Offset's time is up to pay back a stylist for allegedly stiffing him, so the stylist is going full bore, asking a judge to order the rapper to fork over the money ... sources close to the case tell TMZ.

The Migos rapper was sued in late June in Fulton County, GA by a stylist claiming he got shorted $11,699 for his work plus clothing costs. The services were supposedly rendered in Miami back in April ... when Offset was in town for Quavo's bday.

Omarosa is getting called every name in the book for leaking secretly recorded convos with and about Trump --- but you'd never guess she was bothered, based on her pearly whites.

Trump's former aide-turned-foe was seen leaving Trevor Noah's 'Daily Show' set in NYC Tuesday night alongside her husband, John Allen Newman. She was smiling ear-to-ear while exiting the building -- which we'll take to mean her appearance went well.

She certainly had a lot to talk about. From a new tape in which other Trump campaigners discussed alleged audio of the Prez using the n-word, to her Situation Room firing and, of course, Trump calling her a dog ... topics were anything but scant.

Let's not kid ourselves though -- Omarosa is doing a full blitz book tour right now, so you know she's loving the attention, good or bad. As long as it sells ... she's happy.

The 2017 Oakland Raiders coach has some advice for the 2018 Oakland Raiders -- PAY KHALIL MACK ALREADY!!!

Jack Del Rio -- who was fired after the '17 season and replaced by Jon Gruden -- decided to weigh in on the Khalil Mack holdout ... the biggest roster news in Raiders camp right now.

"Gotta pay the man!" Del Rio said ... "[Mack] is the total package. Great player and an even better person!"

Del Rio coached Mack for 3 seasons ('15, '16, '17) and clearly thinks the 2017 NFL Defensive Player of the Year is worth splurging for.

Senator Elizabeth Warren is apparently a HUGE fan of The Rock's HBO series, "Ballers" -- but one of Dwayne's costars says it's not because of his star power like she claims.

Our photog ran into Rob Corddry at LAX a day after the Mass. Senator posted a video where she publicly declared she's crushing hard for The Rock.

Rob told us he's got intel, Sen. Warren's "Ballers" love is really about the Benjamins. He joked, we think, that she's told him she digs the show's take on athletes juggling their finances. Y'know, fiscal responsibility and stuff.

TMZ Sports has learned ... James Harden has been named in a police report filed by a woman who claims she was roughed up by the NBA star at a Scottsdale nightclub -- and she has video.

The woman claims she was partying at Mint nightclub on Saturday morning when she claims a member of Harden's entourage got involved in a fight -- and when James noticed she was recording, he grabbed her wrist and snatched her phone before throwing it on the roof so she couldn't sell the footage to TMZ.

She says at some point Harden noticed she was videotaping the action and demanded that she delete what was recorded. She says Harden said he knew her endgame was to sell the vid to TMZ.

The woman claims Harden threw her phone on the roof of the club, and then a member of Harden's crew came up to her and offered her $200 for the phone. She took the money, and then she says Harden came up to her and handed her another $300.

We're told security personnel eventually broke up the fight. When things settled down she climbed up on the roof and retrieved her phone, which was still recording. The woman later went to the hospital where she was treated for a wrist injury.

A rep for the Scottsdale PD tells TMZ Sports a report was taken and the investigation is ongoing. Law enforcement sources tell us Harden is named in the report but he has NOT been named a suspect at this point.

Tyrese is dipping DEEP into his piggy bank, so deep there's nary a cent left to cover his ex-wife's attorney fees ... according to his financial records.

Tyrese just filed docs responding to Norma Gibson's request for him to pay for her divorce attorney, and they reveal some serious monthly expenses. According to the docs, Tyrese says he's dropping about nearly $114k each month for his mortgage, child care, groceries, utilities and $10k in child support payments to Norma.

Here's where that number becomes a problem -- Tyrese says in the docs he's only bringing in $51k on average each month. Doesn't take a math genius to see he's in the red. In fact, he says his savings have dwindled from $800k in cash last November to just $130k now.

Terrell Owens made one helluva catch at Matt Barnes' charity football game on Sunday -- catching a 60-YARD HAIL MARY from another ex-NFL star ... with no time on the clock!!!

The QB was Kerry Rhodes (a safety in the NFL) who dropped back and slung a dime to Owens in the back of the endzone to tie up the game as time expired at the Athletes Vs. Cancer flag football game.

Everyone went crazy ... except for T.O., who played it cool (he's a Hall of Famer after all).

Funny, Draymond told us he opted not to play because he didn't want to risk injury just a few months before the NBA season begins (ditto for Nick Young) ... but it didn't stop JaVale!

The mother of Martavis Bryant's 5-year-old daughter says the NFLer has been dodging child support payments for months ... and claims he owes her nearly $80k.

Bryant's baby mama -- Jasmin Keesley -- tells TMZ Sports the Oakland Raiders WR has only made court-ordered payments 6 times since a paternity test determined he was the father in 2015. She says she's begged Bryant to help for years ... and he's refused.

Jasmin claims Bryant -- currently in a 4-year, $2.6 mil contract -- has been successfully dodging payments because he keeps moving without reporting his new address to court officials.

