Shaquille O'Neal hit up a famous college bar at LSU last night ... and watched some of the college kids kick each other in the balls ... GOOD TIMES!!!

Shaq rolled into Reggie's in Baton Rouge -- one of the storied bars in Tigerland (the nickname for the bar scene right off campus).

At some point in the evening, Shaq observed some bar patrons making a bet with each other -- one side lost -- and the penalty was a foot to the groin.

So, being the responsible journalist that he is, Shaq recorded the moment of truth ... and posted it to his Instagram page.

The Satan-worshipping woman who just admitted to more than 22 murders actually suggested it could be several times more than that number ... confessing it's "less than 100" ... and her murderous alter ego was named "Super Miranda."

Miranda Barbour is in a Pennsylvania jail after allegedly murdering a man she located in a sex ad on Craigslist. She dropped a bombshell in an interview with Francis Scarcella of the The Daily Item ... something that was not in his article.

Scarcella tells TMZ, he pressed Barbour on the number of people she killed, after she said, "When I hit 22, I stopped counting." As Scarcella pushed her, she blurted out, "It's less than 100." She would not be more specific.

Scarcella says when Barbour was about to kill, she claimed she changed personas, becoming "Super Miranda."

Barbour told Scarcella the knife she used to brutally murder the Craigslist victim had murderous notches ... she said she had used the same knife before ... because it's one of her favorites.

And Barbour told Scarcella ... she only killed bad people -- people who abused children and people who owed money.

And Barbour says she felt satanism controlled what was inside of her.

It's like reading Playboy for the articles -- Kirsten Dunst went to a New Orleans strip club Saturday night for the drinks and conversation ... paying ZERO attention to the naked girls shaking their asses on stage.

The pastor who died Saturday from a snake bite violated Kentucky law by displaying and handling the deadly reptile during his church service ... TMZ has learned.

Jamie Coots was bitten by a rattlesnake while preaching to his congregation. He refused medical treatment and died a short time later.

We did some digging ... and found a Kentucky law which says, "Any person who displays, handles or uses any kind of reptile in connection with any religious service or gathering shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100."

Kentucky Game Warden Ray Lawson tells TMZ ... Coots had proper permits to transport, hold and sell copperhead and timber rattlesnakes, but he acknowledges the state law prohibiting the use of snakes in religious ceremonies.

Lawson says his dept. has no authority to enforce the state law. He says that's the job of the cops, but they don't enforce it.

Kanye West went on another endless rant Saturday night ... but this one had a racial twist.

Kanye was playing the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey when he called out TMZ and other media for criticizing him over the last year.

Kanye said we all make him look like "a maniac and an animal" ... not because of anything he did ... but because of our discomfort over interracial relationships.

Unless we're missing something ... he thinks we all have a problem with the fact that he's engaged to Kim Kardashian.

It's insane, scary and believable ... a 19-year-old girl admits to not only killing a guy who hired her for sex on Craigslist, she says she killed so many others, "When I hit 22, I stopped counting."

Miranda Barbour is in a Pennsylvania jail, awaiting trial for allegedly stabbing Troy LaFerrara 20 times, because she tested him and said she was only 16 and he responded by saying he'd still have sex with her. And -- as a molestation victim herself -- that set her off.

Barbour said in a jailhouse interview over the weekend she's been killing people since she was 13. She insists she only kills bad people, claiming, "I did this to people who did bad things and didn't deserve to be here anymore."

In an interview with the Daily Item ... Barbour says the first murder coincides with joining a satanic cult in Alaska.

As for the LaFerrara murder, Barbour says she and her husband of 3 weeks killed him in their car.

Chris Brown is the victim of EXTORTION ... and his lawyer is about to blow the whistle on the alleged evildoer ... so claims Brown's famous lawyer.

Malcolm Ausbon filed a lawsuit against Chris, claiming the rapper and 3 of his goons beat the crap out of him during a pick-up basketball game at 24-Hour Fitness.

TMZ has obtained a letter Ausbon's lawyer sent to Chris' legal eagle, Mark Geragos, demanding $250,000 from Chris ... OR ELSE. As for the "or else" ... the lawyer says if Brown doesn't pay, "Mr. Ausbon is placed in a position by the LAPD where he needs to decide whether he will press charges."

The lawyer continues, "He would rather be compensated."

THAT, Mark Geragos tells TMZ, is EXTORTION ... cleverly worded extortion, but extortion nonetheless.

Geragos says he's going after Ausbon by filing a police report.

The pastor on Nat. Geo's "Snake Salvation" died Saturday night ... after one of the snakes to which he prays bit him.

Pentecostal pastor Jamie Coots suffered the fatal attack while preaching to his Kentucky congregation.

Emergency units raced to the church ... but the reality star had already left and gone home.

The show's website explains the Pastor and his followers believe the Bible says a poisonous snakebite will not harm them as long as they are anointed by God’s power.

EMTs went to Coots' home but he sent them away ... refusing care ... an hour later he was dead.

It's unclear if they were filming during the sermon.

A rep for the show says the "Snake Salvation" finished filming last year ... and they never intended to film a second season.

Kayla Finley was arrested Thursday when she visited the Pickens County Sheriff's Office on an unrelated matter ... and according to reports cops discovered she had a nearly 10-year-old warrant.

Turns out Kayla allegedly rented "Monster-in-Law" from Dalton Video in 2005 but never returned it ... so the store owner got the police involved before going out of business.

It's unclear when Dalton Video went out of business ... but cops say they've been trying to get in touch with her about the warrant for years and never heard back.

Kayla swore she never got a notice -- but was hauled off to jail anyway ... and released a few hours later on bond.

The charge she's facing: "failure to return rented video cassette."

Chris Kattan could barely keep his eyes open filming a recent Food Network show ... and his celebrity co-stars were worried the ex-SNL star was in the throes of a major struggle with addiction.

Kattan was on "Rachael Ray vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off" ... and after nodding off during a meal-planning segment he was booted in the second episode -- which aired last month.

Our on-set sources say Kattan claimed he had been drinking with old "Saturday Night Live" friends the night before and just couldn't stay awake -- but the cast didn't buy it.

Kattan was arrested for DUI this week ... after crashing into a parked car on the freeway. Cops say he admitted to them he had been taking Rx drugs. Hours earlier he was so out of it on an airplane ... paramedics intercepted him when the plane landed.

Irish eyes are NOT smiling on Garth Brooks ... or any of his low friends who think they can urinate and vomit wherever they want ... according to some Dublin residents who are trying to put the kibosh on Brooks' sold-out concerts.

Brooks is scheduled to play Dublin's Croke Park stadium in July. About 400,000 people are expected to attend the 5 shows -- which sold out in 2 hours.

But people living near the stadium want the shows cancelled ... complaining on Facebook that every time there's a big event, they get a "mass influx of country folk that piss and vomit all over." They say they also have to put up with noise, traffic, litter and other bad behavior.

One homeowner says, "residents are driven mad by people pissing everywhere, on front doors, cars, walls of homes etc."

They don't seem pissed at Brooks -- who recently said Ireland is his favorite place to sing -- but at the company that runs the stadium. Residents say they were promised no more than 3 concerts at Croke Park each year -- and 9 events are already planned for 2014.

The homeowners are considering legal action ... but say if they can't stop the concerts, they'll demand the city or the stadium put up "portaloos" in their neighborhood.
