Snoop Dogg was detained at an airport in Norway this morning after customs officers discovered ... wait for it ... SNOOP WAS PACKIN' WEED!!!

The Agder Police Department tells TMZ ... Snoop was stopped at customs at the Kjevic Airport in Kristiansand ... where officials discovered 8 grams of weed.

According to the cops, anything less than 15 grams is merely punishable by a fine -- and in Snoop's case, the violation ran him 12,000 Norwegian Krone ... which converts to roughly $1,980.13.

We're told Snoop was cooperative ... and quickly took care of the fine ... because he probably carries that kind of money in his back pocket.

FYI -- Snoop is in the country to perform at the Hove Festival at 10:30 PM local time ... which still gives him a few hours to find some replacement weed.

Madonna is under attack by one of the most famous DJs in the world ... who's PISSED at the Material Girl for glamorizing the use of ecstasy during a recent concert.

DJ Deadmau5 was clearly watching when Madge took the stage at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami this weekend and shouted to the crowd, "How many people in this crowd have seen molly?" (check out video below at :45 mark)

FYI -- "Molly" is a slang term for MDMA, one of the key ingredients in ecstasy ... a drug that's hugely popular with people in the electronic dance music community.

While the crowd CHEERED at Madge's comment ... Deadmau5 went to his Facebook page and ripped the singer a new one.

"Very classy there madonna. 'HUR DUR HAS ANYONE SEEN MOLLY???' such a great message for the young music lovers at ultra."

He added, "Quite the f'n philanthropist. but hey, at least yer HIP AND TRENDY! f*cking cant smack my head hard enough right now."

More problems for Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin ... TMZ has learned the rock star was arrested at 3:00 AM last month ... after cops discovered pills and some suspicious looking powder.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the 39-year-old was pulled over in the wee hours of January 12 in Culver City, CA for an unknown traffic violation.

According to our sources, Scantlin showed signs of being intoxicated and a search revealed Scantln to be in possession of a controlled substance -- which we're told was some kind of powder and pills.

Scantlin was booked for felony possession and released a few hours later after posting $10,000 bail. Attempts to contact Scantlin for comment were unsuccessful.

Newly-voted National League MVP Ryan Braun from the Milwaukee Brewers has tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs -- but the baseball star is challenging the accusations.

According to multiple reports, Braun was tested during the playoffs this year -- and the test showed his system contained elevated levels of testosterone.

28-year-old Braun is fighting the results, telling the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, he's the victim of "highly unusual circumstances" -- adding, "This is all B.S. I am completely innocent."

Miley Cyrus talked her way out of the bong scandal by saying she smoked salvia -- but at her birthday party last week, she seemingly admitted to a room full of people ... she's a major pothead.

In a video obtained by The Daily, Miley gets on the mic and addresses the crowd at her party at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. Once the cake has been brought out, Miley says, "You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed."

Her good pal Kelly Osbourne, standing right next to her, even made reference to the salvia incident, saying, "I thought salvia was your problem."

It was just before her birthday last year when Miley was videotaped smoking out of a bong. She claimed it was salvia and not marijuana.

An email to Cyrus' rep was not returned.

Kelly Osbourne has taken to her Twitter page to defend Miley, saying in part, "u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think."

Lil Wayne is finally admitting he had a substance abuse problem -- claiming he would frequently pound a codeine-based drink called sizzurp because he was "sick."

Wayne just spilled his guts in a new documentary-style video shot by one of his friends -- saying he first started drinking the stuff when he was a kid because one of his idols, Pimp C, would often rap about it.

But Weezy claims he relied on sizzurp as he became more famous -- saying he needed the drink to help him cope with the pressure of being a celebrity.

Wayne insisted he quit using the stuff last year -- and in the video he explains he no longer needs it because, "I'm not sick anymore."

According to the North Carolina probation report, Jenelle tested positive for THC on July 13 -- the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana -- and even admitted to smoking out [also known as "smoking up" on the East Coast]. She was informed about the test results on July 15.

But on July 17, she posed for these pictures -- in which she appears to be smoking marijuana.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, model SueLyn Medeiros -- we strongly recommend Googling her -- was pulled over last night in Hollywood after colliding with a parked car, and when she opened her DeLorean's gull-wing door, cops caught a "strong odor" of alcohol.

