LaDainian Tomlinson I Was Hazed As A Rookie ... With $18k Dinner Bill!!
LaDainian Tomlinson has ZERO sympathy for Broncos players who got wack haircuts this week ... 'cause back when he was a rookie -- he was hazed to the tune of a near $20,000 dinner check!!
We got the legendary Charger out at LAX when he told us the Denver hazing story doesn't even compare to what he went through as a first-year player in 2001.
"The late Junior Seau and the veterans hazed me by taking me to dinner and spending $18,000 of my money!" L.T. tells TMZ Sports.
Don't feel too bad ... Tomlinson not only went on to earn more than $56 MILLION in his career -- he tells us he "absolutely" repaid the favor to rookies when he was a vet!!

2 Chainz' Wedding It's Got the Eye of the Tiger
5:30 PM PT -- 2 Chainz shared a video of the wedding party, including Lil Wayne walking behind him and a shot of his bride ... right next to the tiger.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
We already knew 2 Chainz' Miami wedding was going to be wild, but he just put the "extra" in extravagant ... by bringing in a damn tiger.
As we reported ... the rapper's dropping a fortune to get married to Kesha Ward Saturday at the Gianni Versace Mansion, and the cost apparently includes having a white tiger on the guest list.
The large striped kitty was seen being rolled up some stairs into the venue in a cage ... and didn't necessarily seem too chill about it. We're told the tiger's caretaker mentioned the Bengal would be switched into another clean cage for the wedding ceremony.
Our source at the scene tells us the caretaker said the tiger would be leaving around 6 PM after the festivities. About 10 security guards were also on hand to assist with the delivery and make sure nobody got too close to the cat.
No word on what the tiger's role will be during the wedding ... but we're guessing it's not ring bearer.

It's true ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned the ex-NFL superstar just sold his mansion now that he's retired -- and the place was EPIC!!
The palace -- located just north of Scottsdale in (fittingly) Paradise Valley -- was a whopping 6,785 square feet and had 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a pool AND A MOVIE THEATER!!
It coulda been all yours too ... but somebody just snatched it off the market for $2.9 MILLION -- according to David Khalaj from Pro Sports Realty.
Bummer for Carson to lose such a crib ... but he did make $300,000 on the deal -- sooo, all good, right??
Happy retirement!!

Steve Wozniak Who Needs Apple? This Pi(l)e's Mine!!!
Steve Wozniak went up against the real-life "Molly's Game" ringleader, but the look on his face says it all ... he can win the pot like the best of 'em.
The Woz and Molly Bloom spoke at the cryptocurrency convention, ChainXChange, at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, but had a meeting of the poker minds backstage before going onstage.
If you're unfamiliar with Molly ... she's a badass. Molly's the inspiration for Aaron Sorkin's first film as a director. He also wrote the script to the flick starring Jessica Chastain as Molly.
Molly ran a high-stakes poker game back in the day at the famed Viper Room in L.A. ... frequented by celebs like Ben Affleck, Tobey Maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio ... and the freakin' Russian mob.
See, badass.
We're told the meeting between Wozzy -- an avid poker player -- and Molly played out more like a mutual admiration society. And, for the record ... no real money changed hands ... it was all in fun.
Probs why Molly played it so cool.

Talk about return on investment ... a judge has ordered Vikings WR Kendall Wright to pay nearly $400,000 to a company that sells stock in professional athletes.
As we previously reported ... Fantex, Inc. -- a business that makes deals with athletes to sell "shares" to fans who believe the athletes are destined for big paydays -- sued Kendall back in January.
They claimed after they signed a deal with Wright in 2015 that offered him $3.125 mil for 10% of his future earnings ... he didn't pay up.

FYI ... Wright is currently on the roster bubble in Minnesota after inking an $1 million deal with the team this offseason.

