Lakers Co-Owner Jesse Buss Buys $10 Million Mansion ... In LeBron's Neighborhood
Lakers co-owner Jesse Buss doesn't have to go too far to check in on his star player ... 'cause dude just bought a mansion right up the street from LeBron James!!
Jesse -- the youngest of the 6 Buss siblings -- ponied up $10 MILLION for a pad in Brentwood just feet from LBJ's palace ... and the place is sick.
It's 6,500 square feet, has 3 stories, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a home theater, a yoga room ... AND an infinity pool.
Ari Shram and Jen Beron of The Agency -- a high-end real estate firm -- helped Jesse land the spot ... which also has a pretty epic view from the backyard.
So, big question is -- how does it compare to Bron's?? It doesn't really ... LBJ's $23 MILLION crib is 15,846 square feet and has its own freakin' basketball court!
Don't feel too bad for Jesse ... guy's still worth a fortune and his family runs one of the biggest sports teams on the planet.

'Storage Wars' $500 Storage Unit ... $7.5 Million Inside!!!
Jackpot! That's what one lucky man is saying after purchasing a storage unit from "Storage Wars" star Dan Dotson, that ended up with 7.5 million dollars in cash inside!!
The buyer says after he purchased the unit, he found a safe inside that took some time to crack open, but when they did, they found the ultimate return on investment.
When word reached the original owners of the storage unit that they just lost $7 mil, needless to say, they got their attorney to reach out immediately.
This unit sells for 500 bucks, buyer finds 7.5 million cash, attorney reaches out on behalf of the previous owner & nicely offers 1.2 million dollars back in return for all money back.
@auctionguydan
What would you do?

The 2 parties agreed to let the new owners keep a 1.2 million dollar reward for returning the lost loot, not a bad takeaway considering they only paid $500 for the unit.
So the real question is, what would you do if you found the 7 million? Dan Dotson explains that he would look to return it for one key reason, and it has a lot to do with who could potentially be looking for that money.

Aaron Donald My Good Luck Charm?? This $250,000 Diamond Chain!
Wanna see the SICKEST good luck charm ever??
Good ... 'cause it's hanging around Aaron Donald's neck -- a $250,000 diamond chain that's helped give A.D. the power to be the NFL's top defensive player this season!!!
Shortly after the Rams DL inked his record-breaking $135 MILLION deal in August ... Donald nabbed this custom chain from Moe Diamonds in Pittsburgh.
The ice is INSANE ... TMZ Sports has learned the Miami Cuban chain alone is approximately 3/4 kilo of 14K gold with over 60 carats of true graded VVS-VS colorless diamonds.
In the AD/99 pendant ... we're told there are 25 carats of true graded VS1 diamonds -- with VVS diamond encrusting the whole thing.
We're told the bling took 2 MONTHS to put together ... and appraised at $250k -- though sources say Donald paid "an undisclosed amount" for it.
Whatever A.D. ultimately spent -- it's been more than worth it ... dude leads the NFL in sacks this season with 14.5 and is EASILY the favorite for Defensive Player of the Year.
BTW ... the Donald chain is Primetime approved -- Deion Sanders couldn't help but drool over the piece when he saw it a couple weeks ago!!

Beanie Wells Blasts LaMarr Woodley ... Pay Your OSU-Michigan Bets!
LaMarr Woodley is a coward who doesn't pay off his bets when his alma mater gets smoked by its rival ... so says Beanie Wells.
The ex-Ohio State star has become pals with the former Michigan stud -- and tells TMZ Sports the two have made a bet on the big game for years -- and will continue to do so this weekend.
Yet Beanie says Woodley NEVER pays up -- and given that OSU has won the last 6 meetings between the two ... the debt is HEAVY.
"I've gotten to the point to where I've known LaMarr a couple years and he's never paid up," Beanie tells us.
"So, I'm almost anticipating him not paying up again, or he's hoping, at this point in time, that Michigan wins, so he can say, 'Okay, everything's all square and even.'"
In fact -- Wells says another former Michigan star, Steve Breaston, is ducking him on payments too!!
As for Beanie, he says he'd NEVER not pay up ... and if Michigan ends up beating OSU on Saturday -- he'd throw on the UM gear 'cause, "I'm a man of my word."
In the meantime ... Beanie says, "Give LaMarr sh*t for not paying up on his bets. Him and Steve Breaston!"

