Danielle Bregoli thinks Logan Paul should be ashamed of himself for posting a video of a dead man in which Logan appears to laugh at the situation ... and she doesn't accept his apology one bit.

We got the freshly-minted rapper Tuesday night at LAX and she took aim at Logan, calling him "disgusting" for first talking about depression as a fatal illness as a body hung from a tree in the background ... then letting out a laugh.

The 14-year-old thinks Logan might've been able to escape the fiasco unscathed had he not laughed ... but he did, and she's sickened.

And even though he apologized twice, it sounds like she's still not forgiving him ... how 'bout dat?!

No, LaVar Ball did NOT found the NBA -- despite some Google search results -- and now the company admits they "dropped the ball" when creating an online bio for the Big Baller.

Backstory ... if ya searched for "NBA founder" on Google on Tuesday morning, the results kicked back a photo of Lonzo's dad. Kinda funny.

The gaffe was reported across the sports news landscape -- and some people were wondering if it was an intentional "Easter Egg" thing, like Google's been known to do from time to time.

Fun Fact: Type in "Super Mario Bros" in the search bar and when you see the "?" box, click on it -- and you get a coin and 200 points! Keep clicking, you'll eventually get a 1 UP!

But, alas, Google says no Easter Eggs with LaVar ... telling TMZ Sports it was a simple mistake.

"Clearly we dropped the ball. Our team worked to address this issue quickly and within hours of being notified, we were able to fix the issue."

11:50 AM PT -- A Delta spokesperson tells TMZ ... "As a global airline that brings people across the world together every day, Delta values diversity in all aspects of its business and has zero tolerance for discrimination." We're told Delta condemns the allegations in the suit and will defend itself against them.

Delta Air Lines doesn't just treat Jewish people unfairly, it also punishes its flight attendants who are friendly with them ... according to a new suit.

Four Delta flight attendants from New York -- with work experience ranging from 10 to 40 years -- are suing the airline for what they call "a pattern of intentionally discriminating and retaliating against ethnically Jewish, Hebrew and/or Israeli employees and passengers" ... specifically on the flight they worked from NYC to Israel.

Among the allegations of rampant anti-Semitism -- Delta fired a female flight attendant in March 2017 because she was Jewish, but tried to say it was because she missed a flight ... even though she was granted FMLA leave for a medical emergency.

Another female flight attendant -- who's not Jewish -- claims she was suspended without pay and demoted because she shared her Delta "Travel Companion" pass with a Jewish friend. Delta allegedly claimed the flight attendant didn't know her travel companion so she violated company policy, but she claims she's been friends with the man for 40 years. She alleges Delta investigated her and took away her travel benefits simply because her pass was given to a Jewish person.

Other allegations include being passed up for deserved promotions and a "hostile" and "intimidating environment" on the Israel flight.

Logan Paul is taking a second swing at apologizing for posting video of a dead body in Japan's Suicide Forest.

The YouTuber and actor posted a video Tuesday, apologizing to just about everyone for the video ... including the suicide victim and his family.

Logan says he doesn't expect to be forgiven, but still did a mea culpa anyway for what he calls a lapse in judgment.

As we reported ... Logan posted video of the suicide victim's body hanging in the forest ... and immediately caught a ton of heat from his fans and several celebrities. He removed the clip and posted a written "I'm sorry" statement.

A 'Jeopardy' contestant learned the hard way that Alex Trebek and co. are sticklers when it comes to pronunciation ... especially between "gangster" and "gangsta."

Nick Spicher appeared on the trivia show Monday night, where he was asked to provide the question to a clue that included Coolio's song "Gangsta's Paradise" and author John Milton's book "Paradise Lost."

His answer -- "Gangster's Paradise Lost" -- was almost correct ... except he said -ster instead of -sta. He was awarded $1,600 at first, but Trebek circled back and deducted the money when judges found his answer to be inaccurate, taking away an additional $1,600.

The celebrity backlash against Logan Paul has begun ... with "Breaking Bad" star Aaron Paul unloading on the YouTuber as "pure trash" over his dead body video.

