Kendall Jenner says she found out about Kylie's pregnancy the old school way ... with a phone call.
The model/entrepreneur told Jimmy Fallon on the 'Tonight Show' Kylie simply called her and showed her a picture of her sonogram. Kendall said she wasn't really all that shocked at the news but definitely was excited for her.
As you know by now ... Kylie confirmed baby No. 2 is on the way with a video documenting the first stages of her pregnancy. She posted the video on social media and it showed her going to the doctor with Stormi to get an ultrasound.

The video also showed the moment she delivered the news to her mom, Kris Jenner. Ever since the announcement ... Kylie, who was cooped up pretty much the entire time before making the big announcement, has not stopped showing off her baby bump.
Kendall, who also talked a bit about her tequila brand, shared some scoop on her NBA star BF Devin Booker's relationship with the fam. Kendall says he and Stormi have a special bond that actually makes her kinda jealous.

Amanda Bynes Conservatorship Continues For At least 1.5 More Years
Amanda Bynes isn't walking the same path as Britney Spears ... a judge just signed off on her conservatorship remaining in place for at least another year and change.
The former child star had a status hearing in her conservatorship case this week -- and the judge scheduled the next status hearing for March 8, 2023 ... so it looks like Amanda's case will continue until at least then, unless something changes.
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the conservatorship must file its next update by January 2023. Amanda's mother serves as her conservator.
Amanda was placed under the conservatorship in 2013 after a string of bizarre episodes -- including a disturbing store surveillance video -- that revealed her mental health struggles.
Since then, she's been relatively low-key ... staying out of the spotlight and pursuing other things outside of acting, like a design career via the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She's also gotten engaged and dabbled in rap music too.
Amid all that ... her conservatorship has remained in place to look out for her well-being.

It was the Culpo Bowl between the Carolina Panthers and NY Jets on Sunday ... 'cause Olivia Culpo and her sister, Sophia, got to watch their NFL star boyfriends face off against each other!!!
Of course, OC has been dating Panthers superstar running back Christian McCaffrey for about 2 years ... and her little sis went "IG official" with Jets WR Braxton Berrios back on Valentine's Day.
So, when the Jets and Panthers faced off in Charlotte in Week 1, the Culpo sisters had to split up and root for opposing teams ... and there was plenty of friendly smack talk.
"Kiss my ass," Olivia told Sophia while flashing her butt ... as Sophia responded, "Oh we'll see, sis. WE. WILL. SEE."
Ultimately, the Panthers came away with the 19-14 win ... but both guys balled out.
CMC had 98 yards on the ground and added 89 receiving yards ... and Berrios had 5 receptions for 51 yards.
The foursome definitely enjoyed the offseason ... taking several romantic trips in paradise.
No matter what happens during the 2021 season, one thing's for sure -- Braxton and Christian are both winners off the field.

Netflix's 'Buried By The Bernards' You Gave Us The Wrong Ashes!!!
-
Exclusive
11:03 AM PT -- The attorney for R. Bernard Funeral Homes, Randall Fishman, tells TMZ ... the remains of the body were, indeed, given to the family in question. He further explains that when a cremation is done there, a metal disc is placed into the incinerator with a number ... so no mix-ups on whose remains you might have can occur.
Further, Fishman says the reason the Velasquez family might think there was a horrible mistake is because an incorrect name label was placed onto the urn they brought in and requested to have the remains transferred to -- but he assures us Anita's ashes are in there.
He also says that after the family asked for compensation for their trip -- which he claims they were offered -- the Velasquezes supposedly changed their mind. Fishman adds that his client regrets the confusion, but again insists that they have their mother's remains.
The funeral service featured in the Netflix reality comedy series "Buried By The Bernards" is being accused of a colossal screwup ... a family claims they were sent the wrong ashes.
Alfred Velasquez tells TMZ … his mother, Anita Velasquez, died in February from kidney failure and was cremated through R. Bernard Funeral Services in Memphis, the place featured on the Netflix show.
The Velasquez family claims they picked up the ashes from the funeral parlor in March, but when they went to spread them on their late mother's birthday in July, they noticed a tag with a different person's information.
We're told the Velasquez fam had traveled all the way to Florida to spread the ashes in the ocean as one of Anita's last wishes, and when they noticed the issue, they reached out to the funeral home.
The family claims they were told the company would look into it and get back to them ... but we're told the funeral home called back and said the family had the correct ashes.
Nevertheless, the company offered to reimburse him $2,000 for the funeral expenses.
The family's since made a complaint with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance and we're told the family is considering their legal options.
According to legal docs, R. Bernard Funeral Services says the family received the correct ashes, but another person's papers were accidentally placed inside the urn.
We reached out to the funeral service ... so far, no word back.

