Kris Jenner Buy My Son's Socks ... He Needs The Ca$h

Published | Updated

Kris Jenner is swooping in to help Rob Kardashian make a quick buck off the holiday shopping season, plugging her son's sock line after he filed docs to have his child support payments to Blac Chyna lessened.

Kris and Rob unleashed a social media ad blitz Thursday, promoting a line of Christmas-themed socks that were just released by Arthur George, the clothing company Kris just bought a stake in.

It's funny ... the socks read, "Let's Get Baked," and Kris is calling them the perfect holiday gift. We can think of a few meanings for the phrase, and at least one belongs on the naughty list.

Rob followed Mom's lead and plugged the socks on his Twitter.

Kris and Rob teaming up to sell socks comes days after Rob went to court seeking to get a reduction in child support payments to Chyna ... he said he was basically broke after previously agreeing to pay Chyna $20,000 a month to support 2-year-old Dream.

We're told a judge is evaluating Rob's and Chyna's resources and has suspended Rob's entire obligation to pay any child support ... so this new deal with Kris could eventually play a role in the couple's ongoing child support war.

The 12-year-old scored a whopping $900k to star in "Good Boys" ... this according to his minors contract obtained by TMZ. The flick's an R-rated comedy produced by Seth Rogen about four boys who skip school and embark on a crazy adventure. Think "Superbad" meets "Sausage Factory."

The kid's been on a real tear ever since he entered Hollywood just a few years ago. As we first reported ... Jacob scored a $100k deal to play a part in the sequel to "The Shining." That movie's tentatively titled "Doctor Sleep" and its star-studded cast includes Ewan McGregor.

Jacob wowed audiences worldwide in "Room" and really showed his strengths in "Wonder." "Good Boys" is slated for an August 2019 release. Get it, Jacob!!!

Missy Elliott, Timbaland Sued I Wrote Aaliyah's Song ... 'Heartbroken' About Royalties!!!

Published | Updated

11/16 -- A rep for Missy's team tells us, "There is not now and never was any 'agreement' between Missy Elliott and Terry Williams. As the exclusive owner of her own lyrics and vocals that she created, Missy is not obligated to pay Terry Williams money."

He continues, "These claims against Missy are completely meritless and without any basis in fact or law, and are simply another facet of the original scheme that was devised to artificially extract money from Missy by exploiting the fact that Terry Williams, in his capacity as a music producer, happened to have recordings of Missy from more than 20 years ago."

Missy Elliott and Timbaland cranked out a big hit for Aaliyah without ever paying the guy who actually co-wrote and produced it ... at least that's what the songwriter claims in his new lawsuit.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Terry Williams helped Missy write and produce a song called, "Heartbroken" around 1994 or '95. The track was eventually released by Aaliyah in 1996, but Terry says she only got it because Missy sold the song without his permission.

Timbaland produced the Aaliyah track -- and in the lawsuit, Terry says neither he nor Missy ever compensated him.

Terry claims he had an agreement with Missy to share profits from the song. According to the suit, the version Timbaland and Aaliyah released was almost identical to his ... same sound and same lyrics.

Terry claims Missy kept his contribution hidden ... presumably from Timbaland and Aaliyah.

Aaliyah's version came out on her "One In A Million" album, which sold 8 million copies worldwide.

Terry's lawsuit asserts he has ownership in Aaliyah's song and is entitled to a share of the profits. He's suing Missy, Timbaland and Aaliyah's estate.

SEVEN-FIGURE EXHIBITION

Floyd Mayweather says the Tokyo fight that was on and then off ... is back on -- and he's telling TMZ Sports exactly how it's gonna go down.

Remember, Floyd was supposed to fight 20-year-old kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa on New Year's Eve ... but recently backed out ... saying promoters misled him about the scale and nature of the bout.

We talked to Floyd Wednesday night as he left Peter Marco jewelry in Beverly Hills ... and he told us the fight is very much alive.

"We're gonna make it happen."

Question is ... is it boxing, kickboxing or MMA?

"Rules? It's gonna be a little boxing exhibition. No kicking," Floyd told us ... "I'm moving around with the guy for 9 minutes, and of course it's gonna be the highest paid exhibition ever."

Bottom line ... the money's just too good to pass up, as long as the fight goes down on Floyd's terms.

