Robin Thicke may have failed as a husband ... but it seems he wants to show Paula Patton he rocks hard in the daddy department.

Robin went public in ATL Thursday with 3-year-old Julian at the 20 story high SkyView Ferris wheel.

The singer racked up some miles just to give Julian a thrill. He had flown from Detroit to Atlanta just to ride the Ferris wheel, then hopped on a plane for North Carolina for another concert.

Paula's back in Vancouver working on her movie -- but if she sees this ... well, baby steps.

What does it say about Kate Major's condition that Michael Lohan thinks she is so bad off ... he needs to file for full custody of their baby?

That's right ... Papa Lohan tells TMZ he fears so much for his young son's safety ... he wants a judge to make him the primary parent ... this following Major's arrest Thursday night for DUI and battery.

According to our sources, Lohan will go to court first thing Monday morning to file legal docs. We're told he wants the court to give Major monitored supervision ... that is, once she gets out of jail.

Lohan tells TMZ he thinks Major's doctors are to blame. He says she's only gone off the deep end recently -- since they put her back on meds -- and he wants the docs investigated.

Another fun photo for the Lohan Family album ... Michael Lohan showed up to court this morning in Florida for baby mama Kate Major's arraignment ... pushing their young child in a stroller.

As TMZ first reported, Major was arrested Thursday night after she got into a huge fight with Lohan, tried to drive away ... but crashed and got busted for DUI.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the officer on the scene asked Major to perform SIX field sobriety tests ... and she didn't pass a single one.

When asked to touch her finger to her nose, the report says ... "Major missed the tip of her nose on her second, third, fourth, and fifth attempts. Touching her nostril on her second, third, and fourth attempts, and touching the space between her nose and upper lip on her fifth attempt."

As for reciting the alphabet -- "On her first attempt she gave the sequence LMX twice and spoke at a really fast pace. On her second attempt she did not keep her eyes closed and got stuck on the letter V. Major was never able the recite the alphabet from A to Z."

Police say her BAC was .243 -- more than 3 times the legal limit. According to the report, she fittingly told police, "I know I have a drinking problem."

Master P's estranged wife claims he's worth $200 MILLION ... yet she says he's left her and their 4 minor kids so destitute ... she needs welfare.

Sonya Miller says she's indignant ... because she helped Master P create one of the most successful labels in hip-hop -- No Limit Records -- yet he has cut her off like a bad habit.

Sonya says things have become so desperate ... she had to move in with her adult son, Lil Romeo.

Master P hasn't even responded to her divorce petition. The judge fined him $10K for ignoring the case, but he doesn't seem to care.

Sonya explains in her docs she hooked up with Master P when he didn't have a pot to pee in ... back in '89. They started the label together, and when it exploded, they built an empire, which include clothing manufacturing, sports management, toy manufacturing, and film and TV production.

Oh yeah, they also created an adult erotic phone chatline.

Call it the rematch ... Michael Lohan and Kate Major had another blowout fight tonight -- but this one ended with her in handcuffs for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Michael claims they were in a nasty argument at their home in FL when she hit him multiple times in the face.

We're told Lohan called 911, and just as cops arrived ... Kate was fleeing in her car.

She didn't get far -- according to law enforcement, Kate crashed into some bushes near the house ... and was busted for allegedly driving intoxicated.

We're told she's still in custody, and getting booked for DUI ... and possibly domestic battery.

Less than a month ago Kate locked herself in a bedroom, and claimed Michael was trying to break down the door while brandishing a knife.

Police responded to calm the sitch, but no one was arrested ... that time.

Halle Berry's husband Olivier Martinez hasn't given up on his marriage -- despite rumors the couple has separated -- venturing out in L.A. last night ... with his wedding ring still sitting snug on his finger.

There are reports Halle and Olivier are on the outs -- having drifted apart because of their hectic work schedules -- and are now living separate lives. Halle even appeared at a post-Oscars party on March 2nd, alone without her wedding ring. They haven't been seen together in public since December.

But it's clear -- Olivier hasn't quit ... at least, on keeping up appearances.

Halle and Olivier were married in July 2013 and have one son together (born last October).

"Little People, Big World" couple Matt and Amy Roloff can't stand living together anymore -- they've just announced they're separating after 26 years of marriage.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Matt and Amy have been living separately since the holidays -- Amy currently resides in the family's main house in Oregon ... Matt lives in the guest house.

We're told neither Amy nor Matt is currently pursuing other relationships -- they're just testing the waters living alone ... for now anyway. So far, divorce isn't on the table.

Matt has had a history of drinking problems -- such as his 2007 DUI -- but we're told alcohol was NOT an issue in the split.

The Roloffs -- who have 4 children -- released a statement, saying, "Though we have weathered many storms together, we recently made the tough decision to engage in a trial separation."

"Basketball Wives" star Jackie Christie thinks pregnant women with ornery cats should kill the kitties by hanging, choking or other means if necessary.

It's pretty shocking ... our photog asked Jackie (in the dark blouse) and her friend, Sundy Carter (who appeared in "Bringing Down the House" and "Soul Plane") about what a pregnant woman should do with a temperamental cat.

