Demi Lovato's ex-fiance is defying reality claiming they haven't broken up ... because it ain't over 'till they say the words to one and other.

Max Ehrich went on a ramble Sunday night, saying, "Up to this moment we haven't spoken over the phone ... we haven't even officially ended anything to each other." He actually posted several messages on his Instagram story ... which he has since deleted.

The "Young and the Restless" actor makes it pretty clear he doesn't want to end the relationship ... professing his love to Demi ... "If you're reading this ... I love you always.... unconditionally... no matter what." He went on ... "I'm here in real time with y'all. I love Demetria and just want her to be healthy and safe."

Max also lobbied for Demi to get the Grammy she deserves, adding "Demetria is THEE best female vocalist alive. And everyone should know it."

As we reported ... Max, who also directed his fans to stream Demi's songs, claimed over the weekend he learned about their break-up when he read about it in the tabloids while filming on set ... insisting "this is the God's honest truth." Demi reportedly disputes Max's account ... her people say she and Max spoke, she told him it was over and about to come out in the media.

The Instagram stories came just days after Demi posted a picture without her engagement ring. The split comes just 2 months after he popped the question.

Kaia Gerber and Jacob Elordi keep sending signs they're a thing, and the latest is a tandem workout session ... in a gym. Relax.

The 19-year-old model and the "Euphoria" star went to the gym as a pair Wednesday in New York City, walking the streets in lockstep and adding more fuel to the dating rumors fire.

Kaia and Jacob have been linked together in recent weeks and now they're officially partners in fitness, at the very least.

Before getting closer and closer with Jacob, Kaia dated Pete Davidson -- and Jacob's been linked to his "Euphoria" co-star, Zendaya. They were reportedly dating back in February, but have since split.

No matter their relationship status, Kaia and Jacob better take extra care at their workout ... Jillian Michaels just warned folks about the dangers of going back to public gyms.

At least they're wearing masks. Smart kids.

Scott Disick has more time on his hands following his split from Sofia Richie, and he's spending a lot of it with Kourtney Kardashian ... but the exes aren't getting back together.

Sources close to Scott and Kourtney tell TMZ ... they're NOT a couple, even though they've been hanging out more since his breakup with Sofia.

We broke the story ... Scott and Sofia called it quits last month ... this time for good.

As you know ... Scott and Kourtney hit up Nobu in Malibu over the weekend, where they ate under the same roof as Sofia. Sushi by the ocean is a hot date for a lot of folks, but we're told not so for Scott and Kourtney.

Our sources tell us Scott and Kourtney still consider themselves a family and co-parenting their 3 children is a priority for both. Hence, the time they spend together, even when the kids aren't there, is still all about fam.

Consider their recent trip to Lake Coeur d'Alene in Idaho. We're told the kids had a blast, and Scott and Kourtney realized it's good for the fam and they want to do more of it.

These family outings were rare when Scott was dating Sofia.

Mariah Carey is finally admitting what fans have suspected for decades ... two songs from her classic '97 album "Butterfly" are about her fling with Derek Jeter!!!

Yep, Carey says both "The Roof" and "My All" were all about the NY Yankees legend ... who she began seeing back in 1997 after meeting him at a dinner party.

Carey was married to music mogul Tommy Mottola at the time, but the marriage was on the rocks ... and Carey was clearly infatuated with Jeter.

In her upcoming memoir, "The Meaning of Mariah Carey" (by way of Vulture) set to come out later this month ... the singer says "The Roof" was about her first kiss with Jeter, which took place on the roof of his apartment building.

Francesca Farago has moved on from her "Too Hot to Handle" fling with Harry Jowsey and linked up with another hot TV bachelor ... Jef Holm.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the 'THTH' star is now dating Jef, who was a star on Emily Maynard's season of "The Bachelorette" back in 2012 and, very briefly, her fiance.

We're told Francesca and Jef met about a month ago through her friend, Casey Boonstra, instantly bonded over their reality show backgrounds and sense of humor ... and have been pretty inseparable ever since.

