In one of the most ridiculous, cry-babyish, pathetic videos to ever hit the web -- Brendon recorded an apology to his former reality TV show girlfriend for sending shots of his wang to some chick he met online ... who then released them into cyberspace.

Brendon claims he was duped by the naked photo recipient -- who allegedly threatened to blackmail the swim coach if he didn't send her video of himself.

Brendon -- who cries more than a 13-year-old girl at a Justin Bieber concert -- claims he wants to spend the "rest of his life" making things right with Rachel.

Bristol responded to a blog Cho wrote this week that suggested Sarah Palin made Bristol do "DWTS" -- and that Sarah "harshly and openly" blames Bristol for costing her the election.

In Bristol's new post, which she wrote last night, she made her point in a few decently-worded paragraphs, but then decided to end things by saying that if Margaret understood conservative politics better, she "would embrace us faster than KD Lang at an Indigo Girls concert."

The pair of panties came in to the possession of a famous Miami playboy named "Baron" Joseph de Bicske Dobronyi -- or Sepy, as he was known. As the story goes, Sepy got them from a friend after they were left on a private plane when the Queen visited Chile in 1968.

Sepy passed away back in June and now the estate plans on auctioning off this piece of Royal memorabilia. We're told the estate will offer them up to the same auction house that sold Queen Victoria's undies back in 2008, and they hope to get the same price -- around $9,000.

Mel Gibson says in a declaration obtained by TMZ, "When Oksana and I began dating, she and her son, Alexander (Sacha), who she shares custody of with Sacha's father, actor Timothy Dalton, were living in the home of a friend, music producer David Foster, and I was living in my present home in Malibu."

Mel goes on: "Oksana would often complain to me that she did not like having to make the drive from Malibu to Sherman Oaks, where Sacha was enrolled in school during the weeks Sacha was in her custody."

But apparently David Foster was even more unhappy about footing the bill, because, according to Mel, David wanted the house back and told her to move.

So Mel stepped in and bought a home in the same area as Sacha's school -- Sherman Oaks -- a four-bedroom, 3,468-square-foot house. And as simple as that, Oksana had a new place to live.

Sources close to Mueller tell TMZ it was Kathy Hilton who took her to the sober living house.

We're told Mueller made the decision herself, telling people close to her she "felt weak" and thought she needed professional counseling. According to our sources ... her two kids with Charlie Sheen, are currently staying with Mueller's parents.

As TMZ first reported, Mueller spent Thanksgiving in a sober living facility after what sources called a night of heavy partying in a Los Angeles hotel.

Mueller's lawyer, Yale Galanter, tells TMZ Brooke did indeed check into the sober living house, and insists she did not have a relapse and is free to come and go as she pleases.

These photos were taken days after Demi socked Alex Welch in the face -- leaving visible bruises on her left eye and cheek.

Sources close to Welch tell us ... the dancer was simply minding her own business on a private jet leaving Bogota, Colombia ... when Demi "walked up to Alex and with a closed fist, struck her on the left side of her face."

We're told Alex was knocked clean out of her seat -- and had to receive emergency medical attention.

Lovato was immediately removed from the plane and eventually returned home -- and then checked herself into a treatment center shortly after.

Suge was picked up at around 11:30 PM last night (2.5 hours after we posted our story). He was booked at the West Hollywood station at around 1:15 AM, issued a citation, and signed a promise to appear before being released.

The whole thing stems from a traffic stop on September 23 when Suge was cited for driving with a suspended license and running a stop sign.

We're told Duhamel was on a flight from New York (LGA) to Kentucky -- when, according to sources, the flight attendant asked Duhamel to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff ... but he refused.

One passenger tells us Duhamel was "very rude" and "taunting the attendant."

We're told the flight attendant asked Josh to turn off the device three separate times -- and on the third time Josh laughed at his request.

We're told Duhamel's reaction infuriated the attendant, who then called for backup -- and the plane, which was already on the runway, was turned back to the gate.

