Kelly Osbourne's Weight-Loss Surgery Changed Her Life

Published

Kelly Osbourne's had to deal with plenty of loss -- about 85 pounds of body weight, that is!

The reality television star has managed to completely change her physique, and she's been open about the ups and downs in size she's experienced in the past.

We're going to look into what she's gone through to slim down ... and how a surgical procedure completely changed her life.

Kelly Lost 85 Pounds After Undergoing Weight-Loss Surgery

Osbourne's weight-loss journey kicked off in the late 2010s when she underwent gastric sleeve surgery, in which a portion of her stomach was removed from her body.

She remained enthusiastic about the results of the procedure years after it was completed, and described the surgery as "the best thing I have ever done" during an appearance on the Hollywood Raw podcast.

Osbourne pointed out, however, that going through with the procedure meant she had to change her mindset about health, and she recalled she went through "a year of stand-alone therapy to prepare myself for the surgery."

She went on to say she had to become more disciplined about both fitness and monitoring her food intake in the years since her surgery.

However, she's also expressed she truly doesn't care about outside opinions with regard to her procedure ... and told the podcast's host she doesn't "give a f*** what anyone has to say."

Her Weight Fluctuated Before And After Her Pregnancy

Osbourne's also been open about how her health was affected by her pregnancy -- she gave birth to her son Sidney in November 2022.

The reality television star developed gestational diabetes while preparing for the birth of her child -- who she shares with Slipknot member Sid Wilson -- and recalled she had to closely monitor her food intake in the months prior to her baby's arrival.

Osbourne told People she "didn't get to have the pregnancy where you eat whatever you want. It sucked. I was hungry for nine months."

After she gave birth to her son, however, she began to push the limits of how much weight she could lose to unhealthy levels.

Osbourne opened up about her postpartum period in an appearance on the Scheananigans With Scheana Shay podcast, and admitted she went "too far" with her weight loss.

Osbourne Hasn't Used Ozempic -- But She's Got Nothing Against The Jab

While many of her fans surmised she had lost her baby weight through the use of Ozempic, the reality television mainstay flat-out denied the claims during an interview with Extra.

Osbourne said she'd put off the pounds the old-fashioned way ... cutting out sugar and carbohydrates, which caused her to shrink "rapidly."

The thing is, she doesn't judge anyone who turns to the celebrity-favorite weight-loss medication -- including her mother Sharon -- and sees the jab as an effective and modern method of slimming down in size.

Osbourne voiced her approval of Ozempic while speaking to E! News, and said she was a fan of losing weight "through something that's isn't as boring as working out."

She also described the medication as "amazing," and added she felt as if "people hate on it because they want to do it."

Sharon Osbourne's Weight-Loss Journey ... With 'Too Much' Medication

Published | Updated

Sharon Osbourne's no stranger to body modification, and many of her changes in recent years have been related to her physique.

However, the reality television mainstay has made no secret of the extremes she reached while changing her body.

We're going to take a look at just how far she's pushed herself in the past and see how her actions could impact her future.

Sharon's Undergone Various Weight-Loss Procedures

Osbourne's been open about the causes of her size issues in the past, and she told E! News a longstanding eating disorder had been the root of many of her body-related concerns.

The wife of former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne recalled undergoing gastric band surgery, which restricted the top part of her stomach in an effort to reduce her appetite.

She's also undergone a sleeve gastrectomy, during which a portion of her stomach was removed in order to form it into a tube-like structure.

However, Osbourne -- who confessed her weight peaked at 230 pounds -- pointed out she doesn't judge anyone for turning to weight-loss methods ... including medications.

She went on to state that, while she had attempted exercising, she ultimately determined that she was "too lazy for that."

She 'Couldn't Stop Losing Weight' After Taking Ozempic

Osbourne has also been transparent about her use of the celebrity-favorite weight-loss medication Ozempic, which she started using in 2022.

Although she utilized the GLP-1 medication for a few months, she stopped taking the jab after she found herself in a place where she "couldn't stop losing weight," according to the Daily Mail.

Osbourne also admitted she couldn't "afford to lose any more" weight, as getting any lighter would be dangerous for her body.

She then described the weight-loss drug as "very dangerous" if used in excess, as she found it to be "addicting."

Osbourne added she wanted to warn teenagers away from using GLP-1 drugs, which are "too easy" to abuse.

