Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey and Doja Cat all showed up to get their sushi fix at Nobu Malibu ... as two of the celebs sat with each other with the third nearby, but seemingly worlds apart.

TMZ obtained video of the famous trio dining at two separate but close tables Sunday, inside the restaurant on the beautiful California coastline.

In one video, Kim and Mariah are seated side by side with their kids at one table. We're told the women were engaged in a pretty intense chat as their little ones played with each other. Of course, they all enjoyed their yummy pieces of sushi prepared with that Nobu touch.

Meanwhile, in another vid, Doja is seen chowing down with her peeps at the other table right next to Kim and Mariah.

Eyewitnesses tell us the two parties never spoke or interacted during their hours-long meals. We're told that it didn't seem like there was any bad blood between Mariah/Kim and Doja ... they were just doing their own things at their tables.

In the end, Kim, Mariah and their kids got up and left the restaurant first. Doja stayed behind to hang a bit more and shoot the breeze.

While she seemed in good spirits, Doja has had an up-and-down week. First, it was announced the rapper will be one of the headliners at the 2024 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which runs from April 12-14 and April 19-21.

Ginuwine has a catalog filled with bedroom bangers, but none of them have the sauce he's looking for when he hits the sheets!!! 👀

The G-Man recently sat down with journalist Shirley Ju for a slap-happy interview ... and TMZ Hip Hop got the full sit down, which highlights the R&B star's various playlists.

When asked if he got down to any of his own tracks, Ginuwine reacted more sharply than any other question thrown his way. But, he says he has a logical explanation for shying away from his own sound.

He's got an old soul, and says you're bound to hear him bumpin' and grindin' to Marvin over his own classics. He reserves those slow jams for his live shows.

Ginuwine also cast his votes for today's crown bearers, Nas and Missy Elliott sit on the hip hop thrones in his eyes, while Usher is hands-down the reigning King of R&B.

Arguably a clear-cut winner for Ginuwine's area of expertise ... Usher's set to rock the Super Bowl next month and he's considering anything less than perfect a failure.

Detroit Lions' first playoff win in forever has totally uplifted the city spiritually and financially -- and Icewear Vezzo, one of the town's top rappers, wants to see the underserved regions also reap some rewards!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Vezzo in NYC on a chilly Wednesday but he still had time to talk about the heat his team has been bringing.

The last game alone was projected to generate $20 million into Detroit's economy and Vezzo tells us he would love for the hoods to get turnt for the better.

Vezzo places responsibility on the city's rap population as well -- he's eager about his upcoming "Live From The 6" album and sneaker drive, where he and his fellow artists will be clearing out their foot lockers for the free.

The man apparently owns over 400 pairs of Nike AF1's alone ... sounds like a win-win for everyone.

The Miami Heat just bronzed Dwyane Wade's legacy with a statue that'll go up outside the team's arena, but Mase can't focus on that milestone -- instead, he's zeroing in on something else, and in the process, proving he's a dinosaur.

Mase wasted no time laying into the fact D. Wade painted his nails -- Heat colors, red and black -- during his "It What It Is" podcast. He didn't just criticize Dwyane ... Mase and his cohost Cam'ron were both doubled over in laughter, as Mase compared the fashion statement to seeing Michael Jordan model lingerie.

Cam'ron suggested Mase would be going viral for the remark ... and he was right about that.

Their not-so-subtle phobia aside ... both guys are making it clear they're not up on the fact younger generations of men -- including athletes, artists and actors -- don't have the same hang-ups.

Their co-host Treasure Wilson pointed out that celebs like A$AP Rocky, Harry Styles and others also paint their nails.

It doesn't appear Treasure's words cut through with T-Rex and Brontosaurus, but we're certain D-Wade couldn't care less about their take.

Jim Jones is feeling froggy for the new year, and daring any rapper from his era to jump -- on his $100,000 challenge to create a better song than him.

The Harlem Diplomat made the six-figure offer Wednesday on IG, extending the invite to anyone of his rap era, which he says started around 2004.

JJ excluded his workout partners Jadakiss, Maino, Dave East and Fabolous ... but says he'll wipe the floor with his other contemporaries, which obviously includes dozens of big-time MCs.

His reason for the challenge is simple -- Jim says he's seeing too many old rappers comfortable riding on their past glory, and thinks it's time they update their catalog.

No one's taken Jim up on the challenge just yet, but he still has lingering smoke with Clipse rappers Pusha T and Malice ... after shooting a few razorblades their way in a diss-heavy freestyle.

JJ told TMZ Hip Hop last year, he still feels like he's in his prime, and is willing to bet on his skills.

Interestingly enough, his former collaborator Ron Browz just told us his fav collab ever was "Pop Champagne" with Jim and Juelz Santana.

New video has surfaced from the Chrisean Rock incident ... and it's even more dramatic than we initially thought.

Drama Alert posted a lot of different angles of the action -- and you can see the pistol-whipping the CR was referring to in the aftermath ... it looks absolutely brutal. You can also see more of the fight and how exactly it broke ... although it's still unclear what sparked it.

Chrisean Rock's stint on a popular speed-dating show ended abruptly after an armed assailant crashed the set -- and the shocking attack was caught all on camera.

On Tuesday night, Chrisean was in Atlanta when she was scheduled to appear on a new show called "20 Vs. 1" ... a series where the contestant picks from 20 different candidates. The scary moment unfolded as they were filming ... with the footage cutting to an armed man assaulting another man on the set with a firearm, this after a brief scuffle on set.

The freakiest part comes next ... onlookers nearby appear to have convinced the masked man not the pull the trigger after he overpowered his target and had them pinned on the ground. Watch ... you can see that he appears to be carrying two firearms, and he has them drawn and pointed at the guy on the ground.