Two US Airways reps eventually boarded the plane and escorted Duhamel off of the aircraft.

We're told passengers were pissed -- because the incident further delayed the flight.

Before boarding the plane, we're told Josh was in the airport bar watching the Cleveland/Miami game.

Duhamel's rep told TMZ Josh was texting on his BlackBerry about his flight being delayed. The rep adds, "He's sorry."

Smith -- seen here in a 2009 mug shot taken in connection with an Oregon case -- was arrested by the Manhattan Beach Police Department, also in 2009, for prowling and marijuana possession. Smith pled guilty and served 30 days in jail -- but was a no-show for a related court hearing, so an arrest warrant was issued.

The victim tells TMZ Smith was going house to house in Manhattan Beach trying to break in, and she saw him enter her backyard and then try to enter her house through the back door. The victim says her husband confronted him and he angrily responded, "I'm going to kill you." The couple called the cops and Smith was arrested.

TMZ has obtained court documents showing Jermaine owes $91,921.55 in child support for Jaafar and Jermajesty. $3,000 a month really adds up.

The docs, filed by the L.A. County Child Support Services Dept., suggest Jermaine hasn't been very forthcoming on his income stream. According to Child Support Services ... Jermaine claims his monthly income is $1,448 per month, but never filed the proper paperwork to support it.

The Department doesn't want to give Jermaine his driver's license back until he pays in full. We could not reach Jermaine for comment.

Pretty interesting ... Jermaine's baby mama, Alejandra, has just been kicked out of the Jackson family homestead in Encino and she's none too pleased.

We're told cops are interested in the road rage theory as it relates to the suicide of the man last night who was the object of a search warrant connected to the murder.

TMZ has learned ... the man who shot himself in the head is HAROLD MARTIN SMITH.

Although there are reports Smith is a suspect in the murder of Ronni Chasen, we're told that label is based on LAPD sources, and the Beverly Hills PD is only considering him a person of interest.

Nevertheless, sources tell us the BHPD is actively investigating Smith to determine if he was in the Beverly Hills area the night of the murder.

And, we're told, as far as Smith goes, money was not the motive. Although Smith talked about getting $10,000, we're told that was in connection with a civil lawsuit.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the body scan detected "an anomaly' in his pants -- yes, we thought that was funny as well. A subsequent pat down revealed pot in his pocket.

Kurtis received a ticket -- standard operating procedure when it's under an ounce -- and went on his merry way.

They met on neutral ground ... at a hotel in the L.A. area. Tony was in town because his San Antonio Spurs played the Clippers last night -- but based on Eva's gestures and Tony's expressions ... we're guessing there was little hoops strategy discussed.

Kathleen Green (left) -- the grandmother of baby daddy Isiah -- tells TMZ the network "defamed" her family because "nothing that aired is what happened" in real life.

Kathleen tells us MTV set up shots and heavily edited footage in the episode -- which revolves around Isiah, his baby mama Christinna (right) and the birth of their daughter Destiny.

Kathleen says she's particularly upset with a scene involving a DNA test she bought for Christinna -- claiming she came off as a cold-hearted bitch because MTV left out one key detail -- "They didn’t show that [Christinna] had told us she had had sex with some other guy."

Now, Green says her family wants to sue the network for defamation.

The statement we received goes on: "Suffice it to say, Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney."

And the rep lashes out, "This is just another example of the irresponsible nature of the tabloid media relying on shoddy sources and false information for the sole purpose of selling magazines, without regard to the truth and without regard to who they hurt in the process." The rep says Star was informed that the story was bogus in advance, but still published it.

The rep adds that "The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years."

TMZ spoke to Andrew Wallet who told us, "Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false."

He continues, "Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of the story before it was published. All the statements attributable to Jason Alexander [in the Star Magazine story] are completely fabricated."

Wallet continues, "The audio recording posted on RadarOnline is a fraud and it is NOT Britney.

The audio they are allegedly relying on between Britney and Jason Alexander is obviously fake and ridiculous -- it is NOT HER.

Jason Trawick has never abused her.