Osbourne Doesn't Feel Ashamed About Using Weight-Loss Medication

While Osbourne's been clear regarding her feelings about Ozempic usage, she doesn't think less of anyone for utilizing the medication, and she told E! News users shouldn't view their use of weight-loss drugs as "a dirty little secret."

The reality television mainstay has since revealed she's come to terms with her body-related concerns in recent years, and claimed she was "through with the weight loss and all that cosmetic stuff" during an interview with The Guardian.

She did admit, however, that she had used what she described as "too much" of the GLP-1 medication, which left her in a position where she "can't put on weight."

Osbourne added that, after going through various physical changes and ceasing her use of the weight-loss drug, she had "finally become more accepting of my body, my looks."

She then quipped her husband feels as if she had ended up looking "like Nancy Reagan" after all of her physical changes.

Whoopi Goldberg's Weight Loss ... With the Help of Mounjaro

Published | Updated

Whoopi Goldberg's weight loss has taken plenty of time -- but it's all been worth it, as she's come down from a peak weight of 300 pounds!

The thing is, the talk show host had a bit of help along the way ... from the celebrity-favorite weight-loss medication Mounjaro, that is.

We're going to learn just why the actress chose to take the jab during her weight-loss journey and see how her life has changed ever since she started taking the medication.

Whoopi's Fans Thought She Was Wearing A Fat Suit For A Role

Goldberg revealed she first needed to make a change in her life after hearing comments about her body from a woman who had seen her portrayal of Alma Carthan in the 2022 drama film "Till."

The performer opened up about the incident while appearing on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," and recalled the individual said she "thought I was wearing a fat suit" in the film.

The actress said the statement made her "indignant" ... although she later realized the comment made her pay closer attention to her health.

Goldberg went on to reveal she clocked in at 300 pounds at the time of the incident, after which she decided to start making changes in her lifestyle.

She Wants To Destigmatize The Use Of Weight-Loss Medications

Goldberg subsequently started using Mounjaro in order to drop the weight ... and she went on to speak about her use of the medication during an episode of "The View."

The performer told E! News she wanted to help destigmatize the use of weight-loss drugs, and suggested "maybe the key is to stop judging everybody."

She acknowledged while she wanted her fans to pay closer attention to their bodies as they grow older, maintaining a healthy figure later in life can be difficult.

Goldberg told her fans if they were to hit a point where their concern about their health fell "to the ground," they should "pick it up, put it over the back and keep it moving."

Whoopi's Been Featured In Weight-Loss Ads ... Without Her Permission

Although the talk show host made a point of speaking about her Mounjaro use, she hasn't actually promoted any weight-loss drugs -- at least, not with her permission.

On another episode of "The View," Goldberg claimed her image had been fed into an A.I. program and repurposed to promote an unspecified medication.

The actress told The Hollywood Reporter she was greatly troubled by the unauthorized use of her image to promote weight-loss drugs, which she described as "a lot of BS."

She also advised her fans that any advertisement featuring her voice and likeness was false "unless I say, ‘Hey it’s me, Whoopi.’ That’s how you know it’s me."

Kathy Bates' Weight Loss ... With and Without Ozempic!

Published | Updated

Kathy Bates has become an example of self-determination paying off -- as she was able to drop an impressive 100 pounds over the past few years.

However, a lot of hard work went into her physical transformation, which was spurred by a harrowing health scare.

We're going to look into the "Misery" star's impressive weight loss and see why her newfound interest in wellness has greatly improved her quality of life.

Kathy Changed Her Habits After Being Diagnosed With Type 2 Diabetes

Bates was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2017, and she told People the disease had been prevalent within her family.

The performer told the publication several of her family members had been dealing with various complications from the condition, and her own diagnosis "scared me straight."

She stated that being told she was going to be living with the disease inspired her to start making changes in her diet and wellness routine.

Bates recalled having to completely switch up her diet, and admitted she "used to eat terribly," and at odd hours.

She remarked her niece had advised her she'd experience "an involuntary sigh" after becoming full, and she would stop eating after noticing the reflex.

She Lost 100 Pounds Through Workouts ... And Ozempic

Bates went on to tell the outlet that in addition to making changes with her eating habits, she started prioritizing her own fitness and became more serious about working out.