Phil Mickelson Loses $200k Bet to Tiger But Wins $9M Pot!!!
5:07 PM PT -- Phil might have lost the battle but he did NOT lose the war ... 'cause he's walking away with $9 MILLION after beating Tiger!!! Phil needed a sudden-death playoff to fend off Tiger in the winner-take-all match. Mickelson won 3 side bets worth $600k while Tiger won 1 side bet worth $200k. That money will go to a charity of each player's choice.
Well, it's already been a pretty costly day for Phil Mickelson ... that $200,000 bet with Tiger Woods didn't exactly go his way.
Remember, earlier this week, Phil bet Tiger $100,000 that he would birdy the 1st hole at the big pay-per-view golf match on Friday. Tiger was so confident, he told Phil to "double it."
Phil didn't completely botch the hole -- he had a perfect opportunity to win the bet ... but when he hit the putt that woulda given him the birdy, it stopped short.
He hit the next shot for par -- but the damage had already been done.
Tiger smirked and commented, "That hurts the pocket."
The two tied on the first hole. They've been super friendly throughout the match so far, talking about everything from their kids to how cool Samuel L. Jackson is.
They're expected to make more side bets during the match as they compete for that $9 million winner-take-all grand prize.
Good luck!

Blac Chyna Promotion of Skin Lightening Cream ... It's a White Lie
Blac Chyna's touting of a skin lightening beauty product is just a cash grab ... because she allegedly doesn't even use the stuff.
Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ ... despite her partnership with Whitenicious by Dencia to roll out her "Whitenicious X Blac Chyna Diamond Illuminating & Lightening Cream," she's never applied it to her own skin.
We're told BC was presented with a business opportunity and offered good money to promote the cream -- which goes for $250 per Swarovski crystals-studded jar -- so she said yes ... simple as that.
It's interesting, because while Chyna's reps told us she's been using Whitenicious dark spot corrector products for a few years to deal with her hyperpigmentation ... they didn't say she used the lightening cream.
Still, it was implied.
This isn't the first time BC's been accused of misleading marketing. Last year she was criticized for pushing another controversial item -- a detox tea for a flat tummy -- amid rumors she had plastic surgery to appear more fit.
Either way, Chyna's cashing checks from these companies ... while she's currently getting zilch from Rob Kardashian.

Wanna feel broke as hell?
Floyd Mayweather spent an ungodly amount of money on jewelry during an L.A. shopping spree last week ... dropping $5.3 MILLION on new chains and bracelets, TMZ Sports has learned.
The champ hit up jeweler to the stars Peter Marco at his shop in Beverly Hills on Nov. 14 ... and went HAM. Here's the breakdown:

-- One 3-4.5 ct. diamond bracelet for another $2.5 MILLION
-- One 2-pound yellow gold Cuban necklace and 3 watches for a combined $500k
Add all that up ... and you got a whoppin' $5.3 mil.
How'd Mayweather pay for all of the stuff? He wrote checks! (Hey, can't pay for everything in cash!)
Of course, Floyd ain't shy about his insane purchases ... remember his $18 MILLION watch ... and his $2 MILLION car fleet ... and oh yeah, his $10 MILLION ring and chain combo.
Makes ya kinda wish you became an undefeated international boxing superstar, huh?
Floyd is still lining up big money events for himself -- he claims he'll make a fortune for fighting Tenshin Nasukawa in Japan on New Year's Eve.
Plus, Floyd told us he'll make a 9-FIGURE payday if he can come to terms with Khabib Nurmagomedov for a boxing superfight in 2019.

Morreale Paris has rolled out a brand new line of perfume that retails for $20 million. That's more money than any of us could ever hope to see in our lifetimes -- but hey, somewhere out there is some Richie Rich who's thinking ... "Eh, I'll give it some thought."
The reason for the astronomical price tag ... it's literally covered in gold and precious stones. The $20m bottle is laced in over 20,000 diamonds and rubies from Russia, Botswana, Cambodia and Thailand -- all of which sit on an 18-karat gold frame.
You're also getting the most bang for your buck if you make the purchase -- bottles come in multiple sizes, from 5L to 7L and even 10L.
Maxime Rancon is the creative director behind the whole thing, and tells us, "Le Monde sur Mesure is an absolute work of art, a true conversational piece, it is the most exclusive and luxurious perfume in the world. Rancon was also the brains behind the incredible video for Nile Niami's Opus mansion.
Rancon created a video for the fragrance directed by Clement Oberto and starring Logan Polish and the voice of Loan Chabanol.
As for the fragrances, Morreale will customize an aroma of your liking. You can mix scents like black pepper from Vietnam, cardamom from forests of southern India, cinnamon from Sri Lanka, grapefruit from the Caribbean, lavender from the Canary Islands, cloves from Madagascar, juniper from the French Alps, and lemongrass from Cambodia/Vietnam ... among other options.
And, get this ... if $20 mil is a little too steep, there's also $1.5 mil option. What a deal!!!