They are currently on a vacation together along with a group of friends in Utah -- Jef's home state -- and partying in his parents' boat. We're told they haven't yet discussed labels, though -- no one's saying bf or gf just yet.

Francesca's heading back to see family in Canada in a few weeks, so they'll get their first taste of a long-distance relationship ... but then she'll be back in L.A. where they both live.

As we told you ... Francesca's dating life became the subject of rumors last week when she was seen out with "Love is Blind" star Damian Powers, but we learned it was strictly a friendly business dinner. Damian is still with his GF, Giannina Gibelli.

Kylie Jenner is still very much a single woman ... even though some recent photos from Paris might have suggested otherwise.

Sources close to Kylie tell TMZ ... the billionaire is NOT dating Fai Khadra -- despite rumors to the contrary -- they're just very good friends and have been part of each other's small social circle during the pandemic.

Kylie sent the rumor mill into overdrive Friday when she posted some pics with Fai in France, which made them look like a couple. But, we're told the two are NOT dating.

Our sources say Kylie and Fai also made a trip to Utah with friends earlier this summer, but still ... he's very much in the friend zone.

Remember ... Fai was Kendall Jenner's non-date, date in Santa Monica back in October, and we also squashed dating rumors back in 2018 when he grabbed juice with Kourtney Kardashian after her split from Younes Bendjima.

Bottom line from our sources ... Kylie's not currently dating anyone and she remains in a positive co-parenting relationship with Travis Scott.

North Korea's leader, Kim Jong-un, is out and about visiting cornfields and assessing damage from storms ... just days after reports claiming he's on his death bed.

The dictator held an ear of corn and spoke with officials Thursday following Typhoon Bavi hitting the South Hwanghae Province this week ... and the photos obviously fly in the face of claims he's in a coma.

Of course, it's hard to know what to believe when it comes to North Korea and KJU, so it's anyone's guess.

As we reported ... Chang Song-min -- a former aide to the late S. Korean President Kim Dae-jung -- told South Korean media Kim was in a coma and close to death based on intel he'd received.

This news came shortly after N. Korea's own National Intelligence Service said that Kim would be gradually transferring some authority to his younger sister, Kim Yo-jong, to "ease stress."

So, the coma theory could be plausible ... but it might also just be a bunch of corny nonsense.

Brian Austin Green might look like he's getting cozy with a new female in his life -- but turns out, she's not all that new ... and this is far from romantic, 'cause they're hatching a plan.

Here's BAG meeting Jennifer Flynn this week for a lunch date, where they were deep in conversation about a business they've been working on for 3 years. There's no PDA -- although you might think there is -- we've learned they're not dating.

Jennifer and Brian met 3 years ago at a July 4th party thrown by her mom, actress Jane Seymour. Jennifer and Brian started a company together called InteliQore, which helps people combat cyber-crimes as they happen in real-time. Sources close to the pair tell us they booted this up a few years back after both experienced online bullying and harassment in their respective fields.

They've developed products and services related to cybersecurity, and they're about to release their first product on the market, called TRIPP.

Kanye West's jealousy over Kim Kardashian meeting Meek Mill last year seems misplaced ... since it was in a very public group setting, and purely to talk prison reform.

Sources connected to the Kardashians and Meek tell us Kim's prison reform summit did go down at the Waldorf Astoria in L.A. -- as Kanye said on Twitter last night -- but Meek and Kim never met in a one-on-one setting.

We're told they were joined by philanthropist Clara Wu Tsai ... and the trio met in Jean-Georges restaurant at the Waldorf. The group discussed plans to keep the prison reform movement going forward. A witness says Kim left the hotel -- solo -- immediately after the meeting.

Worth noting ... both Kim and Meek work with Cut50, the org that fights for reduced incarceration rates and criminal justice reform.

Our sources say Kim was aware of Kanye's jealousy over the situation ... and it's something the two spoke about. However, outside of that one public meeting ... we're told Kim and Meek have never been alone together.

As we reported, Kanye accused Kim of being "out of line" for the meeting, and claimed he's been trying to divorce her ever since the meeting.

TMZ broke the story ... friends and family are deeply concerned about Kanye because they believe he's in the grips of a bipolar episode.

