The man who tried rushing Larry Nassar in court last week says he's giving away the $31,000 people have raised for his defense to charity.

Randall Margraves -- the father of 3 of Nassar's victims -- released a statement Thursday, saying he'd be donating all leftover contributions from the $31k in a recently-established GoFundMe account in his name to several charities that support survivors of sexual abuse.

Margraves says he's willing to refund anyone who already donated to the account, and that anything left over after March 9 will be given to charities like Small Talk, RAVE and the Firecracker Foundation.

As we reported ... Margraves tried attacking Nassar in court last Friday, telling the judge he wanted alone time with the convict as part of his new sentence -- up to 125 years in prison.

Turns out, sitting behind Tom Brady for all those years paid off BIG for Jimmy Garoppolo -- dude just inked a $137.5 MILLION deal with the 49ers!!

The 2nd handsomest QB in the league's contract is one of the biggest deals in NFL history.

FYI, Jimmy G is only 26 years old -- kid's doing well!!!

Jimmy led the 49ers to a 5-0 record in games he started in after he was traded out of New England in the middle of the 2017 season.

Victoria Beckham went from wanting nothing to do with a Spice Girls reunion to being fully on board ... largely because she wants to step out of David Beckham's shadow and do her own thing again ... sources connected to the group tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... the Spice Girls will reunite for a concert tour -- probably towards the end of summer -- that will begin in England and migrate over to the U.S. of A.

We're told Victoria and David Beckham often do their own thing, and she's bored with being on the sidelines. Our sources say Victoria wants to "individualize herself" ... and ironically she's doing that by rejoining her group, or as she's put it, "her girls."

We're told one of the allures is money. Our sources say the girls won't get paid equally, and it's pretty clear Victoria can demand more than the others. That said, as one source put it, "They are worth more as a group than they are individually, so this is a great venture for all of them."

Cardi B's feud with the Crips is setting off a red alert, and the L.A. nightclubs where she's appearing for NBA All-Star Weekend will be rolling DEEP with armed security ... TMZ has learned.

Cardi has an exclusive deal to host at 3 clubs next weekend -- all under the same ownership -- and our sources say they're preparing for the worst ... as in, possible gang violence.

TMZ broke the story ... Cardi's been flooded with violent threats from Crips who feel she dissed them by captioning a pic of herself in a blue fur coat, "I hate wearing Flue."

Our sources say club management held an emergency meeting Wednesday to discuss how to handle the crisis. Canceling was never an option -- we're told Cardi's getting around $250k for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night gigs, and her team hasn't made a peep about pulling out.

Still, we're told club owners are taking the threats seriously, and want to make sure Cardi and all club patrons are safe.

Drake's been in a giving mood this week, and one of his 5-figure gifts will help women and children in Miami for years to come ... TMZ has learned.

Drizzy dropped by Lotus House -- Miami's only shelter for homeless women and children -- and dished out toys and games to 140 kids Tuesday. He also handed out $150 Target gift cards to 130 women, and cut a $50,000 check for the organization.

We're told the money will go directly toward funding the group's new shelter, which recently opened and holds 500 beds.

Lotus House President Constance Collins told us the "God's Plan" rapper's donation will "nourish bodies, minds and spirits of homeless women and children who are among the most vulnerable in our community." She added ... Drake's timing is perfect.

Drake's charity spree has also included spending $50k on groceries for random Miami shoppers, a $50k donation check to one happy student at the University of Miami and $25k to a high school.

The Spice Girls have a major advantage leading up to their forthcoming reunion tour -- they can still hawk A LOT of gear bearing their name ... some of it old, but still new.

We did some digging, and it turns out the Spice Girls have a live trademark and exclusive rights to use their band name on a bunch of tour merch.

Rob Gronkowski's New England mansion sits behind a gate -- surrounded by spiked fencing -- with a security system ... but it wasn't enough to deter burglars.

Travis Barker's old flame is back on the market, and she can be yours ... for a cool $16,900.

The flame is his 2007 Honda CBR1000RR. The Blink-182 drummer sold it a few years ago, and now the guy who bought it from him is flipping the sweet green ride. The seller tells us the bike had a mere 12 miles on it, because Travis mainly used it to promote his clothing line, "Famous Stars & Straps."
