Kobe Bryant's famous customized '63 Chevy lowrider -- tricked out by the guys from "Pimp My Ride" -- is back on the auction block ... and it could be yours if you've got an extra $100k laying around.

The car was a gift to Kobe from his wife Vanessa back in 2006 ... but he got rid of it earlier this year ... and the new owner has decided to put it up on eBay with a 6-figure price tag.

It's a pretty sick whip -- we're talkin' 327 V8 engine ... 13-inch wheels ... white leather seats ... pimped out stereo system ... and some serious hydraulics.

The car also comes with Vanessa's old registration card AND Kobe's State Farm insurance card (Like a good neighbor ...).

Terrence Howard flew into a violent rage -- throwing his then-estranged wife to the ground, and threatening to slash his own wrists -- after she accused him of cheating ... this according to documents filed by Howard's ex.

In the court docs, Michelle Ghent claims the brawl went down in a Toronto hotel room in April ... when she found phone numbers for 6 women in his bag ... and promptly called the women while Howard was in the room.

In her filing ... Michelle says the 44-year-old Oscar nominee threw her computer out a window, lifted her off the ground and slammed her down ... and reached for an X-Acto blade and put it to his wrist.

Ghent claims Howard also pretended to hang himself with a belt -- and told her, "I'm just thinking if I should kill you first before killing me."

Two days after the hotel fight ... Ghent claims Howard continued talking about suicide in text messages. Her filing includes dozens of texts she claims he sent -- in one, Terrence allegedly said he wishes he "wasn't such a coward and that I had the courage to finish what should have been accomplished in the abortion clinic 44 years ago."

In another text Howard allegedly said he was going to get outpatient treatment for "his addictions and emotional instability" -- and offered to deposit more than $25,000 in her account to cover the damage to her computer.

As we previously reported ... Ghent got a temporary restraining order against Howard last month after he allegedly punched her and kicked her during a July vacation in Costa Rica. For his part, Howard claimed she had pepper sprayed him.

2 Chainz' tour bus was carrying two semi-automatic pistols, a 12-gauge pump shotgun, plus prescription painkillers and weed paraphernalia before the rapper's arrest last month ... this according to official police documents.

As we reported, 2 Chainz and ten other people on his tour bus were arrested two weeks ago following a concert in Oklahoma City ... after police accused them of smoking weed on board.

Cops pulled over 2 Chainz' bus because of a busted taillight, but when they approached the vehicle ... cops say they smelled pot and attempted to search the bus. 2 Chainz and co. refused to let cops on board, so the bus was towed to a police yard while a search warrant was obtained.

Hours after the traffic stop, the bus was finally searched and all of its occupants (including 2 Chainz) were placed under arrest for interfering with police. The results of the bus search weren't disclosed, until now.

According to the search report, police confiscated the following: metal marijuana grinders covered in residue, marijuana pipes, Rx meds (Hydrocodone and Flexeril), rolling papers, scales, a semi-auto Sig Sauer SP2340 pistol, a Mossberg model 500 12-gauge pump-action shotgun, and a semi-auto Glock pistol.

Tommy Morrison -- a former heavyweight boxing champ and star of "Rocky V" -- died in a Nebraska hospital Sunday night ... after a long battle with AIDS.

Morrison's longtime boxing promoter, Tony Holden, confirmed the death. He tells TMZ, Morrison had been in the hospital for several months battling an illness ... he wouldn't specify what. He died peacefully, his wife by his side.

Back in 1996 Morrison tested positive for HIV, thus ending his boxing career. He later denied having the disease or that it even existed.

In 1990 Morrison starred in "Rocky V" with Sylvester Stallone, playing a rookie boxer training under Rocky Balboa. In 1993 he took home a real title, defeating George Foreman for the heavyweight championship.

He was 44.

Jenny McCarthy's latest fundraising event must have been a BLAST ... because a bunch of her famous friends got busted for public intoxication afterwards.

The event -- a fundraiser for a local children's school -- began at a hotel in St. Charles, IL and eventually moved to a nearby bar called EvenFlow around 12:30 AM.

It's unclear what happened afterwards, but at 5:45 AM "General Hospital" star Kelly Monaco, "Bones" actor Heath Freeman, pro dancer Serge Onik, and Jenny's sister Joanne McCarthy were all issued $50 tickets outside the bar ... for public intoxication.