Colton Underwood has a new woman in his life ... and it's Lucy Hale.

Our sources tell us the "Pretty Little Liars" actress reached out to Colton soon after his split from ex-girlfriend Cassie Randolph ... and the two have been seeing each other a lot.

The ex-'Bachelor' went on a hike with Lucy Wednesday at Paseo Miramar Trail in Los Angeles' scenic Pacific Palisades neighborhood, and as you can see ... Colton and Lucy were pretty sweaty, close and without masks.

Our sources say Colton and Lucy have gone on a few of these "casual hike dates" over the last few weeks, so it seems their relationship has legs.

Lucy's had her eye on Colton for years too ... back in 2018, she said he would make a good 'Bachelor' because he's "wholesome," a "good guy" and "beautiful to watch." Oh, and we're also told they have mutual friends.

As for Colton being out without a face covering ... well, he's already survived his battle with COVID-19. True, outdoors is safer than indoors, but it's unclear just how much immunity -- if any -- people have who already contracted the virus.

BTW ... walks and hikes are kinda Colton's thing during the pandemic, only now he's transitioned from Cassie to Lucy.

NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods still can't get enough of each other ... throwing on their masks and hitting up Nobu in Malibu for a sushi dinner Wednesday night.

Which begs the question -- still buds, or is there something more going on here??

Of course, the rumors have been swirling since last year when they were spotted out in L.A. ... and the two have even appeared to quarantine together during the pandemic (which was pointed out by wildly-talented Instagram sleuths).

While all signs point to the duo becoming an item, Kylie Jenner's ex-bestie spoke out on the rumors back in August 2019 ... saying, "Karl is like a brother to me."

That may very well still be the truth ... OR all the time together has changed things ... after all, that patio at Nobu has a beautiful view and can get pretty romantic at night.

One thing that might throw a wrench in the BF/GF theory -- Jordyn's little sister, Jodie, was with them ... so who knows.

KAT previously dated model Kawahine Andrade ... and Woods infamously had her moment with Tristan Thompson (you know what we're talking about) ... and was also spotted out with James Harden in the past.

Brian Austin Green's opening up about his dating life ... and sounds like he's frustrated.

The '90210' star was out grocery shopping in Malibu Thursday when he got asked about the women he's been spotted with recently, and ... he felt like venting.

Regarding his lunch date with Australian model Tina Louise ... he says he just happened to run into earlier in the day when we caught him out. Brian says Tina's "super nice," but gives a firm no when asked if he's dating her.

As for why ... it may have something to do with Courtney Stodden.

As we reported ... the 2 were seen hanging out in early June, but we were told it was just a collab on a business project. But, shortly after Brian and Tina were seen together, Courtney shared a vid of him and her hangin' in a hot tub ... a move that rubbed BAG the wrong way.

He says the video was from several weeks ago, and he was just trying to do something nice for her friend, Ashley. Brian calls what Courtney did "disappointing," and suggests it caused some problems for him and Tina.

Tough break, but the actor says he's not going to slam Stodden for what she did ... he's just not happy about it -- says she makes bad choices.

Jada Pinkett Smith says claims made by singer August Alsina that the two had an affair that was green-lit by her husband, Will Smith, are a total lie.

August recently sat down with The Breakfast Club's Angela Yee to talk about his new album, "The Product III: stateofEMERGEncy" ... but the interview quickly took a turn, with him claiming he had been in a relationship with Jada after being introduced to her by her son, Jaden, in 2015, and, according to him, it lasted quite some time.

AA was emotional as he explained how Jada is the only person he's ever loved, and how he devoted himself to her and poured himself into their relationship for many years. However, Jada's rep was quick to denounce his claim ... saying it was "absolutely not true!!!"

August also insists Will gave their relationship his blessing. Will and Jada have been very public over the years about their open relationship, but her team says the whole thing is made up.

The singer claims walking away from his relationship with Jada when she "butchered" him and basically "killed" him ... so it sounds for his part like he was pretty deeply in love with her.