But she maintained she was committed to remaining independent while working out, and remarked she didn't want "anybody over my shoulder."

While Bates claimed that 80 out of the 100 pounds she lost were due to changes in her lifestyle, she admitted she shed the final 20 through the use of Ozempic.

The performer stressed that, although she was aware of claims her weight loss was achieved solely through her use of the celebrity-favorite medication, she wanted her fans to know she truly is dedicated to her health.

Bates remarked that the physical aspect of her lifestyle change "was hard work for me, especially during the pandemic."

Bates' Life Greatly Improved Following Her Slim-Down

The actress then expressed her life had greatly improved following her weight loss, as she became "capable" of working long days on set.

Bates added she'd become able to "do so many things that I couldn’t before" while working on the set of "Matlock," in which she stars.

Another benefit of her weight loss is the effects on the symptoms of her lymphedema, which causes swelling in various parts of her body.

The actress said she felt "such a thrill to be able to put my arm into a jacket and it fits."

Bates concluded by saying her weight loss had been an overall "emotional" experience.

Meghan Trainor's Weight-Loss Journey ... And Plastic Surgery!

Published

Meghan Trainor started off her career by being outwardly proud of her frame, which brought her plenty of attention from both critics and fans.

But she's since shed much of her weight, and her newly svelte physique has allowed her to completely rework her image.

Here's a look at how the "All About That Bass" singer pushed off the pounds -- with a little extra help from Mounjaro.

Meghan Began Losing Weight After Becoming A Mom

Trainor's weight-loss journey started after she welcomed her first son, Riley, in 2021.

The performer told People that after she became a mother, she entered a "really dark place," and she claimed she was the "heaviest I'd ever been."

However, Trainor recalled she recognized the need to maintain her mental well-being, and credited her first son with motivating her to make positive changes in her life.

She stated that in an effort to work her way out of the hole, she began working out regularly and started "seeing the pounds come off one week at a time."

The singer briefly paused her weight-loss journey during her second pregnancy, and after welcoming her second son, Barry, in January of 2023, she resumed her workouts.

She's Been Open About Her Workouts And Dieting

Trainor has since credited her dedication to fitness as one of the chief reasons for her major drop in size.

The hitmaker spoke about her routines in the gym in an interview with Women's Health, claiming she'd "lost so much weight that my booty is looking different."

She also gave the publication a look into her regular movements, and remarked that while she had become fond of strength-training, excessive running "made me swollen."

Trainor said she'd completely changed up her diet to focus on protein-heavy items, which helped her recover quicker in the gym.

The performer quipped that she -- as well as her husband Daryl Sabara -- were "always looking" for food-prep companies with high-protein options.

Meghan's Admitted To Using Weight-Loss Medications

Trainor has also admitted she's used weight-loss medication -- specifically Mounjaro -- to aid in her weight-loss process.

The "Made You Look" singer gave her fans a bit of insight into her history with the medication during an episode of her "Workin' On It" podcast, and she claimed Mounjaro came with "less side effects" than other popular weight-loss drugs.

She also claimed she'd done plenty of research into the product prior to actually taking the jabs.

Trainor then remarked her husband was using the medication as well, and quipped they "do everything together."

The performer subsequently requested her former fans who had been put off by her weight loss to either "leave me alone or stop talking about my body."

Meghan's Admitted To Using Weight-Loss Medications

Trainor has also augmented her body with various cosmetic treatments and procedures, in addition to the weight drop.

The singer has spoken openly about undergoing breast-augmentation surgery, which took place in early 2025, according to People.

Trainor also told the outlet that she'd "never been more comfortable in my body" following the enhancements.

However, the songwriter's also been open about the procedures that didn't work out so well ... and admitted on an episode of Workin' On It that her extensive Botox use hindered her ability to smile.

She claimed "nobody warned me" about the potential drawbacks of getting the cosmetic injections when she was looking into the medications.

How Scott Disick Lost Weight After His Car Accident

Published

Scott Disick gave much of his fan base a fright when he got into a serious car accident in 2022.

And although many of the reality television mainstay's fans feared for his well-being in the aftermath of the harrowing wreck, he used his recovery period as an opportunity to place more of an emphasis on his physical well-being.

We're going to take a look at the incident that shook the entrepreneur to his core -- and inspired him to address his weight issues by using medication.

