"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland has been makin' BANK since she was 5 years old ... but the actress tells TMZ she's not an IDIOT when it comes to saving her cash.

FYI -- Hyland's first acting gig was playing Howard Stern's daughter in "Private Parts" ... and the money train's been rolling strong ever since.

But Hyland says she's making damn sure she doesn't end up broke ass broke ... like Hammer or Lindsay Lohan.

Kevin Jonas -- in an effort to find new ways to make a buck -- has a baronial way of making a quick killing ... renting out his sprawling New Jersey manor and throwing in Super Bowl tickets.

Kevin's crib is 36 minutes from the stadium so ... for the convenience and the amenities he wants $20K a night. He's throwing in 4 tickets to the big game.

Of course ... WHERE you sit in MetLife Stadium is critical. Kevin says the seats are good ... but he's not specific.

Jonas won't be spending the weekend at a shelter. He and his wife have a new house close by.

Super Bowl fans seeking high-end hookers were just dealt a severe blow ... after cops busted a horde of pricey prostitutes.

The New York Attorney General's Office confirms to TMZ ... a dirty dozen were cuffed and taken away Thursday.

The hookers texted prospective clients, offering their services plus a party package ... complete with coke.

And the prostitutes were so bold ... they even advertised on public access TV. Their message was enticing for the rich visitors ... "new sexy & beautify girl R in town waiting for u."

The rented Lambo Justin Bieber was driving before his DUI arrest is now practically a celebrity itself -- in fact, so famous ... it's become a Holy Grail for Bieber fanatics and modeling shoots.

Good example ... here's 24-year-old Miami smokeshow Madison Murray rubbing her ass on the car at a showroom on Tuesday.

Sure, it's a yellow Lambo -- who wouldn't want to pose beside it -- but sources tell us, Justin's car has made such a reputation for itself this month ... local models are practically clawing at each other to get a photo op.

And it's not just models ... a source at Miami's Lou La Vie exotic car rental -- which owns the whip -- tells us, the company's been inundated with calls from crazy Bieber fans too ... asking to rent it just for a day to take photos at the DUI arrest site.

It ain't cheap though ... the car rents for $1,500-$1,700 a day, depending on how many days you rent it for. So far, it's already booked through this weekend.

Justin Bieber's trail of destruction continues -- TMZ has learned, the singer just took a $5,000 hit ... after hotboxing the Miami mansion he rented and riddling the joint with marijuana smoke.

Sources close to the cleaners tell us ... Bieber rented the 5-bedroom home for 7 days through a website called CarefreeLifestyle.com ... and smoked so much weed in the house with his friends, the place stunk to holy hell.

We're told Bieber paid $4,200 a night for the place from January 18 to January 25. He also plunked down a $20,000 security deposit.

We're told Bieber only got around $15,000 back ... because the cleaners estimate it will cost around $5k to make the house livable again.

Johnny Lewis -- who died in a murderous rampage in 2012 -- left behind a young daughter who's being cheated out of tens of thousands of dollars by Lewis' father ... so says the baby mama who's battling the family in court.

Lewis -- who starred in "Sons of Anarchy" -- died in Sept. 2012 after killing his 81-year old landlady, dismembering her cat and then falling to his death from the roof of her home.

Diane Marshall-Green filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- seeking to remove Johnny's dad, Michael, as administrator of the Estate. She claims Michael refuses to recognize 3-year old Culla Mae as Johnny's sole heir ... even though Johnny signed a declaration of paternity.

Court docs show Lewis was worth about $41K when he died.

Marshall-Green claims Michael is denying Culla her rightful inheritance ... and has refused to fork over $37K Johnny owed in back child support.

Sources close to Marshall-Green tell us ... if Culla Mae gets the money ... it will go into a trust account.

Sources connected to the lion tell us ... the lion's name is Felix -- and rapper Meek Mill shelled out $9,000 for the king of the jungle to appear at his Hollywood Hills mansion party for 3 hours.

As we previously reported, Mill's party was PACKED with huge stars like Diddy, Drake, Nicki Minaj and more ... but Felix happens to be a heavyweight in his own right.

We know ... Felix had a starring role in the 2011 flick, "We Bought a Zoo" ... which featured Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson.

Felix has also starred in several commercials (he's not as proud about those -- but hey, he's gotta pay the bills).

Jon Cryer's ex-wife might have to start drinking discount champagne -- TMZ has learned, she just got shut down in court after asking to increase her child support from $8,000 per month to $88,000.

TMZ broke the story ... Sarah Trigger ran to court in October, crying for WAY more child support money because their son Charlie couldn't afford all the trappings of rich kid life when he was with her ... expensive summer camps, exotic vacations, fancy birthday parties.

Sarah claimed their son had become a laughing stock at the ritzy Buckley School because of his pauper lifestyle ... and he's humiliated.

She justified her bid by claiming her custody share had increased from 4% of the time to 50% of the time ... so she deserved more money ... especially because Cryer's making a killing on "Two and a Half Men" (she claims $2 mil a month).

Matthews -- who signed a $66 million contract extension last year -- is planning to build his dream home on the property ... but we're told construction has not started yet.

And with Justin Bieber telling people he's planning to leave The Oaks, it's very possible Calabasas could be Bieber-free by the time Clay is ready to move in.

And get this ... Clay scored a huge deal on the property -- it was originally on the market for $4.4 mil. We're not sure if the drastic price cut is due to the fact it's located near Bieber's home, but it's very possible Bieb was a factor.

Call him the artist formerly known as "Plaintiff" ... 'cause TMZ has learned Prince has officially DROPPED his $22 MILLION lawsuit against 22 "bootleggers" who allegedly posted footage of his concerts online.

Prince has only filed the original lawsuit less than 2 weeks ago ... going after 22 anonymous bloggers (for $1 mil-a-piece) who posted concert footage on Facebook and other websites without Prince's permission.

But after news of the lawsuit went public ... it only took a few days before Prince decided to end his crusade on the bootleggers.

TMZ has obtained legal documents filed in federal court in California to dismiss his lawsuit ... but it's without prejudice, which means he could refile the suit if he feels like it. .

6:53 AM PT -- Prince's lawyer has issued a statement to TMZ explaining why the singer decided to drop the lawsuit: "Because of the recent pressure, the bootleggers have now taken down the illegal downloads and are no longer engaging in piracy."

The intergalactic adventures of Lt. Colonel John Sheppard have been derailed ... at least as a married man -- TMZ has learned, "Stargate Atlantis" star Joe Flanigan's wife has filed for legal separation.

Katherine Kousi -- who starred in a bunch of 90s classics like "Encino Man" and "Bio-Dome" -- filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. They got married 17 years ago and separated in November.

They have three sons -- a 13-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a 7-year-old -- and Katherine wants physical custody. She's open to splitting legal custody and giving Joe visitation.

As for spousal support, Katherine's not feeling generous ... she wants to block the court from awarding him money. And she wants him to foot her legal bills.

Calls to Joe's people weren't returned.

Boxing legend Larry Holmes is NOT trying to hold back his race ... insisting Metta World Peace was WRONG when he painted him as someone who's dragging down black people.

Holmes is responding to a pretty intense cyber-rant by the NBA star -- in which Metta said Larry was "bringing down" the black community by criticizing Floyd Mayweather's flashy spending habits.

"Metta Peace should know a little bit about me before he makes statements," Holmes tells TMZ Sports ... "I don't wish anybody no bad luck, I only wish him the best."

The guy Kanye West beat up in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor hit the jackpot ... scoring a settlement of MORE THAN $250,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the negotiations tell us ... the young man who allegedly hurled racial epithets at Kim earlier this month has agreed to the civil settlement and now feels satisfied enough that he does NOT want to go forward with a criminal prosecution.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the D.A. has not decided whether to charge Kanye with battery. The reality is ... there's almost no chance of that happening. First, the D.A. now has an uncooperative victim. Second, the victim's alleged racial epithets will not sit well with the jury. And there are probably lots of Kanye fans in the jury pool.

We're told during the settlement negotiations the victim's demand soared to the upper 6 figures, so $250K is just a fraction.

We called Kanye's civil lawyer, Shawn Holley for comment ... but we got nothin'.

"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter's mother got caught with her hand in the cookie jar ... allegedly breaking a court order by handling thousands of dollars worth of paychecks intended for her daughter.

Ariel's father Glenn Workman filed court docs claiming Chrystal Workman cashed one of Ariel's residual checks for $4,266.79 -- but here's the thing ... he's NOT accusing her of stealing the money.

According to the docs, Chrystal immediately deposited the money into an account for Ariel's production company. However, Ariel's dad says the 2012 agreement that gave him sole control of Ariel's finances prevents Chrystal from having anything to do with their daughter's earnings.

Glenn's worried Chrystal might have even fatter checks in her possession -- such as Ariel's "Modern Family" cheddar.

He's asking the court for a cease and desist order ... forcing her to hand over all checks, and blocking her from doing it again.

Ex-NFL stud Jarvis Green -- a 2x Super Bowl champ -- narrowly escaped being scammed into buying bogus shares of an NBA franchise ... and now the FBI is on the hunt for the con man behind the alleged scheme, TMZ Sports has learned.

The former New England Patriots defensive end -- who spent 8 seasons in the league -- tells us ... he was contacted by a person who claimed to affiliated with the Miami Heat and was offering to sell equity in the team so Green would be a partial owner.

Green said the guy sounded legit at first ... explaining, "He was telling me about LeBron James, courtside seats ... can you imagine high-fiving LeBron?"

The guy wanted more than $250k from Green -- but when the ex-NFL star started considering the offer, he became suspicious.

"It sounded amazing, but I kept thinking, 'Why Jarvis Green? Why not Tom Brady?' Something was off ... but I was excited."

Green says ... when the con man started pushing for bank account information, he contacted the Miami Heat to investigate. The Heat quickly called BS on the scheme and contacted the FBI.

We're told the feds got in touch with Green -- and opened up an investigation.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell us ... they believe the suspect could be the same person who allegedly scammed Warren Moon out of $200k in a similar scheme.

When contacted for comment, a rep for the FBI would only confirm there is an active investigation -- but would not comment on any specifics.