August hinted at a sexual relationship with Jada last year, when he made some thinly-veiled references to her in his song, "Nunya."

Justin Bieber's going after 2 social media users -- whom he suggests might be the same person -- for accusing him of sexual assault, claiming the allegations are "factually impossible" and part of a scheme to seek attention and fame.

Bieber is suing 2 Jane Does -- who go by Danielle and Kadi on social media -- for defamation over what he calls "malicious" claims he sexually assaulted them in 2014 and 2015, respectively.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Bieber has "indisputable documentary evidence" to prove their sexual assault claims are nothing but "outrageous, fabricated lies."

First up is Danielle, who claims Bieber sexually assaulted her in a Four Seasons Hotel room in Austin, TX on March 9, 2014 after a music event. Bieber claims there is no truth to Danielle's allegation ... and he can prove it.

According to the docs ... Bieber did make a surprise appearance at SXSW, but did NOT stay at the Four Seasons Hotel or even have a room there. Instead, he and his girlfriend at the time, Selena Gomez, left together after his SXSW performance and stayed nearby at a rental property.

Bieber alleges Danielle totally made up her story based on public reports that he ate at the Four Seasons Restaurant on March 10, 2014.

As for Kadi ... she claims Bieber sexually assaulted her at the Langham Hotel in NYC around 2:30 AM on the morning of May 5, 2015. Once again, Bieber says this is factually impossible and calls Kadi's social media post "an elaborate hoax."

According to Bieber ... Kadi is a superfan who waits outside hotels for him, is desperate to meet him and desperate for fame. However, Bieber claims Kadi has never met him ... and says she even admitted to such in her own tweets AFTER the date she now claims he sexually assaulted her.

As for the May 5, 2015 allegation ... Bieber claims Kadi fabricated it because she knew Bieber attended the Met Gala.

According to the docs ... Bieber did attend the event, but went to a private after-party afterward where he stayed until almost 4 AM, then hit up a hot dog stand. Bieber claims there is photographic evidence and several witnesses to this ... and he calls the 2:30 AM allegation made by Kadi an "impossibility – a poor, but damaging, fabrication."

According to the suit ... Bieber also believes the 2 social media accounts might be run by the same person, or they're a coordinated effort to ruin his reputation.

Brian Austin Green and Courtney Stodden are definitely together ... in the friend zone, we're told, but they are talking about getting creative.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Brian and Courtney are just friends who met about a month ago via social media. We're told the initial communication was about sharing ideas regarding the possibility of creating music together.

We're told after some friendly chats, they decided to meet up and hang out. And, they did ... hitting up a Mexican joint over the weekend in L.A.

It helps, we're told, they also share similar political views, the kind that makes them want to make a change that's bigger than themselves. For now ... it's platonic, but things could change. That's Hollywood, baby.

Courtney, of course, is fresh off her divorce and at the moment, we're told, she's committed to herself and not looking for a relationship. As for Austin, well, you know all too well.

As we reported ... his marriage to Megan Fox is currently in separation mode. It was clear things were off after photos of Megan and Machine Gun Kelly surfaced last month. Not long after, she appeared in one of his steamy music videos.

Brian Austin Green's finally got a response to his estranged wife, Megan Fox, starring in Machine Gun Kelly's music video ... a date with Courtney Stodden.

Brian and Courtney were spotted together Saturday grabbing lunch from a Mexican joint near L.A. and looked like a pretty rockin' couple -- him in a Pink Floyd shirt and her in a leopard print dress.

Now to be fair, there's no indication there's anything romantic going on between them, but the sighting's still interesting ... and they're both single and ready to mingle, as far as we know.

As you may know ... Brian and Megan's on-again, off-again relationship status is currently set to off. Their marriage has been notably turbulent for years, but there were major signs they're on the rocks last month when we got photos of Fox hanging out with MGK.

Brian later revealed Megan told him she wanted to separate months ago after returning home from shooting a film in another country ... which costars MGK.

The '90210' actor suggested divorce was imminent and difficult for him to accept, but also said he was glad Megan was honest with him ... and he wasn't upset she's with MGK, who he referred to as a good guy.