Disick Experienced A Major Scare When He Wrecked His Car

Disick's journey toward a healthier lifestyle kicked off in August of 2022, when he was in a single-car accident in Calabasas, California.

The reality television figure opened up about the incident during a 2023 episode of "The Kardashians," and stated via Us Weekly that he was on his way to pick up his son Mason, who he was supposed to take to a movie.

According to Disick, he was driving his Lamborghini SUV down a bumpy road when he briefly lost control of the vehicle and hit a pillar.

He recalled he was left "strapped in and hanging" in his car after the vehicle made a "somersault" from the collision.

While Disick's injuries were determined to have been non-life-threatening, he said his car was totaled.

Disick Adopted A Less Active Lifestyle Following The Accident

The "Flip It Like Disick" star went on to reveal he'd begun exercising less following the accident in a subsequent episode of "The Kardashians," as he had started experiencing back pain after the crash, per E! News.

The reality television figure stated his entire life had been changed by the wreck, and expressed he wasn't able to run properly due to the pain.

Disick admitted that after becoming more sedentary, he had picked up a habit of "pounding a whole box" of Hawaiian rolls on a nightly basis.

He also claimed he'd been drinking up to 20 cans of ginger ale per day, as he considered the beverage to be "soothing."

When asked about his habits by Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner, he "didn't realize what I was doing" to his body in the aftermath of the wreck.

He Started Taking Mounjaro To Aid In His Weight-Loss Journey

Disick eventually improved his eating habits, as seen in the Season 5 premiere of "The Kardashians," during which Kris and Khloe visited his home and peeked inside his fridge, which had been stocked with healthy items.

However, eagle-eyed viewers noticed the entrepreneur had several boxes of the weight-loss drug Mounjaro -- the effects of which are similar to Ozempic -- stored in his refrigerator.

While Disick didn't address the accidental reveal at first, he later spoke about the slip-up in a subsequent episode of the reality television series, and stated via Page Six that it was "tough" for him to carry around so much weight.

The entrepreneur went on to express he was fine with the accidental reveal, and noted that he wasn't "embarrassed" by the revelation.

Disick then remarked "everyone that has a problem with Mounjaro can suck my d***."

How Rebel Wilson Lost Weight And Changed Her Life

Published

Rebel Wilson's become a prime example of the potential that comes with a weight change, as she's begun taking on more mature roles in her later years.

However, she hasn't had an easy road to a healthier lifestyle, as she was previously restricted from changing her larger body size.

Here's a look at how the "Bridesmaids" star's decision to adopt fitness-centered habits led to a complete switch-up in the new stages of her career.

Wilson Wasn't Allowed To Change Her Body Size

Wilson's breakout came in the 2012 musical comedy film "Pitch Perfect," in which she portrayed wisecracking a cappella singer Patricia "Fat Amy" Hobart.

While the film's success launched her career and led to the production of two sequels, she later revealed that she was contractually restricted from changing her body size while starring in the films.

The performer made the revelation during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she stated that, while she had become interested in losing weight following the premiere of "Pitch Perfect," she wasn't allowed to lose or gain more than ten pounds.

The actress went on to state that she felt as if she had been "pigeonholed" into "playing that fat, funny friend," even in films outside the "Pitch Perfect" franchise.

Wilson added that, while she did enjoy appearing in those types of roles, she wanted to explore further opportunities that pushed her further as an actress.

She Became Dedicated To Fitness During The Pandemic

The "Isn't It Romantic" star began taking her health seriously following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, which afforded her an opportunity to reexamine her relationship with her physique.

Wilson admitted that she had engaged in "emotional eating" and been lax with her dieting at the start of the pandemic during an interview with People.

However, she then stated that at a certain point, she was able to change her view of the circumstances and saw the period of downtime as a "great opportunity" to begin making healthier choices and began what she described as a "year of health."

Wilson began working with a nutritionist, who helped to curb her habit of "probably eating 3,000 calories most days," and she was later able to achieve a "healthy balance" between going to the gym, eating right and indulging responsibly.

Wilson Used The Potential Of Motherhood As Inspiration

The performer also gave further insight into her decision to lose weight while speaking with The Sunday Times and revealed that a conversation with a fertility doctor pushed her further towards adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Wilson stated the doctor told her she would likely have a better chance with IVF treatments if she were to lose weight, after which she went headfirst into the world of fitness.