"It's a no-brainer. Just because I'm retired from boxing," Mayweather says, "I still make appearances worldwide and make a ton of money."

J.R. Smith Strikes Deal In Phone Throw Case ... Gotta Buy Fan New Cell

Published | Updated

J.R. Smith just copped a sweet deal in his cell phone throwing incident back in July ... TMZ Sports has learned, and if he stays outta trouble for 6 months ... he's totally in the clear.

ICYMI -- Swish allegedly took a fan's cell phone and threw it into a construction site ... after the guy tried to snap a pic of the Cleveland Cavs star outside of The Park, an NYC hot spot.

Smith -- who appeared before a judge in a Manhattan courtroom Thursday morning with attorney Alex Spiro -- had his case adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.

Plain talk -- as long as he buys the fan a new cell phone ($600) AND doesn't screw up ... the case will be dismissed.

Spiro told us ..."He was issued a ticket, paid for the cell phone upgrade, and the case is being dismissed and sealed - this is a non event."

Bella Hadid Donates $10k for Malibu Recovery

Published | Updated

For Bella Hadid, the California wildfire's destructive path made things personal ... and now she's fighting to avert a looming threat triggered by the ravaging inferno -- mudslides.

The supermodel has donated $10k to the Malibu Disaster Prevention & Relief Fund. The GoFundMe page is spearheaded by the Point Dume Bomberos ... who need the money to pack sandbags, buy pool pumps, generators, respirators, cleanup materials and other tools.

Rain could arrive sometime next week and fire officials have said fast-moving mudslides -- possibly like the catastrophic one in Montecito earlier this year -- could be powerful enough to bring down trees and tons of other debris. Fact is ... torched terrain won't absorb the rain.

This would be devastating for Bella who, on top of losing her Montecito home in January from devastating floods, has seen the area where she went to high school decimated. The Woolsey fire's killed at least 2 people and burned nearly 100k acres and more than 400 structures.

Bella's not the only celeb pitching in to help Malibu get back on its feet. Patton Oswalt donated $5k to rebuild a horse ranch that burned down. Jon Favreau kicked in $1k to another Woolsey Fire relief fund and Sean Astin donated $1k to a similar cause.

Disney Sued I Found Bed Bugs In Disneyland Hotel ... They Sucked My Blood!!!

Published | Updated

Disney took "A Bug's Life" from the big screen and into the bedroom ... according to a new lawsuit filed by a woman claiming the Disneyland Hotel is infested by bed bugs.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ivy Lizette Ewell Eldridge says she developed a severe skin rash over her entire body after an April stay in the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, and the hotel failed to tell her about a bed bug infestation.

In the suit, she says bed bugs latched onto her body while she slept and "sucked her blood until they were gorged." She claims the rash was so bad, she needed medical treatment.

We've obtained photos of her alleged injuries and, yeah ... they're gross.

Ivy means business -- she's hired Brian Virag from the firm, MyBedBugLawyer, Inc. to rep her in court. She's seeking money to cover her medical costs, pain, suffering and lost wages.

Le'Veon Bell Teammates Raid Locker ... Take Jordan Cleats!!

Published | Updated

Le'Veon Bell's locker turned into a garage sale on Wednesday ... with his Pittsburgh Steelers teammates savagely raiding his things after he bailed on the season.

Bell no-showed for the league-imposed deadline on Tuesday ... which ended his 2018 season before it even started.

Players quickly found the silver lining of the situation after practice ... taking all his Jordan brand cleats and team gear.

Oh ... and a mixtape labeled "Le'Veon Bell #1," according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

"Appreciate the cleats, my guy," Bud Dupree said while takin' his new Js.

It's probably all in good fun ... the Stillers are 6-2-1 and James Conner is straight-up COOKIN' on the gridiron. So, it doesn't seem like there's any bad blood over there.

No word on how Le'Veon's gonna take it. But hey, he had his chance.

Jennifer Lopez Huge Payday$$$ ... For Qatar Events

Published | Updated

It turns out Jennifer Lopez's love does cost a thing, MILLIONS in fact, because we've learned the singer is raking in an insane amount of cash for quick appearances at private Qatar-related events.

Sources with knowledge of the deals tell TMZ ... J Lo performed in Qatar last week for a 20-minute set and a question-and-answer session at the grand opening of a super fancy mall. For that, she scored $2 MILLION, plus another million for expenses, including private jets.

