R. Kelly is not a child support dodging jerk ... so says R. Kelly AND his ex-wife Andrea Kelly -- and now the company who put him on blast for allegedly falling behind is backtracking.

Earlier today, The Custodial Support Foundation put out a press release saying "Hollywood Exes" star Andrea Kelly hired them to call out R. Kelly for falling behind on his child support -- but the singer's rep says their claim is BS ... and he's all paid up

Andrea's lawyer backs him up too ... telling TMZ his client says Kelly is up to date on his payments.

A rep for the C.S.F. tells us they're issuing a retraction to their story.

A crazy ex-military woman claiming to be Mike Tyson's mistress has been threatening to kill the boxing legend's wife and family ... this according to Tyson's wife Kiki ... and now, Kiki's obtained a temporary restraining order.

Kiki Tyson filed the request for the restraining order in L.A., claiming a woman named Mickey Gordon has sent her more than 60 threatening emails in the last two years ... and Kiki desperately fears for her and her family's safety.

Kiki attached the alleged emails from Gordon in her restraining order request, and they're pretty nuts. Here are a few excerpts ... and yes, the emails are all in caps:

-- YOUR FRIEND TOLD YOU ONE DAY ONE OF THESE WOMEN ARE GOING TO TAKE YOU DOWN & YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT, WELL I'M THAT BITCH!!!

Kiki claims she's never met Mickey Gordon before, and has no idea how the woman obtained her contact information, but in one of her emails ... Gordon identifies herself as Kiki's "husband's mistress." She also calls herself "Kiki's nightmare."

Jack White rakes in serious cash every month -- roughly $62,000 -- but according to his divorce agreement, he's only paying $3,200 in monthly child support.

Jack's divorce from ex-wife Karen Elson was just finalized, and in the docs, each spouse declares his or her monthly income. Karen (who is also a singer) says hers is $33,971. Not a bad living.

But the strange part -- Karen's now the primary residential parent for their two kids (a 6-year-old and 7-year-old) and Jack has agreed to pay only $3,200 a month in child support, which feels low when you think about how much he makes.

Then again, Jack also gets the kids for a huge chunk of the year -- 150 days -- so the low number makes a little more sense.

As for the rest of their divorce agreement, Jack did pretty well -- he gets to keep the rights to all his musical businesses, including The White Stripes, the Raconteurs, The Dead Weather, and his record label. Karen gets to keep the rights to hers.

Rob Reiner's no elf on the shelf -- or even Christian -- but he still whipped up some Christmas magic for hundreds of kids on L.A.'s skid row.

Reiner volunteered at the Para Los Ninos Family Center on Wednesday ... sorting and boxing up thousands of toys for needy children.

The gifts were donated by Jakks Pacific -- makers of Cabbage Patch Kids and Hello Kitty -- and will go to more than 1300 kids.

"You want [Rob] on that [toy] wall. You need [Rob] on that [toy] wall." (Yeah, he directed that.)

Kevin Federline is a lot of things, and one of them is fertile .... baby #6 is in the oven ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the fetus tell TMZ ... Kevin's wife, Victoria Prince, is 6 months pregnant with their second kid. Check out the photos and behold the subtleties -- Victoria is wearing a jersey that says "Juan Moore Federline 6."

Kevin famously has 2 kids with ex-wife Britney Spears, and 2 more with baby mama Shar Jackson.

Beyonce's father is hitting back against accusations he's a deadbeat dad ... he claims he paid what he owes in child support ... it's just a paperwork screw up.

TMZ broke the story ... Mathew Knowles' baby mama Alexsandra Wright says he's behind on 2 months ... to the tune of $24K.

According to sources familiar with the situation, a few of the payments were only slightly late, but past the deadline for being credited, so it appeared Mathew didn't fork over what he owed.

Here's the problem... Mathew is now behind for December -- payment was due on the 1st. We're told he plans to pay up before it officially becomes delinquent.

Think of it as paying your rent, only with a kid.

We've reached out to Wright but haven't heard back.

Parenthood has clearly not cramped Pauly D's style .... he happily strolled out of Bootsy Bellows nightclub in West Hollywood late last night ... but there's no doubt -- being a father is front and center in his brain.

Daddy Warbucks can keep his dough -- 2 young actresses in the upcoming "Annie" remake stand to rake in six figures ... according to the big fat contracts they inked ... TMZ has learned.

14-year-old Eden Duncan Smith (left) and 9-year-old Nicolette Pierini play poor ragamuffin orphans in the movie -- and because they're minors their deals have to be filed in L.A. County Superior Court ... and let's just say they won't be method acting.

According to the docs, Nicolette and Eden were each paid $65,000 for their acting chops -- and if there's a sequel, they'll get bumped up to $150,000.