Josh Homme Daughter Camille Gets TRO Granted Alleging Same Thing as Bros.

7:18 AM PT -- 9/13 -- Through a rep, Camille tells TMZ, "My DVRO isn’t fake and was NOT written by my Mom! It’s a means to an end. Everything in there is something I SAW, EXPERIENCED, and HEARD and is 100% true. To deny that is to deny the human right of free speech. I wish I could’ve protected my brothers under it, but unfortunately, the law says otherwise.”
Josh Homme's two younger children struck out getting restraining orders against their dad, but their older sister didn't -- and now, he's gotta steer clear of her until a hearing can be held.
15-year-old Camille Homme filed for a TRO this past week in Santa Monica -- which a judge signed off on ... but only as it pertains to herself. Camille asked for the court-ordered forcefield to be applied to her younger siblings, Wolf and Orrin, but got denied there.
Still ... she's got protection against her father, for now, which means he has to stay at least 100 yards away from her, and avoid contact until they can hash this out officially later this month.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Camille reasserts what her brothers claimed in their own bids for TROs on Thursday -- namely, that Josh allegedly abuses them physically and emotionally with flicks to the ear, put-downs, threats against their mother/her BF and groping of the boys' privates ... all of which he's denied.
Even on this latest development -- his attorney, Susan E. Wiesner, suggests it's just the doing of Josh's ex-wife, Brody Dalle, telling TMZ ... "We believe that this DV, which was prepared by Brody, in her handwriting on the forms, was filed in retaliation for Josh obtaining a TRO against Brody for her physical abuse of Josh, among other things involving the children."
As we reported ... Orrin and Wolf's TRO requests were shot down both in SM and DTLA.

Rob Gronkowski TE Will Retire When Tom Brady Retires ... Gronk's Bro Says

Tom Brady's retirement will mark the end of TWO Hall of Fame careers ... so says Chris Gronkowski, who tells TMZ Sports his bro, Rob Gronkowski, will officially quit when the QB does.
"Whatever Tom has left," Chris says, "I think that's what Rob has left as well."
As for why ... Chris says it's simple -- he just can't fathom Rob sticking around and catching passes from a different style of signal-caller.
"I just can't see him playing with another quarterback," Chris tells us. "It's tough to get that chemistry. It's tough to win once you lose that QB."
Tom has said his goal is to play until he's 45 years old and then reevaluate things ... which means he's looking to strap up the pads through at least the 2022 season.
And, at 32 years old, that wouldn't seem too farfetched for Gronk ... but, remember, the tight end has dealt with plenty of injuries in his career -- including "probably" 20 concussions.
But, Rob looked healthy as ever in the Bucs' season-opening win over the Cowboys on Thursday ... and Chris tells us he could see Rob's career continue if Tom decides he wants to play another FIVE years.

Britney Spears I Want Jodi Montgomery to Stay on With Me ... Even After Conservatorship Ends
-
Exclusive
- 2.7K shares
Britney Spears wants to end her conservatorship ASAP, but she doesn't want to let go of her personal conservator ... TMZ has learned.
Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney wants Jodi Montgomery to stay on her payroll indefinitely ... beyond the life of the conservatorship, which could -- repeat -- could end soon.
Our sources say Britney has told multiple people in her camp she has already asked Jodi to stay on ... performing various tasks including dealing with her doctors, making various appointments, making sure she takes the right regimen of meds, arranging meals and chefs, handling the house staff, organizing recreational outings, etc.
We're told Britney has assured people in her camp Jodi has agreed to stay on even if the conservatorship terminates.
What's interesting ... so far Britney and co. have not filed legal docs asking to end the conservatorship. As we reported, her lawyer, Matt Rosengart, has said this is a 2-step process ... getting Jamie out of the conservatorship first, and then putting the conservatorship itself in the crosshairs.
It would seem Jamie's filing this week changes things dramatically. He's already agreed to step down at the next hearing on Sept. 29, so it seems step 1 has already been handled. Jamie has now filed docs asking the judge to terminate the conservatorship without a mental evaluation. Both Britney and Rosengart have called this a major victory, but they have yet to follow suit by filing similar docs asking to pull the plug on the conservatorship.