Tyrese's Ex His Money Probs are His Fault, Not Mine ... Don't Mess with The Rock
Tyrese has nobody to blame but himself for his struggles in the movie biz, because he picked a fight with The Rock and lost ... according to his ex-wife.
Norma Gibson filed legal docs this week -- obtained by TMZ -- firing back at Tyrese for claiming she ruined his career with domestic violence allegations ... so he can't afford to pay her legal fees.
Norma claims his movie career is flailing because he got into a public beef with Dwayne Johnson ... and that was all his fault -- not hers.
We broke the story -- Tyrese says he's only raking in $51k a month but his expenses are more than $113k, so he's too strapped for cash to cover anything else for her.
Norma calls BS and slams Tyrese ... saying "his extravagant lifestyle and over $113,000 in monthly bills is his choice." Besides ... she believes he should have money from other sources to cover her attorney fees.
Translation -- flourishing movie career or not ... Norma wants her money.

Shonda Rhimes Sued Over Sidewalk Scandal!!!
-
EXCLUSIVE
Shonda Rhimes hasn't had a misstep in her career, which is more than can be said about a world-renowned physician who tripped and fell in front of her house, and now the good doc is suing her.
Dr. Kuo Chao claims in a new lawsuit, he was jogging past Shonda's Hancock Park mansion in L.A. back in June 2017, when he tripped over a buckling sidewalk in front of the 8,400 square foot home.
He says he broke his wrist, damaged cartilage and lost range of motion and function in his wrist and arm, which has caused limited mobility and loss of strength and stamina. He also says he has lost "fine motor skills." He says he was unable to work for a long time and it still affects his ability to work.
Dr. Chao says he is a prestigious interventional neuroradiologist -- he treats stroke and aneurysm patients. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yale.
As for why Dr. Chao says Shonda's responsible, he says she had an obligation to fix the sidewalk, which buckled due to pipes, tree roots and botched repairs. He's also suing the City of L.A.
Dr. Chao is asking for unspecified damages.
We reached out to Shonda's rep .. so far, no word back.

LaVar Ball Adamant His JBA Players Get Paid
08/10/18
LaVar Ball's JBA league is now facing allegations from a former player that he got stiffed out of his full paycheck ... but, just last week, LaVar was adamant he's paying ALL of his guys.
Brandon Phillips -- who played for the L.A. Ballers this season -- claims he's only been paid roughly one-third of what he was promised ... and had to come out of pocket to pay for travel expenses.
Phillips told Cycle Media's Thomas Duffy that no one from the league has returned his calls regarding the 2 paychecks he never received.
But, we spoke with LaVar on August 10 -- and he didn't seem like a man with anything to hide.
In fact, he was bragging about how his league pays their players -- saying, "We ain't letting you play for free!"
We're trying to get back in touch with LaVar to get his full side of the story -- stay tuned.

'Star Trek' Star Nichelle Nichols Her Son's the Problem, Not Dementia ... Claims Alleged Friend
Nichelle Nichols is spry and lucid, and doesn't need to be controlled by a bunch of people who don't have her best interests at heart -- including her son-- so says a woman claiming to be her close friend.
According to new legal docs filed by Angelique Fawcette ... the 'Star Trek' icon's son, Kyle Johnson, doesn't really care about Nichols' well-being ... she says he's trying to use her health issues as an excuse to gain possession of her riches.
Fawcette claims Nichelle even wrote a note to her son in March 2017, letting him know she wants to amend her will because he allegedly told her ... "I can't wait to get rid of this sh*t and sell [your] house and property."
As for Nichols' recent dementia diagnosis ... Fawcette says it's not credible because the doctor who diagnosed is not a psychiatrist and lacks necessary qualifications. And, Fawcette says she's consistently observed Nichelle performing daily activities with no issues ... she just needs occasional reminders to pay her bills.
We broke the story ... Johnson claimed his mother needed court-ordered protection because people were taking advantage of her. A judge signed off on a conservatorship.
Fawcette claims it's all a ruse set up by Nichols' son, so he can get his hands on her money. She says Nichelle's doing just fine and wants to keep living her life and handling her own business ... and her 2013 video interview with Nichols is more proof.

