Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are in a giant money hole, but their house is worth millions ... and they just listed it for sale while in the middle of their nasty divorce.

The Milton, Georgia just hit the market for $6,000,000 ... it's got 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a beautiful pool in the backyard. If Kim and Kroy get asking price, they'll make a substantial profit on the property as they bought it back in 2012 for $880,000.

Located on a golf course, the home also comes equipped with a home gym, movie theater, wine cellar, bar, arcade and plenty of space to spread out.

Interestingly enough, the home was scheduled to go into foreclosure next month ... so Kim and Kroy are getting ahead of the auction in attempting to sell it themselves.

Remember, we were the first to report when Kroy filed docs asking the judge to allow the sale of the home in order to help pay off the estranged couple's various debts.

The house sale marks just another chapter in the couple's contentious divorce ... with allegations of gambling addiction, drug use and at one point both dismissed their divorce petitions -- only for Kroy to file once again.

Cardi B joined Kim Kardashian's Skims campaign ... adding a sexy boost to the billion-dollar brand's "Cotton Collection."

The Diamond-selling rapper says the undies make her feel "snatched" in a press release Monday, modeling an array of new colors that put all her curvaceous features on display!!!

Jenelle Evans and David Eason could soon be facing charges of assault and neglect in the ongoing saga with Jenelle's 14-year-old son, Jace … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they expect they'll wrap their investigation very soon, and just interviewed Jace this past week. Our sources say at this point, it appears charges will be filed for both neglect and assault.

What hasn't yet been determined, we're told, is whether both Jenelle and David will get hit with charges ... or if only one of them will face legal repercussions.

TMZ broke the story ... cops started treating Jace's situation as a possible case of neglect after the young teen ran away from home for a third time in about a month.

Cops say Jace told officers David had assaulted him and appeared to have visible marks on his neck and arm, making the investigation that much more serious. What's more, we’re told there's video of the alleged assault and cops have it in their possession.

David Eason is Jace's stepdad … Jenelle regained custody of the 14-year-old from her mother, Barbara, earlier this year. Barbara had stepped in years ago to take custody of Jace after Jenelle was unable to properly care for her son.

Judge Mathis is applauding California's new Ebony Alert for missing Black children and women ... he says it's long overdue, and he's glad Gov. Gavin Newsom got it done.

We got the TV magistrate Friday at Via Alloro in Beverly Hills and asked him about the state's new system to report and find missing Black kids and women, which Newsom just signed into law.

Judge Mathis says missing Black girls are the most underserved group of people, and he thinks the Ebony Alert will go a long way towards righting that wrong.

Remember ... there was a ton of outrage earlier this week when the Ebony Alert was announced, with some folks saying it was modern-day segregation because it's completely separate from the longstanding Amber Alert.

Judge Mathis isn't buying that argument ... he says that's just not the way society operates, and until there's a true level playing field for all, special programs like the Ebony Alert are needed for marginalized groups.

The author behind the bill, California State Senator Steven Bradford, previously told us the new system was needed because law enforcement was doing its job when it came to missing Black folks, and there weren't enough resources either.

Scott Disick is still suffering from his 2022 car crash in a bunch of different ways ... and it all adds up to making his sex life total crap.

Lord D opened up about the aftermath of his accident on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians" as Khloé Kardashian took him to see a doctor for his back pain -- something he attributes to his Lamborghini rollover wreck last year near Calabasas.

The back pain isn't all Scott says he's still dealing with ... he also says the accident led to some weight gain and all of it is directly affecting his sex life.

When the doc asks Scott what he'd usually do for fun before the crash, he says sex but admits he's terrible at it now, thanks to a lack of mobility. Khloé's no doctor, but she's got some sorta bedside manner ... because she asks Scott if he'll be motivated to fix his pain so he can "get back on the wagon to f**k?"

Scott even jokingly suggests maybe once he's all healed up, he and Khloé could test out his new back in the sack! Not surprisingly ... Kourtney's sis refused to participate in that joke!