James Corden is getting protection from a woman he claims keeps showing up at his home, venting her frustration over his wife and imagining them getting hitched.
"The Late Late Show" host's legal team beelined it to court and got a temporary restraining order ... to protect James and his family from a 30-year-old woman he claims has been harassing them for months.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, James claims the woman staked out his Los Angeles home on multiple occasions, including a 6-day stretch this summer where he says she was camped outside his residence in her car and only left when cops got involved.
James claims the woman's harassing behavior keeps escalating, and he says she even showed up at "The Late Late Show" set claiming she was there to marry him.
Marriage seems to be a theme here, even though James says he doesn't know the woman. He claims she told cops they were planning to travel to Las Vegas to get hitched, and says she's expressed frustration that his wife "stole" him from her and once his wife is "out of the picture" they can be together.
James says she's concerned the woman was able to find his home and keeps coming back ... and he fears she poses a threat to his wife and kids.
The judge granted James' temporary restraining order, requiring the woman to stop all attempts to contact him and stay 100 yards away from him, his wife and their kids.

Britney Spears 'Ecstatic' Her Dad Wants to end Conservatorship ... But Relationship is Still Ice-Cold
-
Exclusive
Britney Spears is taking her dad at face value -- that he's down with ending the conservatorship -- and she is beyond happy.
Sources directly connected to Britney tell TMZ ... she's "ecstatic" Jamie has filed legal docs not only asking the judge to terminate the conservatorship, but to do so without another mental evaluation. Britney was adamant about this back in June when she testified in court.
We're told she views Jamie's 180 as a "total victory," and believes public pressure as well as the pressure applied by her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, are responsible for his about-face.
That said, our sources tell us Britney's view of her dad and their relationship has not changed. She's still extremely angry at him over his role in the conservatorship.
We're also told Britney wants the issue of termination front and center at the next hearing on Sept. 29. As we reported, the purpose of that hearing is to discuss Jamie's future in the conservatorship. Britney wants him out and Jamie has already said he'll go.
Britney has not yet filed legal docs to end the conservatorship. Rosengart has said this is a 2-step process, the first of which is removing Jamie. He has not indicated when he might file docs to terminate, but now that Jamie has made his move, we're told Britney wants the issue squarely raised during the hearing.
As we reported, our Jamie sources say the docs he filed were designed to call the bluff on his critics ... he has been steadfast for years, and very recently as well, that Britney needs the guidance of a conservatorship to survive because of her condition. Although Jamie now says the conservatorship should end without a mental evaluation, our sources say he believes the judge will still order one. He has said in the past ... he does not believe the judge will cut the cord on the 13-year conservatorship.
Stay tuned ...

Nick Cannon isn't pumping the brakes on expanding his fam, in fact, he's open to having more kids -- but adds the final decision is really up to a higher power.
We got Nick and Jim Jones Tuesday in Harlem and our photog asked Nick if he's going to stop having kids now that he's had 7, including his son Zen and twins Zion and Zillion earlier this year.
Nick says he's got no problem welcoming more kids into the world, as long as it's part of God's plan. Basically, if it's God's will ... he'll keep fathering as many children as possible.
We also asked Nick the secret to being prodigious, seeing as he's an expert in that area, and his answer is pretty short and sweet. Nick's definitely got some swimmers -- and he also jokes about opening his own "Cannon Sperm Bank."
As for Jim, he wasn't talking kids, he was playing tour guide, walking Nick down 125th St. -- which is also the setting for the duo's new movie "A Miracle on 125th St."

