Rosa Salazar -- who's starring in the upcoming James Cameron/Robert Rodriguez blockbuster "Alita: Battle Angel" -- has one less real-life battle to worry about ... TMZ has learned.
Court sources tell us ... Rosa squared off against her ex-boyfriend, Sam Setzer, and his lawyers Wednesday in front of a judge over claims he made last month that she harassed and threatened him after a breakup.
We're told the judge heard both sides and decided to dismiss the case and toss the restraining order Setzer had gotten against Rosa. The judge said there were no grounds for it.
Rosa's appeared in "American Horror Story" and the 'Maze Runner' films. She's playing the title character in 'Alita' -- with co-stars Jennifer Connelly, Michelle Rodriguez and Christoph Waltz -- which comes out later this year.

'It' Kid Stars Sequel Pays More Than Double ... For Young Bill and Beverly!!!
A couple of the young stars of last summer's blockbuster "It" have big paydays coming their way for 'Chapter Two' of the horror franchise ... according to their contracts.
The docs, obtained by TMZ, show that Jaeden Lieberher -- who plays young Bill -- banked $100,000 for the 2017 film ... plus a $35k box office bonus. Sophia Lillis -- who plays young Beverly -- hauled in $65,000 for her role.
But get this ... for the upcoming sequel, both young actors will earn more than double their pay -- $250k with a probable $70k bonus for Jaeden, and $150k for Sophia ... according to the docs.
This is huge, especially considering it's widely reported the second installment of "It" will feature future versions of the kids played by adult actors when it's released in 2019 ... so screen time for Jaeden and Sophia could be much less.
More pay for less work is always a good thing, though, right?

Will Ferrell Car Crash 911 Calls Released Multiple People Phoned In
Will Ferrell and the other passengers in the SUV that got flipped over on a highway had many people worried and rushing to get help ... according to the multiple 911 calls.
TMZ has obtained the audio of anonymous passersby calling 911 last Thursday night after Will and co. were involved in a serious 2-car accident in Orange County. As you can hear, all of them sounded quite concerned over the wreck ... which flipped over Will's vehicle.
As we reported ... Will escaped injury last week after getting sideswiped by a Toyota on the I-5 freeway. He was transferred to an area hospital, but appeared okay as he was being loaded into an ambulance. We're told other passengers suffered more serious injuries, but were in stable condition at the hospital.
Cops say drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash, and no one was arrested either.

Jeremy Renner Mo' Money ... Mo' Child Support
Jeremy Renner's boosted his star power in Hollywood, which means he's also boosting the amount of money he pays to support his his kid ... TMZ has learned.
Jeremy and his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco, have agreed to a new payment structure, due to the court deeming him an "extraordinary high income earner" -- $11.4 million per year ... according to the docs.
Renner and Sonni's initial child support deal for their daughter, Ava, called for him to pay $13k per month, plus 5% of any excess he made over his annual salary of $2.3 million.
Now, the exes have signed off on a new deal. Jeremy still pays $13k monthly, but the 5% has ballooned since he's hauling in so much more. They've agreed to cap that at $200k per year. Anything over that will go in an investment fund for Ava, which she can access when she turns 27.
She's only 5 now, but we're guessing Ava's gonna enjoy Daddy's 'Avengers' dough when she's older.

Vanessa A. Williams I Want a Divorce ... This Time I Mean It!!!
Vanessa A. Williams is giving divorce a second try -- filing to split from her husband, 10 years after she first filed divorce docs ... TMZ has learned.
The "Melrose Place" and "New Jack City" star filed docs Monday in L.A. to divorce Andre Wiseman ... who she married back in 1992. The couple had separated in 2008, and Vanessa even filed for the big D.
The divorce was dismissed, for some reason, in 2017 -- possibly because she'd let it lapse. Court records show nothing was filed after her initial divorce petition. But as they say, game on.
According to the refiled docs, Vanessa is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their 14-year-old son.
Vanessa, who also starred in the TV version of "Soul Food," was famously the only black actor to have a lead role on 'Melrose.'
As for the divorce? Second time's a charm -- or as her 'New Jack' character, Keisha, might put it ...

Finn Wolfhard After 'Stranger Things' Raise ... Scores $65k for 'The Goldfinch'
"Stranger Things" star Finn Wolfhard's bank account is loving 2018 ... on the heels of his huge raise for the TV show, he's also scored a sweet movie role with a fat paycheck.
Finn, who plays Mike Wheeler -- ringleader of the 'Stranger' kids -- is co-starring in "The Goldfinch" ... a movie based on the Pulitzer Prize winning novel by the same name. If you know the story ... Finn plays young Boris (if you don't know it, the movie will be out next year).
He's not the lead, but it's a crucial character in the plot. Finn's only 15, so his contract has to be filed in court ... and according to the docs, his base salary will be $65,000. He can also earn up to an additional $50k if the movie is a massive worldwide hit.
His OT rate is pretty good, too. If filming exceeds the planned dates, Finn gets $4,333 per day!
By the way, Finn's day job is mentioned in the contract. If filming runs into "Stranger Things" production ... the movie has to take a backseat to the Netflix hit. The kid knows where his bread is buttered.
As we've reported, Finn and his 'Stranger' co-stars just got huge pay bumps ... around $250,000 per episode of season 3.

