Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton had a happy ending on the finale of "Bachelor in Paradise" ... but there's trouble on the horizon with her ex-husband.

Nick Buonfiglio filed docs -- obtained by TMZ -- saying he deserves more time with their 2 daughters. He says Amanda's been dumping their 2 and 4-year-old in full-time daycare lately while she's off working on multiple TV shows.

He adds ... all the media attention is bad for their girls, but great for Amanda's bottom line. Nick claims her income has skyrocketed since 'BiP' -- from $100/year to around $20k a month. Unclear how she would have lived on $100 a year, but now Nick wants her to pay more child support.

Amanda has agreed to try settling their differences in mediation.

Jules Wainstein got some good news in divorce court Thursday -- her estranged husband has to fork over $10,000 per month, but he's already warning her he can't afford it.

The 'Real Housewives of NY' star and her ex, Michael, were in an NYC court when the judge ordered him to pay the $10k for spousal and child support. She had requested $25k a month.

Michael immediately cried poverty -- his attorney says his client doesn't have any income and his credit cards have been frozen ... so he doesn't think he'll be able to make the payments.

The judge wasn't swayed. First payment's due Sept. 30.

Paris Jackson's alone and in charge ... living in the back guesthouse at Michael's old Encino mansion.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Paris had been itching to cut the cord from living with her grandmother in Calabasas ... where Blanket and several of her cousins also live. We're told the family had security concerns about her living just anywhere, so it was suggested she use MJ's old compound.

Michael's estate controls all of his properties, meaning ... technically, Paris needed permission to live there. We're told she went to them, and pointed out she basically owns the crib as part of her trust -- and the estate didn't fight her.

As for why she's in the guesthouse -- the main house is being remodeled.

We're also told Paris is living there completely on her own. She and bf Michael Snoddy recently posted pics from the backyard -- he comes and goes, but does NOT live there.

Brock Turner is fuzzy on the details of the girl he sexually assaulted ... according to the form he had to fill out about his crime.

Brock completed the questionnaire as part of his sex offender registration process -- which he did Tuesday -- and as you can see ... he doesn't remember much when he comes to describing his victim.

He does recall she had black hair, but simply lists her race as "American." Check out the form for yourself -- it's bare, but revealing.

Also, the Greene County Sheriff is sending notification to Turner's neighbors which details the sexual assault.

Bella Thorne posted makeout pics with her best friend Bella Pendergast -- then came out as bisexual -- but that doesn't mean "Bella Squared" is an item.

Sources close to the Bellas tell us ... Thorne is single, and the two are just friends who like to kiss ... sweet.

August was a busy month for Bella ... she broke up with BF Gregg Sulkin and called Bella P her "soulmate" after the makeout pics ... leading people to believe they were dating.

Not the case ... because the other Bella has been in a serious relationship for months with fellow UC Davis student Bram Kolber.

"Lost" and "Once Upon A Time" star Emilie de Ravin says an American Airlines gate agent attacked her because she was trying to fly with her breast pump bag, but the airline is calling it a big misunderstanding.

American Airlines tells TMZ it's still investigating Emilie's claim she had one of her 3 carry-on bags forcibly ripped from her while boarding a flight Thursday at LAX. The extra bag was for the pump, which she's allowed to bring since it's considered a medical device.

Sources tell us the flight was at capacity and the gate agent wanted to have one of the bags tagged, but Emilie wasn't having it. She was eventually allowed on with her pump and the other two bags, but still went off on Twitter.

AA says it's apologized for the inconvenience.

Jon Polito -- best known for his roles in Coen Brothers films like "The Big Lebowski" and "Miller's Crossing" -- died Thursday night after being taken off life support ... according to family sources.

We're told Jon was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2008 -- he was also suffering from arthritis and had an infection related to a recent surgery. He slipped into a coma last Sunday.

Director John McNaughton broke the news Friday morning -- "Jon was a born actor and will be deeply missed by his legion of friends, fans, family and of course his long time partner, Darryl Armbruster to whom I send my condolences. R.I.P. old pal."

The Philly native was a seasoned Hollywood vet, landing roles in nearly 100 movies. He also has several TV credits, including a recurring role on ABC's "Modern Family."

He was 65.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee just got dressed to the nines for a mug shot.

Law enforcement in Atlanta tells TMZ Lee turned herself in Wednesday afternoon. Cops say they got an arrest warrant because Tommie allegedly threatened to kill fellow 'LHH' star Joseline Hernandez back in March.

Lee made a whole show out of her surrender ... making sure to get glammed for the slammer. The mug shot's gonna be a classic.

Tommie was booked for making terroristic threats.