According to police reports, Joanne McCarthy told cops the group had been drinking inside EvenFlow up until they left the place around 5:45 AM, right before police arrived in response to a neighborhood noise complaint. We're told they were all waiting for cabs when police arrived.

FYI, drinking establishments are supposed to stop serving booze after 2 AM in that area.

Jenny McCarthy was NOT involved in the incident.

Fergie's taking the phrase "sweet child o' mine" to a new level ... naming her brand new son after Guns 'N Roses singer Axl Rose.

Fergie's rep tells TMZ, Axl Jack Duhamel was born healthy this morning at 7 pounds 10 ounces.

Fergie underwent a c-section procedure at an L.A. hospital -- and as we reported, the 38-year-old singer will be recuperating in style, staying in one of the V.I.P. suites famously used by celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Dwight Howard.

The name doesn't feel like a coincidence ... you'll recall Fergie performed the Guns 'N Roses hit "Sweet Child O' Mine" at the 2011 Super Bowl halftime show.

Justin Bieber and Tyler, the Creator got straight up romantic during a burger run in L.A. last night, splitting a strawberry milkshake while they enjoyed their 100% ground beef heart-stoppers.

The duo Instagrammed the photos today showing him and Tyler hitting up a Fatburger on Sunset around 3:30 AM, but we've learned exactly what they ordered ... and it's cuter than anything Justin ever ordered with Selena Gomez.

We're told Biebs and Tyler got two burgers -- one cheese no bacon, one cheese no pickles -- and one order of skinny fries. (NOT FAT FRIES?? ARE YOU CRAZY??)

But the adorable part ... sources inside the restaurant tell us they also ordered one strawberry milkshake to split.

Don't worry, ladies ... we're told they poured one shake into 2 cups (haha, 2 guys, 1 cup).

Lil' Scrappy -- one of the stars of the VH1 show "Love & Hip Hop" -- was arrested at a Georgia gas station yesterday after getting into a fight with a guy who allegedly disrespected his girlfriend, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops received a call about a brawl going down inside the gas station around 2:33 AM. We're told an off-duty police officer from Atlanta happened to be at the same gas station and sprang into action -- successfully breaking up the fight.

When on-duty cops arrived to the scene ... Scrappy and the other man were arrested for disorderly conduct and hauled to a nearby police station.

FYI -- the other guy in the fight was Kenny Rogers ... not "The Gambler" Kenny Rogers ... just a random guy who also happens to share the same name as the country legend.

We're told Scrappy was very cooperative once in custody -- and was released a short time later.

We spoke with Scrappy who insists Kenny Rogers was the aggressor -- "He was calling my girlfriend names and then put his hands on me ... so I had to lay them paws on him."

Scrappy's lawyer Mawuli Mel Davis tells us there's video that proves Scrappy was acting in self-defense.

Lamar Odom will remain a free agent -- at least for now -- because the L.A. Clippers refused to re-sign him in light of his abuse of drugs, including crack cocaine ... TMZ has learned.

NBA sources tell TMZ, team officials really wanted to re-sign Lamar over the summer after he performed well last season, but he was nearly impossible to reach ... and they couldn't make progress on contract discussions.

We're told the Clippers were STILL interested despite Lamar's flaky behavior, but after news broke about the NBA star's issues with drug addiction ... the team closed the book on a new deal, permanently.

David Cassidy was just arrested by Tom Jones ... for drunk driving.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Cassidy was in upstate New York early this AM -- outside Albany -- when he was pulled over by OFFICER Jones for driving with his high beams when he wasn't supposed to.

We're told Jones smelled alcohol on Cassidy's breath and administered a field sobriety test, during which Cassidy performed poorly. The singer/actor blew a .1 and was cuffed and taken to jail.

He now faces felony drunk driving because he had a prior DUI in Florida.

Cassidy has been released on $2,500 bail.

His stepmom, Shirley Jones, has said recently David is a troubled man who has demons he's been struggling to conquer.

12:50 PM PT -- According to the police report, Cassidy left his high beams on as he approached the checkpoint (always a tip-off to cops) -- and in addition to the breathalyzer ... he also "failed all" the field sobriety tests Officer Jones put him through.

The best part of Kylie Jenner's Sweet 16 party this weekend? LEAVING ... because on their way out, 150+ guests received insane parting gifts -- in the form of luxury goodie bags valued at over $1000 each -- and TMZ has pics of the loot.