Both women have no mercy for fearless felines. In fact, Jackie actually thinks cats can suck the soul out of babies and even kill them.

"Half Baked" star Jim Breuer's ex-neighbor is now facing felony stalking charges -- after allegedly mailing a box of condoms to the actor's Jersey house ... in a perverted joke involving Jim's underage daughters.

Sources close to Jim tell TMZ, the actor's been having problems with Giuseppe Ionfrida for a couple years ... but it got particularly twisted back in December.

We're told Ionfrida allegedly left extremely creepy comments on a YouTube video about Jim, such as ... "How's your three pretty daughters doing ;)" Days later, Jim claims Ionfrida shipped him a box of condoms.

We're told Jim called police in early January, and Ionfrida was arrested on felony stalking charges.

We spoke to Ionfrida who told us he denies leaving the YouTube comments about Jim and his daughters. He did say he doesn't like his kids hanging around Jim -- which is an issue since their kids are friends.

We reached out to Breuer ... he had no comment.

"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter says she will never have a relationship again with her mom and her older brother ... this according to one of her text messages.

The text -- obtained by TMZ -- was filed in Ariel's guardianship case. She was texting her older brother Jimmy who has sided with their mother in the battle over Ariel.

Ariel, who is now under the guardianship of her sister, wrote, "How dare you say you miss me ... if you really wanted to see anyone and cared, you'd do a 180."

And then she goes in for the kill: "I'm sorry, what we've been through can't be fixed."

Ariel's mom filed the document, trying to prove Ariel suffers from PAS -- Parental Alienation Syndrome -- and their family is being destroyed as a result of the guardianship.

Michael Jackson's newly-proclaimed alleged son will be fending for himself for the rest of his life, because there's NO WAY he can touch the money in MJ's estate.

Brandon Howard says he has no interest in going after the Estate, and that's a good thing, because Michael made sure he and everyone else in the world -- except Prince, Paris and Blanket -- could not lay a hand on MJ's assets.

According to Michael's will ... Michael's 3 kids, along with some charities, ultimately get his money. Michael also made sure that Katherine was supported during her lifetime.

We just dug through Michael's 2002 will -- in which he explicitly wrote, "Except as otherwise provided in this Will or in the Trust ... I have intentionally omitted to provide for my heirs."

Under the law, that's all she wrote, because MJ had every right to disinherit anyone he wanted ... even his own kids. What he did was provide for Paris, Blanket and Prince ... and even if someone else could prove they were sired by the singer ... tough luck.

Bottom line ... Michael beat it, even in death.

Marc Anthony says ex-wife had to sell her home because the wife of the married man she was banging was yelling "whore" through a bullhorn in front of her house and wouldn't stop.

Dayanara Torres is trying to increase her child support payments from $13K a month to $113K. She says she's so strapped for cash she had to sell her home and now she's living with the 2 kids in a hovel of an apartment in the San Fernando Valley.

But Marc tells a very different story. In legal docs he says Dayanara was SHAMED out of the house because the wife of her adulterous lover took to the sidewalk "with a bullhorn yelling 'whore' for the whole neighborhood to hear."

Marc says the scorned woman was so unrelenting ... he sent his own security to help.

And, he says, part of her financial plight is her own doing, because she ended up selling the house at a loss. Lesson -- don't bang married men.

Marc Anthony doesn't want to up his child support payments to Dayanara Torres to $113K a month because he fears his kids will become spoiled brats ... and even worse.

Dayanara is asking for a huge monthly increase ... she currently rakes in $13K a month. She says she needs it because their kids live in relative poverty compared to the lifestyle they see when they're with daddy.

Dayanara says she wants the ability to fly her and the kids on private jets, to travel around the world and stay in 5-star hotels.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Marc says he's saving Dayanara from herself by refusing to up the child support. He claims, the boys already have everything they need and the increase would "spoil them rotten."

Marc scoffs at Dayanara's plea for money so she can have a full staff, including a cook and a nanny. Marc says when he has the kids in L.A., "I cook or we order in. We often get Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut or Chinese food."

And get this. Marc hired a psychologist who wrote a declaration to the judge, discussing, "the problems of children who are raised with near unlimited funds, particularly children in Los
Angeles whose parents have made very large amounts of money in the entertainment industry."

A man has come forward claiming he's the real father of 31-year-old Brandon Howard -- NOT Michael Jackson -- telling TMZ, Howard warned him earlier this week the DNA story would be breaking ... and told him it was phony baloney.

65-year-old Augie Johnson tells us, he fathered Brandon during his relationship with Brandon's mom, Miki Howard in the 80s -- and has remained a central figure in Brandon's life.

He tells us, he was in the delivery room when Brandon was born and even brought Brandon to recording studios as a child. We've seen multiple family photos of them together.

Augie says they're so close ... Brandon called him days before TMZ broke the story about the DNA test, telling him, "Don't worry about this stuff. You are my dad."

Augie insists his son had nothing to do with the DNA stunt -- telling us the "greedy people" around Brandon are the masterminds.