FYI, Aaron is not related to Logan -- but if they were, you can bet he would have disowned him by now.

"Dear Logan Paul, How dare you! You disgust me."

"I can't believe that so many young people look up to you. So sad. Hopefully this latest video woke them up. You are pure trash. Plain and simple. Suicide is not a joke. Go rot in hell."

Piers Morgan is also slamming Logan ... saying, "You’re a sick, twisted, heartless little prick."

Logan tried to smooth things over after shooting and posting a dead body he found in Japan by writing an open letter ... but so far, it seems it's being rejected harshly.

2 Chainz says he's still on the fence over taking Walmart to court for allegedly ripping off his Dabbin' Santa sweaters ... but sounds like he's leaning toward a phone call to his lawyers.

We got the rapper at LAX and asked if he was following through on his thinly-veiled threat to sue Walmart for selling sweaters that look almost identical to his OG concept from 2015.

He doesn't completely reveal his plans, dropping "we'll see" a few times -- and added his sweaters are all about charity. The insinuation is clear: What the hell is Walmart doing with the cash from theirs?

Logan Paul is making a full mea culpa for posting a vlog showing a dead body he discovered in Japan ... saying he only intended to raise awareness about suicide.

The famous YouTuber posted the original 15 minute video Sunday showing him and some friends venturing through a forest at the base of Japan's Mount Fuji -- otherwise known as "Suicide Forest" for the high number of self-inflicted deaths that happen there.

In the video -- which is incredibly graphic -- Logan and his crew stumble upon a dead body hanging from a tree. He comes up close to the body and zooms in while police are called.

As you might imagine, Logan caught a huge amount of backlash online -- and he took down the video soon after. He also issued a lengthy apology Monday.

It's a new year, but the same concerning habits seem to continue dogging Lamar Odom, who was seen partying it up in the Dominican Republic to ring in 2018.

Lamar was spotted hitting up a local hot spot on the island nation called Club 59, where he hung out with some girls he met up with there ... one of whom eyewitnesses tell us he kissed at midnight. We're told he smooched the woman in black seen standing by him here.

The problem ... sources tell us Lamar was seen knockin' back beers and tequila shots -- which you can clearly see in these pics. We're told the green bottle he's got in hand is called Presidente, a Spanish beer featured in breweries around the Dominican Republic.

As you'll recall ... he collapsed at a club in L.A. last month. His rep said he was simply dehydrated, but eyewitnesses told us he'd been drinking that night too.

Todd Herzog -- the winner of "Survivor: China" in 2007 who has since battled alcoholism -- claims he was supplied with booze and drugs to get him loaded before he appeared on Dr. Phil's show.

In a shocking interview with STAT, Herzog says he was completely sober when he arrived to the TV studio in L.A. in 2013 to do "Dr. Phil" ... which was supposed to be about how his addiction was affecting his family.

Herzog claims he was struggling but was completely sober when he visited his dad's dressing room, but when he was shown his dressing room ... it was completely stocked with vodka and other drinks. Todd believes it was a deliberate move to get him drunk to make for better TV.

He also says someone on the show gave him a Xanax to "calm his nerves" -- which he'd never taken before -- and he was a complete mess when he appeared on the show because of it.

The airline responsible for Chrissy Teigen's flight from hell loaded passengers up with 30,000 Japanese Yen just to try and make nice.

One of Chrissy's co-passengers tells us when All Nippon Airways flight NH175 from LAX to Tokyo landed in Japan, each person was given 30k Yen. The passenger says everyone was stoked ... until they did the conversion and realized they were given just over $250 for their troubles.

Teigen live-tweeted the traveling nightmare Tuesday after the originally scheduled 11-hour flight turned back to LAX just 4 hours in for a passenger who was allegedly on the wrong flight.

All Nippon initially didn't tell passengers why the plane was headed back, but did apologize (twice), fessing up to the screwup.