Tyrese My Ex Refuses to Work ... Says 'Living Life' is Her Job!!!
Tyrese wants to know why his ex-wife won't get a job and he got an answer -- she thinks "living life" qualifies as a real occupation ... according to new docs in their child support battle.
As we've told you, Tyrese is upset about how much dough Norma Gibson's been dropping on babysitters for their 11-year-old daughter. After all, he says their court-ordered child support deal requires Norma to work toward becoming self-sufficient.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese says Norma sat for a deposition and his attorney asked her straight-up what she did on August 21 ... a day when she racked up 7 hours of childcare bills. Norma's reply? She was busy "living life."
According to the docs, she further explained, "I am working. I am working on my book. I am working on my life. I am running errands at home."
Tyrese's attorneys say Norma is full of crap -- and truth is she feels ZERO obligation to find a job or contribute financially to raising their kid because Tyrese is rich and will cover everything.
To be clear, Tyrese isn't complaining about paying child support, but he is pissed she wants him to pay her attorney fees ... especially when she has NO job.

Skrillex On the Hook for $1.6 Million ... In Fan Lawsuit
Skrillex's definitely breaking a sweat now ... a jury just decided he has to pay a fan over a MILLION bucks in an injury lawsuit.
A jury just awarded Jennifer Fraissl a whopping $4,525,402 in her lawsuit against the DJ, in which she claimed she suffered a stroke after he pulled a stunt at one of his concerts. Skrillex himself was found to be responsible for 35% of the damages awarded by the jury ... roughly $1.6 million.
There's more bad news for Skrillex ... his touring company, Lost Boys, owes an additional $1.8 mil. Jennifer won't be able to collect it all because the jury also found her to be 15% responsible for the incident.
TMZ broke the story ... Fraissl sued the DJ in February 2014 claiming Skrillex leaped off his DJ table while performing at The Belasco Theater in downtown L.A. ... and landed on top of her. By the way, venue got dinged for about $450k of the damages.
Skrillex tells us he's disappointed by the jury's decision, but added, "There is nothing more important to me than my fans and their safety at my shows -- I want them to have fun and enjoy the music."
His attorney, Barry Thompson, isn't taking it that well, saying the evidence "included video proof that [Skrillex] never made physical contact with Ms. Fraissl."
He also threw shade at her health issues -- "Ms. Fraissl's active international travel schedule since her stroke seems unlikely for someone who suffered the type of mental and physical damages she and her attorney claimed."
He says they'll make a decision soon about an appeal.

Kevin Durant Blasts NBA Heckler 'Corny and Weak'
This is amazing video ... Kevin Durant was on-camera the moment he was fined $25,000 for cussing out a heckler at an NBA game over the weekend -- and the reaction is incredible.
Durant was doing Chris Haynes' podcast for Yahoo Sports when the NBA reporter broke the news to him live on camera about the punishment for telling a Dallas Mavs fan to "shut the f**k up and watch the f**king game."
"I knew I was gonna get fined. How much they gonna fine me?" Durant asked.
Once he learned the number, Durant went off ...
"More fans should understand what that means ... Grown men can't come to a game and heckle grown men. That's corny and that's weak."
For those interested, Kevin Durant’s reaction as I break the news of his $25,000 fine right in front of him. Also, his thoughts. pic.twitter.com/1rWgkZV3Kb
@ChrisBHaynes
KD continued to mock the fan ... "You coming to a game to heckle another grown man, 'You soft. You weak. Draymond this, Draymond that. You a bitch.'"
"You going to sleep as a grown man doing that to another person."
As we previously reported, Durant approached the fan who sitting courtside at the Mavs vs. Golden State Warriors game on Saturday.
Witnesses told us the fan had been going off on KD for a while calling him names like "Cupcake."
The Warriors lost the game -- and now KD lost $25k -- which is really no big deal to him considering he's in the middle of a 2-year, $61 MILLION contract.