Gwyneth Paltrow Wedding Rehearsal(?) Brings Out Hollywood's Finest
Do not doubt Gwyneth Paltrow's far reaching star power, 'cause she drummed up some the biggest names in Hollywood for what may have been practice for her forthcoming nuptials.
Tons of A-list actors and actresses poured out of the Los Angeles Theatre in Downtown L.A. Saturday night for an event many are calling Gwyneth's and her fiance Brad Falchuk's wedding rehearsal. They all got grilled, but no one copped to what was going on inside. Rehearsal dinner, engagement party? Nobody would say for sure.
Still, it was awesome seeing a lot of the most famous stars of the past two decades together in one building -- Reese Witherspoon, Steven Spielberg, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz, Rob Lowe, Jon Favreau, and more were spotted leaving Gwyneth's rumored run-through ... and they were all smiles. Bodes well for wedding day!
As we reported ... Gwyneth got engaged to be married again this past January, splashing the news on the front cover of her Goop issue that month.
This will be the second marriage for both Gwyneth and Brad. She was married to Chris Martin -- with whom she's well known for consciously uncoupling -- and started dating Brad before her divorce with Chris was finalized in 2016.

Ben Stiller & Robert De Niro Cohen Meets the Special Counsel ... For SNL's Cold Open
Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro did their best Michael Cohen and Special Counsel Robert Mueller on Saturday Night Live ... while also plugging their old comedy together.
Stiller played President Trump's embattled personal lawyer on SNL this weekend, and De Niro played Mueller ... who conducted a polygraph on the guy, just like their characters did in 2000's "Meet the Parents." The Byrnes and Focker jokes continued from there.
On a more seriously hilarious note, SNL threw haymakers at Cohen's predicament -- namely, getting raided by the FBI last week in relation to his $130,000 "hush money" payment to Stormy Daniels, among other things. They also went after Trump and his kids.
As long as there's an open Trump-related investigation(s) ... we're guessing SNL won't be running out of material anytime soon.

Julius told TMZ Sports he gets the nod 'cause he's got 2 ... and 'cause his are "a real person, engaged in real battles."
DOWN GOES ROCKY!!!

Ferrell’s longtime driver, Mark Thompson, and another colleague, Carolina Barlow, remain hospitalized but are in stable condition.

7:40 AM PT -- Will's rep tells us he's been released from the hospital and is doing well. He did not suffer any significant injury.
Will Ferrell was riding in an SUV that got flipped over in a 2-car accident Thursday night, and he -- along with 2 others -- were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
The wreck happened in Orange County on the I-5 freeway around 11 PM. Will was one of 3 passengers in the chauffeur-driven SUV. Witnesses tell us they got side-swiped by another car.
It's unclear what injuries Will suffered ... he was speaking on his phone as firefighters loaded up his stretcher to take him to the hospital. One witness said a woman in Will's vehicle was more seriously injured, and was bleeding profusely on the scene.
Open beer bottles were seen on the road after the SUV was pulled upright. It's not clear which vehicle they came out of ... and police have not said if alcohol played a factor in the accident.
The actor was apparently on his way back from a 'Funny or Die' event outside San Diego, and yes ... he appeared as Ron Burgundy.

Brielle Biermann Leave My Mom Alone, Marlon ... But, HMU for 'White Chicks 2'!!!
Brielle Biermann's conflicted about Marlon Wayans' "White Chicks 2" joke about her mom -- on one hand she's not down with it, but on the other hand ... it's kinda funny.
We got Kim Zolciak's daughter at LAX Thursday and asked her how she felt about Wayans making fun of her mom's appearance ... and her response is kind of surprising. Brielle admits she's a huge "White Chicks" fan, and if Marlon had cracked on anyone else ... she'd probably have no beef.
But, Brielle's protective of her mother -- who we know was NOT HAPPY about the dig -- so her message to Marlon's pretty clear ... back off!
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Here's the bright side -- Brielle says there can be a happy compromise. She's open to being in a 'White Chicks' sequel in place of Kim ... and is willing to go above and beyond for the role.

Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Marlon Wayans is a Disgusting Coward For 'White Chicks' Joke
Kim Zolciak and hubby Kroy Biermann fired the heavy artillery at Marlon Wayans ... calling him a p***y and thoroughly unfunny for suggesting Kim was the poster girl for "White Chicks 2."
Wayans came under heavy fire over the weekend after he posted a photo of Zolciak with the caption, "No we are not in production for White Chicks 2. The f***?!" Marlon was referring to his 2004 film with his brother, Shawn, where the two played undercover FBI agents dressed as white women.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
We got Kim and Kroy at LAX Monday, and asked them about Marlon's photo ... it was clear, they were NOT happy. Kim told our photog she thought it was totally inappropriate for Wayans to attack her appearance in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
APRIL 2018
Our cameras also spoke with Marlon, earlier in the day about the pic, who seemed pretty unfazed by the whole situation.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic ain't just in L.A. to play footy -- telling TMZ Sports he's 100% down to take his talents onto the big screen!!
FYI, Zlatan left BIG money on the table to sign with the Galaxy ... so when we got him up in the Bev Hills, we had to ask if becoming Hollywood's next action star was on the mind -- and he didn't deny it.
"Acting, I'm curious," Ibrahimovic told TMZ Sports."I look like action, or drama?"
Someone in the crowd suggested James Bond ... but Zlatan told us he's more of a 'Bourne Identity' guy (us too, Z).
Our guy also brought up Ivan Drago 'cause of the Dolph Lundgren-Swedish connection ... but Ibra wasn't about that life, either -- "No, no, I'm stronger than that."
This "born legend" has the chops, guys. If ya don't believe us, just watch this:
