A hot chick is suing Playboy and a golfer for coming up with a cockamamie stunt -- placing a golf tee in her butt and then trying to drive a ball off of it. It didn't end well.

Liz Dickson claims in her lawsuit she was at an L.A. area golf course back in March, 2012 for a Playboy tournament, when she was instructed to lie on her stomach and pose for a photo with comedian and radio host Kevin Klein.

Dickson says a golf tee was placed between her butt cheeks and a golf ball was balanced on the top of the tee. Klein then took a whack, but his swing sucked and he whacked her in the ass.

Dickson claims she suffered severe injuries, some of which are permanent. We're assuming the tee was removed.

The personal injury lawyer who just got his ass sued by Judge Judy insists Judy's got her robe in a bunch for no reason -- telling TMZ, he wasn't using her image to promote himself ... he was using it to promote HER.

As we reported, Judy sued attorney John Haymond claiming he stole clips from her show to use in a commercial to promote his law firm -- but Haymond says that's just not the case.

He tells us, the commercial in question is actually for her OWN SHOW.

According to Haymond, the local ABC affiliate in New Haven, CT and NBC affiliate in Springfield recently asked Haymond -- a well-known personal injury lawyer in the area -- and his daughters to appear in the Judge Judy promo ... and he obliged.

Haymond says the promotions actually ran on the station several years ago, but recently stopped, and he's surprised the station isn't owning up. According to Haymond, "If the local affiliates would just release these Judge Judy Show promotions, everyone would see this is much ado about nothing."

Justin Bieber has cut his final ties with the city of Los Angeles ... because TMZ has learned he's sold the last piece of property he owns in the area ... leaving him wide open for a permanent move to the ATL.

As TMZ first reported, Bieber sold his Calabasas home to Khloe Kardashian for a cool $7.2 million ... making a little over a million on the sale.

But according to our sources, Bieber also owned the 1.7-acre plot of land next door ... until now. We're told Bieber just sold that for $2.775 million (he bought it for $2.35 mil in 2012) and the deal closes in 30 days.

As for the buyer, our sources say it's nobody famous, but he's about to inherit a slew of famous neighbors.

We're told Bieber had been looking for another home in the Los Angeles, but he's since called off the search.

The $4 MILLION apology ring Kobe Bryant gave to Vanessa screwed things up for cheaters everywhere ... so says Marlon Wayans who says Kobe set the price of forgiveness way too damn high.

Marlon dished out the knowledge after we asked if Robin Thicke's apparent flower offensive would help the singer win back his wife after she broke things off.

"Robin's trying to bring it back to simplicity," Marlon said ... "Kobe changed the game."

11-game "Jeopardy" champ Arthur Chu -- widely criticized for his cocky attitude and unorthodox playing style -- insists he's not such a bad guy in real life ... minus his unquenchable thirst for money.

Chu was out in NYC early Thursday -- a day after his "Jeopardy" reign came to an end -- and he told us, fans of the game show got the wrong impression of him ... just because he was an ambitious (and extremely successful) player.

Chu -- who won nearly $300,000 on the show -- said, "I don't think I'm a bad guy for trying to win money on Jeopardy. I might be a bad guy for other reasons, but that's for other people to decide."

Chris Brown claims an Orange County nightclub is hanging him out to dry by settling up with a woman who sued both Chris and the club ... claiming Chris brutalized her after his performance.

It's a weird lawsuit ... Deanna Gines claims as Chris was leaving Heat Ultralounge last June in Anaheim, he bulldozed through her path, knocking her to the ground and injuring her leg.

Chris calls BS on her story, and frankly he's got a point. In the surveillance video, she limps on one leg and when she appeared on TMZ Live she had a cast on the other leg.

Nonetheless ... Heat Ultralounge settled with Deanna for $15K, which means the only defendant left in the suit is Chris.

Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, thinks the settlement is grossly unfair to his client, because it will leave Brown holding the bag. So Geragos has filed documents asking the judge to block the settlement.

The seller claims he was at the crash scene last November looking to help ... but cops kept him away. He nosed around once the wreckage was cleared ... and that's when he says he found the sunglasses in the bushes, though he says he didn't realize their significance until photos surfaced of Walker earlier in the day ... wearing the same glasses.

It is unclear how the seller acquired the fire extinguisher or a piece of debris from the crash, but they are both included in the auction as well.

Porsha Williams isn't wanting for cash after her ex-husband screwed her over in their divorce -- sources tell TMZ, she's now knocking boots with the exorbitantly wealthy son of an African dictator ... notorious for human rights violations.

According to sources, Porsha has been seeing 42-year-old Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of Equatorial Guinea ... since 1979.

Sources say the romance is pretty new ... but it's escalating fast -- we're told Mangue is currently looking to buy Porsha a multimillion-dollar house in ATL.

The person who has a copy of the Johnny Carson sex tape now wants to sell it ... but potential buyers have to blindly cough up a fortune just for the chance to see it.

The attorney repping the guy who has the tape tells TMZ ... his client will hold viewing parties for people interested in buying the 70's home video showing long-dong Carson banging one of his wives.

Now get this -- in order to even see the tape ... prospective buyers must make a blind bid. The seller is not setting a price. He'll just review what's on the table.

And it gets even crazier. To qualify to see the tape, prospective buyers must show they're serious by depositing their bids into an escrow account. And, like Carson's schlong, only huge offerings will make the cut.