TMZ broke the story, Scott's accident was a scary one ... but thankfully, no one else was involved in the accident. Outwardly, he walked away with just a minor cut to his head, but obviously, there was more internal damage.

Teresa Giudice and her kids are getting an earful from unhappy campers after announcing a family partnership with a fast fashion company -- but they're standing their ground.

A rep for Teresa and three of her daughters -- Gia, Milania and Audriana -- tell TMZ ... the Giudices are not backing down from their just-launched SHEINXGiudiceGirls collection, which features a ton of different articles of clothing/accessories the family's curated.

They're only addressing this due to the mounting backlash they've received over the past couple days -- with fans and haters alike flooding their comment section with virtual eyebrow raises, and openly asking how they could possibly link with SHEIN.

If you're unaware, SHEIN is one of these new zippy clothing brands that Gen Z absolutely loves ... thanks to their trendy styles, very low prices, wide digital presence and online accessibility. Despite praise, there have also been ugly allegations.

Among the most prolific are claims SHEIN exploits factory workers overseas ... there have even been probes into its business practices -- not to mention a lot of alleged images and videos purporting to show awful conditions folks are subjected to while creating the clothing.

There's that ... and there are also accusations SHEIN has ripped off lesser-known designers -- all stuff the company has denied since it launched back in 2008.

Still, that hasn't stopped people from crapping on Teresa and her girls ... but they're turning the other cheek here.

Their rep says, "The SHEINxGiudiceGirls collection follows a long list of celebrities and public figures to partner with the brand. We acknowledge the concerns expressed about our partnership and met with the SHEIN team prior to working together. We 100% believe in ethical practices in all capacities and in doing our due diligence have not seen any substantive evidence definitively showing unethical practices."

The Giudice rep adds, "This size-inclusive collection was made to amplify the voices and creativity of young women and to encourage entrepreneurship at any age. The responses thus far have been overwhelmingly positive and uplifting."

La razón por la que tienen que hacer frente a esto es debido a la creciente reacción que han recibido en los últimos días; con los fans y haters por igual, inundando su sección de comentarios con cejas virtuales y preguntando abiertamente cómo podrían vincularse con SHEIN.

Por si no lo sabes, SHEIN es una de esas nuevas marcas de ropa rápida que la Generación Z adora, como resultado de sus estilos de moda y precios muy bajos, por no hablar de su presencia digital y accesibilidad en línea. A pesar de los elogios, también ha habido feas acusaciones.

Entre las más prolíficas están las afirmaciones de que SHEIN explota a los trabajadores de las fábricas en el extranjero. Y continúa: "Como seres humanos con corazón, ¿cómo puede alguien no sentirse devastado por estas horribles imágenes que nunca podremos dejar de ver? El brutal terrorismo ha cobrado vidas inocentes y ahora tanto civiles israelíes como palestinos están sufriendo y pagando el precio más alto que existe".

Kim lleva años llamando la atención sobre el genocidio armenio y ha puesto énfasis en la "mínima cobertura mediática" que tienen estos temas, sin ningún apoyo externo para el pueblo que sufre una "limpieza étnica" en Artsaj.

La madre de 4 niños dice que no debería importar del lado que estés, "nuestros corazones siempre deben tener espacio para la compasión hacia las víctimas inocentes atrapadas en el punto de mira de la guerra por el poder, la política, la religión, la raza y la etnia".

Kim dice que entiende que no hay nada que pueda hacer para librarse del dolor que todos están sufriendo alrededor del mundo, pero dice que ella y su familia están orando para que los rehenes sean devueltos, las víctimas, sus familias, por la paz para los inocentes y justicia para aquellos que merecen pagar por sus acciones.

Para terminar, Kim pide a todos los que lean su mensaje que se pongan en contacto con "amigos, colegas y personas de su comunidad, aquellos que están sufriendo, no importa de qué lado estén, compruébenlo y díganles que los quieren".

