Michael Jackson's family must be going ballistic over this ... Conrad Murray had a delightful lunch with Janet Jackson's ex-husband Friday.

The man who killed Michael dined at Crustacean in Bev Hills ... with the guy who was once his neighbor. You see, James DeBarge was jailed in 2011 after being busted on drug and weapons offenses. Michael's former brother-in-law and Murray were in the same cell block at L.A. County Jail.

Paula Patton is NOT reconciling with Robin Thicke ... at least not yet, and she may never get back with him.

Sources close to Paula tell TMZ ... Robin has not been convincing enough for her to bring him back into her life. We're told Paula is saying the same thing she's said since she threw in the towel late last month -- that he needs to prove he can be a good husband.

Robin has begged for forgiveness in concerts, on TMZ, and privately, but we're told she's spending a lot of time thinking but she has absolutely not decided to give the marriage another try.

On the other hand ... we're told she still has not met with a divorce lawyer and has made no decision to file legal docs.

Short story ... the jury is still out, and Robin needs a real good closing argument.

It's Aretha Franklin's birthday, and if you wanna make the Queen of Soul happy all you gotta do is sign her son to a record deal ... and her grandson ... and her granddaughter.

The now 72-year old diva was on her way out of her private party in NYC at the Ritz ... and Aretha knew exactly what she wanted when our photog asked what would be her ideal b-day gift.

Denzel Washington attended the event to surprise the singer -- same goes for her buddies Clive Davis, Andre 3000 and Babyface.

Victorie Franklin -- Aretha's granddaughter -- performed at the BET Honors concert paying tribute to the legendary diva -- and she's pretty damn good.

Justin Bieber doesn't get drugs from his mom for free -- TMZ has learned, the singer has been paying rent for his mother's secret L.A. mansion since 2012 ... and the place is sweeeeeeeet.

No one ever knew JB's mom Pattie Mallette had a place in L.A. ... let alone one so badass.

Turns out ... the tree doesn't fall far from the apple, because Pattie got herself into some trouble over the 2,900 square foot house.

Seems Pattie wanted to do some home improvement in her home gym but never got the permission of her landlord. She had a mirror installed last summer, but didn't pay the bill. So the company that did the work has filed a lien against the property ... and her landlord was none too pleased.

The lien was for a modest $3,414. We're told Pattie thought she was being overcharged and refused to pay. Pattie settled up a week ago for around $2,600. And TMZ informed the landlord Friday and he was PISSED!

As for who's paying the $8,000 monthly rent ... we've learned one of Justin's companies is handling it.

Just hours before he died in a fiery car crash, Paul Walker told his mother he was too busy to properly care for his teenage daughter ... and asked her to become the girl's legal guardian ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the Walker family tell us ... Paul approached his mother, Cheryl, on November 30th and asked her to retire from her nursing job to take care of Meadow full-time.

Turns out Walker had been overwhelmed with his work schedule and couldn't juggle that with his parental responsibilities. So in August -- 3 months before he died -- Meadow moved in with Cheryl, who was working full time.

Paul hired a series of nannies to care for Meadow when Cheryl was on the job, but none of them worked out.

So finally ... on the morning of his death, Paul called Cheryl and said he had given up on the nanny search and wanted her to be a full-time, stay-at-home grandma. Cheryl agreed, and Paul then called other family members to inform them of his decision.

As we previously reported ... Meadow's biological mom has a serious drinking problem and Paul never considered her an option. Meadow had been living with her mom until 2011, when she moved in with Paul.

Cheryl has now filed formal papers to make her Meadow's legal guardian.

Chris Hemsworth and his wife are at Cedars Sinai Medical Center right now giving birth to twins ... TMZ has learned.

It's ultra-high security in their hospital suite ... we're told 2 security guards are standing at the door. Chris is strolling the hallway and is being escorted with a guard.

Chris and his wife Elsa Pataky already have one baby -- India Rose Hemsworth who is now 22 months old. She's about to have a couple new siblings.

After months of rumors ... from adultery to divorce ... Keyshia Cole has finally confirmed she and her NBA star husband 'Boobie' Gibson are separated.