CR immediately went live on Instagram to tell her followers she survived some "crazy, weird sh*t" ... no argument there. She also took credit for the lack of bullets -- allegedly preventing 4 people from being shot.

Her live stream pissed off her brother Petey but she claimed it was for both of their safety -- got to document the evidence at all costs.

NoLuvMar, the series creator also vowed the truth will be revealed ... he still plans on putting the wild video out on his channel, and he says a lot of assumptions about what happened will be proven wrong.

Another crazy day in the life of Chrisean ... and her baby daddy's is just as dramatic.

Per new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, attorneys for the former couple are asking the judge in their federal case out of New York -- which Sophie first filed in September -- to dismiss the entire action ... this in light of the parenting plan they hashed out back in October.

In other words, they're signaling here that they're both on the same page to dismiss this case ... and it all has to do with what they've worked out custody-wise in the UK courts.

While a judge has yet to officially sign off ... this thing is all but gone -- which is a big deal considering how dramatic it was when ST first ran to court citing a child abduction law.

You'll recall ... when she invoked that statute -- claiming, at the time, Joe was preventing their 2 children from traveling to see her across the pond by allegedly withholding their passports -- it elevated that whole matter to a federal level. So, it was on Uncle Sam's radar.

She also claimed they, as a family, had decided England would become their permanent home ... but because Joe was allegedly keeping the kids in NY amid their still-fresh divorce filing, she claimed his actions ran afoul of international child abduction laws.

Since then, of course, she and Joe have landed in a much better place -- yes, their divorce is still proceeding, but they've temporarily worked out who gets the kids and when ... which they're citing here as the reason that this lawsuit she submitted can now go bye-bye.

This just further signals continued efforts by the exes to hash things out privately -- for the sake of their daughters, we assume -- after they kicked off their public split on a particularly bitter foot.

First signs of the pair trying to work things out emerged in October ... they agreed to a temporary child custody arrangement -- with the kids going back & forth between them over holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and in between.

It appears other aspects of the divorce are still being worked out ... but in the meantime, they both seem to have moved on romantically -- Sophie moving on to British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson and Joe to model Stormi Bree.

Dua Lipa is ready to go public with her new boo officially -- 'cause she brought him to one of the most photographed hot spots in L.A., and made out with the dude in front of cameras.

The singer hit up Sushi Park in WeHo Tuesday night with none other than Callum Turner -- the British actor fella she's been hanging out with a lot lately. Welp, all the speculation about them being a thing was absolutely correct ... 'cause they sealed the deal with a kiss.

The new couple were all smiles as they left the joint ... and right as they were crossing the famed walkway, DL and CT stopped to smooch for a bit -- showing off major PDA.

Like we said ... this is a spot celebs hit all the time in L.A., especially if they wanna be seen out. So, the fact Dua trotted Callum out here speaks volumes ... and it's just the next natural progression for how things have been going for them over the past week.

TMZ Hip Hop got MB's take on where he predicts hip hop's heading ... admittedly a tough question, even for a studio wiz accustomed to collecting plaques.

He'll be expecting another soon for his work on Nicki Minaj's now platinum-eligible "Pink Friday 2," but his personal curiosity is focused on lesser-known acts these days.

The way MB sees it, hip hop is hovering over another reset period -- he's seen it before in 2013 when SoundCloud rap began to bubble ... eventually making stars out of XXXTentacion, Juice WRLD and Ski Mask the Slump God.

He's crowning Destroy Lonely and Ken Carson as his leaders of the new school -- both budding stars are known to bring punk mosh pit energy to their rap shows, and he also named up-and-coming eclectic Bronx rapper Cash Cobain as a playlist favorite.

DL and KC will both be playing at this year's Coachella, so fans can see MB's ringing endorsement in person.

Taylor Swift fans have been convinced that their idol wrote the book that's being made into the "Argylle" movie -- but the director's throwing cold water on their hopes and dreams.

Matthew Vaughn recently did an interview where he addressed this rumor/theory that's been floating around for almost 3 years now -- namely, that T-Swift is the mysterious author who penned the manuscript for "Argylle" ... which is being made into a film of the same name.

The writer goes under the pseudonym of "Elly Conway" -- the same name of the main character in the flick -- and her real identity hasn't been revealed whatsoever. So, Swifties have been eating up perceived Easter eggs that they think point to Taylor (more on this in a bit).

Unfortunately for them, Vaughn's now saying it's all BS -- telling Rolling Stone ... "I'm not a big internet guy, and it was actually my daughter who came up to me -- this is the power of celebrity and the internet -- and said, 'You never told me Taylor wrote the book!'"

He adds, "And I’m looking at her going, ‘What are you talking about Taylor Swift wrote the book? She didn’t write the book!’ And I was laughing because I was like, ‘It’s not true! She didn’t write the book!’ But my daughter was convinced of it."

MV then says much more definitively ... "[T]here is an Elly Conway who wrote the book, but it’s not Taylor Swift. And I say that because I imagine Taylor Swift has a load of people trying to jump on her bandwagon left, right, and center. I don’t want to be a part of that club. I did read the conspiracies and I was like, ‘Wow, they don’t leave a stone unturned!’ But it’s not Taylor Swift. She definitely didn’t write the book."

Part of the reason Taylor's legion thought she might've been the author is because of all these subtle things they thought referred to her -- including the Scottish Fold cat featured (she has 2 herself), the fact she wears argyle sweaters, and other "hints" fans picked up on.

Jumping over to TMZ TV, Taylor Swift's been knocked from Amazon's top spot... by none other than ... Glenn Danzig.

Yes, you heard that right ... the legendary punk and heavy metal Misfits singer dethroned TS cause of a glitch. The few actually buying Glenn's album were getting sent completely random albums -- all for a total bargain of 12 bucks.