The actress also admitted that she had tried Ozempic during her weight loss journey, although she did not stick with the medication for very long.

She added that, after trying out "crazy" workouts while navigating her "complicated" relationship with eating, she was able to lose eighty pounds and achieve an ideal body size.

Wilson's Hard Work Ultimately Paid Off

Wilson's since stated that her weight loss has resulted in a complete change in her career, which has led to her taking on more dramatic roles.

The performer made the claim during an interview with Sirius XM's Ben Harlum, where she remarked that she was able to "untypecast" herself after slimming down.

She added that, while she initially entered Hollywood in order to take on dramatic roles, her work in comedy paid the bills and raised her public profile.

Wilson then quipped that she almost felt as if she was "going back to my roots as an actress" in taking on less comedic parts.

OPRAH SAYS GOODBYE TO WEIGHTWATCHERS After Weight Loss Meds Admission

Published | Updated

Oprah is parting ways with WeightWatchers after nearly a decade ... a decision that comes on the heels of criticism about her proudly revealing she uses a weight loss drug.

The weight loss company made it clear in its official statement Wednesday there's no bad blood with Oprah ... and her departure from the Board of Directors isn't due to any disagreements with the company or anything related to the company's operations, policies, or practices.

WW's CEO Sima Sistani says, "While I and the rest of our directors will certainly miss her in our board meetings following the end of her current term, she remains a strong strategic voice and collaborator with WeightWatchers."

That being said ... Oprah's departure comes a few months after confessing to using weight-loss drugs in December -- the admission raised eyebrows, especially as she'd spoken out against medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro months earlier.

As we reported ... Oprah revealed she dropped 40 pounds in 2023, and part of her strategy involved medication prescribed by doctors -- but she's never revealed the drug's name.

Some people, most notably fitness guru Jillian Michaels, criticized O for not being transparent that WeightWatchers had invested in a popular weight loss drug. The speculation was Oprah stood to profit greatly from advocating for the use of such medication.

Oprah's actually directly addressing that criticism as she leaves the company -- WW says she's donating her 1.4% stake in WW to the National Museum of African American History and Culture to "eliminate any perceived conflict of interest around her taking weight loss medications."

BTW ... the announcement her bolting from WW is putting a hurting on the company's stock -- it plummeted more than 20% immediately after the news broke Thursday morning.

Dr. Terry Dubrow Jillian Knows Fitness ... But Ozempic Take Not Medically Valid

LEAVE IT TO THE MEDICAL SPECIALISTS
BACKGRID

Jillian Michaels and Dr. Terry Dubrow have been trading shots over Ozempic lately -- and the good doc is the latest to fire back ... telling us she should stay in her lane cause she has no proper medical credentials.

We got the "Botched" star outside Craig's Thursday ... and he doubles down on his initial claims against her ... practically shouting from the rooftops this time that her career as a personal trainer doesn't permit her to dish out medical advice.

Despite publicly discrediting her PT career yet again, he appears to extend an olive branch ... saying she's actually great at her job -- but it's a back-handed compliment ... 'cause he says she still doesn't have medical validation to influence others against weight loss drugs.

Now, Terry does offer her a solution if she feels an absolute need to continue doing so -- Take her MCAT and go to med school. Savage!

He also says the article Jillian cited in which he appeared to agree with her anti-Ozempic stance was taken out of context and doesn't hold up her argument -- explaining he was only being interviewed about the dangers of Ozempic ... hence why he was discussing it's side effects.

That's not all ... TD also ain't here for Jillian's claims she's the utmost authority on weight loss ... suggesting if that was the case, then she'd already be aware that diet and exercise alone doesn't cut it when tackling the obesity problem.

He says bottom line, any medication can be dangerous, but drugs like Ozempic are saving lives -- so Jillian needs to mind her own business and leave the advice to those with qualifications.

For good measure, the doc's wife, Heather Dubrow, jumps in ... saying she's known him for 30 years and he never changes his mind on anything -- an apparent shot at JM to back down and accept defeat.

Though, Jillian's known for being outspoken ... and it's probably a matter of time before she retaliates ... so looks like Ozempic battle between the two will rage on for a while.

JILLIAN MICHAELS FIRES BACK AT DR. TERRY DUBROW ... 'He Also Believes Ozempic is Dangerous!'

