T.I. finally witnessed the showdown that's been building for weeks -- between 2 of his homies -- and it left him laughing his ass off!!

The rapper was leaving Crustacean Sunday in Bev Hills when his crew decided it was time to settle a dispute -- who's the fastest man alive? On tour ... on that particular day ... with T.I.?

Tip -- who's in the middle of his Hustle Gang Tour -- picked the winner, and also worked traffic control. They raced in the middle of the street, after all.

Ariana Grande may be fearless -- vowing to return to Manchester after the terrorist attack at her concert -- but she's not foolhardy, because her family home is being guarded by enough security to protect a head of state.

Security vehicles were positioned in front of her mom's home in Boca Raton. It's a gated community, but no one's taking any chances. In addition to private security, 2 cop cars are stationed on the street.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Ariana's mom, Joan, always gets extra security when her daughter's in town. However, local police are more actively patrolling the area given the circumstances around Manchester ... and they're calling that shot on their own.

Scott Disick is going to have a problem if he wants to see his kids, because we're told Kourtney won't let him near them until he cleans up his act.

Sources close to Scott and Kourtney tell us he is off the rails again ... abusing alcohol and other substances. We're told she will not allow Scott visitation of their 3 kids until he gets clean and sober ... something we're told he refuses to do.

This wouldn't be the first time Kourtney laid down the law. Back in 2015, she made him persona non grata at her gated community, putting him on the "do not enter" list at the security gate. Scott went an entire month without seeing his children.

We're told Scott's friends have tried to intervene to no avail. A few weeks ago they got Kourtney to call Scott and plead with him to get help, but he wasn't having it.

Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor are splitting up.

The longtime couple announced their breakup with a joint statement -- "With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate."

Ben and Christine got married in May 2000 in Hawaii. They have 2 children -- 11-year-old Quinlin and 15-year-old Ella. The couple met while shooting a 1999 short film called, "Heat Vision and Jack." They went on to shoot several films together including both 'Zoolander' movies, 'Dodgeball,' and "Tropic Thunder."

Stiller and Taylor added, "Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends." It doesn't appear either has filed divorce papers yet.

Playboy twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon -- 2 of Hugh Hefner's former 'Girls Next Door' hotties -- were arrested after they allegedly busted each other up.

Law enforcement sources tell us police were summoned to the Shannon twins' WeHo home Wednesday morning around 3:30 AM.

Cops say Kristina and Karissa had gotten into a violent brawl after a night of drinking. We're told Kristina punched Karissa in the face, and Karissa picked up an ADT security monitor and threw it at her sister ... knocking out teeth.

The twins were arrested for domestic violence on the spot, since they both had visible injuries.

Karissa was booked for felony domestic violence, and Kristina for misdemeanor domestic violence. As for the difference ... Kristina's injuries were way more serious.

Seems like they oughta live up to their TV titles and get their own places.

Bella Thorne now met Scott Disick the party monster up close and personal -- and it's a pass for her ... for now.

Sources connected to their Cannes crew tell us Bella decided to back off the festivities, and away from Scott ... after witnessing how wild he got. We're told the heavy drinking was especially shocking to the 19-year-old.

When 34-year-old Scott invited Bella to Cannes ... we're told she insisted her older sister, Dani, come along too. But even with a chaperone, and several other friends, Bella reached her limit. She hinted at her frustration Thursday on Twitter.

Sources close to Bella's fam tell us her parents were worried anyway due to Scott's reputation and his age -- but they stayed out of it because she's an adult.

When the trip started they seemed to enjoy each other's company -- but the next day Scott was getting handsy with an old flame.

Rosario Dawson was hysterical when she called 911 after finding her cousin lying unresponsive on the floor.

The 911 call 2 weeks ago is gut-wrenching. Rosario screams, "Oh my God" as the dispatcher tries to assess the clearly dire nature of the situation at the house in Venice, CA.

It appears Rosario tried to resuscitate her 26-year-old cousin, Vaneza Ines Vasquez, and the paramedics transported her to the hospital ... to no avail.

As we reported ... Vaneza had been suffering from migraines and hypertension.

Magic Johnson says LaVar Ball reminds him of Kris Jenner ... and that ain't a bad thing.

Johnson was asked about LaVar Ball when he joined 'Afternoons with Marcellus and Kelvin' on ESPN radio ... and not only did he compare L.B. to Kim Kardashian's mama, Magic said he's got no problem with Papa Ball.