Alexi Lalas Pulisic to Chelsea Would Be Huge for USA
If Christian Pulisic ends up with Chelsea ... it'll be a monumental moment for U.S. Soccer ... so says Alexi Lalas, who tells TMZ Sports whoever lands the superstar will have to whip out the checkbook.
Depending on who you ask, 20-year-old Pulisic could land with big-time Premier League giants like Chelsea or Liverpool ... but Pulisic himself has been mum on his future come January.
Of course, other stars like Landon Donovan have played for teams like Bayern Munich and Clint Dempsey suited up for Tottenham ... so it's not uncharted territory for a Team USA player.
But, the big difference here is with the transfer fee involved ... as reports are saying it could cost clubs up to $80 MILLION to land C.P., who was just named the youngest captain in USMNT history.
We also asked Lalas who has a better chance of landing with the MLS -- Ronaldo or Messi -- and you'll wanna hear his take.

Kanye West Donates $500,000 To California Fire Relief
Kanye West is making a gigantic contribution toward relief for the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to battle the California wildfires.
Audience sources tell us Kim Kardashian will appear on 'Ellen' Wednesday and drop a massive surprise c/o her hubby. We're told during the show, Kim and Ellen shift their focus from Kim's new Glam Bible -- from her cosmetics company -- to the devastation of the wildfires.
Our sources say Kim revealed she and Kanye had a serious discussion on how they could ease the burden on those tasked with battling the inferno, and Kanye put an immediate plan into action.
We're told Kim tells Ellen that Kanye went to adidas and his Yeezy brand to drum up relief funds, and they were quick to raise $500,000.
During Wednesday's episode of 'Ellen' ... Kim will present a $200,000 check to the California Community Foundation's Wildfire Relief Fund and a $200,000 check to the California Fire Foundation.

Tekashi69 Give Us Cash and Apology, Or Else!!! Booking Agent Threatens
Problems are piling up for Tekashi69 as he sits in prison -- his old booking agents are threatening to sue AND claim the money he's trying to use for bail is cash he owes them.
MTA Booking is pissed at the rapper for making what it calls "malicious" and "defamatory" statements on social media and last week on "The Breakfast Club." MTA fired off a cease and desist letter demanding 6ix9ine retract and apologize publicly ... or it's gonna sue his ass.
MTA says the rapper's allegation it stole a ton of cash from him did serious damage to its reputation, and its booking agents are getting death threats.
That's not all ... a rep for MTA tells us a large portion of the money Tekashi's attorney offered up in court for his bail rightfully belongs to the company. MTA says it's already sent him $860k for deposits on upcoming shows in the U.S., Mexico and Germany. Presumably, he won't be able to perform those shows, so MTA wants that money back.
We're told MTA's working with its legal team to prevent 6ix9ine from using any of that dough for bail.
We broke the story ... Tekashi's been placed in general population at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center -- despite being a potential target for violence -- while he awaits his Wednesday's bail hearing.

Tiger vs. Phil The $9 Million Money Shot!
Ever wonder what $9 MILLION in cash looks like? Well, here ya go ...
Here's the cash prize that's being offered to the winner of the Tiger Woods vs. Phil Mickelson 1-on-1 golf tournament on Friday.
While the guys were getting ready for Tuesday's big media event at Shadow Creek in Nevada to promote "The Match" ... our friends at "The Vegas Take with Sharp and Shapiro" snapped a pic of the cash prize on the table in the clubhouse locker room.
Each yellow band of $100 bills contains $10,000 in cash -- and, if you need some help with the math, it takes 900 of those stacks to make $9 mil.
Phil previously told TMZ Sports ... some of the money will go to the Children of the 58 fund -- which will provide scholarships to the children of the 58 people killed in the 2017 Las Vegas shooting.
Another portion will go to Birdies for the Brave -- a foundation started by Phil and his wife -- dedicated to supporting wounded military vets.
The golf legends are already making personal bets with each other -- including a $200,000 wager on the 1st hole!
We're hoping that money goes to charity too!

Tyga Josie Canseco Went to 'Rack City' With My Bday Dancers!!!
Tyga made sure everyone at his 29th birthday bash got involved in the festivities, and that required some hands-on therapy with booty-shaking dancers in g-strings!
The rapper celebrated Monday night at Delilah in WeHo with some of his besties ... including several limber dancers with pole skills. We got video of Tyga enjoying himself, but from the looks of things ... no one had a better time than model Josie Canseco.
She was hanging all over her BF, rapper Mike Stud, while contributing to the dancers' college funds.
Tyga's BFF -- and Amber Rose's BF -- Alexander 'AE' Edwards was also there. The night couldn't finish without a birthday cake ... albeit stripper-themed. How fitting.