Jillian Michaels gave Dr. Terry Dubrow a taste of his own medicine ... this after he implored people to ignore her anti-Ozempic stance cause she was merely a personal trainer.

We got JM on "TMZ Live" Thursday ... who says, contrary to what Dubrow believes, she's actually the foremost expert when it comes to helping people lose weight -- and says he shared her same views on the drug not too long ago ... pulling out receipts for evidence.

Jillian cites a July 2023 NY Post interview with the "Botched" star ... where, sure enough, he urged the weight loss community to raise awareness of the dangers of Ozempic ... saying it could cost people their lives.

The article also claims that 3 of TD's patients were hospitalized at the time ... over intestinal problems and pancreatitis linked with Ozempic use.

So, yeah ... Jillian doubles down here on her OG assertion that Ozempic isn't the silver bullet solution for weight loss ... adding if it were the easy way out, she too would be using it.

In fact, she tells us if she believed the drug could healthily cure obesity... she'd also sell it through her weight loss platform/app -- profiting from it both personally and professionally.

The bottom line is she's merely trying to educate people on the side effects of Ozempic -- and clearly thinks Dubrow's attack on her was unwarranted.

Working The F*** Out!

50 Cent is nipping any notions he’s hopping on the celebrity Ozempic trend in the bud — he dropped pounds the ‘ol fashioned way!!!

The “In Da Club” rapper recently posted an IG flick rocking a noticeably slimmer frame — 43 pounds to be exact — and blew off accusations he binged on the diabetic drug to shred the pounds.

50 told his nosy fans he went from 253 pounds to 210 pounds — gym sessions and his recent Final Lap Tour also provided some much-needed cardio.

Fans mocked 50’s weight during his Super Bowl performance where he joined Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J. Blige on stage … and now they’re praising his natural bod from natural means.

Medical experts are still warning the public not to write off Ozempic completely ... Dr. Terry Dubrow recently told TMZ that the drug is still a viable weight loss option ... under a doctor's supervision, that is.

Let's get right into it with "TMZ Live" ... where we dove into the legendary fitness guru JM going after Ms. Winfrey for what she claimed were financial reasons on the issue of Ozempic.

Check out the full segment to get the gist of what exactly this was all about -- but basically, Jillian was suggesting Oprah has a vested interest in making sure the magic weight loss drug does well on the market ... and it all has to do with a stake she owns in WeightWatchers.

Up next, we got "TMZ on TV" ... where the gang tackled this "Lizzie McGuire" reboot that was scrapped by the Mouse House -- all 'cause some of the material they were writing/shooting at the time wasn't exactly family-friendly.

You'll see what we mean by the convo here ... Hilary Duff was living as a full-grown 30-something woman -- that is, until Disney pulled the plug.

Lastly, we have "TMZ Sports" ... where Michael Babcock and Mojo talked about Reba and Post Malone taking a crack at the anthem and "America the Beautiful" for the upcoming Super Bowl.

They had some hot takes and then some on that one. Take a listen for yourself -- and make sure to watch all of TMZ's shows through your local listings!!!

Jillian Michaels Claims Oprah Profits Off Ozempic

Published | Updated

Jillian Michaels is floating a serious accusation about Oprah and Ozempic -- suggesting the TV icon is promoting the weight-loss drug 'cause it allegedly lines her own pockets.

The legendary fitness figure did an interview with Page Six this week in which she dished her thoughts on O's stunning body transformation over the past year -- which she recently revealed was tied to a medication she says she's now taking ... without naming Ozempic.

Still, most people assume she's on it -- just like every other celeb in Hollywood these days -- and Jillian thinks there's a big reason Oprah hopped on the bandwagon ... a monetary one.

Jillian points out that Oprah is a significant shareholder in Weight Watchers -- indeed, she has at least a 10% stake in the company -- and notes WW did, in fact, purchase a digital health platform that dabbles in the weight management last year, including Ozempic.

These things are true, and while Oprah might technically be benefitting financially from that deal -- as a shareholder of WW -- JM makes the leap that that's her true motivation here.

Of course, there's no solid evidence that's true as she frames it -- and yet, Jillian's standing firm on her theory.

Jillian's been railing on Ozempic for a minute, BTW.

We will say that Oprah's about-face on these types of medications was surprising -- not too long ago, she was speaking out against them ... but now, she seems all in on the trend.