We're told J Lo talked with the crowd about women's rights ... a big, evolving issue in the country, and she's one of the few female entertainers invited to the country.

J Lo isn't just rolling in the dough overseas ... next week, she's supposed to perform at the Qatar Airways party at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, where she will have another 20-minute set and earn $1.2 million! But, there's a hitch. Qatar may have stepped over its skis, because check out the invite for the event, naming J Lo as the performer. Our sources say the $1.2 mil fee is Qatar's offer, but it's still under negotiation. By sending out invites, the airline just lost its leverage.

Jennifer's run of cashing huge checks for light work at private parties continues a trend among huge celebs ... such as Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and The Weeknd.

And, don't forget Migos, who performed at a birthday party for Dana White's 16-year-old kid.

Hey, can't knock the hustle.

Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna It's Nasty in Court, But All Good on Co-Parent Home Front

Published | Updated

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna might be duking it out in court over money to care for their daughter -- but turns out there's a measure of peace behind the scenes.

Sources connected to both parents tell us Rob and BC are a well-oiled co-parenting machine when it comes to baby Dream ... they've both been cooperative in creating and abiding by a fair schedule ... with zero hiccups so far.

We're told the former couple manages their 50/50 split like this -- 4 days with one parent and 3 days with the other ... and they switch that up week-to-week. Sometimes there's scheduling conflict with either Chyna or Rob, but they've learned to pivot without any real drama.

A big reason for their success ... nannies!!! We're told both Rob and Chyna have their own who handle all the baby hand-offs.

Here's the thing ... Rob and Chyna intensely dislike each other, but they have figured out a way to wall off their feelings when it comes to their daughter.

As we reported ... Rob's gone back to court asking a judge to lower his child support payments, which had been set at $20k/month. We're told Rob had planned to request the payments be chopped down from the get-go, and only agreed to the hefty child support to get Chyna to back off her domestic violence claims ... which could've hurt him.

Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, tells us Rob didn't pull a fast one on anybody -- saying they fully expected him to go back to go court to lower his payments.

For now, Chyna's not getting a penny from Rob. The judge put all payments on hold a few months ago until he decides what, if anything, Rob should pay her.

Le'Veon Bell Doesn't Report, Out For Season ... Forfeits $14.5 Million

Published | Updated

Le'Veon Bell ain't playing for the Steelers this year ... and maybe never again -- 'cause the All-Pro RB just missed the deadline to report to the team.

Bell -- who's been holding out since the offseason in search of a new mega-deal with Pittsburgh -- had until 1 PM PT to sign his franchise tag.

But ... the deadline came and went with no Bell to be found.

As we previously reported ... Bell's been tearin' it up on jet skis and in nightclubs during his time away from the squad -- but most, including the team's owner, expected him to be back with the team today.

Bell, though, decided against it ... and will now forfeit ALL of the $14.5 MILLION the Steelers were set to pay him this season.

It's not like Pitt's exactly crying over the move ... James Conner's been killin' it in Bell's stead -- and teammates have ripped the RB for his holdout throughout the past few months.

In fact, even coach Mike Tomlin threw some shade Bell's way Tuesday ... saying if this so happens to be the last time he ever coaches Bell, "So be it."

'Fear the Walking Dead' Kid Actor Alexa Nisenson Rakes $30k for Just 5 Episodes

Published | Updated

Alexa Nisenson's barely 12 years old but she's already got a very full piggy bank ... thanks to a fat check from her work on "Fear the Walking Dead."

The kid actress -- who played Charlie in season 4 -- earned $30,000 for appearing in 5 episodes. If she crosses her fingers, things could be looking up in 2019. According to her minors contract, obtained by TMZ, Alexa could earn another $25k if she is picked up for season 5. AMC recently just picked it up for a fifth season.

Alexa's no stranger to Hollywood. She appeared in Ice Cube's "Fist Fight," starring Charlie Day and Tracy Morgan, and lent her voice in the kids' TV series "Summer Camp Island" but 'FTWD' is her most prominent role yet. That is until "Orphan Horse" is released next week. She stars alongside Jon Voight.

Ex-NHL Star Sheldon Souray Hit w/ Lawsuit ... Your Bad Dog Bit Me!!