Jamie Spears The Inside Story on His Move to End Britney's Conservatorship
-
Exclusive
Jamie Spears has done a 180 in the conservatorship battle over his daughter, but our sources say ... do NOT take the latest twist at face value.
Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ -- just one month ago Jamie was deeply concerned about his daughter's mental health. Our sources say Jamie feared the worst if the judge ended the conservatorship. He believed Britney's mental health was deteriorating.
Jamie, we're told, felt Jodi Montgomery -- Britney's personal conservator -- was not protecting his daughter and felt her motivation was saving her own job.
Jamie told people around him, "She's never getting out of the conservatorship," and our sources say he wasn't saying this to be draconian ... he believed it was necessary for her survival.
Now, Jamie says he believes Britney is able to care for herself, make financial decisions and run her life without any guidance. So, he's asking the judge to end the conservatorship. And, here's the key -- he's asking the judge to pull the plug without doing a mental evaluation.
So, why the radical change? As one source told us ... he's calling their bluff. Multiple sources say Jamie believes Britney has not gotten better ... he thinks she's gotten worse. One source put it this way ... "He knows how mentally ill his daughter is, and has genuinely tried to protect her."
Jamie, we're told, has no love lost for Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart. By filing the latest legal docs, in a sense, Jamie thinks he trumped Rosengart, who has not yet filed a motion to end the conservatorship -- something he calls out in his legal docs. This puts Rosengart in an interesting position ... whether to join forces with Jamie at the Sept. 29 hearing and end the conservatorship, or not.
It's almost like saying, "Okay, you think the conservatorship should end. Then bring it on. Let's see what happens."
One source said they don't believe Jamie really wants the conservatorship to end, and certainly not without a medical evaluation. We're told Jamie does not believe the judge would terminate the conservatorship without a mental evaluation, and he has said privately he's sure that evaluation would present an insurmountable case to maintain the conservatorship.
So, he would get what he wants -- maintaining the conservatorship -- while also ending the lingering attacks targeting him. It might also ingratiate himself with his daughter.
And finally, according to a source directly connected to Jamie, he thinks his relationship with his daughter is not beyond repair. As the source said, "Jamie believes Britney will come back to him when things unravel again. She always has before."

Britney Spears Jamie Asks Judge to Terminate Conservatorship
-
Exclusive Details
- 16.2K shares
In a stunning move, Jamie Spears is not just asking to leave Britney Spears' conservatorship, he's asking the judge to end it altogether.
In Jamie's documents, he says the judge saw fit to let his daughter hire her own lawyer, in Jamie's mind he says if she's allowed to do that there is no longer a legal basis to impose the restrictions that go along with the conservatorship.
As he says in the docs, "In so doing [allowing her to hire a lawyer], this Court has recognized that Ms. Spears has both the capacity and capability to identify, engage, and instruct counsel of her own choice, on her own, without the assistance of the Conservator or the Court. If Ms. Spears has the capability to engage counsel on her own, she presumably has capacity to handle other contractual and business matters."
Jamie notes Britney wants the conservatorship terminated without medical evaluation, and there's no requirement under California law for such an evaluation.
Jamie now says the conservatorship has lasted a LONG time -- 13 years -- and things have changed "to such an extent that grounds for establishment of a conservatorship may no longer exist."
As Jamie says, he wants best for his daughter, and if she wants out of the conservatorship and believes she can handle her own life, he feels she should get that chance.
Jamie notes his daughter pled with the court to have her life back without the safety rails of a conservatorship, she wants to make her own decisions, and he's now good with this.
Jamie says, "Ms. Spears has told this Court that she wants control of her life back without the safety rails of a conservatorship. She wants to be able to make decisions regarding her own medical care, deciding when, where and how often to get therapy."
He goes on ... "She wants to control the money she has made from her career and spend it without supervision or oversight. She wants to be able to get married and have a baby, if she so chooses. In short, she wants to live her life as she chooses without the constraints of a conservator or court proceeding."
And, he says, "If Ms. Spears wants to terminate the conservatorship and believes that she can handle her own life, Mr. Spears believes she should get that chance."
Jamie threw a little shade on Britney's lawyer, by saying, "Ms. Spears recently testified that she did not know, at least in the past, that she could petition to end the conservatorship without submitting to a full psychological evaluation. Given Ms. Spears' testimony, Mr. Spears does not know why a petition to terminate the conservatorship has not yet been filed."
Jamie also notes Britney "has recently demonstrated a level of independence that calls into question whether a conservator of the person is required." He points to the fact she's now driving again and wants to control her therapy sessions. He goes on to say there's no need anymore for Jodi Montgomery and she should also be discharged.
This is a seismic move ... there's a hearing set for Sept. 29 in which Jamie was supposed to step down as conservator of Britney's estate, but now he wants to short-circuit the process and end the long-running conservatorship entirely.