Cole appeared with The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 in New York this morning and when asked about the current status of her relationship with Gibson said, "We co-parent."

Cole implied that she and the Cleveland Cavaliers star are living apart -- and that he comes to her home at 8:30 AM every morning to pick up their son to take him to school. Cole says she picks the kid up at the end of the day ... adding, "We good."

Cole wouldn't say if either side has filed divorce docs yet -- but said the two still care for each other.

Paul Walker's mother just filed court documents asking for guardianship of Paul's 15-year-old daughter ... because the real mom has a serious drinking problem.

Cheryl Walker claims in her docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Meadow and her mom, Rebecca Soteros, are already living with her but Rebecca can't care for her daughter because of her alcoholism.

As we previously reported ... Rebecca has 2 DUIs -- one in 2003 and another last year. We're told Meadow moved from Hawaii -- where Rebecca lived -- to live with Paul 3 years before he died because of her mom's problems with alcohol.

Cheryl says she's more than qualified -- she's raised 4 kids, she's a registered nurse and is a loving person.

Paul had said in his will he wanted his mom to be Meadow's guardian ... so this is clearly in line with what he wanted.

Atlanta Falcons superstar Roddy White does NOT want his kids to grow up in New York -- and he's begging a judge to block his baby mama from moving the children to NYC before it's too late, TMZ Sports has learned.

Roddy is going to WAR with Marangelis Marrero -- who gave birth to two of Roddy's kids (one in 2009, one in 2011).

White says Marrero recently told him she plans to move to the Big Apple with the kids -- and he's FURIOUS ... claiming she'd be messing with the custody deal they have in place since they both currently live in Georgia.

In court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, White says, "It is not in the children's best interest that they be allowed to relocate out of state."

In fact, Roddy's so upset ... he wants the judge to empower him with "final decision-making authority regarding the children."

But Roddy's anger might not stem from the crowded streets and rats -- it could be about $$$.

According to court docs, Roddy makes $330k-per-month from the Falcons ... but he's only paying $6,000-per-month in child support in Georgia.

If Marrero moves to NYC, where there's more favorable child support laws, she could squeeze Roddy for A LOT more cash.

But Marrero's attorneys tell us that's not the case -- she simply wants to move BACK to NYC (where she's lived in the past) because she likes it there. She also insists the move won't occur until AFTER the kids complete their current school year.

We're also told Marrero gave White notice about the move "a while ago" in an effort to be as courteous as possible.

How's this for ironic -- rapper-turned-pastor Mase -- who built a lucrative church and related business partly on his secrets to a successful marriage -- secretly filed for divorce from his pastor wife.

TMZ has obtained Mase's divorce filing in Georgia dated January 2nd, citing irreconcilable differences with Twyla Betha. And it sounded nasty ... Mase asked for full custody of their two kids and even wanted HER to pay HIM child support.

He claims they separated August 2013 -- after 12 years of marriage.

But just over a month later -- the day before Valentine's Day -- Mase inexplicably had a change of heart, filing to dismiss his divorce petition.

The fiasco is priceless -- if you look at the website for Mase's El Elyon International Church in Atlanta ... the entire thing is built around his successful relationship with his wife. The two even hawk their "successful marriage" book series called "What Do You Do After I Do?"

And the book description is perfect: "In this series, Mason and Twyla Betha share keys to build a marriage that will last a lifetime."

Define "lifetime."

We reached out to the Mase and his church ... radio silence.

Charlie Sheen has gone for Denise Richards' jugular ... cutting off her child support and kicking her out of her house ... TMZ has learned.

Denise was getting $55K a month in court-ordered support for their 2 kids -- Lola and Sam. We're told he only forked over half that amount for January and hasn't paid a dime in Feb or March.

As for the house ... as TMZ first reported, Sheen bought it for Richards back in 2011 so she and the kids would be close to him. But we're told Charlie has told Denise he's selling the house and wants her out STAT.