Published | Updated

Former NHL star Sheldon Souray's dog allegedly bit a young girl -- injuring her -- and now the stud defenseman is facing a lawsuit.

Souray played 13 seasons in the NHL -- for the Devils, Canadiens, Oilers, Stars and Ducks -- and was known for his ridiculously hard slap shot.

In the civil suit -- filed last week in L.A. County Court -- Souray is accused of failing to control his dog ... and as a result, the animal allegedly bit the kid in the hallway of her Beverly Hills apartment building in October 2017.

According to the lawsuit, Souray should've known about his dog's "unpredictable and violent/dangerous propensities."

Interesting to note ... 2 months after the alleged incident, Souray posted a picture of his dog on Instagram, with the caption ... "Dougie’s been in bad boy school for 6 weeks. Comes home next week. Gonna be a party."

It's unclear if Dougie is the dog involved in the alleged incident ... or if the alleged incident had anything to do with him being sent to "bad boy school."

The alleged victim is asking for over $25k from Souray ... but the exact amount is unclear.

We reached out to Souray ... so far, no word back.

Rob Kardashian We Played Blac Chyna in Child Support War ... But She Begs to Differ

Published | Updated

10:45 AM PT -- Sources connected to the litigation tell TMZ months ago a judge suspended Rob's entire obligation to pay any child support until he could evaluate Chyna's resources as well as Rob's, so for now, Chyna's getting $0 in child support.

Rob Kardashian has gone into court to get a reduction in child support, but it's something he planned on doing for more than a year ... and it was all designed to get Blac Chyna to drop domestic violence allegations that could have cost him custody.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ, Rob and Chyna are now locked in a war over how much he has to pay to support 2-year-old Dream. As we reported, Rob agreed in September 2017 to pay her $20,000 a month in child support. He now says he's basically broke and she's rolling in the dough.

Our sources say, Rob agreed to pay $20k a month knowing that a judge would have reduced that amount significantly, but he needed Chyna to back off her claim he physically abused her -- aggressively hitting, shoving and pushing her to the ground during their relationship -- something that could have badly hurt him in their custody fight.

In return for Rob agreeing to pay $20k a month, Chyna dropped her domestic violence restraining order and agreed to give him 50/50 joint custody of their child. Our sources say Rob planned from the get-go to let some time pass, then go back into court and ask for a reduction in child support, claiming he has virtually no income. That's exactly what he has done.

Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, tells TMZ ...Chyna was NOT played and she knew Rob would probably go back into court for a reduction in support. Bloom says her client made her point and got what she wanted -- an agreement Rob would leave her alone. She also got him to agree not to post more revenge porn targeting her, something Bloom says has dogged Chyna to this day.

Bloom says Chyna never wanted to fight over custody and wanted Rob to be involved in Dream's life. She also claims Rob is pretending to be poor when he leads a lavish lifestyle. She says, "Rob has deliberately retreated from social media to suppress his income in order to reduce support. What kind of father plays games with supporting his own baby?"

And, Bloom says, Chyna still has a separate, active civil case against Rob which raises the domestic violence issue.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Record Label's Out Nearly Half a Mil ... After Music Vid Shooting

Published | Updated

The shooting at the home for the filming of the Tekashi 6ix9ine's music video was a VERY expensive setback for the record label behind the project ... as in almost half a million dollars down the drain.

Sources tell TMZ ... Universal Music Group spent upwards of $480k to fund the video shoot that was supposed to feature Nicki Minaj and Kanye West ... before bullets shattered glass in the mansion and things then came to a screeching halt.

It also looks like UMG might be eating this one -- we're told there are zero plans to reschedule or reshoot.

As for why the budget was so steep ... just look at what was done to the interior of the Bev Hills mansion for the shoot. Crew members placed multi-colored decals on lots of the windows, which was supposed to mimic 6ix9ine's hair. Our sources say some of that money also went to SFX, lighting and, of course, salaries.

We broke the story ... Tekashi, Kanye and co. found themselves under attack Thursday night after 2 gunmen opened fire on the Bev Hills estate. Surveillance footage captured the assailants firing off multiple rounds at the house. Nicki was not there at the time of the shooting.

Cops are looking for the shooters -- but this one's gotta hurt where it hits record labels most ... the wallet.