Can't say we've heard this before -- a woman is suing Marriott for allegedly kicking her out of one of their hotels 'cause she was a non-swinger on a swingers' floor ... yup.

Hale Lewis says she booked a 3-day stay at a Marriott in Atlanta last year for a New Year's Eve party, and before she knew it ... she claims she was hauled out in cuffs because of a mix-up over the floor she was on ... which was apparently restricted to swingers.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Lewis says she ran into a guy on her floor who thought she was part of "Swingers of Atlanta" ... and after allegedly attempting to get her to pay extra to be on the floor, she says he got hotel staff and police to boot her.

Lewis claims she went through the normal process of booking a room, and says the hotel had no right to kick her out -- let alone get cops involved. The lawsuit doesn't say specifically what she did, but we're guessing she pitched a fit after being told to leave. She says she was taken out in her PJ's.

She also claims the whole incident ruined her rep, so she's asking for damages.

"Last Comic Standing" winner Iliza Shlesinger waged a war on men when she banned them from her comedy show ... and one man is now waging legal war against her, comparing his fight to the Civil Rights movement.

George St. George is suing Iliza claiming her November 13 show dubbed "Girls Night with Iliza -- No Boys Allowed" is repugnant, discriminatory and sets back sex equality hundreds of years.

In docs obtained by TMZ ... St. George says he bought 2 tickets and showed up to will call to retrieve his tickets, but St. George claims he wasn't allowed inside because of his gender, which he says is "akin to the Montgomery City Lines bus company in Montgomery, Alabama circa 1955."

St. George also said banning males is as repugnant as "Caucasian Night" or "Heterosexual Night."

He added that Iliza's show "repudiated hundreds of years of women's struggles to be viewed as being equal to men and is typical of old-fashioned sexism that might also advise a young woman that her best chance for a happy life is to ace her home economics class and learn how to make a queso dip from Velveeta to catch a good man."

St. George is suing for unspecified damages. We've reached out to Iliza, so far no word back.

N.Y. Giants star Landon Collins is apologizing for his recent comments referring to teammate Eli Apple as "a cancer" ... saying he met with Eli in person and cleared the air.

ICYMI ... Collins ripped into Apple during a radio interview with 98.7 ESPN New York on Tuesday ... saying there's one major problem in the Giants' secondary ... and that's Eli Apple.

"That first-round pick ... he's a cancer," Collins said.

But Collins tweeted out Wednesday morning that he's extended an olive branch to Apple ... and has since apologized to the rest of his teammates.

"I never stop supporting my brother/teammate Eli and the rest of my teammates as we move forward. Just want him to know I'm always here for him."

Chief Keef let a little thing like a court date for a fender bender balloon into an arrest warrant ... and now he's wanted by cops in Cali.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops responded to a small fender bender in Hollywood in September, in which Keef was involved. When deputies arrived, they ran the rapper's info and found he was driving on a suspended or revoked license.

According to court docs, Chief was cited and ordered to show up in court earlier this month, but he skipped the appearance so the judge issued the warrant.

Can't say we're surprised -- Keef has missed a court date or two in the past. Another one bites the dust.

10:55 AM PT -- A rep for Cardi tells TMZ, the "sex video" isn't real ... it was all a joke. We're told they weren't actually banging, and were fully clothed in the video.

Cardi B doesn't seem to care about cheating rumors going around about her fiance Offset, because she just posted what REALLY looks like a live sex video of the two of them.

A video of what appears to be Cardi and Offset doing it doggy style -- which reportedly 1st aired on Cardi's Instagram Live -- has surfaced online. In the clip, Cardi says, "I don't got no more in me left. You gotta give a whole hour" ... as Offset's back there thrusting away.

Unclear if what they're doing is real or not -- you can't see the bottom half here, but it sure looks like they're banging. That seems to be what they want people to think, anyway.

Offset made some headlines this weekend after video allegedly belonging to him leaked, showing off a naked woman that many people said wasn't Cardi. She appeared to laugh that off though, saying she was still banging him.