"The Kardashians, we didn't say the mom was bad. She made them a lot of money, right? She bragged on her daughters. And I think it's the same here. He's saying, 'hey, my son is great.'"

"There's nothing bad with that. We're not looking at LaVar being a problem if we're blessed to have an opportunity to draft Lonzo."

And Magic isn't the only Lakers decision maker to endorse LaVar. Lake Show head coach, Luke Walton, told TMZ Sports earlier this week LaVar's big personality doesn't scare him ... 'cause his own dad was a character.

'Clerks' star Lisa Spoonauer had been sick for years prior to her death last week ... still her family says her death was far from expected.

Sources close to Lisa's immediate family tell TMZ ... she'd been battling several chronic illnesses for 10 years prior to her death Saturday. The illnesses were not disclosed, but were described as degenerative.

We're told Lisa's family was aware of her ailments, but never suspected her condition was bad enough to kill her. Although she'd been in and out of hospitals for years, she died at home.

The coroner says Lisa died of natural causes, which her doctor signed off on -- a sure sign one of her many illnesses triggered the death.

"Clerks" writer and director, Kevin Smith, shared memories of casting her in the movie that changed his life. Lisa was 44.

Donald Trump was all grins Wednesday when he met Pope Francis at the Vatican, but the Pope seemed ... well, pensive.

Pope Francis encouraged the Prez to be a peacemaker and Trump promised to heed the message.

Melania and Ivanka stoically looked on as they all posed for pics.

The meeting lasted 30 minutes and each had a translator.

The Pope gave Trump a sculptured olive tree, telling him it symbolized peace. The Pope followed up with this ... "It is my desire that you become an olive tree to construct peace."

Chris Cornell was cremated Tuesday as a small group of family and friends stood by, but the rock icon's legion of fans will also get a chance to memorialize him ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the ceremony ... tell us 4 people were at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery -- Chris' brother, Peter, his wife, Vicky ... as well as his friends Linda Ramone and singer J.D. King.

The group was there for about an hour, and they'll gather again Friday with other family members at the cemetery. The service will be private, and Chris' ashes will be buried -- and afterward, we're told fans will be allowed entry to visit the burial site.

Cemetery officials tell us they're ready for a huge crowd. Cornell joins legends like Mickey Rooney, Mel Blanc and Linda's late husband, Johnny Ramone ... already laid to rest at Hollywood Forever.

Conrad Hilton hurled a slew of racial and homophobic slurs when he was arrested earlier this month for violating a restraining order, and his aunt, Kyle Richards, says don't be quick to judge.

Kyle was leaving Craig's Tuesday night when our photog asked how Conrad's doing after being released to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation.

Christina El Moussa was questioned by Child Services after her toddler fell in their pool.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ Christina and Tarek's 1-year-old, Brayden, was under the care of the nanny Monday when he fell into their pool. We're told she swooped the child up quickly and he was never unconscious.

Christina returned home and when the nanny told her what happened she took her child to a hospital as a precaution ... to make sure there wasn't any water in his lungs.

Brayden checked out fine, nonetheless we're told Child Services interviewed Christina and the nanny at the hospital and determined no action was necessary.

Brayden is back home and things are back to normal.

Ariana Grande's mother was still sitting in her front row seat when the bomb went off, and helped escort some of her panicked young fans backstage.

Multiple witnesses in the arena tell us Joan Grande was surrounded by several concertgoers who were waiting to leave the arena when they heard the explosion. We're told Joan was about to go backstage to see Ariana at the time.

As the chaos of people fleeing for exits started ... Joan told a group of kids -- possibly as many as 10 -- seated around her to come backstage. We're told she and members of Ariana's security took the fans backstage and waited with them until they were able to safely exit the arena.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were out and about together for the first time since Easter -- at least the first time we've seen them -- and the venue was the Mouse House.

Kanye, Kim and North hit up Disneyland Monday to celebrate a family friend's birthday. They also brought Kourtney's kids, Penelope and Mason. Kanye bundled up like he was still on a Wyoming mountaintop, despite the 75 degree weather.

'Ye's been busy working on his album after returning to L.A. He was in the studio Sunday, presumably recording what he wrote at the Wyoming resort earlier this month.