But the real jackpot comes with a trilogy -- Nicolette gets $300K ... and Eden, $250K for the third movie. To be clear, neither is playing the lead.

Jennifer Lopez only wants one thing out of her divorce from Marc Anthony -- which is still going more than 18 months later -- and that's ... her old name.

J.Lo just filed her legal response to Marc's petition, and according to the docs her legal name is still Jennifer Muniz ... which is Marc's real last name.

Marc and Jennifer's petitions are identical on custody issues -- both are asking for joint legal and physical custody of their twins -- but in her docs, J.Lo requests the court restore her former name -- Jennifer Lopez.

J & M got married in 2004, officially separated in 2011, and Marc filed for divorce in April, 2012.

So, why did J.Lo drag her feet on filing a response? Our guess ... celebs just operate on a different schedule than the rest of us.

Or she was actually pondering a switch to J.Mu.

Sam Champion is leaving ABC's "Good Morning America" partly because he and his hubby want to start a family and partly because of his thirst to become a honcho ... ABC sources tell TMZ.

Our sources ... who are extremely familiar with the situation ... say Sam has been chronically unhappy at GMA. We're told he wanted his own show -- badly-- but ABC execs weren't biting.

So, Sam jumped to the Weather Channel (which is co-owned by NBC), where he will anchor the network's new flagship morning show and also serve as managing editor.

Our sources say Sam wanted to be the one who replaced Larry King at CNN and he was shocked when he wasn't tapped. As one source put it, "Sam loves power, and becoming managing editor (of the Weather Channel) gives him that."

Oh, by the way, our NBC sources say Al Roker -- NOT a Sam fan -- is "pissed" his Weather Channel show will be Sam's lead-in.

Another reason Sam bailed from GMA is that he and his husband want kids and the hubby refuses to leave Florida (GMA is in NYC).

We're told Sam will be spending about half his time in Miami so the kids will know his face in person and not just on the tube. As for moolah, we're told its a lateral move. Our sources say Sam was pulling in around $2.5 mil at GMA and he'll be making around the same at the Weather Channel.

$2.5 mil for weather ... now THAT'S making it rain!!!

Rapper The Game is raising money to pay for the funeral of a 7-year-old boy killed during a shooting in L.A. this week -- a crime that's suspected to be gang-related -- and the irony ... Game tells TMZ, he's getting financial help from the city's top gang leaders.

Game called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago, explaining he heard about Talib Pecantte's death this morning on the news and decided he wanted to do something for the victim's family ... especially since it happened so close to Christmas.

Game tells us he's already raised $7,000 to help cover the boy's funeral expenses -- but the crazy part, Game says a huge chunk of that money is coming from top-ranking L.A. gang members ... rival gangs too ... Crips, Bloods, and Latin gangs alike.

Game says he doesn't have a goal in mind ... he's just gonna keep raising money until he can't raise any more. He also says he's speaking to rival gang leaders about instituting a cease-fire ... at least during the holidays.

Beyonce's father is a DEADBEAT DAD ... at least according to the mother of his 3-year-old son who claims Mathew Knowles has stiffed her out of $24k in child support, TMZ has learned.

According to California State records obtained by TMZ, Mathew missed TWO of the $12k monthly payments he's been ordered to pay to Alexsandra Wright.

Sources close to Wright says she's in a financial bind and needs the cash asap -- we're told she's even had to pull her son from school because she can't afford to pay for it.

As we've reported ... the legal battles between Knowles and Wright have been ugly. She claims Knowles sent a threatening email to her in 2011 ... warning "there's a price to pay" for hurting his family.

We reached out to Mathew for comment -- so far, no word back.

Pauly D better learn to duck and cover ... 'cause his baby mama had no qualms about beating the crap out of another guy who knocked her up ... according to police records obtained by TMZ.

We've learned ... Amanda Markert was arrested in July 2009 for opening a can of whoopass on her first baby daddy -- Lance Gerbino -- leaving him with bloody lips, a nasty gash above his eye and injuries inside his mouth.

Gerbino tells TMZ ... Amanda had been out drinking with friends ... and was pissed because she had to come home to help take care of their infant son.

He claims Markert just started "going crazy" ... wailing on his face with her fists while she was holding their son. Gerbino felt the baby was in danger ... and that's why he called police.

According to police records, Markert turned herself in to cops --booked under her legal name, Amareda Markert -- but the assault charge was eventually dismissed after she completed an anger management course.

As we've reported, Markert and Pauly D are involved in an ugly custody fight over their 6-month old daughter, Amabella ... and they've both been very clear about how much they hate each other.

We contacted Amanda for comment on the domestic violence case ... she hung up on us.