Kylie rung in the big 1-6 this Saturday at the AT&T Building in L.A. with her family and other celebs -- like Drake and Big Sean -- and seeing as she's hitting her peak in life, Kylie naturally pulled out all the stops.

But the parting gifts were the coolest part -- the youngest Kardashian family member handed out swag bags filled with 808 headphones, iPod speakers, Kardashian brand makeup, jewelry from her own jewelry line, gift cards, and a bunch of other crap.

Each bag is valued at more than $1000 a pop -- and with over 150 guests at the shindig, that's a big investment in trinkets.

But it probably didn't come out of Kylie's pocket -- fact is, the Kardashian/Jenner name is such a big deal, vendors undoubtedly donated their stuff for free hoping to get their brands in the press. And congrats, it worked.

Still doesn't beat hosting your Sweet 16 in your uncle's friend's Greek restaurant basement. Opa!

The good doc -- Robert Huizenga -- purchased the 9,750-square-foot casa at auction in July. But we're told the place isn't for him ... Dr. H will be using it as a wellness retreat where people (with fat wallets) can focus on making lifestyle changes through fitness, meditation and yoga.

FYI: He owns another mansion-based retreat -- located in the Hollywood Hills -- focused on weight loss. We're told the Malibu site is NOT strictly about shedding lbs.

Kanye West just revealed a picture of daughter North West ... for the finale of Kris Jenner's talk show.

It's classic Kardashian -- The show will air Friday -- the last day the show is on the air. Kris wants a huge rating that day, because Fox will be making a decision on whether to pick the show up for a full series -- something she desperately wants.

The pic was flashed on the screen for a brief second, so no one in the audience could sneak a pic from the monitor. We're told the pictures will last a lot longer when the show is put together before it airs.

Kim and Kanye had initially decided to either give the first pics to a fancy magazine or release it on social media. They also toyed with the notion of raising money for charity, but ultimately decided that charity begins at home.

No blood no foul in the case of the violent helmet swinging incident between Houston Texans Antonio Smith and Miami Dolphins Richie Incognito -- because Incognito is willing to let it slide ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the Dolphins offensive lineman tell us he has no plans to press criminal charges for the vicious altercation during Saturday's preseason game.

The video, first aired on FOX Sports 1, is ugly – while the players were grappling, Smith ripped off Incognito's helmet and swung it HARD right at his noggin.

We're told Incognito's totally fine, so at worst it was probably a grazing shot -- but considering NFL helmets weigh as much as 6 pounds of hard plastic -- Smith could've done some serious damage.

Houston police and the Harris County Sheriff tell us they would only take action against Smith ... if Incognito filed a complaint.

Denver Nuggets star Ty Lawson allegedly shoved his pregnant girlfriend before he was arrested for domestic violence on Saturday, this according to the police report -- but the girlfriend was arrested too.

According to the report, police were called to Lawson's Denver home around 9AM Saturday morning in response to a report of a domestic argument involving Lawson and his gf Ashley Pettiford -- aka Ashley King from "Bad Girls Club" -- who is six months pregnant.

When they arrived, Pettiford was crying, and explained that she and Lawson had been arguing because she overheard him talking to another woman on his phone the night before.

She told police she tried to pack her things to leave Lawson because she'd had enough, but he stopped her and pushed her onto their bed. She says she responded by throwing his phone and breaking it. Lawson then allegedly grabbed her phone and dunked it under water.

Pettiford said she knew her baby was okay despite the incident because she felt it moving afterward, but Lawson was still placed under arrest on suspicion of domestic violence, as well as criminal mischief (for throwing Pettiford's phone) and harassment.

Pettiford was arrested for criminal mischief (for destroying Lawson's phone) and domestic violence. They have both since been released on $1,000 bond.

8:02 AM PT: Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the reason cops searched the bags is because they received an anonymous tip someone in Justin's party had drugs in their luggage. Justin's bags, along with the bags of his entourage, were searched. Cops found nothing.

Justin Bieber's reputation apparently precedes him ... a drug-sniffing dog rooted through his posse's luggage at the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.

Justin was busy posing with fans as the police pooch did his thing. As far as we can see, the dog turned up nothing and everyone made their flight ... eventually.

The Biebs was in Miami over the weekend, partying with Lil Jay Z and Lil Kevin Hart.