Rob Kardashian has made an incredible turnaround in his fight against diabetes ... he's telling his family he's no longer diabetic ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Rob says he's in remission and his doctor told him he doesn't have to take medication for his type 2 diabetes.

He was hospitalized last December for his diabetes, which doctors warned could put him in a diabetic coma if he didn't maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Rob's been eating healthy and exercising regularly since he began dating Blac Chyna ... but he's not fully in the clear.

We're told doctors warned him his diabetes could come back if he falls off the wagon again.

Drake and Rihanna fans went crazy Tuesday when a site -- drakeandrihanna.com -- popped up with a countdown clock ... starting rumors they were releasing a collab together.

We know now the site is completely fake, and TMZ has learned the hoax was started because Drake pissed off one vengeful fan ... Joanne the Scammer.

Joanne is a character played by Branden Miller. He tells us ... he made the fake site as payback for Drake not taking a selfie with Joanne at the VMAs. Branden claims he got bum-rushed by security when he tried to take the shot.

He says he went home and created the site, which cost about $3k. It blew up, but when people found out it was a hoax he decided to reveal why he did it.

Rihanna and Drake moved their lovin' south to Miami and made it blatantly obvious nothing's under wraps anymore.

They spent Tuesday night getting very cozy at E11EVEN nightclub ... where RiRi rubbed his face in a way "friends" just don't touch each other.

The woman who got Chris Brown arrested Tuesday got stripped of her beauty pageant crown in part because of nude photos that surfaced, and pageant officials say she lied and said it wasn't her.

Baylee Curran, the woman claiming Chris pulled a gun on her, was crowned Miss California Regional 2016, but 2 months later pageant officials were fed up with her and dethroned her.

An official tells TMZ, shortly after she won the title someone sent nude photos to the pageant director, who confronted Baylee, saying, "This is not what the pageant stands for." We're told Baylee insisted it was not her in the photos.

The director told her she'd give her another chance, but we're told Baylee repeatedly screwed up and deceived them. She would fail to show for community functions ... while photographers were tagging photos of her frolicking on a boat. She was also MIA for events ... choosing various photo shoots instead.

The director had enough 2 months into her reign, and told Baylee she was stripping her of her crown, but Baylee shot back, "You're the director. You can make or bend the rules. I'm keeping the crown and we can move on."

She still hasn't returned the crown.

10:49 AM PT -- As for case in which Taylor is a potential juror ...it's a criminal case involving aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping and domestic assault.

Taylor Swift had more important things to do than the VMAs -- like jury duty.

Swifty hung back to serve on a possible Tennessee jury ... and in the process avoided a possible awkward run-in with Kanye West.

We're told she's one of 30 potential jurors for a criminal case. Jury selection started Monday morning, and she hasn't been selected. Yet.

Word is most people in the pool were suddenly excited about having to serve.

The gas station where Leatherface did his handiwork is about to reopen for biz, but this time it's gonna be a motel and BBQ joint ... yummy!

The key location where "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" was filmed is now an establishment simply called The Gas Station ... and it's got 4 cabins where fans can lay their heads (and keep 'em) for $130 a night.

Owner Roy Rose says the cabins have 43" TVs, and a collection of horror flicks to get you in the mood. They're also displaying movie memorabilia -- like the chainsaw from the 2013 redux -- and also selling merch from other horror movies.

As for the grub -- Rose says it'll be takeout, but he's still searching for a top-notch BBQ cook who's good with finger food.

Leatherface would be proud.

Cassie's had a change of heart -- she's back with Diddy ... despite a domestic incident last week in which cops were called.

We broke the story ... Cassie dumped Diddy and a heated argument ensued. Diddy allegedly grabbed Cassie's phone, jumped out of the car they were in and skedaddled.

The Beverly Hills police investigated the incident and determined it was just one of those things and no crime was committed. Diddy gave the phone back and there was no violence, so it came down to a case of no harm, no foul.

Even if the cops saw it differently, Cassie made it clear she didn't want her boo prosecuted so it would have been dropped anyway.

Make it work, guys.

Prince's home is now the domain of the King -- as in Elvis Presley's people running tours at Paisley Park.

The bank that manages Prince's estate -- Bremer Trust -- just announced the deal that puts the people who run Graceland in charge of public tours, which are set to begin in October.

Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, is reportedly on board with the Elvis plan, but sources close to the heirs tell TMZ not everyone in the family agrees.

We're told the dissenting family members objected, in part, because Graceland Holdings has previously had financial problems. As it stands, team Elvis would get 50% of revenue generated by Paisley Park tours.

We're told Bremer's currently negotiating with the family in hopes of getting everyone on board, but that's more for PR purposes. Fact is, the tours are going to happen ... but it seems the bank just wants to make sure Prince family members don't publicly bad mouth the deal.