Kim Kardashian, like most of the world looking on in fear, says her heart breaks seeing the images of babies, families and innocent people murdered and terrorized in Israel, Palestine and even Armenia ... a cause she's been trying to bring awareness to for years.

Kim took to social media Wednesday with a lengthy post that first spoke to the monstrosities in Israel. Kim says, "A message to my Jewish friends and family. I love you. I support you. I have heard about how scared you feel during this time and I want you to know you are not alone in this."

She continues, "As human beings with a heart, how can anyone not be devastated by these horrific images that we will never be able to unsee? Brutal terrorism has taken innocent lives and now both Israeli and Palestinian civilians are suffering and paying the greatest price there is.

Kim has, for years, been a voice in bringing attention to the Armenian Genocide and points out the "minimal media coverage" without external support for the people suffering through an "ethnic cleansing" in Artsakh.

The mother of 4 says it shouldn't matter whose side you might be on ... "our hearts should always have room for compassion towards innocent victims caught in the cross hairs of warring over power, politics, religion, race and ethnicity."

Kim says she understands there's nothing she can do to get rid of the pain people around the world are suffering ... but says she and her family are praying for hostages to be returned, the victims, their families, for peace for the innocent and justice to those who deserve to pay for their actions.

In closing, Kim asks anyone reading her message to reach out to, "friends, colleagues and those in your community, those who are hurting, no matter what side they are on, check in on them and tell them you love them."

Mauricio Umansky says his "DWTS" mishaps last week were a direct result of the "RHOBH" trailer, which dug deep into his marriage with Kyle Richards ... and dropped right before he put on his dancin' shoes.

Mauricio opened up about the flubbed steps on Tuesday night's episode ... telling his dance partner, Emma Slater, he blacked out on the moves last week because the trailer unnerved him.

The trailer digs into his marriage, with several of Kyle's costars even raising issues of infidelity  ... something he and Kyle call B.S.

Mauricio says he felt additional pressure because his kids were in the audience... so it all kinda came tumbling down on the dance floor.

Fans of the show know he tried improvising his Salsa routine about halfway through, forgetting the moves and ending up with a 12 out of 30 -- the lowest score of the night.

Still, they didn't get the boot despite the rough Salsa ... the door was shown to Jamie Lynn Spears, instead.

Todd Chrisley thinks his time in prison is actually a mission from God to help others ... which is why he says he's trying to improve prison conditions from the inside.

Todd's attorney, Jay Surgent, tells TMZ ... Todd's encountered "gross negligence and such total disregard for human life and decency from both the staff and just the entire corrections system," while at FPC Pensacola in Florida.

Todd says he feels blessed to have a platform where he can cast light on the issues he and other inmates face daily. As we reported, Todd claims he's been mistreated while locked up.

We're told the things Todd has witnessed behind cell bars are nothing short of cruel, which is why he's planning on using his time, energy, and resources to make prison life tolerable. As for the cruel treatment ... his lawyer says Todd once saw a man suffer a seizure and didn't get help for more than an hour.

Specifically, Jay says Todd's planning to launch programs and resources to help address the problems he says countless inmates are facing. A rep for the Federal Bureau of Prisons tells TMZ ... "While we decline to comment on anecdotal allegations, we can emphatically assure you the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is committed to ensuring the safety and security of all individuals in our population, our staff, and the public. Humane treatment of the men and women in our custody is a top priority."

Todd was given a 12-year sentence, while his wife, Julie, was sentenced to 7 years ... after the 2 were convicted in their bank fraud and tax evasion trial. BTW, their sentences were reduced last month -- Todd got 2 years off, and Julie got 1 off.

Todd fue condenado a 12 años de prisión, mientras que su esposa, Julie, fue condenada a 7 años luego de que ambos fueron condenados por fraude bancario y evasión de impuestos. Sus sentencias fueron reducidas el mes pasado; Todd consiguió dos años de descuento y Julie consiguió uno.