Charlie is not hiding his contempt for Denise or the fact that this is retaliation. Charlie believes Denise is keeping Sam and Lola from him. Sources close to Denise tell us ... she can't just race to give Charlie the kids when he feels like having them on a whim. She also wants to be present when he has the children.

Our sources say Denise is getting her legal ducks in a row to go after Charlie in court. Fact is ... when there's court-ordered child support, there's no such thing as a good excuse for not paying.

He's 6'2" and 300 lbs ... but Atlanta Falcons defensive end Jonathan Babineaux got straight up WORKED at Carnival in Trinidad & Tobago ... telling TMZ Sports he partied so hard, "By the end, I couldn't hang anymore."

Babineaux and his brother Jordan (an NFL safety) just got back from a week-long rager in the Caribbean -- where they threw on body paint and costumes in the hopes of taking in all that Carnival had to offer.

Instead, Jonathan says he and Jordan got a serious reality check -- "I thought we partied hard. We don't. Those people can party. And it goes on a whole week. I was ready to go after a couple days."

Here's a sample of the party scene, according to Jonathan -- "There's a breakfast party in the morning until about 2. Then the day party until 10. Then the night party until 2am. Then the late late party until the morning. It's non-stop."

Jonathan says he and Jordan tried their best to keep up, pounding rum and pineapples like they meant business -- but by the end, they were completely drained.

Miley Cyrus' tour bus went up in flames last night ... and when we say up in flames ... we mean UP IN FLAMES.

Miley's sister Noah posted a series of videos on Instagram last night with the caption "Tour bus down!" She later confirmed on Twitter that no one was injured.

9:20 AM PT -- The tour bus was ferrying Miley's mom and sister before it burst into flames. We're told the fire was caused by a tire that exploded, but thankfully, they both escaped unharmed.

There was one casualty however -- the stuffed bunny they got at Cracker Barrel earlier in the day. Noah Instagrammed the bunny photo after the accident.

The look on Mick Jagger's face pretty much tells the story as he hastily left a restaurant in Perth, Australia Monday.

The pic was shot a little more than a hour before the news broke in NYC that his longtime girlfriend, L'Wren Scott had committed suicide, but it appears Jagger had already been informed. He left the restaurant 50 minutes after arriving.

Mick immediately made plans to return the the U.S. Wednesday night's Perth concert has been cancelled.

Mick's daughter, Georgia May Jagger, also happened to be in Australia on a modeling shoot and she was photographed leaving on an international flight.

There have been reports Mick split up with L'Wren before she took her life ... but the singer's rep says it's absolutely untrue.

Jagger posted the following note to his Facebook page this morning:

I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way.

We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves.

She had great presence and her talent was much admired, not least by me.

I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her, and also the personal messages of support that I have received.

Atlanta Falcons lineman Kroy Biermann might not be ready to retire yet ... but his balls are -- 'cause the defensive end tells TMZ Sports his baby makin' days are officially over.

Kroy and his reality superstar wife Kim Zolciak were leaving LaGuardia Airport in NY this weekend without their 4-month old twins ... the 5th and 6th kids in the Biermann family.

Of course, we had to ask if the couple was planning on poppin' out a lucky #7 ... but Kroy made it crystal clear six is plenty enough.

There's nothing like a common enemy to unite enemies .... just ask Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller

The ex spouses -- who have been at war for months, with hideous superlatives thrown back and forth -- are "friends again" ... thanks to newly-minted arch villain Denise Richards.

Charlie and Brooke hosted a party for Bob and Max Saturday, and by all appearances got along great.

Charlie Sheen threw the shindig at his house for their twins' 5th birthday ... and planned it with Brooke and fiancee Brett Rossi -- it was very wholesome ... bounce house and all.

As you may recall ... Sheen and Mueller have been in a legal tug of war royale over custody ... Charlie accusing Brooke of screwing up the kids by doing drugs while she was pregnant.

Charlie is on a tear now against Denise because he feels she's not giving him enough access to their girls. Brooke hates Denise ... possibly because she's threatened that Denise has been the go-to mother when Brooke went in and out of rehab.

One big happy family.