"They literally have to find him, and it takes about 4 months each time," Jasmin says. She also claims the department of social services has sent two wage withholding forms to the Raiders with no success.

Honey Boo Boo is learning a hard lesson ... dancing can really suck.

The 12-year-old dissolved into tears after a rehearsal Saturday at CBS Studios in L.A.

All is not bad ... she's getting $50,000 just for signing to do the show, and the longer she competes the more money she'll pull in. If she makes it to episode 3 she'll get $10k, episode 5 she'll get another $15k, episode 7 she'll get $20k, episode 8 another $15k, and if she's in the finale she'll get another $20k.

Former Steelers star LaMarr Woodley has advice for Le'Veon Bell ... telling TMZ Sports, "No strip clubs" during the holdout!!

Bell's been in a huge feud with Pittsburgh brass over his contract ... and while he's sitting out for more money -- he's spent some time slappin' butt in the booty club.

Woodley -- who was teammates with Bell during the RB's rookie year in 2013 -- is advising Le'Veon to avoid doing that again ... 'cause a big contract is on the line!!

"It's OK to have a little fun," Woodley tells us.

"But, I have to say no strip clubs. Stay out the limelight that way and just work. 'Cause the big deal about to get ready to come."

Good news for Le'Veon ... Woodley says the rap career is still acceptable.

John Mayer is the latest celeb to be hit by burglars ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, someone broke into the singer's Beverly Hills-area home mid-morning Friday. The intruder got in by smashing a bedroom window.

We're told the house was "ransacked." The burglar/burglars made off with music equipment and personal property. Our sources say among the items taken ... some of John's watches. He has an enormous and enormously valuable timepiece collection.

Our sources say the value of the property taken is between $100,000 and $200,000.

No one was home at the time of the break-in. We don't know if John's burglar alarm was on.

Somewhere around noon, a security guard noticed the broken window and called police.

"Shut Up and Dribble" could turn into "Shut Up and Pay Me" for LeBron James.

Despite the fact he's launching a new Showtime series using the 'S.U.A.D.' title, we've learned someone else has already moved on locking down the trademark to use the phrase on clothing.

Of course, LeBron LOVES to turn his projects and catchphrases into fashion items -- we've seen him do it with "Strive For Greatness" gear and just the other day he rocked a shirt that said "I Promise," the name of his new school in Ohio.

So, it seems obvious he would try to get the rights to "Shut Up and Dribble" too.

The problem ... a guy in Jersey named William DelGrande applied for the trademark back in February ... just a few days after FOX News' Laura Ingraham used the phrase to scold LeBron for getting involved in politics.

DelGrande doesn't own the trademark outright -- at least, not yet -- but he's got a big head start on LeBron ... which gives him an advantage if James makes a claim.

The good news ... DelGrande says he's willing to drop his claim -- for the right price.

Don't get it twisted, DelGrande isn't looking for a 7-figure deal -- telling TMZ Sports he'd wave the white flag for a "reasonable price."

Kylie Jenner is no stranger to flowers or cash ... so clearly nothing makes more sense than to gift her a gigantic solo cup made of roses ... which comes with a hefty price tag.

Jenner showed off the creation from La Fleur Bouquets Thursday -- a 21st birthday gift she got from her friend, Yris. We're told the "Legal AF" solo cup was made with more than 1,000 real roses -- and comes in right around $5,000.

The arrangement was just one of several gifts Jenner got for her 21st, not to mention the gigantic party she threw at Delilah in West Hollywood ... with guest that included her fam, along with Bella Hadid, The Weeknd, Dave Chappelle and baby daddy Travis Scott.

Eddie Hearn -- the promoter in charge of Anthony Joshua's career -- says the fight between Logan Paul and KSI is an insult to hardcore boxing fans ... an insult he'd LOVE to promote.

Hearn basically controls boxing on the other side of the pond ... promoting not only AJ, but stars like Amir Khan, Daniel Jacobs and Tony Bellew.

Being that the fight is happening in his backyard in Manchester, we had to get Hearn's take on the event, and he told us he HATES IT and LOVES IT, all at the same time.

"How can you not congratulate them? This is a venture that's got a lot of people talking. Again, from a hardcore boxing fan's point of view, it makes my skin crawl. But, from a promoter's point of view, I have to say congratulations."

Hearn's point is clear ... he says Logan and KSI have managed to capture the interest of non-boxing fans, which Eddie says is the key to making a big splash on pay-per-view.

Palm Springs has been a celebrity playground for decades ... and it's also where the former home of Howard Hughes, one of the world's weirdest and wealthiest people, just changed hands.

Hughes' sleek mid-century home has sold for $1.3 million ... not bad for an area that regularly fetches 7 figures.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath gem was built in 1957 and had been a vacation rental before hitting the market for the first time in decades.

Whoever bought it now has a home with a rich celeb history ... it was previously owned by actress Eva Gabor and comedy writer Paul Keyes. Legendary film producer (and cocaine trafficker) Robert Evans chose it for his honeymoon. The home was once a fave vacation spot for Smokey Robinson.
