LAPD Lady Allegedly Threatens to Cough on Cop ... I'll Give You Coronavirus!!!

Published | Updated

Coronavirus seems to have folks thinking they can do as they please -- one LAPD officer claims he experienced it firsthand with a rogue, and possibly contagious, car parker.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a cop in L.A. came across a woman this weekend whom he says was parked in a handicap spot without a proper placard, and when he approached her over the violation ... we're told things turned sickly.

Our sources say the woman almost instantly became combative with the officer, threatening to cough on him and give him coronavirus ... something she claimed she'd contracted.

Well, that didn't deter the cop ... we're told he arrested her for felony criminal threats. Unclear if the woman actually had COVID-19, but in any case ... we're told the officer gloved up for the bust and washed up after.

As for whether the criminal threat charge will stick, that's also hard to say for sure -- as we're told something like that is considered a wobbler -- meaning if she's eventually charged, the D.A. has the option to leave it a felony, or reduce to a misdemeanor.

Nonetheless, it's pretty crazy that an alleged parking violation escalated to a viral face-off. Crazy times, indeed.

Jennifer Lawrence Intruder Strolls in Her Front Door ... Busted by Security Team

Published | Updated

Jennifer Lawrence got a rude awakening to cap off her weekend -- cops say a female intruder sauntered right into her crib ... and the way she did it was too damn easy.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a woman entered JLaw's L.A.-area home Sunday around 9:15 PM PT. We're told the woman was totally unexpected, but still ... went right through the front doors, which were NOT locked.

Even more frightening ... our sources say Jennifer was actually home at the time of the break-in -- unclear if her new hubby, Cooke Maroney, was there ... but JLaw's hired muscle certainly was.

We're told security on hand nabbed the 23-year-old woman before she could make contact with Jennifer. They called the police and the woman was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing. As for why she was there?

Our sources say the woman told police she simply wanted to meet the actress. Get in line, lady.

President Trump Fellow Americans, Stop Panic Buying Relax, Will Ya ... Sheesh!!!

Donald Trump
this ain't shop 'til you drop

President Trump had a strong message for Americans who are flocking to their local grocery stores and clearing the shelves in a frenzy -- take a chill pill, yo ... please and thanks.

DT and his coronavirus team -- including Pence -- hit up the Press Room Sunday for an update on the global pandemic ... which is spreading by the day here in the States. Trump started with good news for Wall Street ... federal interest rates were just cut to 0%-0.25%!

He then hopscotched to a discrepancy that Google cleared up about a website they're launching for coronavirus related information -- something Trump alluded earlier last week, but which was fact-checked as Google's parent company, Alphabet, handling it.

Google eventually came out and backed Trump -- whom people criticized for spreading, at first, seemingly incomplete info -- and DT hit that point home at the podium.

He did a mic drop of sorts ... you can watch for yourself.

Anyway, then came the directive from POTUS himself straight to the American people ... many of whom are panic buying and stockpiling supplies right now ... while leaving the shopper behind them high and dry. Trump says he's spoken to a bunch of grocery store CEOs ... and they asked him to deliver a message -- STOP BUYING STUFF YOU DON'T NEED!!!

Donald had his own way of putting it, but you get the picture. He says stores will remain open during these crazy times and they'll continuously try to keep restocking products.

NFL's Austin Seferian-Jenkins Arrested For DUI ... Again

Published | Updated

More trouble for NFL player Austin Seferian-Jenkins -- the free agent tight end has been arrested for DUI again ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told ASJ was picked up by the Gig Harbor Police Dept. in Gig Harbor, Wash. (where he played high school football) and was booked in Kitsap County Jail on March 9.

A court official tells us, he was hit with three charges stemming from the arrest ... 1 count of DUI, 1 count of driving with a suspended license, and 1 count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

We're told Seferian-Jenkins was also hit with a civil infraction for speeding and improper lane change ... and was arraigned on the charges on March 11.

We've reached out to Seferian-Jenkins' camp for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.

Of course, this isn't the first time the tight end's been accused of drunk driving ... he's been arrested twice for the offense since 2013, with the most recent one coming in 2016.

In police video we obtained of that arrest ... you can see ASJ was clearly slurring his words during the stop -- and even told the officer he had to take a "huge s***."

Seferian-Jenkins was signed by the Patriots in April before last season ... but was cut in June and sat out all of 2019. He has 116 catches and 11 TDs in his 6-year career.

Pro Rugby Player Banned 10 Weeks Over Crotch Grab ... 'Act Of Foul Play'

Published

A pro rugby player in England won't be hitting the pitch for the next TWO AND A HALF MONTHS ... and it's all 'cause he grabbed and pinched some dude's junk in a game.

A disciplinary committee announced the 10-week suspension Thursday ... saying when Joe Marler inappropriately squeezed a player's genitals in a Six Nations Championship match last week -- he "committed an act of foul play."

If ya missed it ... Marler -- a stud player for English rugby squad Harlequin F.C. -- reached down and fondled an opponent's crotch in the Wales vs. England tilt on March 7.

You can see in footage of the incident ... the victim was NOT happy about the grab -- and tried to point out the illegal squeeze to the refs.

At a hearing this week ... a disciplinary committee announced 29-year-old Marler will not be allowed to play again until June 8 -- but did say he has the right to appeal.

Marler tweeted -- and then deleted -- about the incident a day after it went down, writing "Bollocks. Complete bollocks."

FYI, it was a pretty good deal for Marler all things considered ... because he was facing up to a 4-YEAR ban for the move.

Marler is one of the better rugby players in England ... reportedly earning more than 60 caps in his international rugby career.