After the screening, prospective buyers will be invited to up the ante.

And one more string attached. The winning bidder must sign a document saying it cannot be sold commercially -- it's solely for a private collection. And, if the buyer violates that ... he or she will get socked with a huge financial penalty.

Miley Cyrus' tongue has finally pissed off the wrong person -- and now he's filed a lawsuit.

Charles Nicholas Sarris filed his lawsuit against ShowFx Inc. -- an L.A. equipment supply company that was hired to make the giant novelty tongue slide for Miley's new Bangerz tour.

Sarris says he was hired to assist in the slide construction, and last month, he was badly injured on the job -- after the equipment and tools provided to him failed, causing him to fall and hurt himself bad.

Judge Judy has filed her first lawsuit EVER -- seriously -- against a guy who is shamelessly using her image to chase personal injury clients.

The TV jurist is outraged John Haymond -- a P.I. lawyer in Hartford, CT. -- used clips from "Judge Judy" along with clips of him and his daughters to drum up business.

Judy is especially pissed because she says she's never endorsed a product or the services of anyone ... to maintain her independent reputation.

She says, "Without seeking my authorization or consent, Mr. Haymond has taken that choice away from me for his own personal gain. I cannot tolerate that, and intend to hold Mr. Haymond financially responsible for his actions."

Judy scolds the barrister, saying, "Mr. Haymond is a lawyer and should know better."

We looked for the ads and, just like the litigants who appear on her show, it appears Judy scared the crap out of Haymond because they are nowhere to be found.

Herhonner is suing for more than $75K in damages ... or in Judy's world, lunch money.

The NYC Deli where Meg Ryan faked an orgasm is coming after an impostor in court ... claiming it's the only deli that can trade on phantom gratification.

Katz's Deli -- one of the most famous in New York -- claims Katz & Dogz -- a food truck that touts its Reuben Orgasm -- is jacking its act by creating an orgasmic theme.

Katz claims in its lawsuit ... it's become an icon of NYC as a result of "When Harry Met Sally." In fact, the lawsuit touts that customers line up to sit at the Sally table to fake their own ... which probably makes lunch really annoying.

They even make groaners in laying claim to the franchise. There's a placard on the table that says, "Where Harry met Sally ... Hope you have what she had!"

So Katz is indignant that a cheap, 4-wheeled imitation is trading on its name and rich history.

Katz wants the food truck permanently garaged. They also want all the money from those delicious -- though undoubtedly greasy -- Reuben Orgasms.

10:16 AM PDT -- Lohan just told TMZ, "It's a lie." He says Spanish GGW was a real business venture and Reitano even met with Joe Francis. Michael also says there were no naked women involved. Has he seen the videos?

Michael Lohan used naked girls as bait to entice an investor to cough up thousands of dollars ... according to a guy who's suing Lohan for more than $1 million claiming he was had.

Richard Reitano says Lohan came to him in 2009 with a plan to dub over Girls Gone Wild videos in Espanol ... and then asked him to invest $100K.

According to the lawsuit, Lohan claimed GGW creator Joe Francis had given him the rights to the videos ... but he needed cash to get the ball rolling so Reitano loaned him $25K,

But Reitano claims it was all a scam because no videos were ever produced.

Now that he's finally free, Lil Boosie is working on the important things in his life -- starting with fixing the LSU football program.

The Baton Rouge rapper was talking to the LSU student TV network a couple of days ago ... when he declared war on Alabama head coach Nick Saban.

"Nick Saban gettin' all our recruits," Boosie said ... "We need to bring back them #1 players and get it back together man."

For the record, LSU isn't that bad ... and finished the 2013 season ranked #15 after going 10-3. But apparently, that's not good enough for Boosie.

In fact, the rapper even makes a recruiting plea to undecided high school football stars -- "put on that yellow jersey!"

Floyd Mayweather allegedly orchestrated a savage attack on two of his employees he suspected of stealing his jewelry ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports ... the two men had been hired to work on Floyd's Vegas homes ... but when jewelry went missing, Floyd pointed the finger at them.

We're told the men claim they were contacted several weeks ago and instructed to meet Floyd at an off-site location.

When the men arrived, they claim Floyd was waiting for them -- along with a number of his "people" -- who proceeded to beat the living crap out of them with various weapons, including clubs.

Our sources say the attack was so brutal the men could have easily died. Both men had broken arms and legs and were hospitalized for several days.

One source put it this way, "It was some 'Breaking Bad' s**t."

We're told the men are adamant they never took anything from Floyd and it appears Floyd realizes that now. But here's the problem for the champ -- sources familiar with the situation say the attack amounts to attempted murder, mayhem and kidnapping. We're told the men have retained a lawyer.

We reached out to Floyd's people for comment -- so far, no word back.

Roseanne Barr tried to rouse a lynch mob to terrorize George Zimmerman's parents ... because she wanted vigilante justice after the shooting of Trayvon Martin ... according to a new lawsuit.

Robert and Gladys Zimmerman are suing the comedienne ... claiming they feared for their lives after Barr made angry comments about the Zimmermans on Twitter in 2012 ... and even posted their home address online.

The lawsuit claims Barr intentionally tried to cause the Zimmermans emotional distress and great physical harm, by inciting mob violence.