Police administered a field sobriety test -- and Medeiros, who had been driving with Claudia in the car, laughs the entire way through, prancing around barefoot ... needless to say, cops weren't impressed.

Medeiros then blew a .14 -- nearly twice the legal limit in California -- and was placed under arrest.

According to law enforcement, Medeiros bragged incessantly about being a rich model, and was extremely flirtatious with the officers.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, DMX broke SEVERAL rules in Yuma state prison since January -- including drug possession, failing or refusing a drug test, smoking when he wasn't supposed to, being disrespectful, disruptive, and disorderly ... the list goes on.

A rep for the prison wouldn't specify what kind of drug officials found on the rapper.

All told, DMX had seven disciplinary infractions -- and we're told, he'll be stuck in Yuma prison for AT LEAST another week due to the failed drug test.

X was supposed to be released tomorrow, seven months after he was sentenced to serve time for a probation violation.

According to police in Attleboro, MA ... Todd showed a pharmacist a cell phone note that said he had a bomb and demanded Oxycontin. He made off with six bottles of pain pills and fled via taxi.

But police say he was spotted in the cab and police were able to track it via the dispatcher ... to the Comcast Center where Coheed and Cambria were set to open up for Soundgarden.

Police said Todd was arrested without incident after he was identified by the cab driver, the pharmacist and by store surveillance video.

Rottman, who starred in "Gigantic" but may be even more famous for dating Victoria Justice, jumped the curb as he was driving in Hollywood. His bad luck ... cops saw it all, pulled him over and then
smelled a strong odor of alcohol ... so say our law enforcement sources.

After giving Rottman a field sobriety test, they arrested him on suspicion of DUI.

We're told Rottman blew a .19 ... well over twice the legal limit.

He was taken to jail, booked and released a few hours later without having to post bail.

The controversy stems from an article that ran in OK! Magazine in Australia, written by international journalist Daphne Barak. In the article, Carter was quoted as saying, "Yes, [MJ] gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15. As for drugs? He gave me cocaine."

But Carter's rep tells TMZ, "Nothing was said that was reported" ... and directed us toward a YouTube video of the interview with Barak ... which seems to back up Aaron's side of the story.

Bulger -- a longtime staple on the FBI's Most Wanted List -- had just appeared in U.S. District Court in south Boston, where a judge granted his request to be represented by a public defender.

Bulger has been charged with multiple murder counts, as well as conspiracy to commit murder, extortion, narcotics distribution and money-laundering charges stemming from his role as the leader of Boston's infamous Winter Hill gang.

Bulger had been on the run for 16 years ... before federal agents located the mobster in Santa Monica, CA -- where he had been living a pretty chill life with his girlfriend.

Sheen -- who famously played fireballer Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn -- revealed his secret to Sports Illustrated, saying he went on the special sauce for "six to eight weeks" in the hopes of "enhancing [his] performance a little bit."

Sheen added, "You can print this, I don't give a f--k. My fastball went from 79 [mph] to like 85."

In excerpts from her memoir, "Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far," Bristol says she and Levi used condoms, but she got knocked up anyway. Levi's reaction when she broke the news -- "Better be a f**king boy."

Bristol says her mom was kinda shocked, because she had no idea Bristol was sexually active.

When the doctors asked Levi -- a real wordsmith -- to cut the cord, he responded by saying, "gross," and backed off. The honors were left to Sarah.

Bristol goes on to say Levi cheated on her constantly, coming home drunk, with hickeys on his neck. She says she finally ended things when Levi told her he got another girl pregnant and that Levi named the child Bentley, which was her first choice when they were naming Tripp.

The book comes out on Tuesday -- Levi's memoir comes out in the fall.

Montel -- an outspoken proponent of medical marijuana use -- took the job hoping to create a store that runs more like a pharmacy and less like a shady back-alley head shop.

During a news conference yesterday, Montel announced his partnership with the Albatin Wellness Cooperative -- and said, "We want to provide safe access [to marijuana] for patients and really medicalize this. Patients should be put first."

Montel said he'll be "involved at every level of the cooperative, from the philosophical direction down to the blueprints."

He added, "I want this to be someplace your mother and father could see themselves walk into."
