was misdiagnosed in the past with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) -- which is why she started taking Adderall. The UCLA docs say LiLo does not have ADHD.

And finally, as for having psychiatric problems -- again the doctors say it's just not the case. Morningside Recovery -- the rehab facility Judge Revel initially chose for Lindsay -- determined she was bipolar, but the docs at UCLA say she is not. Our sources say Lindsay suffers from a personality disorder, which is all too common in society and sometimes partly the result of difficulties when growing up in Hollywood.

A federal judge in New York just dismissed a lawsuit filed by AllGood Entertainment, claiming Michael had agreed through an agent to perform several Jackson family reunion concerts in Indiana before going on the road with any other show.

AllGood claimed ... by agreeing to do the London concerts, Jackson breached his agreement with AllGood.

The federal judge ruled today ... Jackson's agent -- Frank Dileo -- merely struck the deal with AllGood in principle, that couldn't become binding without the sign-offs of MJ and his brothers. The judge also said the deal was just too sketchy to be enforceable.

The case had been partially dismissed last month. Now it's officially history.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Michael Jackson Estate, tells TMZ, "This case never had any merit and the claim was frivolous from day one."

UPDATE: A rep for AllGood tells us, "While we respect Judge Baer’s ruling, we respectfully disagree with his erroneous factual conclusions."

According to an affidavit filed in United States District Court, a witness claims Jennifer Aniston, Cher, Liv Tyler, Melanie Griffith, Anne Hathaway and Scott Speedman were all violated -- or at least their credit cards were -- by a woman who ran a swanky salon in Beverly Hills called the Chez Gabriela Studio.

According to court documents, Maria Gabriella Perez is accused of ripping off the credit card information from her ultra-wealthy clients ... and "fraudulently [charging] approximately $280,000 worth of charges in a one year period."

According to the docs -- Perez swindled $214,000 from Liv Tyler alone.

Perez was arrested on federal fraud charges -- and is due to appear in court in L.A. later today.

UPDATE: Perez had listed some flattering quotes from her famous clients on her website -- including one from Cher that reads, "Gabriela is my favorite ass kicking facialist."

Perez also posted several personally autographed photos of her celeb clients ... including one from Jennifer Aniston that reads, "Dearest Gabby, Thank you for always being so good to me!"

UPDATE #2: According to the documents, Melanie Griffith has already stated that she is willing to "cooperate with an investigation and testify if needed."

It all went down during a performance of "Love in an Elevator" -- first, Steven playfully bumped Perry ... and then Perry retaliated bumping Tyler right back ... sending him face first into the crowd.

Tyler eventually got up -- with some help from Joe -- and then announced, "It ain't gonna happen again, baby."

Dr. Laura -- now famous for repeatedly hurling the "N" word on the radio show she is now quitting -- pulled the same stunt in 1999 when CBS TV offered her a talk show. Dr. Laura had a bunch of strings she attached to the deal -- most interesting ... that CBS muzzle Howard Stern so he wouldn't talk crap on her.

CBS refused to make the concession, so Dr. Laura huffed out of there and instead did a disastrous show at Paramount -- where she bashed gays.

Oh yeah, one more ironic twist ... Dr. Laura misguidedly said on Larry King last night that she was quitting so she could exercise her First Amendment rights ... something she clearly wanted to deny Howard Stern.

That thin skin isn't just the work of a good spa.