Josh Gordon In Child Support War ... Flirting with Jail Time
Josh Gordon's off-season is WAY more complicated than we thought -- the Browns WR is in the middle of a nasty child support war ... and if he doesn't make things right, he could go to jail.
Christina Lockhart has been fighting like hell to get the troubled NFL star to fork over child support for their 3-year-old daughter for years ... but it's been a fight every step of the way. She clearly feels Gordon's screwing her over.
Lockhart recently got a court order forcing Gordon to pay $6,765 per month starting August 1 ... but her lawyer told WKYC she has NOT received the payment.
The child support figure is tied to Gordon's 2018 salary with the Browns -- $800,000 -- but there's a catch.
Gordon's attorney claims in court docs the WR won't get his first paycheck until September 9 -- Week 1 of the NFL season.
But, in court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge clearly outlines the penalty for missing payments -- up to 30 days in jail for the first violation, 60 days for the second violation and 90 days for the third.
We've reached out to Gordon's attorney, Tanja Holecek, for comment -- so far, no word back.

Omarosa Releases Audio of Lara Trump ... Offers Hush Money After Firing
It's now clear why Donald Trump pretended not to know his Chief of Staff fired Omarosa, because he and his family were clearly on a campaign to buy her silence ... or at least to hush her up and not talk trash.
Omarosa just released another secret audio recording ... this time with Eric Trump's wife, Lara, and it's shocking. She straight-up offers her around $180k to work on Trump's reelection campaign -- what she made at the White House, but there's a string attached.
Lara says, "It sounds a little like, obviously, that there are some things you've got in the back pocket to pull out. Clearly if you come on board the campaign, we can't have ..." and then she says Omarosa's got to keep it positive.
Here's what's really shocking ... General Kelly told Omarosa she was being fired for financial improprieties involving "integrity" issues that could run her afoul of the law. She wasn't fit for the White House, but she's fit for Trump's reelection campaign?
Omarosa released the tape on MSNBC.

Garry Shandling Leaves Behind $668k Estate, But ... Likely Has Millions More
At first blush, it appears Garry Shandling left behind an estate of less than a million dollars -- a surprisingly low amount for the mega-successful comedian ... but there's more to the story.
According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Shandling had a net worth $668,636 at the time of his death, which was left with the executor of his estate ... his lawyer and friend, Bill Isaacson.
But, there's a catch -- Isaacson is the trustee of a trust Shandling created that's hidden from public view ... a trust that likely contains millions more in assets.
As we reported with Anthony Bourdain, rich celebs often create these separate trusts for various reasons, including privacy and tax purposes.
That seems to be the case with the late star of "The Larry Sanders Show" as well.

Jack and Lisa Osbourne Settle Divorce
Jack and Lisa Osbourne made quick work of their divorce because TMZ has learned the case has already settled.
Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... under the terms of the settlement, Jack has given Lisa a "sizable cash payout." He's also paying "significant child support" and is covering private schools, medical costs and pretty much every other expense.
The couple will also share joint custody of their 3 children.
As we reported, Lisa filed for divorce back in May and Jack just filed legal docs responding to her divorce petition. In his docs, Jack asked the judge to deny Lisa spousal support, but turns out that was just a formality because the settlement gives Lisa cash upfront in lieu of spousal support.
The divorce will be official 6 months after the May divorce petition was filed, but since Jack and Lisa have settled ... it's now just a matter of time.

Case in point ... Peter Valdriz, who replied to Travis' $100k Twitter giveaway announcement Tuesday -- in which fans were encouraged to tweet their Cash App tag with lyrics from "Astroworld" for a chance to get money. Jack Osbourne I'm Not Paying My Wife Alimony
8/16 -- TMZ has learned the divorce has already settled, and the reason Jack's lawyer checked the box denying Lisa spousal support is that they agreed she'd get an upfront cash payout in lieu of spousal support.
Jack Osbourne has filed his response to his wife's divorce petition, and it seems there's a conflict ... at the very least, over spousal support.
Jack is asking the judge to deny Lisa any such support. He's down with her request to give them joint custody of the 3 kids.
He wants Lisa to foot the bill for her lawyers, but she's asking that Jack pay.
As we reported ... Lisa filed for divorce back in May after 5 and a half years of marriage.
Jack and Lisa got married in October 2012 with a small ceremony of less than 50 guests in Hawaii. They tied the knot after just 4 months of dating.
